Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE ALKILAROMATICNIH UGLJOVODONIKA, koji se sastoji od dovodjenja prve sarze, koja sadrzi alifaticne monoolefinske ugljovodonike sa 7-15 ugljenikovih atoma i parafinske ugljovodonike sa 7-15 ugljenikovih atoma, u kontakt sa drugom sarzom, koja sadrzi benzol, tuluol ili naftalin, i sa fluorovodonikom u tecnoj fazi kao katalizatorom za alkilovanje, u zoni alkilovanja, na pritisku od 2 do 41 bar, temperaturi od 15 do 70 C, pri volumetrijskom odnosu HF prema ugljovodonicima od 0.2:1 do 10:1 i pri molskom odnosu benzola, toluola ili naftalina prema olefinskim ugljovodonicima od 3 : 1 do 10 :1, cime se proizvodi izlazni tok zone alkilovanja koji sadrzi smesu jednog ili vise monoalkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika, jednog ili vise dialkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika i jednog ili vise nuproizvoda reakcije alkilovanja sa visokom tackom ljucanja; i od izolovanja toka proizvoda, koji se sastoji od monoalkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika visoke cistoce, tako sto se, u zoni frakcionisanja, frakcionise prvi procesni tok dobijen iz izlaznog toka zone alkilovanja, koji se sastoji od monoalkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika, dialkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika i nuzproizvoda sa visokom tackom kljucanja, pri cemu se prvi procesni tok propusta, na temperaturi od 195 do 230 C, u prvu intermedijernu tacku prve kolone za frakcionisanje u zoni frakcionisanja, u kojoj na vrhu vlada subatmosferski pritisak od 6.7 do 87 mbar i temperatura pare od 55 do 95 C, a na dnu temperatura od 220 do 250 C, i pri cemu se tok proizvoda, monoalkilovanih alkilaromaticnih ugljovodonika, izoluje kao deo bocnog toka koji se odvodi iz prve kolone za frakcionisanje u drugoj intermedijernoj tacki, visoj od prve intermedijerne tacke, na temperaturi od 165 do 190 C, naznacen time, sto se iz prve kolone za frakcionisanje odvodi prvi tok sa dna, koji se sastoji od dialkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika i nuzproizvoda sa visokom tackom kljucanja a sadrzi i monoalkilovane aromaticne ugljovodonike, pa se prvi tok sa dna propusta u drugu kolonu za frakcionisanje, u zoni frakcionisanja, u kojoj vlada subatmosferski pritisak od 20 do 113 mbar, sto se bocni tok, koji sadrzi monoalkilovane aromaticne ugljovodonike odvedene iz prve kolone za frakcionisanje u drugoj intermedijernoj tacki, deli na prvi deo koji se odvodi kao tok proizvoda, monoalkilovanih aromaticnih ugljovodonika, na drugi, manji deo koji se odvodi u gornju polovinu druge kolone za frakcionisanje na temperaturi od 170 do 195 C i na treci, veci deo koji se uvodi u prvu kolonu za frakcionisanje u trecoj tacki, visoj od druge intermedijerne tacke; sto se iz druge kolone za frakcionisanje, na temperaturi od 200 do 225 C, odvodi gornji tok pare koji sadrzi monoalkilovane aromaticne ugljovodonike, pa se gornji tok pare propusta u gornju polovinu prve kolone za frakcionisanje; i sto se iz druge kolone za frakcionisanje, na temperaturi od 265 do 290 C i pritisku od 27 do 140 mbar odvodi, i iz procesa uklanja, drugi
