Abstract

KOLORIMETRIJSKI POSTUPAK I UREĐAJ ZA KONTINUALNO KONTROLISANJE NEČISTOĆA U HEMIJSKOM PROIZVODU, NAROČITO U HIDRATU GLINE, izum se nanaša na nepretrgano kontrolo vsebnosti nečistot v produktu ki se pomika v razsutem stanju in z neenakomerno debelino na transportnem traku (6), pri čemer daje nečistota, ki jo kontroliramo, s primernim reagentom barvno reakcijo. Izum obstaja iz kombinacije treh sredstev: - izravnalnega sredstva (9) za zgornjo površino produkta na traku vsaj v določeni coni; - razprševalnega sredstva reagenta (16) na površino tako izravnanega produkta, da razvijemo z reakcijo z nečistoto obarvanje; - sredstva za kolorimetrično merjenje (17) intenzivnosti barve, dobljene s pomočjo reagenta. Izum se nanaša zlati na kontrolo preostale vsebnosti natrijevega luga v trihidratu glinice, dobljenem pri Bayerjevem postopku, pred njegovo kalcinacijo.
