Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju samonoseceg keramickog slozenog tela koje se sastoji od veceg broja aksijalno poredjanih prostorno odvojenih zidova spojenih poprecnom vezom cime se definise prolaz fluida i inverzno kopira u suprotnim smerovima konfiguracija modela osnovnog metala, pri cemu keramicko slozeno telo obuhvata keramicku matricu nastalu oksidacijom osnovnog metala pomocu oksidansa uz stvaranje proizvoda oksidacije, i obuhvacen je punilac uklopljen u matricu, naznacen time, sto se polazi od osnovnog metala oblikovanog u model koji ima bar jednu otvorenu supljinu sa spoljasnjim i unutrasnjim zidnim povrsinama i poprecnim vezama, i na ove zidne povrsine cilindricnog modela stavlja se sloj pogodnog punioca koji je propusan za oksidans i propusan za proizvod oksidacije da infiltrira kroz sloj, i koji je dovoljno prilagodljiv za promenu zapremine na tacki topljenja osnovnog metala i za svako deferencijalno toplotno sirenje izmedju osnovnog metala i sloja punioca, posle cega se ovako oblikovan i puniocem obuhvacen osnovni metal zagreva do temperature iznad njegove tacke topljenja ali ispod tacke topljenja proizvoda oksidacije da se time formira telo istopljenog metala, i na toj temperaturi reaguje stopljeni osnovni metal sa oksidansom da nastane proizvod oksidacije, odrzava se bar deo proizvoda oksidacije u dodiru sa i izmedju tela stopljenog metala i oksidansa, da se progresivno izvlaci stopljeni metal iz tela stopljenog metala kroz proizvod oksidacije i sloj punioca uz istovremeno obrazovanje mnostva aksijalno poredjanih prostorno odvojenih zidova u ovom sloju punioca dok se nastavlja obrazovanje proizvoda oksidacije na medjuprostoru izmedju oksidansa i prethodno obrazovanog proizvoda oksidacije, i ova reakcija se nastavlja u trajanju dovoljnomm da se bar delimicno punilac obuhvati proizvodom oksidacije i da se obrazuje samonosece keramicko slozeno telo sa mnostvom aksijalno poredjanih prostorno odvojenih zidova spojenih poprecnom vezom cime se inverzno kopira konfiguracija modela stvarajuci pri tome najmanje dva aksijalno poredjana prolaza za fluid; i sto se na kraju nastalo samonosece telo oslobadja viska punioca, ukoliko ga ima. Prijava sadrzi jos 1 nezavisan i 19 zavisnih zahteva.
