Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA LIVENJE METALNIH DELOVA POD PRITISKOM U PENU SA JEDNOKRATNOM UPOTREBOM, pronalazak se odnosi na livenje metalnih delova pod pritiskom u penu sa jednokratnom upotrebom. Postupak se sastoji u tome da pri ispunjenju kalupa sa tečnim metalom i kada očvrsli deo metala iznosi više od 40 mas.% primenimo izostatički gasni pritisak na celokupni deo kalupa sa metalom u iznosu izmedju 1,5-10 MPa. Pronalazak se primenjuje za izradu delova od aluminijumskih legura koje imaju poboljšane mehaničke osobine odnosno poboljšanu otpornost na zamor materijala.A method for casting disposable metal parts into pressure in a disposable foam, the invention relates to the casting of metal parts under pressure into disposable foam. The process consists in applying isostatic gas pressure to the entire part of the metal mold in the amount of between 1.5-10 MPa when filling the mold with liquid metal and when the hardened part of the metal is more than 40% by weight. The invention is applied to the production of parts from aluminum alloys which have improved mechanical properties or improved fatigue resistance of the material.
