Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU MAGNEZIJUMA I TROSKE U PODRUČJU VOLASTONITA I RANKINITA REDUKCIJOM MGO SA FESI U PRISUSTVU CAO I AL2O3. Ovim "Tehničkim rešenjem" ostvaruje se postupak za proizvodnju Mg i troske koji će omogućiti dobijanje veće količine magnezijuma uz smanjenje količine dodatog Al2O3 i dobijanja volastonitnog-rakinitne troske kao kvalitetne sirovine za keramičku industriju. Kombinacijom kalciniranog magnezita i dolomita postiže se definisan odnos MgO: CaO koji obezbedjuje da se redukcija MgO sa Si odvija u ovlastonitnom ili rakinitnom području pri čemu se pored magnezijuma dobija znatno manja količina ali vrlo upotrebljive šljake. Radna temperatura u peći za redukciju je za 100-150 C niža od one temperature koja se koristi pri upotrebi čistoga dolomita kao polazne sirovine. Osim toga, potrebna količina Al2O3 koji se koristi za korekciju šljake je po toni proizvedenog magnezijuma manja za 400 kg. Manja količina šljake, koja se po našem postupku dobija po jednoj toni proizvedenog magnezijuma pruža mogućnost da se na istoj peći proizvede veća količina magnezijuma.PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MAGNESIUM AND LOGS IN THE FIELD OF VOLASTONITE AND RANKINITE BY REDUCTION OF MGO WITH FESI IN THE PRESENCE OF CAO AND AL2O3. This "Technical Solution" realizes the process for the production of Mg and slag, which will enable the production of a larger amount of magnesium while reducing the amount of added Al2O3 and obtaining wollastonite-rakinite slag as a quality raw material for the ceramic industry. The combination of calcined magnesite and dolomite achieves a defined ratio of MgO: CaO, which ensures that the reduction of MgO with Si takes place in the authoritarian or rakinite area, whereby in addition to magnesium, a much smaller amount of very usable slag is obtained. The operating temperature in the reduction furnace is 100-150 C lower than the temperature used when using pure dolomite as a starting material. In addition, the required amount of Al2O3 used for slag correction is 400 kg less per tonne of magnesium produced. A smaller amount of slag, which according to our procedure was obtained per one ton of magnesium produced, provides the possibility to produce a larger amount of magnesium on the same furnace.
