Abstract
The solution falls within the branch of processing petroleum residua for energetic purposes. The vacuum petroleum residuum with penetration of 50 to 400 penetration units at 25 degrees C from primary and/or secondary processing of crude oil and/or mixture of petroleum residua with high-boiling petroleum fractions, then from 19.35 to 31.3 percent by weight of water, from 0.1 to 2 percent by weight of carboxylic and/or alkylbenzenesulfonic acids, where alkyl contains from 8 to 16 carbons, from 0.5 to 6 percent by weight of protective colloid of protein character and from 0.05 to 0.7 percent by weight of sodium hydroxide, and/or potassium hydroxide and/or ammonium hydroxide, form the oil base of the heating oil.
