Abstract
Visokotemperaturna reakcija Bi2O3 i Fe2O3 se obavlja na temperaturama iznad 1023В°K kada, pri produženom mlevenju, dolazi do delimične razgradnje novostvorenog jedinjenja usled otparavanja Bi2O3. Produženim mlevenjem polazne smeše dolazi do pojave BiFeO3 (2-3 %) već na sobnoj temperaturi. Značajno povišenje sadržaja BiFeO3 počinje na temperaturama iznad 873В°K.
