FAZONSKI KOMAD ZA TOPLOTNU IZOLACIJU, prvenstveno u obliku ploče, naznačen time, što se sastoji od a) jedne fino raspodeljene materije u obliku praha odnosno u obliku vlakana, koja ima kapacitet upijanja vode od 4 do 50 mas.% na 23В°C i 85% relativne vlažnosti. b) jednog omotača bez metala, koji obuhvata ovu fino rasporedjenu materiju u obliku praha odnosno vlakana, i koji pri tome ima propustljivost za vodenu paru od 0,1 do 0,5 g//m2.d/ na 23В°C i 85% realtivne vlažnosti i propustljivost za gasove od 0,1 do 0,5 cm3 //m2.d bar/na 23В°C, sa osobinom da upije vodu u količini od 2 do 15 mas.% i bez smanjenja njegove toplotne provodljivosti za više od 25%.
