Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na nove 2,3-benzodiazepinske derivate koji su nekonkurentska AMPA antagonistička jedinjenja formule I, gde R1 i R2 predstavljaju, nezavisno, vodonik, halo, C1-4 alkil grupu, C1-4-alkoksi grupu, nitro grupu, trifluorometil grupu ili grupu formule -NR8R9, gde R8 i R9, označavaju, nezavisno, vodonik, C1-4 alkil grupu ili grupu formule -COR10, gde R10 je vodonik, C1-6 alkil grupa koja može biti supstituisana, C6-10 aril grupa, C1-4 alkoksi grupa, C3-5 cikloalkil grupa, C2-6 alkenil grupa, C3-5 cikloalkoksi grupa ili grupa formule-NR11R12, gde R11 i R12 označavaju, nezavisno, vodonik, C1-4 alkil grupu, C3-5 cikloalkil grupu ili C6-10 aril grupu; R3 predstavlja C1-4 alkil grupu, C3-5 cikloalkil grupu ili grupu formule -CO-R13, gde R13 ima istu definiciju datu za R10; R4 i R5 predstavljaju, nezavisno, vodonik ili C1-3 alkil grupu; R6 i R7 predstavljaju, nezavisno, vodonik, hloro ili bromo uz predpostavku da ako jedan od R6 i R7 označava vodonik, drugi nije vodonik, kao i na njihove izomere i kiselinske adicione soli jedinjenja ili izomera, na postupak za njihovo dobijanje i dalje na farmaceutske preparate dobijene od ovih. Pronalazak se odnosi takodje na polazna jedinjenja formule II, gde R1, R2, R4, R5, R6 i R7 su kao što je dato za jedinjenje formuleThe invention relates to novel 2,3-benzodiazepine derivatives which are non-competitive AMPA antagonist compounds of formula I, wherein R 1 and R 2 represent, independently, hydrogen, halo, C 1-4 alkyl group, C 1-4 alkoxy group, nitro group, trifluoromethyl group or a group of formula -NR8R9, wherein R8 and R9, independently represent hydrogen, a C1-4 alkyl group or a group of formula -COR10, wherein R10 is hydrogen, a C1-6 alkyl group which may be substituted, a C6-10 aryl group, C1 A -4 alkoxy group, a C3-5 cycloalkyl group, a C2-6 alkenyl group, a C3-5 cycloalkoxy group or a group of formula-NR11R12, wherein R11 and R12 denote, independently, hydrogen, a C1-4 alkyl group, a C3-5 cycloalkyl group, or A C6-10 aryl group; R3 represents a C1-4 alkyl group, a C3-5 cycloalkyl group or a group of the formula -CO-R13, wherein R13 has the same definition given for R10; R4 and R5 represent, independently, hydrogen or a C1-3 alkyl group; R 6 and R 7 independently represent hydrogen, chloro or bromo with the assumption that if one of R 6 and R 7 denotes hydrogen, the other is not hydrogen, as well as their isomers and acid addition salts of the compounds or isomers, to a process for their preparation and further to pharmaceuticals preparations obtained from these. The invention also relates to starting compounds of formula II, wherein R1, R2, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are as given for a compound of formula
