Abstract

Konvencinalni pogon za proizvodnju peroksomonosumporne kiseline (Karo kiseline) je veliki i zahteva ektenzivno hladjenje, tako da je nezgodno za transport, može da bude teško za instalisanje pored postojećeg pogona i može da ima relativno skup kapitala/ili cenu koštanja rada. U ovom pronalasku peroksomonosumporna kiselina se dobija kon-tinualno u relativno malom pogonu adijabatski, uvodjenjem koncentrovanog vodonika peroksida u struju koncentrovane sumporne kiseline u reakcionoj komori dimenzionisanoj tako da je protok veoma brz. U posebno pogodnim realizacijama, reakciona komora je kružna na tačkama unošenja reagenasa, njena širina je veća u blizini ulaza za vodonik peroksid nego u blizni ulaza za sumpornu kiselinu. Ulaz za vodonik peroksid je prvenstveno nagnut unazad tako da sklapa ugao sa strujom sumporne kiseline od preko 90 stepeni do oko 165 stepeni.
