Abstract
Kalup (6) sa unutrasnjim hladjenjem postavljen je na kraju klipa (4) u masini za izradu konzervi. Sredstva za unutrasnje hladjenje u klipu (4) omogucavaju izbegavanje porebe za spoljnom primenom rashladnih tecnosti. Vise paralelnih uvodnih i izlaznih cevi (8, 10) su rasporedjenje kruzno u klipu (4). Rashladna tecnost prolazi kroz uvodne cevi (8) do radijalnih uvodnih otvora (16) koji dovode rashladnu tecnost do unutrasnje povrsine kalupa (6), koja potom tece unazad kroz kanal (18) na unutrasnjoj povrsini kalupa (6) do radijalnih izlaznih otvora (20) koji vode do izlaznih cevi (10) kroz klip (4). Ispustena rashladna tecnost se krece nazad duz klipa i izlazi kroz prikljucak (12). Uvodne i izlazne cevi (8, 10) su rasporedjene po obimu i simetricno oko klipa (4), da bi se smanjili radijalni temperaturni gradijenti u klipu (4). Centralni otvor (24) omogucava protok vazduha kroz klip (4) da bi pomogao skidanje izradjene konzerve sa kalupa (6).
