Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU LEPKA ZA LEPLJENJE ŠAVA NA CIGARETAMA, na bazi hemijski modificiranog skroba, naznačen time, što se čvrste komponente kao što su 15 do 30 mas.% karboksimetiletra krompirovog skroba ili pšeničnog skroba sa supstitucionim stupnjem od 0,1 do 0,25 i tečne komponente kao što je voda istovremeno ili u stupnjevima mešanja i usitnjavanja, koji su vremenskijedan za drugim, preradjuju u jednu vodenu mešavinu mase lepka, pri čemu vreme mešanja iznosi prvenstveno oko 3 minuta, maksimalna obimna brzina oko 24,5 m/sec, a aktivna površina smicanja oko 900 m, dok mehurići vazduha u vodenoj mešavini lepka imaju prečnik prvenstveno d 100 um.
