Abstract
VAKUMSKO LIVENJE POMOĆU TANKOZIDNE VIŠESLOJNE ŠKOLJKE KALUPA OSLONJENE NA ZRNASTI MATERIJAL, potrošni model predmeta koji treba da se lije sadrži topljiv materijal koji se širi pri zagrevanju (na primer model od voska). The model is coated with granular molding material to form a thin, multi-layered shell having a wall thickness not exceeding about 3 mm. The small thickness of the shell wall unexpectedly reduces the damage and deformation of the shell when removing the model from it in the process of processing with a steam autoclave. After baking, a thin, gas-permeable shell is surrounded by a refractory granular support medium in a vacuum housing. The vacuum housing is then evacuated to evacuate the mold cavity defined by the thin shell, and at the same time pressure is applied to the support medium around the thin shell, to support the shell against casting stress when the molten metal is vacuum ascended into the evacuated mold cavity.
