Abstract

Masina za sitno pakovanje secera, za sukcesivno higijensko automatsko pakovanje prvenstveno kristal secera u vrecice odredene mase i dimenzije formirane termickim lepljenjem vertikalnog i horizontalnih savova iz papirne trake (1b) sa npr.prethodno odstampanim dizajnom, koja obuhvata radnu grupu linije ambalaza (A), radnu grupu linije secera (B) kao i pogonski zglobni mehanizam (20) pogonjen elektromotorom sa komandnom tablom (22) i na njoj postavljenim instrumentima za kontrolu rada masine, nazn acena time, sto su konstrukcijski elementi radne grupe linije ambalaze (A), i radne grupe linije secera (B) medusobno spregnuti zajedno sa konstrukcijskim elementima pogonskog zglobnog mehanizma (20) i kao takvi ucvrsceni odnosno ulezisteni na vetikalnoj ploci-nosacu (I), pri cemu linija ambalaze (A) obuhvata nosac (1) kalema (1a) papirne trake (1b) sa naspram njega odgovarajuce rasporedenim valjcima (2,3) dok je ispod valjka (3) postavljena u obliku slova "V" viljuska (4) obuhvatajuci kosi deo cevi (18) linije secera (B), na kojoj je posle prelaska u vertikalni deo u osi linije ambalaza (A), slobodno navucen presten (5) postavljen ispred vertikalne profilne vodice (6) i naspram nje poprecno pomicno postavljenog vertikalnog grejaca (7), dok je ispod kraja (18a) cevi (18) postavljena aksijalno pokretna vodica (8), a naspram nje zajedno sa njom istovremeno poprecno pokretni grejac (9), isprod kojih su postavljeni nozevi (11) za odsecanje kao i kruzna vodica (10), i sto linija secera (B) obuhvata prihvatni kos (12) sa ucvrscenom vodicom (13) sa umetnutim dozatorom (14) sa polugom (14a) rastavljivo spojenom sa viljuskom (15) visekrake poluge (15a) pogonskog mehanizma (20), pri cemu je ispod dozatora (14) postavljen protocni slivnik (17) nastavljen strmim kosim delom cevi (18) koja je po prelasku u vertikalni deo zavrsena krajem (18a).
