Description
본 개시는 압축기에 관한 것이다.
압축기는 전기모터나 터빈 등의 동력발생장치로부터 동력을 전달받아 공기나 냉매 또는 그 밖의 다양한 작동가스를 압축시켜 압력을 높여 주는 기계장치이다. 압축기는 냉장고, 공기조화기, 의류 건조기 등과 같은 가전기기 또는 산업 전반에 걸쳐 널리 사용되고 있다.
압축기의 종류로는 왕복동식 압축기, 스크롤식 압축기 및 회전식 압축기 등이 있다. 왕복동식 압축기는 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 작동 가스가 흡입 및 토출되는 압축 공간이 형성되도록 하여 피스톤이 실린더 내부에서 직선 왕복 운동을 하면서 작동 가스를 압축시킨다. 스크롤식 압축기는 선회 스크롤과 고정 스크롤 사이에 작동 가스가 흡입 및 토출되는 압축 공간이 형성되도록 하여 선회 스크롤이 고정 스크롤을 따라 회전하면서 작동 가스를 압축시킨다. 회전식 압축기는 편심 회전되는 롤링 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 작동 가스가 흡입 및 토출되는 압축 공간이 형성되도록 하여 롤링 피스톤이 실린더의 내벽을 따라 편심 회전되면서 작동 가스를 압축시킨다.
압축기는 냉매의 압축이 수행되는 압축부와, 냉매의 압축을 위해 동력을 제공하는 구동부를 포함한다. 압축부에는 압축된 냉매가 배출될 때 발생하는 소음을 저감시키기 위한 머플러가 구비될 수 있다.

본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기는, 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에 배치되며, 실린더 챔버를 포함하는 실린더; 상기 실린더 챔버에서 회전 가능하게 마련되며, 회전함에 따라 상기 실린더 챔버로 유입되는 냉매를 압축하도록 마련되는 롤러; 상기 롤러에 회전력을 제공하도록 마련되며, 상기 롤러를 관통하도록 배치되는 회전 샤프트; 및 상기 실린더에 고정되는 제1 단부와, 상기 롤러의 회전에 의해 이동 가능하도록 구성되는 제2 단부를 포함하는 베인;을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 롤러는, 외측면에 형성된 베인 홈과, 상기 베인 홈과 상기 롤러의 내측면에 형성된 오일 가이드의 개구 사이를 따라 오일이 상기 회전 샤프트를 향해 흐르도록 가이드하는 오일 가이드를 포함할 수 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기(11)는 공기조화기(1)에 포함될 수 있다.
공기조화기(1)는, 공기 조화의 대상이 되는 공간, 즉, 실내의 냉방을 위하여, 실내에서 열을 흡수하고 실외로 열을 방출할 수 있다. 또한, 공기조화기(1)는, 실내의 난방을 위하여, 실외에서 열을 흡수하고 실내로 열을 방출할 수 있다. 공기조화기(1)는 실외 공기와 열을 교환하도록 구성되는 실외기(10)와 실내 공기와 열을 교환하도록 구성되는 실내기(20)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실외기(10)는 실외 공간에 설치되어 실외 공기와 열을 교환할 수 있고, 실내기(20)는 실내 공간에 설치되어 실내 공기와 열을 교환할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 공기조화기(1)는 실외기(10)와 실내기(20)가 서로 분리되어 설치되는 분리형 공기조화기일 수 있다. 또는, 일 실시예에 따른 공기조화기(1)는 실외기(10)와 실내기(20)가 하나의 캐비닛에 함께 설치되는 일체형 공기조화기일 수 있다.
실외기(10)는 냉매의 상 변화(예를 들어, 증발 또는 응축)를 이용하여 냉매와 실외 공기 사이의 열 교환을 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실외기(10)는 냉매의 응축을 이용하여 냉매의 열을 실외 공기로 방출할 수 있다. 또한, 실외기(10)는 냉매의 증발을 이용하여 실외 공기의 열을 냉매로 흡수시킬 수 있다.
실외기(10)는 냉매를 압축하도록 구성되는 압축기(11)를 포함할 수 있다. 실외기(10)는 실외 공기와 냉매 사이에 열이 교환되도록 구성되는 실외 열교환기(12)를 포함할 수 있다.
실내기(20)는 냉매의 상 변화(예를 들어, 증발 또는 응축)를 이용하여 냉매와 실내 공기 사이의 열 교환을 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실내기(20)는 냉매의 증발을 이용하여 실내 공기의 열을 냉매로 흡수시킴으로써 실내 공간을 냉방할 수 있다. 또한, 실내기(20)는 냉매의 응축을 이용하여 냉매의 열을 실내 공기로 방출함으로써 실내 공간을 난방할 수 있다.
실내기(20)는 실내 공기와 냉매 사이에 열이 교환되도록 구성되는 실내 열교환기(22)를 포함할 수 있다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 공기조화기(1)는, 실외기(10)와 실내기(20) 사이에서 냉매를 매개로 열을 이동시키기 위한 냉매 순환 회로를 포함할 수 있다.
냉매 순환 회로는 압축기(11), 실외 열교환기(12), 팽창 장치(13), 및 실내 열교환기(22)를 포함할 수 있다. 냉매는 압축기(11), 실외 열교환기(12), 팽창 장치(13) 및 실내 열교환기(22)의 순서로 순환하거나 또는 압축기(11), 실내 열교환기(22), 팽창 장치(13) 및 실외 열교환기(12)의 순서로 순환할 수 있다.
압축기(11)는 냉매를 압축할 수 있다. 압축기(11)로 저온 저압의 냉매가 유입될 수 있다. 압축기(11)는 저온 저압 상태의 냉매를 압축하여 고온 고압 상태의 냉매로 만들 수 있다. 압축기(11)는 고온 고압의 냉매를 배출할 수 있다.
실외 열교환기(12)에서는 냉매와 실외 공기 사이의 열 교환이 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 냉방 운전 중에 실외 열교환기(12)에서는 고온 고압의 냉매가 응축되며, 냉매가 응축되는 동안 냉매는 실내 공기에 열을 방출할 수 있다. 냉방 운전 중에 실외 열교환기(12)는 냉매 액을 배출할 수 있다. 또한, 난방 운전 중에 실외 열교환기(12)에서는, 저온 전압의 냉매가 증발되며, 냉매가 증발되는 동안 냉매는 실내 공기에서 열을 흡수할 수 있다. 난방 운전 중에 실외 열교환기(12)는 냉매 가스를 배출할 수 있다.
실외 열교환기(12)의 인근에는 실외 팬(16)이 마련될 수 있다. 실외 팬(16)은 냉매와 실외 공기 사이의 열 교환이 촉진되도록 실외 열교환기(12)에 실외 공기를 송풍할 수 있다.
팽창 장치(13)는 냉매를 팽창시킬 수 있다. 일 예로, 팽창 장치(13)는 교축 효과를 이용하여 고온 고압의 냉매 액을 팽창시킬 수 있다. 팽창 장치(13)는 저온 저압의 냉매 액을 배출할 수 있다. 팽창 장치(13)는 유로의 단면적을 감소시킬 수 있는 오리피스(orifice)를 포함할 수 있다.
팽창 장치(13)는 실내기(20)에 연결될 수 있다. 팽창 장치(13)는 실내기(20)의 개수에 대응되는 개수로 마련될 수 있다.
실내 열교환기(22)에서는 냉매와 실내 공기 사이의 열 교환이 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 냉방 운전 중에 실내 열교환기(22)에서는 저압 저온의 냉매가 증발되며, 냉매가 증발되는 동안 냉매는 실내 공기에서 열을 흡수할 수 있다. 냉방 운전 중에 실내 열교환기(22)는 냉매 가스를 배출할 수 있다. 또한, 난방 운전 중에 실내 열교환기(22)에서는, 고온 고압의 냉매가 응축되며, 냉매가 응축되는 동안 냉매는 실내 공기에 열을 방출할 수 있다. 난방 운전 중에 실내 열교환기(22)는 냉매 액을 배출할 수 있다.
실시 형태에 따라, 실내 열교환기(22)의 입구 측에는 별도의 팽창 장치(미도시) 또는 모세관(미도시)이 마련될 수 있다. 별도의 팽창 밸브 또는 모세관은 냉매 액을 팽창시켜 저온 저압의 냉매 액을 실내 열교환기(22)에 제공할 수 있다.
실내 열교환기(22)의 인근에는 실내 팬(26)이 마련될 수 있다. 실내 팬(26)은 냉매와 실외 공기 사이의 열 교환이 촉진되도록 실내 열교환기(22)에 실내 공기를 송풍할 수 있다.
또한, 냉매 순환 회로는 유로 전환 밸브(14)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 유로 전환 밸브(14)는 4방 밸브(4-way valve)를 포함할 수 있다. 유로 전환 밸브(14)는 압축기(11)의 냉매 배출구와 연결될 수 있다.
유로 전환 밸브(14)는 공기조화기(1)의 운전 모드(예를 들어, 냉방 운전 또는 난방 운전)에 의존하여 냉매의 순환 경로를 전환할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 공기조화기(1)의 냉방 운전 중에 유로 전환 밸브(14)는 압축기(11)에서 배출된 냉매를 실외 열교환기(12)로 안내할 수 있고, 그에 의하여 냉매는 압축기(11), 실외 열교환기(12), 팽창 장치(13) 및 실내 열교환기(22)의 순서로 순환할 수 있다. 또한, 공기조화기(1)의 난방 운전 중에 유로 전환 밸브(14)는 압축기(11)에서 배출된 냉매를 실내 열교환기(22)로 안내할 수 있고, 그에 의하여 냉매는 압축기(11), 실내 열교환기(22), 팽창 장치(13) 및 실외 열교환기(12)의 순서로 순환할 수 있다.
또한, 냉매 순환 회로는 어큐뮬레이터(15)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 압축기(11)의 냉매 유입구와 연결될 수 있다.
어큐뮬레이터(15)에는, 실내 열교환기(22) 또는 실외 열교환기(12)에서 증발된 저온 저압의 냉매가 유입될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 냉방 운전 중에 어큐뮬레이터(15)에는 실내 열교환기(22)에서 증발된 저온 저압의 냉매가 유입될 수 있다. 난방 운전 중에 어큐뮬레이터(15)에는 실외 열교환기(12)에서 증발된 저온 저압의 냉매가 유입될 수 있다.
부하에 따라 실내 열교환기(22) 또는 실외 열교환기(12)에서 냉매가 불완전 증발될 수 있으며, 어큐뮬레이터(15)에 냉매 액과 냉매 가스가 혼합된 냉매가 유입될 수 있다. 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 냉매 액과 냉매 가스가 혼합된 냉매가 유입될 시 냉매 가스에서 냉매 액을 분리하고, 냉매 액이 분리된 냉매 가스를 압축기(11)에 제공할 수 있다.
일 예로, 압축기(11), 실외 열교환기(12), 실외 팬(16), 팽창 장치(13), 유로 전환 밸브(14) 및 어큐뮬레이터(15)는 실외기(10)에 배치될 수 있다. 실내 열교환기(22) 및 실내 팬(26)은 실내기(20)에 배치될 수 있다. 다만 팽창 장치(13)의 위치는 실외기(10)에 제한되지 않으며, 다양한 실시예들에서 팽창 장치(13)는 실내기(20)에 배치될 수도 있다.
도 1에는 1개의 실외기(10)와 1개의 실내기(20)가 서로 연결되는 예시에 대해 도시되었으나, 본 개시는 이에 제한되지 않으며 1개의 실외기(10)와 2개 이상의 실내기(20)가 연결될 수도 있고, 또는 2개 이상의 실외기(10)와 1개의 실내기(20)가 연결될 수도 있고, 또는 2개 이상의 실외기(10)와 2개 이상의 실내기(20)가 연결될 수도 있다.
이상에서 도 1을 참조하여 설명한 일 실시예에 따른 공기조화기(1)는 본 개시의 사상에 따른 압축기가 적용될 수 있는 기기의 일 예시에 불과하며, 본 개시의 사상은 이에 제한되지 않는다.

도 2를 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기(11)는, 냉매를 압축하도록 구성되는 압축부(실린더(100), 롤러(200) 등의 구성들을 포함)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기(11)는, 압축부에 동력을 제공하도록 마련되는 구동 모터(40)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기(11)는, 압축부 및 구동 모터(40)를 수용하는 하우징(30)을 포함할 수 있다.
하우징(30)은 압축기(11)의 외관을 형성할 수 있다. 하우징(30)은 압축기(11)의 구성들을 수용하도록 마련될 수 있다. 하우징(30)의 내부에는 압축부와 구동 모터(40)가 수용되는 수용 공간(S)이 형성될 수 있다.
하우징(30)은 오일(O)을 수용하도록 마련될 수 있다. 하우징(30)은 오일(O)을 저장하도록 마련될 수 있다. 오일(O)은 압축기(11)의 각종 부재들 간의 마찰을 저감시키고 압축기(11)의 각종 부재들을 윤활할 수 있다.
하우징(30)의 유입부 측에는 압축기 유입관(PI)이 연결될 수 있다. 하우징(30)은 압축기 유입관(PI)에 의해 어큐뮬레이터(15)와 연결될 수 있다. 압축기 유입관(PI)은 어큐뮬레이터(15)로부터 하우징(30) 내부로 유입되는 냉매를 안내하도록 마련될 수 있다. 압축기 유입관(PI)은 실린더(100)에 연결되며, 압축기 유입관(PI)에 의해 안내되는 냉매는 실린더(100) 내측의 실린더 챔버(110)로 흐를 수 있다.

압축기(11)는 적어도 하나의 실린더(100)를 포함할 수 있다.

미드 플레이트(70)는 어퍼 실린더(100a) 아래에 배치되어 어퍼 실린더 챔버(110a)의 하측을 커버할 수 있다. 미드 플레이트(70)는 로어 실린더(100a) 위에 배치되어 로어 실린더 챔버(110b)의 상측을 커버할 수 있다. 미드 플레이트(70)는 어퍼 실린더 챔버(110a)와 로어 실린더 챔버(110b)를 구획하도록 마련될 수 있다.
미드 플레이트(70)는 어퍼 실린더(100a) 및/또는 로어 실린더(100b)에 결합될 수 있다. 일 예로, 미드 플레이트(70)는 어퍼 실린더(100a) 및/또는 로어 실린더(100b)에 스크류 결합될 수 있다. 다만, 본 개시는 상술한 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 미드 플레이트(70)는 기 공지된 다양한 결합 방식을 통해 어퍼 실린더(100a) 및/또는 로어 실린더(100b)에 결합될 수 있다.

롤러(200)는 실린더 챔버(110)에서 회전 가능하게 마련될 수 있다. 롤러(200)는 실린더 챔버(110)에서 회전함에 따라 실린더 챔버(110)로 유입되는 냉매를 압축하도록 마련될 수 있다. 롤러(200)는 회전 샤프트(50)로부터 회전력을 제공 받을 수 있다. 롤러(200)는 후술할 캠(60)에 의해 회전 샤프트(50)의 중심축으로부터 편심될 수 있다. 롤러(200)는 편심된 축을 중심으로 회전할 수 있다.
롤러(200)는 대략 링(ring) 형상을 가질 수 있다. 롤러(200)의 외경은 실린더(100)의 내경보다 작을 수 있다. 롤러(200)의 외측면은 실린더(100)의 내측면에 접하면서 회전할 수 있다.
롤러(200)는 베인(300)의 일부가 삽입 가능하도록 마련되는 베인 홈(210)을 포함할 수 있다. 베인 홈(210)은 롤러(200)의 외측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 베인 홈(210)에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술하기로 한다.
롤러(200)는 베인 홈(210)으로부터 롤러(200)의 내측을 향해 개방되는 오일 가이드(220)를 포함할 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)는 회전 샤프트(50)를 향하도록 개방될 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)는 베인 홈(210)으로부터 롤러(200)의 내측면으로 연장될 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)에 대한 자세한 설명은 후술하기로 한다.

어퍼 롤러(200a)는, 어퍼 베인 홈(210a)으로부터 회전 샤프트(50)를 향해 개방되는 어퍼 오일 가이드(220a)를 포함할 수 있다. 어퍼 오일 가이드(220a)는 어퍼 베인 홈(210a)으로부터 어퍼 롤러(200a)의 내측면으로 연장될 수 있다.

로어 롤러(200b)는, 로어 베인 홈(210b)으로부터 회전 샤프트(50)를 향해 개방되는 로어 오일 가이드(220b)를 포함할 수 있다. 로어 오일 가이드(220b)는, 로어 베인 홈(210b)으로부터 로어 롤러(200b)의 내측면으로 연장될 수 있다.
압축기(11)는 회전 샤프트(50)를 포함할 수 있다.

베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은 오일 가이드(220)를 따라 흐르도록 마련될 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드될 수 있다. 베인(300)이 베인 홈(210) 내로 삽입됨에 따라, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은 오일 가이드(220) 쪽으로 이동할 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내에서 베인(300)에 의해 푸시된 오일은 오일 가이드(210) 쪽으로 흐를 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내에서 베인(300)의 제2 단부(320)에 의해 가압된 오일은 오일 가이드(210)를 따라 흐를 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드되는 오일은, 회전 샤프트(50)를 향해 흐를 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드되는 오일은, 캠(60)을 향해 흐를 수 있다. 즉, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은, 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 안내되어, 롤러(200)로부터 배출될 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)는 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일을 유출시키도록 마련될 수 있다.
일반적으로, 오일은 압축기 구성들을 윤활하기 위해 압축기 구성들 사이로 유입될 수 있다. 롤러(200)의 베인 홈(210) 내에도 오일이 존재할 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)가 없다고 가정하면, 베인(300)이 베인 홈(210)으로 삽입될 때, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일의 압력이 증가할 수 있다. 오일은 비압축성 물질이기 때문이다. 이로 인해, 오일의 압력이 베인(300)에 과도한 힘을 가하게 되어, 베인(300)이 손상될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 베인(300)의 제1 단부(310)의 마모량이 증대될 수 있다. 또한, 오일 가이드(220)가 없다고 가정하면, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은, 베인 홈(210)을 형성하는 벽부(예: 제1 벽부(231), 제2 벽부(232))와 베인(300) 사이를 통과하여, 실린더 챔버(110)로 유출될 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일이 유입 챔버(111)로 유출되는 경우, 유입 챔버(111)로 유입되는 냉매와 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일이 섞일 수 있다. 유입 챔버(111) 내의 냉매는 베인 홈(210)으로부터 유출되는 오일과 섞이게 되면서 온도 및/또는 압력이 높아질 수 있다. 실린더 챔버(110)에서는 오일과 섞인 냉매가 압축됨에 따라, 압축기(11)의 체적 효율이 저하될 수 있다. 또한, 오일과 섞인 냉매가 압축기(11)로부터 열교환기로 유입되는 경우, 열교환기의 열교환 성능 역시 저하될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 롤러(200)는 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일을 가이드하는 오일 가이드(220)를 포함할 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은 베인(300)에 의해 가압됨에 따라, 오일 가이드(220)로 흐를 수 있다. 이로써, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일의 압력이 증가하지 않을 수 있다. 베인(300)은 오일의 압력에 의한 과도한 힘을 받지 않을 수 있다. 오일 압력에 의한 베인(300)의 손상이 저하 및/또는 억제될 수 있다. 또한, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일이 오일 가이드(220)를 따라 유동함에 따라, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일이 유입 챔버(111)를 향해 유출되는 것이 제한될 수 있다. 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일은, 베인(300)에 의해 가압됨에 따라, 오일 가이드(220)를 따라 흐를 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드되는 오일은, 회전 샤프트(50) 및/또는 캠(60)을 향해 흐를 수 있다. 이로써, 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일이 유입 챔버(111)로 흐르는 것이 최대한 방지될 수 있다. 유입 챔버(111) 내의 냉매는 베인 홈(210) 내의 오일과 최대한 혼합되지 않을 수 있으며, 압축기(11)의 체적 효율이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 결국, 본 개시에 따르면, 압축기(11)의 수명이 증대되며, 압축기(11)의 효율 역시 저하되지 않을 수 있다.

오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드되어 롤러(200)로부터 유출되는 오일은, 압축기(11)의 구성들을 윤활하도록 마련될 수 있다.
도 18을 참조하면, 오일 가이드(220)를 통과한 오일은, 롤러(200)와 캠(60) 사이로 유입될 수 있다. 오일 가이드(220)를 통과한 오일은, 롤러(200)의 내측면(202)과 캠(60)의 외측면 사이에 형성되는 간극(g)을 따라 하방으로 흐를 수 있다. 오일은, 롤러(200)와 캠(60) 간의 마찰을 저감시킬 수 있다.
도 19를 참조하면, 오일 가이드(220)를 통과한 오일은, 실린더 커버(400)와 회전 샤프트(50) 사이로 유입될 수 있다. 일 예로, 로어 실린더 커버(400b)는, 로어 커버 바디(410b)와, 로어 커버 바디(410b)로부터 연장되어 회전 샤프트(50)를 둘러싸도록 마련되는 로어 지지부(420b)를 포함할 수 있다. 로어 실린더 커버(400b)는 로어 지지부(420b)의 내측면으로부터 함몰되는 커버 홈(421)을 포함할 수 있다. 커버 홈(421)은 오일 가이드(220)를 통과한 오일을 가이드하도록 마련될 수 있다. 커버 홈(421)은 커버 홈(421)을 따라 흐르는 오일을 하방으로 가이드하도록 마련될 수 있다. 커버 홈(421)은 오일이 상기 회전 샤프트(50)와 상기 지지부(420) 사이로 흐르게 할 수 있다. 커버 홈(421)은 대략 수직 방향(V)을 따라 연장될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 커버 홈(421)을 따라 흐르는 오일은, 로어 머플러(500b)를 통과하여, 하우징(30)에 수용될 수 있다(도 2 참조). 오일은, 회전 샤프트(50)와 실린더 커버(400) 간의 마찰을 저감시킬 수 있다.
다만, 도 18 및 도 19에 도시된 냉매의 흐름은 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 오일 가이드(220)에 의해 가이드되어 롤러(200)로부터 유출되는 오일은 상술한 예들 외에도 압축기(11)의 다양한 구성들을 윤활하도록 마련될 수 있다.
한편, 도 18을 참조하면, 베인 홈(210)은 수직 방향(V)을 따라 제1 길이(L1)를 가질 수 있고, 오일 가이드(220)는 수직 방향(V)을 따라 제1 길이(L1)보다 작은 제2 길이(L2)를 가질 수 있다. 도면에서는, 탑 오일 가이드(221) 및 바텀 오일 가이드(222)가 제2 길이(L2)를 갖는 것으로 도시되었으나, 탑 오일 가이드(221)의 수직 방향(V)에 따른 길이와, 바텀 오일 가이드(222)의 수직 방향(V)에 따른 길이는 상이할 수 있다. 또한, 경우에 따라, 오일 가이드(220)의 수직 방향(V)에 따른 길이는 베인 홈(210)의 수직 방향(V)에 따른 길이와 대략 동일할 수도 있다.

본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 어퍼 베인 슬롯(210a)은, 상기 어퍼 롤러(200a)의 외측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 어퍼 오일 가이드(220a)는, 상기 어퍼 베인 슬롯(210a)으로부터 상기 어퍼 롤러(200a)의 내측면으로 연장될 수 있다. 상기 로어 베인 슬롯(210b)은, 상기 로어 롤러(200b)의 외측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 로어 오일 가이드(220b)는, 상기 로어 베인 슬롯(210b)으로부터 상기 로어 롤러(200b)의 내측면으로 연장될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기는, 상기 로어 실린더(100b)의 아래에 배치되며, 상기 로어 실린더 챔버(110b)의 하측을 커버하도록 마련되는 실린더 커버(400b);를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 실린더 커버(400b)는, 상기 회전 샤프트(50)를 둘러싸도록 마련되는 로어 지지부(420b); 및 상기 로어 지지부(420b)의 내측면으로부터 함몰되는 커버 홈(421)으로서, 오일이 상기 회전 샤프트(50)와 상기 로어 지지부(420b) 사이로 흐르게 하는 커버 홈(421);을 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 압축기는, 하우징(30); 상기 하우징(30) 내부에 배치되며, 실린더 챔버(110)를 포함하는 실린더(100); 상기 실린더 챔버(110)에서 회전 가능하게 마련되며, 회전함에 따라 상기 실린더 챔버(110)로 유입되는 냉매를 압축하도록 마련되는 롤러(200); 상기 롤러(200)에 회전력을 제공하도록 마련되며, 상기 롤러(200)를 관통하도록 배치되는 회전 샤프트(50); 및 상기 실린더(110)에 고정되는 제1 단부(310)와, 상기 롤러(200)의 회전에 의해 이동 가능하도록 구성되는 제2 단부(320)를 포함하는 베인(300);을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 롤러(200)는, 상기 회전 샤프트(50)를 향해 개방되어 오일을 가이드하도록 마련되는 오일 가이드(220)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 상기 롤러(200)는, 상기 베인(300)의 상기 제2 단부(320)가 삽입 가능하도록, 상기 롤러(200)의 외측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성되는 베인 홈(210)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 오일 가이드(220)는, 상기 베인 홈(210)으로부터 상기 회전 샤프트(50)를 향해 연장될 수 있다. 상기 오일 가이드(220)는, 상기 베인(300)에 의해 푸시된 오일을 가이드하도록 구성될 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 압축기의 효율이 향상될 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 압축기의 수명이 증대될 수 있다.
본 개시의 사상에 따르면, 압축기는 베인 홈 내의 오일을 가이드하도록 마련되는 오일 가이드를 포함할 수 있다. 오일 가이드는 베인 홈 내의 오일이 유입 챔버로 흐르는 것을 방지 또는 저감할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 압축기의 체적 효율이 저하되는 것이 방지될 수 있다. 또한, 오일 가이드가 베인 홈 내의 오일을 가이드함에 따라, 베인 홈 내의 압력이 낮아질 수 있다. 이에 의해, 베인의 마모량이 감소할 수 있다.
본 개시에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 개시가 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
이상에서는 특정의 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였다. 그러나, 상기한 실시예에만 한정되지 않으며, 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경 실시할 수 있을 것이다.
Claims (15)
- 하우징;상기 하우징 내부에 배치되며, 내측에 실린더 챔버를 포함하는 실린더;상기 실린더 챔버에서 회전 가능하게 마련되는 롤러로서, 외측면에 형성되는 베인 홈과, 상기 베인 홈 내의 오일을 가이도하도록 상기 베인 홈과 내측면 사이에서 연장되는 오일 가이드를 포함하는 롤러;상기 베인 홈 내에 삽입되어 이동 가능하도록 마련되고, 상기 롤러와 함께 상기 실린더 챔버를, 냉매가 유입되는 유입 챔버와 냉매가 압축되는 압축 챔버로 구획하도록 마련되는 베인;을 포함하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 롤러에 회전력을 제공하기 위한 회전 샤프트로서, 상기 롤러를 관통하도록 마련되는 회전 샤프트;를 더 포함하고,상기 오일 가이드는, 상기 베인 홈과 상기 롤러의 내측면에 형성된 상기 오일 가이드의 개구의 사이를 따라 오일이 흐르도록 가이드하는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전 샤프트의 외측면에 형성되며, 상기 롤러의 내측면에 결합되어 상기 롤러를 편심 회전시키도록 마련되는 캠;을 더 포함하고,상기 오일 가이드는, 상기 베인 홈과 상기 캠 사이를 따라 오일이 흐르도록 가이드하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베인은,상기 실린더의 고정부와 접촉되는 제1 단부와,상기 제1 단부의 반대측에 마련되며, 상기 제1 단부를 중심으로 회전되도록 마련되고, 상기 롤러의 회전에 의해 상기 베인 홈 내에서 이동되도록 마련되는 제2 단부를 포함하는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 오일 가이드는,상기 베인 홈 내에서 상기 베인의 상기 제2 단부에 의해 가압된 오일이 상기 오일 가이드를 따라 흐르도록, 구성되는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 가이드는,상기 롤러의 상면 또는 상기 롤러의 하면으로부터 함몰되는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오일 가이드는, 상기 롤러의 상면으로부터 함몰되는 탑 오일 가이드이고,상기 롤러는,상기 탑 오일 가이드로부터 하방으로 이격되며, 상기 롤러의 하면으로부터 함몰되는 바텀 오일 가이드를 더 포함하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베인 홈은 제1 방향을 따라 연장되고,상기 오일 가이드는 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향을 따라 연장되는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베인 홈은 수직 방향을 따라 제1 길이를 갖고,상기 오일 가이드는 상기 수직 방향을 따라 상기 제1 길이보다 작은 제2 길이를 갖는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 베인은,상기 제1 단부와 상기 제2 단부를 연결하며, 상기 유입 챔버로 노출되는 제1 베인 사이드와,상기 제1 베인 사이드의 반대측에 마련되며, 상기 제1 단부와 상기 제2 단부를 연결하며, 상기 압축 챔버로 노출되는 제2 베인 사이드를 포함하고,상기 롤러는,상기 롤러의 상면과 상기 롤러의 하면을 관통하여 형성되며, 상기 제1 베인 사이드와 마주하도록 마련되는 제1 벽부와,상기 제1 벽부와 이격되며, 상기 롤러의 상면과 상기 롤러의 하면을 관통하여 형성되며, 상기 제2 베인 사이드와 마주하도록 마련되는 제2 벽부와,상기 제1 벽부와 상기 제2 벽부를 연결하며, 상기 베인의 상기 제2 단부와 마주하도록 마련되는 제3 벽부와,상기 제3 벽부로부터 연장되는 제4 벽부와,상기 제4 벽부로부터 이격되며, 상기 제1 벽부로부터 연장되는 제5 벽부와,상기 제4 벽부와 상기 제5 벽부를 연결하는 제6 벽부를 포함하는 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 베인 홈은, 상기 제1 벽부와 상기 제2 벽부와 상기 제3 벽부에 의해 정의되도록 마련되고,상기 오일 가이드는, 상기 제4 벽부와, 상기 제5 벽부와, 상기 제6 벽부에 의해 정의되도록 마련되는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더 아래에 배치되며, 상기 실린더 챔버의 하측을 커버하도록 마련되는 실린더 커버;를 더 포함하고,상기 실린더 커버는,상기 회전 샤프트를 둘러싸도록 마련되는 지지부; 및상기 지지부의 내측면으로부터 함몰되는 커버 홈으로서, 상기 오일 가이드를 통과한 오일을 가이드하도록 마련되는 커버 홈;을 포함하는 압축기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 커버 홈은,상기 커버 홈을 따라 흐르는 오일을 하방으로 가이드하도록 구성되는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 오일을 수용하도록 마련되고,상기 회전 샤프트는,오일 유로를 형성하는 샤프트 바디;상기 샤프트 바디의 하단부에 형성되며, 상기 하우징에 수용된 오일을 상기 오일 유로로 흡입하도록 마련되는 흡입 홀; 및상기 오일 유로를 따라 흐르는 오일을 상기 샤프트 바디의 외측면으로 배출하도록 마련되는 배출 홀;을 포함하는 압축기.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 회전 샤프트의 상기 배출 홀은 복수로 마련되고,상기 복수의 배출 홀은 상기 오일 유로의 길이 방향을 따라 이격되어 배치되는 압축기.
