Abstract
Kolorimetrijski postupak za kontinualnu kontrolu nečistoća u hemijskom proizvodu tako da se dobijena boja, vrednovana kao mera, poredi sa vrednošću na kalibracionoj krivoj, naročito u hidratu glinice koji se prenosi u slobodno nasutom stanju transportnom trakom, naznačen time, što se površina hidrata glinice u obliku toka mase oko 1 do 100 t/h bar na delu širine nanosa u suštini mehanički poravnava, i što se na delu u suštini poravnane površine nasutog proizvoda u ravnomernim intervalima od oko 30 s do 5 min raspršava reagens koji stvara obojenu mrlju veličine od oko nekoliko santimetara, naročito 5 do 7 cm. Kolorimetrijski uredjaj za kontinualno kontrolisanje nečistoća u hemijskom proizvodu, naročito u hidratu glinice koji se prenosi u slobodno nasutom stanju transportnom trakom, naznačen tim e, što je iznad transportne trake (6) za prenos hemijskog proizvoda na osi (8), poprečno postavljenoj na transportnu traku (6), okačena dvokraka poluga (7) koja se klati duž trake (6) i u suštini je paralelna sa njom, pri čemu jedan krak poluge (7) nosi protivteg (10) za izjednačavanje mase kompenzatora (9), raspršivača (16) i kolorimetra (17) rasporedjenih na drugom kraku poluge (7). Kolorimetrijski uredjaj prema zahtevu 3, naznačen time, što se poluga (7) u svom području izmedju ose (8) obrtanja i kompenzatora (9) slobodno diže i spušta kroz vertikalnu kulisu (12) pomoćnog uredjaja (11) za dizanje i spuštanje.
