This way ring 5 is positioned in front of vertical profile rein (bar) 6 and opposite of it is a movable diagonally positioned vertical heater 7.

Abstract
Description
In accordance with international classification patents, the designation is as follows: B 65B 9/06.
In the available Yu patent documentation, exists a YU patent list # 32 194 in which a machine for packaging meltable materials is described, for example, bitumen into a bendable hose-shaped pots from man made materials. The solution, to a certain degree relevant for the construction of the machine in accordance with the invention, is comprised from a pot which has to be filled with melted material winded on ring that is self unwinding and floating taken by float in the heated bathtub, during which the sole charging is undertaken by a connected tank for refilling, while at the same time, the air is supplied under pressure. Suggested solution doesn't solve the above mentioned technical problem and is only interesting from the technological point of view.

It is understood, that keeping the same principal solutions, in accordance with the invention, the design details and forms of realization can be changed broadly without deviating from presented invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (4)
- A machine for packaging small quantities of sugar, intended advantageously for successive hygienic, automatic packaging of granulated sugar into bags of a certain mass and dimensions formed from paper foil (1b), for example, having printed in advance selected pattern, by thermal gluing of the vertical and horizontal seams, which comprise a packaging line (A) assembly and a sugar line (B) assembly and a joint drive mechanism (20) driven by an electromotor having a control panel (22) with instruments set up on it for controlling operation of the machine and a belt transmission, characterized in that the constructive elements of both the packaging line (A) assembly and the sugar line (B) assembly are coupled mutually and fastened i.e. supported on a vertical support-plate (I), whereas the packaging line (A) comprises a spool (1a) support (1) for paper foil (1b) with tensioning rollers (2, 3) correspondingly placed opposite of it, while under one roller (3) is placed a 'V' shaped fork (4) encircling a slope part of a tube (18) of the sugar line (B), and on the tube (18) after its transition to a vertical part coaxial with the packaging line (A) is loosely put on a ring (5) upstream of a vertical profile guide (6) and laterally movable vertical heater (7) placed opposite of it on a multiarmed lever (15a) of said joint drive, whereas under an end (18a) of the tube (18) is placed an axially movable guide (8), and a heater (9) placed opposite of it which is simultaneously laterally movable with it by said multiarmed lever (15a), under these are placed knives (11) for cutting off as well as a circular guide (10), and in that the sugar line (B) comprises a reception basket (12) having a guide (13) attached to it, having an inserted injector (14) with a lever (14a) connected detachably with a fork (15) of the multiarmed lever (15a) of the joint drive (20), whereby under the injector (14) is placed a pass through drain (17) which is connected to the steep slope part of the tube (18) finishing with the end (18a) after its transition to the vertical part.
- The machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the joint drive mechanism (20) comprises multiarmed lever (15a) pivotally supported in a bearing (21) mounted on the support-plate (I), and which at its lower end, via a vertical movable slider (20a) connected to the lower end of a supported eccentric lever (15b) which is connected by a joint with a rotatably driven cam (16), laterally drives the movable guide (8) as well as with the heater (9) which are connected with the slider, the cam (16) is coupled with multiarmed lever (15a) at the same time via circular element (15d) which is fixed on it and opposite of the adjustable connection of the multiarmed lever (15a) with laterally movable heater (7) and compression springs (15e) intended for cooperation with stretched tensioning spring (15f) connected to the upper end of the multiarmed lever (15a).
- The machine according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the spool (1a) support (1) for paper foil (1b) as well as stretched tensioning rollers (2, 3) are equipped with distant cartridges, standard pads and nuts for adjusting the distance between the axis of the paper foil (1b) and the support-plate (I) as well as for adjusting of its tensioning, and in that 'V' shaped fork (4) is adapted for forming the paper foil (1b) into cylindrical shape, and the ring (5) is made with precisely calibrated inner opening for loosely encircling of cylindrically bent paper foil (1b) about the vertical part of the tube (18).
- The machine according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the vertical part of the tube (18) is made with its end (18a) placed in line of the upper position both of the horizontal guide (8) and its heater (9) in the position which they achieve during their axial movement.
