Abstract
POSTUPAK PENUSAVE FLOTACIJE ZA IZDVAJANJE MINERALA KOJI SADRZE METAL IZ RUDE, koji obuhvata mlevenje rude u vodi radi gradjenja vodene suspenzije, podesavanje pH suspenzije na 8-12, dodavanje 0,01 do 1, okg flotacionog kolektora na tonu rude i gradjenje pene na pomenutoj suspenziji, naznacen time, sto flotacioni kolektor obuhvata komponentu (a) koja je jedinjenje formule R1-X-(R)n-Q u kolicini 10-90 mas.%, gde Q je -N(R2)a(H)b gde a+b=2, -N=Y gde Y je S, O, hidrokarbilen radikal ili supstituisan hidrokarbilen radikal, =N N ciklicni prsten, gde ciklicni prsten je zasicen ili nezasicen i moze da sadrzi dodatne heteroatome, ali mora da sadrzi N, R1 i R2 su nezavisno C1-22 hidrokarbil radikal, C1-22 supstituisan radikal ili zasicen ili nezasicen heterociklicni prsten, gde y+p+m=n, n je ceo broj 1-6 i y, p i m su svaki nezavisno O ili ceo broj 1-6, i svaka grupa moze da se javi u slucajnoj orijentaciji, gde R3 je vodonik, C1-22 hidrokarbil radikal ili C1-22 supstituisan hidrokarbil radikal, i komponentu (b) koja je ugljovodonik koji sadrzi monosulfidne jedinice formule R5-S-R6 u kolicini 10-90 mas.% kolektora, gde R5 i R6 su nezavisno hidrokarbil radikal ili hidrokarbil radikal supstituisan sa jednom ili vise hidroksi, ciano, halo, etar, hidrokarbiloksi ili hidrokarbil tioetar grupa, gde R5 i R6 mogu da grade heterociklicnu strukturu sa S, uz oranicenje da je S vezan za alifaticni ili cikloalifaticni atom ugljenika, uz dalje ogranicenje da ukupan sadrzaj hidrokarbon sulfida je od 4-20 atoma ugljenika, sto je dovoljno za hidrofobni karakter koji omogucava da cestice sulfida koji sadrzi metal ili sulfidiziranih oksida koji sadrze metal budu nosene ka vazduhom isklobucenoj granicnoj povrsini pod atmosferskim uslovima, na sobnoj temperaturi, koji se odrzavaju vazduhom i mesanjem tako da sulfidni minerali koji sadrze metal ili sulfidizirani minerali koji sadrze metal se izdvajaju u peni. Prijava sadrzi jos 14 patentnih zahteva.
