Abstract

PNEUMATSKI CILINDAR SA ZABRAVLJIVANJEM U KRAJNJEM POLOŽAJU NAROČITO ZA POKRETANJE PREKLOPNIH VENTILA ZA ODVOD DIMNIH GASOVA. Kod jednog pneumatskog cilindra sa zabravljivanjem u krajnjem položaju, naročito za pokretanje preklopnih ventila za odvod dima u postrojenjima za odvodjenje dima i toplote, može se jedan dvostrani klip (9) kretati u cilindru dvostrukog dejstva sa dve cilindarske komore (9a, 9b) pomoću fluida pod pritiskom. U cilju pouzdanog zabravljivanja u krajnjim položajima, sa obe strane zatvorenih cilindarskih komora (9a, 9b) i u neposrednoj blizini tih cilindarskih komora postavljen je pomerljivo po jedan klip (3, odnosno 4) za zabravljivanje i koncentrično u odnosu na klipnu polugu (10), koji je povezan sa susednom cilindarskom komorom (9a, odnosno 9b) radi prolaza fluida pod pritiskom. Svaki od klipova (3,4) za zabravljivanje ima jedan čaurasti deo (naprimer 4a), koji obuhvata u zabravljenom položaju radijalno pomerljive kuglice (11). Kuglice (11) zahvataju u jedan prstenasti, sa klipnom polugom (10) povezan žleb (na primer 10a), i to delimično. Čaurasti deo (4a) oslobadja kuglice (11) da se kreću radijalno prema napolje kada se od njih aksijalno odmakne. Ovaj uredjaj za zabravljivanje se može prema jednom izvodjenju pneumatskog cilindra dopuniti u cilindar dvostrukog hoda, a pomoću jedne pomoćne poluge za zabravljivanje na klipnoj poluzi i jednog pritiskom upravljanog dvosmernog ventila, koji pokreće jedan pomoćni klip za zabrqvljivanje koji sadejstvuje sa pomoćnom polugom za zabravljivanje.
