NOVI SULFONAMIDI I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVU PROIZVODNJU, novi sulfonamidi, koji se odlikuju po tome što imaju formulu u kojoj R1 označava vodonik, niži alkil, niži alkoksi, niži alkiltio, halogen ili trifluorometil; R2 označava vodonik, halogen, niži alkoksi, hidroksi niži alkoksi ili trifluorometil; i R3 označava vodonik, hidroksi, halogen, alkiltio, niži alkil, cikloalkil, hidroksi-niži alkil, hidroksi-niži alkoksi, hidroksimino-niži alkil, niži alkenil, okso-niži alkil, trifluorometil, trifluorometoksi, niži alkoksi, niži-alkoksi-niži-alkoksi ili aril-niži-alkoksi; ili R2 i R3 zajedno označavaju butadienil; R4 označava vodonik, a niži alkil, aril ili heteroaril; R5 označava vodonik, niži alkanoil, benzoil, heterociklični karbonil ili tetrahidropiran-2-il; R6 označava ostatak formule gde R11 označava halogen, niži alkoksi, niži-alkiltio ili tri-fluorometil; R12 označava vodonik ili niži alkoksi; R13 označava vodonik, niži alkoksi ili nitro; R14 označava vodonik, halogen, niži alkil, niži alkoksi, niži alkiltio ili nitro ili R13 i R14 zajedno označavaju butadienil; X i Y svaki nezavisno označava O, S ili NH; i n označava 2, 3 ili 4; i soli tih jedinjenja, kao i postupak dobijanja tih jedinjenja u kojem se vrši reakcija jedinjenja sledeće formule u kojoj R1, R2, R3, R4 i R6 imaju isto značenje kao u formuli I sa jedinjenjem formule MX(CH2)nYR5 III u kojoj X, Y, n i R5 imaju isto značenje kao u formuli I, a M je alkalni metal. Ovako dobijeni sulfanamidi se primenjuju u lečenju oboljenja krvotoka, a naročito hipertonije, iz hemije, vazospazmi i angine pektoris.NEW SULFONAMIDES AND PROCEDURE FOR THEIR PRODUCTION, novel sulfonamides, characterized in that they have the formula wherein R 1 denotes hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, halogen or trifluoromethyl; R2 is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy, hydroxy lower alkoxy or trifluoromethyl; and R 3 denotes hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, alkylthio, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxy-lower alkyl, hydroxy-lower alkoxy, hydroxymino-lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, oxo-lower alkyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, lower alkoxy, lower-alkoxy, lower-alkoxy lower-alkoxy or aryl-lower-alkoxy; or R2 and R3 together denote butadienyl; R4 denotes hydrogen and lower alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; R5 is hydrogen, lower alkanoyl, benzoyl, heterocyclic carbonyl or tetrahydropyran-2-yl; R 6 denotes a residue of the formula wherein R 11 denotes halogen, lower alkoxy, lower-alkylthio or tri-fluoromethyl; R12 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy; R 13 denotes hydrogen, lower alkoxy or nitro; R14 denotes hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio or nitro or R13 and R14 together denote butadienyl; X and Y each independently represent O, S or NH; and n denotes 2, 3 or 4; and salts of these compounds, as well as a process for preparing those compounds in which a reaction of the compounds of the following formula is carried out in which R1, R2, R3, R4 and R6 have the same meaning as in formula I with the compound of formula MX (CH2) nYR5 III in which X. Y and R5 have the same meaning as in formula I and M is an alkali metal. The sulfanamides thus obtained are used in the treatment of diseases of the bloodstream, and in particular hypertension, from chemistry, vasospasms and angina.
