Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA TOPLJENJE STAKLENE ŠARŽE, soda-kreč-silicijumdioksid ili slične šarže, naznačen time, što obuhvata predgrevanje pomenute šarže staklenog materijala u zoni za predgrevanje; mešanje goriva koje sadrži pepeo sa staklenom šaržom u količini od najmanje oko 6 mas.% u odnosu na dobijenu mešavinu, pri čemu pomenuto gorivo koje sadrži pepeo je ugalj ili tečni naftni proizvod sa sadržajem pepela koji se kreće od 3 do 9 mas.% u zavisnosti od izvora iz koga je dobijen; sagorevanje mešavine u zoni za likvefakciju s time što gorivo koje sadrži pepeo obezbedjuje glavnu količinu energije potrebne za likvefakciju šaržnog materijala; i odvodjenje istopljenog materijala iz zone za likvefakciju u redukovanom stanju u donju zonu.
