Description

車載装置、プログラム及び情報処理方法
 本技術は、車載装置、プログラム及び情報処理方法に関する。
 本出願は、2024年6月18日出願の日本出願第2024-098244号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本出願に記載された全ての記載内容を援用するものである。
 車両には、バッテリから負荷への給電を制御する給電制御装置(例えば、特許文献1を参照)が搭載されている。特許文献1に記載の給電制御装置では、バッテリから負荷に流れる電流の電流経路に下流半導体ヒューズが設けられ、下流半導体ヒューズをオン又はオフに切替えることによって、バッテリから負荷への給電を制御する。
 下流半導体ヒューズは制御端を有する。例えば、下流半導体ヒューズがFET(Field Effect Transistor)である場合、制御端はゲートである。下流半導体ヒューズの両端間の抵抗値は、制御端の電圧に応じて変化する。制御端の電圧を調整することによって、下流半導体ヒューズの両端間の抵抗値を十分に小さい値に調整し、下流半導体ヒューズをオンに切替える。制御端の電圧を調整することによって、下流半導体ヒューズの両端間の抵抗値を十分に大きい値に調整し、下流半導体ヒューズをオフに切替える。

 特許文献1に記載の給電制御装置では、当該給電制御装置に接続される車載ECUの通信ポートを特定する点については考慮されていない。
 本開示は斯かる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、電源ポートが接続される車載ECUに接続される通信ポートを特定することができる車載装置等を提供することを目的とする。

  本開示の一態様によれば、電源ポートが接続される車載ECUに接続される通信ポートを特定する車載装置等を提供することができる。

 本態様にあたっては、車両には、複数の車載ECU、電源装置、及び車載装置が搭載されている。複数の車載ECUそれぞれと、車載装置とは、例えば、CANバス又はイーサネット(登録商標)等の通信線にて構成される車載ネットワークを介して、通信可能に接続される。更に車載装置は、電源装置から延設された電源線が接続され、当該電源線を複数に分岐した電源線それぞれに接続される車載ECUそれぞれに対し、電源装置から供給された電力を分配する。このように車載装置は、複数の車載ECU間にて送受信される通信データを中継する中継装置として機能すると共に、電源装置からの電力をこれら複数の車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配装置として機能する。従って、単一の車載装置に、中継装置としての機能と電力分配装置としての機能を集約することにより、車両に搭載される装置数の低減によるコスト削減及び製品重量の軽減化を図り、当該装置を搭載する際の配置自由度の向上を担保することができる。車載装置に接続される車載ECUは、通信ポートを介して通信線によって接続されると共に、電源ポートを介して電源線(分岐された電源線)によって接続されるものとなる。車載装置は、例えばCAN又はイーサネットに対応した複数の通信ポート(CANトランシーバ、イーサネットPHY部)を備える中継部、及び複数の電源ポートを備える電力分配部を備える。車載装置の制御部は、例えば、中継部との通信処理、中継部よりも上位層での中継処理、又は中継部から転送された通信データの検証処理等、中継部に関する処理を行うと共に、電力分配部を用いた電力分配処理、すなわち個々の車載ECUに対する給電処理に関する制御を行う。この際、制御部は、電力分配部が含むいずれかの電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、当該いずれかの電源ポートが接続される車載ECUに接続される通信ポートを特定するため、同一の車載ECUに接続される電源ポートと通信ポートとを特定することができる。従って、例えば、正規ディーラー等にて車両に対し新たな車載ECUが追加搭載される場合、又は車両の製造段階において、当該追加された車載ECUが接続される電源ポートと通信ポートとの対応付け又は関連性を効率的又は自動的に特定することができ、車載ECUの追加等作業における作業効率を向上させることができる。すなわち、車載装置に接続することにより車載ECUを車両に追加した際、当該追加等作業を行う作業者が電源ポートと通信ポートの対応関係を明示的に設定することを、不要とすることができる。
(2)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記電力分配部は、前記電源ポートそれぞれに接続される開閉部それぞれを含み、前記制御部は、前記開閉部を開閉制御することにより、前記開閉部の前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUへの電力の供給を制御する。
 本態様にあたっては、電力分配部は、電源ポートそれぞれに接続される開閉部それぞれを含み、当該開閉部は、例えば、機械式リレー、又はFET(Field Effect Transistor)等の半導体リレーにて構成される。制御部は、開閉部(リレー)それぞれの開閉制御(オンオフ制御)を行うことにより、当該開閉部が直列に接続される電源ポートに接続される車載ECUへの電力の供給又は遮断を制御する。直列に接続される開閉部と電源ポートとの間には、当該電源ポートに接続される電源線の定格値又は車載ECUの消費電力特定に応じたヒューズが介在して配置されているものであってもよい。制御部は、開閉部に流れる電流値に応じて、例えば、予め定められた所定の閾値を超える過電流が所定期間、流れた場合、当該開閉部を開(オフ)にすることにより、開閉部を半導体ヒューズとして機能させるものであってもよい。制御部は、開閉部を開閉制御することにより、当該開閉部に接続される電源ポートに接続される車載ECUに対する給電の開始又は停止を制御するため、当該電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を効率的に遷移又は変化させることができる。すなわち、制御部は、開閉部を閉(オン)とすることにより電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力を給電状態とし、開閉部を開(オフ)とすることにより電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力を遮断状態とし、従って、当該開閉部の開閉状態に基づき、電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を把握(導出)することができる。
(3)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部は、前記電力分配部が含む前記開閉部それぞれを順次にオン又はオフにすることにより、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させ、電力の供給状態の変化に応じた前記車載ECUとの通信状態に基づき、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続される前記通信ポートを特定する。
 本態様にあたっては、車載装置に接続される車載ECUそれぞれから、周期的又は定常的に通信データが、車載装置に対し出力(送信)されている。又は、車載装置は、接続される車載ECUそれぞれに対し、周期的又は定常的にポーリングメッセージを出力(送信)し、当該ポーリングメッセージに応答した車載ECUからの返信メッセージを受信することにより、当該車載ECUとの通信確認を行うものであってもよい。制御部は、電力分配部が含む開閉部それぞれを順次にオン(閉)又はオフ(開)にすることにより、電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる。この際、制御部は、電力分配部が含む全ての開閉部を、一旦オン(閉)にした後、当該開閉部をひとつずつ順次にオフ(開)にするものであってもよい。制御部は、いずれかの開閉部をオフ(開)にすることにより、通信データが受信されなくなった通信ポート(通信不能となった通信ポート)を特定し、当該特定した通信ポートと、オフ(開)にした開閉部に接続される電源ポートとを紐付け又は関連付けて、車載装置の記憶部に記憶するものであってもよい。又は、制御部は、電力分配部が含む全ての開閉部を、一旦オフ(開)にした後、該開閉部をひとつずつ順次にオン(閉)にするものであってもよい。制御部は、いずれかの開閉部をオン(閉)にすることにより、通信データが受信されるようになった通信ポート(通信可能となった通信ポート)を特定し、該特定した通信ポートと、オン(閉)にした開閉部に接続される電源ポートとを紐付け又は関連付けて、車載装置の記憶部に記憶するものであってもよい。このように制御部は、電力の供給状態の変化に応じた車載ECUとの通信状態に基づき、いずれかの電源ポートに接続される車載ECUが接続される通信ポートを特定するため、効率的に当該通信ポートの特定処理を行うことができる。
(4)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部は、前記電力分配部に含まれる前記電源ポートのうち、前記車載ECUが接続されていない空き状態の電源ポートを特定し、前記空き状態の電源ポートそれぞれに接続される前記開閉部それぞれを順次にオン又はオフにすることにより、前記空き状態の電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる。
 本態様にあたっては、制御部は、電力分配部に含まれる電源ポートのうち、車載ECUが接続されていない空き状態の電源ポートを特定する。車載装置の記憶部には、空き状態の電源ポートに関する情報が記憶されており、制御部は、記憶部を参照することにより、空き状態の電源ポートを特定するものであってもよい。制御部は、空き状態の電源ポートそれぞれに接続される開閉部それぞれを順次にオン(閉)又はオフ(開)にすることにより、これら空き状態の電源ポートそれぞれに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる。その上で、制御部は、空き状態の電源ポートそれぞれにおける電力の供給状態を変化に連動して、通信状態に変化があった通信ポートを特定する。このように制御部は、新規の車載ECUが車両に追加された場合、当該追加がされる直前において空き状態として認識されている電源ポートを特定し、当該した電源ポート(空き状態として認識されている電源ポート)に対してのみ、開閉部の開閉操作を行う。従って、新規の車載ECUが車両に追加される際、既に車載ECUが接続されている電源ポート(接続状態の電源ポート)に対しては、通信ポートを特定するための開閉部の開閉操作を行わないため、当該既接続の車載ECUの動作状態に対する影響を与えることなく、新規追加された車載ECUの通信ポートと電源ポートとの紐付け処理を行うことができる。
(5)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部がアクセス可能な記憶領域には、前記電力分配部における前記電源ポートそれぞれに対する前記車載ECUの接続状態に関する接続状態情報が記憶されており、前記制御部は、前記接続状態情報を参照することにより、前記車載ECUが接続されていない前記空き状態の電源ポートを特定する。
 本態様にあたっては、車載装置の記憶部等、制御部がアクセス可能な記憶領域には、電力分配部における電源ポートそれぞれに対する車載ECUの接続状態に関する接続状態情報が、例えばテーブル形式(接続状態テーブル)にて記憶されている。接続状態テーブルは、同一の車載ECUに接続されていることにより、紐付けされている通信ポートと電源ポートとが、関連付けられて格納されている。この際、通信ポート及び電源ポートは、例えばデバイス番号又はポート番号など、通信ポート及び電源ポートそれぞれを一意に示す識別子にて管理されているものであってもよい。接続状態テーブルには、紐付けされ、対応関係にある通信ポート及び電源ポートそれぞれの識別子の組み合わせが、格納されているものであってもよい。接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)において、車載ECUが接続されていないと認識されている電源ポート(空き状態の電源ポート)には、いずれの通信ポートも紐付けされていない。従って、制御部は、接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、車載ECUが接続されていない空き状態の電源ポートを特定することができる。
(6)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部は、前記車載ECUとの通信状態に基づき特定した前記通信ポートと前記電源ポートとを関連付けて、前記接続状態情報を更新する。
 本態様にあたっては、制御部は、電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させることにより、車載ECUとの通信状態を変化させ、これにより通信ポートを特定する。その上で、制御部は、特定した通信ポートと、電源ポートとを関連付けた際、当該関連付けに関する情報を追加することにより、接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)を更新する。これにより、車載ECUが新規追加された際、当該追加に追従して、接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)を最新の状態に更新することができ、当該接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)の情報鮮度を維持又は担保することができる。従って、以降において、更に車載ECUが新規追加された場合であっても、このように最新の状態が維持された接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)を用いることにより、当該更なる新規追加が行われた時点において、車載ECUが接続されていないと認識されている電源ポート(空き状態の電源ポート)を効率的に特定することができる。
(7)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部は、前記中継部が備える前記通信ポートのうち、いずれかの通信ポートに前記車載ECUが接続されたことを検知した場合、前記空き状態の電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させることにより、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる。
 本態様にあたっては、複数の通信ポートを備える中継部は、例えば、CANゲートウェイ又はレイヤー2イーサネットスイッチ等として機能する。中継部は、当該通信ポートに通信線を介して車載ECUが接続された際、例えばキャリアセンス等の電圧変動を検出し、当該検出に応じて、特定の通信ポートに車載ECUが接続された旨を制御部に通知する。中継部からの通知には、車載ECUが接続されたと検知された通信ポートを一意に示すデバイス番号又はポート番号等の識別子が含まれるものであってもよい。制御部は、中継部からの通知を取得(受信)した場合、通信ポートに車載ECUが接続されたことを検知し、当該通信ポート(車載ECUが接続された通信ポート)の識別子を特定する。制御部は、当該中継部からの通知の受信を起因(トリガー)として、空き状態の電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させることにより、電源ポートに対する電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる等、通信ポートと電源ポートとの紐付け処理を行う。このように制御部は、車載ECUの新規追加に連動させて、通信ポートと電源ポートとの紐付け処理を開始するため、当該追加等作業を行う作業者による作業工数を低減することができ、接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)に対し、現時点における車載装置と車載ECUとの接続状態をタイムリーに反映させることができる。
(8)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記電力分配部に含まれる前記電源ポートの個数は、前記中継部に含まれる前記通信ポートの個数以上である。
 本態様にあたっては、車載装置には、通信ポート及び電源ポートの双方のポートにて接続される車載ECUと、電源ポートのみに接続され、車載装置によって駆動制御が行われるアクチュエータ等の車載機器とが、接続される。当該車載機器は、例えば、車内ランプ、ドアミラー、又はシート駆動装置のアクチュエータであり、又は、LiDAR又はカメラ等の各種センサ装置であってもよい。車載装置は、車載ネットワークを介して受信した通信データ、又は当該車載装置(自装置)に接続されるセンサからの信号等に基づき、これらアクチュエータ等の車載機器の駆動又は停止等、駆動制御を行う。このように車載装置の電源ポートのみに接続される車載機器がある場合であっても、電源ポートの個数は、通信ポートの個数以上であるため、通信ポートに対応する電源ポートを確保することができ、電源ポートが枯渇することを抑制することができる。
(9)本開示の一態様に係る車載装置は、前記制御部は、前記通信ポートそれぞれに接続される前記車載ECUそれぞれから送信される通信データに基づき、前記車載ECUの異常判定を行い、前記車載ECUが異常と判定された場合、異常と判定された前記車載ECUが接続される前記通信ポートを特定し、特定した前記通信ポートに基づき、前記接続状態情報を参照することにより、異常と判定された前記車載ECUが接続される前記電源ポートを特定し、特定した前記電源ポートに接続される前記開閉部をオフにすることにより、異常と判定された前記車載ECUに対する給電を停止する。
 本態様にあたっては、車載装置の制御部は、通信ポートそれぞれを介して取得(受信)した通信データが、不正なデータであるか否かを判定するIDS(Intrusion Detection System)として機能し、車載ネットワークに対する不正なプログラム又は装置による侵入検知を行うものであってもよい。又は、車載ネットワークにて送受信される通信データには、送信元の正当性を示すメッセージ認証コード(MAC:Message Authentication Code)、又はデジタル署名が付与されており、車載装置の制御部は、通信ポートを介して取得した通信データに付与されたMAC等の検証を行うことにより、当該通信ポートに接続される車載ECUの異常判定を行うものであってもよい。車載装置の制御部は、通信ポートを介して取得した通信データが不正と判定することにより、当該通信ポートに接続された車載ECUは異常と判定した場合、当該異常と判定された車載ECUが接続される電源ポートを特定する。すなわち、車載装置の制御部は、異常と判定された車載ECUが接続される通信ポートを特定し、当該特定した通信ポートに紐づけされている電源ポートを、例えば記憶部に記憶されている接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)を参照することにより、特定する。制御部は、特定した電源ポートに接続される開閉部をオフ(開)にすることにより、異常と判定された車載ECUに対する給電を停止するため、当該車載ECUからの不正な通信データが、車載ネットワークに送信されることを停止することができる。制御部は、このように開閉部をオフ(開)にすることにより、異常と判定された車載ECUに対する給電を停止した場合、接続状態情報(接続状態テーブル)に、異常判定された車載ECUに接続される電源ポートの開閉部をオフ(開)にした旨を示すフラグ等を追記するものであってもよい。
(10)本開示の一態様に係る情報処理方法は、車両に搭載される複数の車載ECUそれぞれと通信可能に接続され、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される通信ポートそれぞれを含む中継部と、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される電源ポートそれぞれを含み、前記車両に搭載される電源装置から供給される電力を前記車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配部とに関する処理を行うコンピュータに、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続されている前記通信ポートを特定する。
 本態様にあたっては、コンピュータを、電源ポートが接続される車載ECUに接続される通信ポートを特定する車載装置として機能させる情報処理方法を提供することができる。
(11)本開示の一態様に係るプログラムは、車両に搭載される複数の車載ECUそれぞれと通信可能に接続され、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される通信ポートそれぞれを含む中継部と、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される電源ポートそれぞれを含み、前記車両に搭載される電源装置から供給される電力を前記車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配部とに関する処理を行うコンピュータに、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続されている前記通信ポートを特定する。
 本態様にあたっては、コンピュータを、電源ポートが接続される車載ECUに接続される通信ポートを特定する車載装置として機能させるプログラムを提供することができる。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示をその実施の形態を示す図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。本開示の実施形態に係る車載装置1を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。
(実施形態1)
 以下、実施の形態について図面に基づいて説明する。図1は、実施形態1に係る車載装置1等を含む車載システムSの構成を例示する模式図である。図2は、車載装置1の内部構成を例示するブロック図である。車載システムSは、車両Cに搭載される車載装置1、車載ECU2、及びこれらを通信可能に接続する車載ネットワーク3により構成される。車載ネットワーク3は、複数の通信線31により構成される。車載ネットワーク3における通信が、例えばCAN(Controller Area Network)又はCAN-FDの通信プロトコルに応じた通信が行われる場合、通信線31はCANバスに相当する。通信プロトコルがTCP/IPの場合、通信線31はイーサネットケーブルに相当する。
 車両Cには、鉛バッテリ、オルタネータ又は二次電池等にて構成される電源装置4が搭載されている。電源装置4と車載装置1とは、電源線41にて接続されている。電源装置4と車載装置1とは、電源線41にて直接的に接続されている場合に限定されず、電源装置4と車載装置1との間にリレーボックス又はヒューズボックス等の電気箱(ジャンクションボックス)が介在し、間接的に接続されているものであってもよい。
 車載装置1は、電源装置4から延設された電源線41を、複数本に分岐し、分岐した電源線41それぞれを介して、複数の車載ECU2又は車載機器21と接続される。車載装置1は、これら複数の車載ECU2又は車載機器21に対し、電源装置4から供給された電力を分配する。すなわち、車載装置1は、電源線41を介して電源装置4から供給された電力を、電流の流れ方向にて下流側に配置される複数の車載ECU2又は車載機器21に対し分配する電力分配装置として機能する。
 車載ECU2は、通信線31及び電源線41によって、車載装置1に接続される。CAN又はイーサネット等を用いた通信機能を有さない車載機器21は、電源線41によってのみ、車載装置1に接続される。車載ECU2は通信機能を有するマイコン等を含み、接続されるセンサからの検出値又は各種スイッチからの出力値に基づき、所定の演算処理を行うと共に、処理結果を含む通信データを生成し、車載ネットワーク3を介して送信する。車載機器21は、例えば、車内ランプ、ドアミラー、又はシート駆動装置のアクチュエータであり、又は、LiDAR又はカメラ等の各種センサ装置であってもよい。
 車載装置1は、複数の車載ECU2間にて送受信される通信データを中継する中継装置として機能すると共に、複数の車載ECU2又は車載機器21に対し、電源装置4からの電力を分配する電力分配装置として機能する。車載装置1は、車載ECU2の起動又は停止を制御する電源制御装置として機能し、例えばCANゲートウェイ、レイヤー2イーサスイッチ又はレイヤー3イーサスイッチ等の中継機能を有する装置であってもよい。又は、車載装置1は、車両Cの全体を統合的に制御し、中継機能を有する統合ECU(ヴィークルコンピュータ)であってもよい。又は、車載装置1は、統合ECUの配下に接続され、車両Cの各エリアに配置される個別ECUであってもよい。又は、車載装置1は、車両Cのボディ系アクチュエータを制御するボディECU等として構成されるものであってもよい。又は、車載装置1は、通信に関する中継に加え、鉛バッテリ又は二次電池等の電源装置4から出力された電力を分配及び中継し、アクチュエータ等の車載器に電力を供給する電力分配装置としても機能するPLB(Power Lan Box)であってもよい。車載装置1には、各種スイッチ、センサ又はアクチュエータ等の車載機器21が接続されるものであってもよい。
 車載装置1は、制御部11、記憶部12、入出力I/F15、中継部13、及び電力分配部14を含む。制御部11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)又はMPU(Micro Processing Unit)等により構成してあり、記憶部12に予め記憶された制御プログラムP(プログラム製品)及びデータを読み出して実行することにより、種々の制御処理及び演算処理等を行うようにしてある。
 記憶部12は、RAM(Random Access Memory)等の揮発性のメモリ素子又は、ROM(Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM)若しくはフラッシュメモリ等の不揮発性のメモリ素子、又は、これら記憶デバイスの組み合わせにより構成してあり、制御プログラムP(プログラム製品)及び処理時に参照するデータが予め記憶してある。記憶部12に記憶された制御プログラムP(プログラム製品)は、車載装置1が読み取り可能な記録媒体Mから読み出された制御プログラムP(プログラム製品)を記憶したものであってもよい。また、図示しない通信網に接続されている図示しない外部コンピュータから制御プログラムP(プログラム製品)をダウンロードし、記憶部12に記憶させたものであってもよい。記憶部12には、後述する接続状態テーブルが記憶されている。
 入出力I/F15は、例えばシリアル通信するための通信インターフェイスである。入出力I/F15は、複数の端子(出力端子)を含み、端子それぞれには、開閉部142それぞれに延設される信号線151それぞれが、接続されている。信号線151は、例えば、シリアルケーブル、ワイヤーハーネス又は、一つの信号のみを送信する導電ケーブル(じか線)等により構成される。
 中継部13は、マイコン、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)、SOC(System on Chip)又はSIP(System in Package)等にて構成されており、中継部13と制御部11とは、内部バス等を介して、SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface)等を用いることにより通信可能に接続されている。中継部13は、複数の通信ポート131(本実施形態では4個)を備え、これら通信ポート131それぞれに接続される車載ECU2間にて送受信される通信データの中継処理を行う。このように構成された中継部13は、車載ネットワーク3がCAN又はCAN-FDに対応している場合、CANゲートウェイとして機能し、車載ネットワーク3がイーサネットに対応している場合、レイヤー2イーサネットスイッチ又はレイヤー3イーサネットスイッチとして機能する。中継部13がレイヤー2イーサネットスイッチとして機能する場合、制御部11がレイヤー3イーサネットスイッチとして機能するものであってもよい。又は、中継部13と制御部11とが実質的に一体化して構成されているものであってもよい。すなわち、制御部11が、例えばソフトウェア処理を行うことにより中継装置として機能するものであってもよい。
 中継部13が備える通信ポート131は、通信プロトコルに応じた通信部にて構成される。通信プロトコルがCAN又はCAN-FDの場合、通信ポート131は、CANトランシーバにて構成される。通信プロトコルがイーサネットの場合、通信ポート131は、イーサネットPHY部(イーサネット物理層トランシーバ)にて構成される。通信ポート131には、通信プロトコルに応じた通信線31(CANバス、イーサネットケーブル)が接続される。
 電力分配部14には、電源装置4から延設された電源線41が接続される。電力分配部14において、電源装置4から延設された電源線41は、複数本に分岐され、分岐された電源線41それぞれの端部には、電源ポート141それぞれが配置(接続)されている。電源ポート141には、車載ECU2又は車載機器21に延設される電源線41が接続される。
 電源装置4から延設された電源線41が複数本に分岐される分岐点と、分岐された電源線41それぞれの端部に位置する電源ポート141との間には、開閉部142が介在して配置されている。このように電力分配部14は、直列接続された開閉部142と電源ポート141とを、複数個(本実施形態では7個)、備える。この際、電力分配部14が備える電源ポート141の個数は、中継部13が備える通信ポート131の個数以上であることが望ましい。
 開閉部142は、例えば、機械式リレー、又はFET(Field Effect Transistor)等の半導体リレーにて構成される。又は、開閉部142は、IPD(Intelligent Power Device)にて構成されるものであってもよい。開閉部142それぞれには、入出力I/F15から延設された信号線151それぞれが接続される。開閉部142は、当該信号線151を介して制御部11から出力された制御信号に応じて、オン(閉)又はオフ(開)にされる。すなわち、開閉部142それぞれと制御部11とは、入出力I/F15及び信号線151それぞれを介して接続され、開閉部142が、例えばFET等の半導体リレーで構成される場合、信号線151はFETのゲート端子に接続される。
 図3は、車載装置1の制御部11の処理(順次にオフ)を例示するフローチャートである。車載装置1の制御部11は、車両Cが停止時又は起動時において、定常的に以下の処理を行う。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13から、通信ポート131に車載ECU2が追加された旨を示す通知を受信したか否かを判定する(S101)。車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13から、通信ポート131に車載ECU2が追加された旨を示す通知を常時、待ち受けている。例えばCANゲートウェイ又はレイヤー2イーサネットスイッチ等として機能する中継部13は、マイコン等にて構成されており、中継部13と制御部11とは、内部バス等を介して通信可能に接続されている。
 中継部13は、通信ポート131に通信線31を介して車載ECU2が新規に接続された際、当該新規接続された車載ECU2からの通信データを受信することにより、当該通信ポート131に車載ECU2が接続された旨を制御部11に通知する。又は、中継部13は、通信ポート131に通信線31を介して車載ECU2が新規に接続された際、例えばキャリアセンス等の電圧変動を検出し、当該検出に応じて、特定の通信ポート131に車載ECU2が接続された旨を制御部11に通知するものであってもよい。このように制御部11は、中継部13からの通知を取得することにより、いずれかの通信ポート131に車載ECU2が新規追加されたことを検知することができる。
 中継部13は、通知に、新規接続(追加)された車載ECU2が接続される通信ポート131の通信ポート番号を格納した上で、当該通知を制御部11に送信するものであってもよい。車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13からの通知を受信することにより、当該通知の時点において、新規接続(追加)された車載ECU2が接続される通信ポート131の通信ポート番号を取得することができる。通知を受信していない場合(S101:NO)、車載装置1の制御部11は、再度S101の処理を実行すべくループ処理を行うことにより、中継部13からの通知を待ち受ける処理を継続する。
 通知を受信した場合(S101:YES)、車載装置1の制御部11は、空き状態の電源ポート141を特定する(S102)。車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13からの通知を受信した場合、当該通知に含まれる通信ポート番号(新規接続された車載ECU2が接続される通信ポート131の識別子)を抽出し、受信時点と関連付けて記憶部12に記憶する。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、例えば、記憶部12に記憶されている接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、空き状態の電源ポート141を特定する。当該空き状態の電源ポート141は、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2の新規追加がされた時点において、車載ECU2が接続されていないと認識されている電源ポート141を示すものであり、接続状態テーブルに格納されている情報に基づくものとなる。すなわち、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2が、新規追加がされた時点において、当該車載ECU2は、通信ポート131及び電源ポート141に物理的に接続されているものとなるが、これらポートに接続された旨を示す情報は、当該時点(新規追加がされた時点)での接続状態テーブルには、未だ反映されていない。従って、車載装置1の制御部11は、接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2の新規追加がされた時点において、接続状態テーブルに格納(登録)されている情報の観点から、車載ECU2が接続されていないと認識されている電源ポート141を、空き状態の電源ポート141として特定する。従って、特定された1つ以上の空き状態の電源ポート141において、いずれかの空き状態の電源ポート141に、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2(新規追加された車載ECU2)が、接続されているものとなる。
 図4は、接続状態テーブルを示す説明図である。車載装置1の記憶部12等、車載装置1の制御部11がアクセス可能な記憶領域には、電源ポート141及び通信ポート131それぞれに対する車載ECU2の接続状態に関する接続状態情報が、例えばテーブル形式(接続状態テーブル)にて記憶されている。車載装置1の制御部11は、接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、電源ポート141及び通信ポート131それぞれに対し車載ECU2が接続されているか否か等、車載ECU2の接続状態に関する接続状態情報を取得することができる。
 接続状態テーブルは、管理項目(フィールド)として、電源ポート番号、及び通信ポート番号を含み、更に接続機器を含むものであってもよい。電源ポート番号の管理項目には、電力分配部14が備える全ての電源ポート141それぞれを一意に示すデバイス番号等の識別子が格納される。本実施形態においては、電力分配部14は、7個の電源ポート141を有しており、接続状態テーブルにおいては、電源ポート番号が1から7までのレコードが格納(保存)されている。
 電源ポート番号に対応して、開閉部142のデバイス番号(開閉部番号)が関連付けられて、記憶部12に記憶されているものであってもよい。又は、当該開閉部番号についても、接続状態テーブルにて、当該関連付けが定義されて保存及び管理されているものであってもよい。このように電源ポート番号と開閉部番号との関連付けは、電源ポート141と開閉部142との接続を示すものとして、記憶部12に記憶又は、接続状態テーブルに格納されるため、車載装置1の制御部11は、いずれかの電源ポート141に対する電力の供給又は遮断を制御するにあたり、当該電源ポート141に直列に接続される開閉部142を効率的に特定することができる。
 通信ポート番号の管理項目には、同一レコードの電源ポート番号の電源ポート141に接続されている車載ECU2が、接続されている通信ポート131を一意に示すデバイス番号等の識別子が格納される。本実施形態においては、中継部13は、4個の通信ポート131を有しており、従って、通信ポート番号の管理項目には、1から4までのいずれかの番号が格納(保存)されている。このように同一レコードにおける電源ポート番号及び通信ポート番号に、同一の車載ECU2が接続されることにより対応する電源ポート141と通信ポート131の番号([電源ポート141:4,通信ポート131:2],[電源ポート141:7,通信ポート131:3])が格納されることにより、当該電源ポート141と通信ポート131との紐づけ(関連付け)が設定される。
 接続機器の管理項目には、同一レコードの電源ポート番号の電源ポート141に接続されている車載ECU2のID(ECU-ID)等、当該車載ECU2を一意に示す識別子が格納される。当該識別子は、例えば、通信プロトコルに応じたものであってもよく、通信プロトコルがCANの場合は、ECU-ID、通信プロトコルがイーサネットの場合は、IPアドレス又はMACアドレスを、識別子として用いるものであってもよい。
 更に、接続機器の管理項目には、同一レコードの電源ポート番号の電源ポート141に接続されているアクチュエータ等の車載機器21の装置番号が格納されるものであってもよい。車載装置1には、電源ポート141及び通信ポート131を要する車載ECU2のみならず、電源ポート141のみを要するアクチュエータ又はセンサ等の車載機器21も、接続されることが想定されるところ、当該車載機器21の接続状態においても、接続状態テーブルを用いて管理することができる。
 上述のとおり、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2が新規追加された時点、すなわち当該新規追加がされた車載ECU2が電源ポート141及び通信ポート131に物理的に接続された直後においては、当該車載ECU2が新規追加された旨を示す情報は、接続状態テーブルに反映されていない。従って、車載装置1の制御部11は、当該時点における接続状態テーブルを参照し、通信ポート番号の管理項目において、例えば空き又は空白(null)等が格納されているレコードの電源ポート番号を取得することにより、空き状態の電源ポート141(車載ECU2が接続されていないと認識されている電源ポート141)を特定することができる。
 この際、車載装置1の制御部11は、接続機器の管理項目についても参照し、通信ポート番号の管理項目に空きが格納されているものであっても、当該接続機器の管理項目にいずれかの車載機器21の識別子が格納されている場合、当該接続機器に対応する電源ポート番号の電源ポート141は、空き状態の電源ポート141ではないと判定し、空き状態の電源ポート141から除外するものであってもよい。このような処理を行うことにより、本実施決定においては、車載装置1の制御部11は、電源ポート番号が1,2,3,及び5の電源ポート141を、空き状態の電源ポート141として特定する。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142を順次にオフする(S103)。本実施形態においては、電力分配部14が備える全ての電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142は、常時、オン(閉)にされており、従って、これら全ての電源ポート141に対し、電源装置4からの電圧が印加されているものとなっている。車載装置1の制御部11は、接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142を順次にオフにする。車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した1つ以上の空き状態の電源ポート141において、接続状態テーブルにて定義されている電源ポート番号の昇順に基づき、いずれかの電源ポート141の開閉部142をオフする。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、新規接続された車載ECU2からの通信が途絶えたか否かを判定する(S104)。新規接続された車載ECU2は、中継部13からの通知に含まれる通信ポート番号の通信ポート131に接続されている。車載装置1の制御部11は、当該通信ポート131を介して、新規接続された車載ECU2と周期的又は定常的に通信を行っており、当該通信が途絶えたか否かを判定する。又は、車載装置1の制御部11は、通知から抽出した通信ポート番号の通信ポート131を介して、周期的又は定常的にポーリングメッセージを出力(送信)し、当該ポーリングメッセージに応答した車載ECU2からの返信メッセージを受信することにより、当該車載ECU2との通信確認を行うものであってもよい。
 通信が途絶えなかった場合(S104:NO)、車載装置1の制御部11は、再度S103の処理を実行すべくループ処理を行うことにより、今回オフにした開閉部142の次順となる開閉部142をオフにし、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142を順次にオフにする処理を継続する。このように車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141において、いずれかの電源ポート141をオフにする都度、新規接続された車載ECU2との通信状態を確認する処理を順次(シーケンシャル)に行うことを継続する。
 通信が途絶えた場合(S104:YES)、車載装置1の制御部11は、今回オフにした開閉部142に接続される電源ポート141を特定する(S105)。車載装置1の制御部11は、今回オフにした開閉部142に接続される電源ポート141を、新規接続された車載ECU2が接続される通信ポート131に対応する電源ポート141として、特定する。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した電源ポート141と通信ポート131とを紐づける処理を実行する(S106)。車載装置1の制御部11は、今回オフにした開閉部142に接続される電源ポート141の電源ポート番号と、中継部13からの通知に含まれる通信ポート番号とを、新規接続された車載ECU2が接続される電源ポート141及び通信ポート131を一意に示す番号(識別子)として紐付ける。車載装置1の制御部11は、このように紐付けた電源ポート番号及び通信ポート番号を示す事項を、接続状態テーブルに追記することにより、当該接続状態テーブルを更新する。このように更新された接続状態テーブルは、今回の処理の対象となる車載ECU2(新規接続された車載ECU2)の接続状態を含むものとなり、現時点における車載装置1に接続される車載ECU2の最新の接続状態が反映されるものとなる。
(実施形態2)
 図5は、実施形態2に係る車載装置1の制御部11の処理(順次にオン)を例示するフローチャートである。車載装置1の制御部11は、車両Cが停止時又は起動時において、定常的に以下の処理を行う。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13から、通信ポート131に車載ECU2が追加された旨を示す通知を受信したか否かを判定する(S201)。通知を受信していない場合(S201:NO)、車載装置1の制御部11は、再度S201の処理を実行すべくループ処理を行うことにより、中継部13からの通知を待ち受ける処理を継続する。通知を受信した場合(S201:YES)、車載装置1の制御部11は、空き状態の電源ポート141を特定する(S202)。車載装置1の制御部11は、実施形態1の処理S101からS102と同様に、S201からS202までの処理を行う。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142をオフにする(S203)。車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141それぞれに接続される開閉部142それぞれを、一斉にオフにする。これにより、当該空き状態の電源ポート141に接続された車載ECU2(今回の処理の対象となる新規追加された車載ECU2)との通信が途絶するもの(通信不能状態)となる。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142を順次にオンする(S204)。車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した1つ以上の空き状態の電源ポート141において、接続状態テーブルにて定義されている電源ポート番号の昇順に基づき、いずれかの電源ポート141の開閉部142をオンする。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、新規接続された車載ECU2が通信可能となったか否かを判定する(S205)。新規接続された車載ECU2は、中継部13からの通知に含まれる通信ポート番号の通信ポート131に接続されている。車載装置1の制御部11は、中継部13からの通知から抽出した通信ポート番号の通信ポート131を介して、周期的又は定常的にポーリングメッセージを出力(送信)し、当該ポーリングメッセージに応答した車載ECU2からの返信メッセージを受信することにより、当該車載ECU2との通信確認を行うものであってもよい。通信可能とならなかった場合(S205:NO)、車載装置1の制御部11は、再度S204の処理を実行すべくループ処理を行うことにより、今回オンにした開閉部142の次順となる開閉部142をオンにし、特定した空き状態の電源ポート141に接続される開閉部142を順次にオフにする処理を継続する。
 通信可能となった場合(S205:YES)、車載装置1の制御部11は、今回オンにした開閉部142に接続される電源ポート141を特定する(S206)。車載装置1の制御部11は、今回オンにした開閉部142に接続される電源ポート141を、新規接続された車載ECU2が接続される通信ポート131に対応する電源ポート141として、特定する。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した電源ポート141と通信ポート131とを紐づける処理を実行する(S207)。車載装置1の制御部11は、実施形態1の処理S106と同様に、S207の処理を行う。
(実施形態3)
 図6は、実施形態3に係る車載装置1の制御部11の処理(異常判定)を例示するフローチャートである。車載装置1の制御部11は、車両Cが停止時又は起動時において、定常的に以下の処理を行う。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、通信ポート131を介して受信した通信データが異常であるか否かを判定する(S301)。車載装置1の制御部11は、通信ポート131それぞれを介して取得(受信)した通信データが、異常(不正)なデータであるか否かを判定するIDS(Intrusion Detection System)として機能し、車載ネットワーク3に対する不正なプログラム又は装置による侵入検知を行う。又は、車載装置1の制御部11は、受信した通信データに付与されるMAC又はデジタル署名の検証を行うことにより、当該通信ポート131に接続される車載ECU2の異常判定を行うものであってもよい。
 制御部11は、通信データに対する異常判定を行うにあたり、中継部13から通信データ及び当該通信データを受信した通信ポート131の番号(通信ポート番号)を取得する。又は、中継部13が、当該異常判定を行い、通信データは異常と判定した場合、異常判定された通信データを受信した通信ポート131の番号(通信ポート番号)を含めた判定結果を制御部11に通知するものであってもよい。異常でないと判定した場合(S301:NO)、車載装置1の制御部11は、再度S301の処理を実行すべくループ処理を行うことにより、受信した通信データが異常であるか否かの判定処理を継続する。
 異常であると判定した場合(S301:YES)、車載装置1の制御部11は、異常と判定した通信データを受信した通信ポート131を特定する(S302)。車載装置1の制御部11は、通信データが異常である判定した場合、中継部13との通信に基づき、異常と判定した通信データを受信した通信ポート131の番号(通信ポート番号)を特定し、当該異常判定された通信データの受信時点と関連付けて、記憶部12に記憶する。この際、車載装置1の制御部11は、異常と判定した通信データを受信した通信ポート131に接続されている車載ECU2を、異常な車載ECU2として判定するものであってもよい。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、異常と判定した通信データを受信した通信ポート131に紐付けされている電源ポート141を特定する(S303)。車載装置1の制御部11は、接続状態テーブルを参照することにより、特定した通信ポート番号に紐付けされている電源ポート141の番号(電源ポート番号)を特定する。すなわち、車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した通信ポート番号の通信ポート131に接続されている車載ECU2が接続されている電源ポート141の番号(電源ポート番号)を特定する。接続状態テーブルは、車載装置1に対する車載ECU2の最新の接続状態が保存管理されているため、車載装置1の制御部11は、電源ポート番号の特定を効率的に行うことができる。
 車載装置1の制御部11は、特定した電源ポート141に接続されている開閉部142をオフにする(S304)。車載装置1の制御部11は、電源ポート141の番号(電源ポート番号)に接続されている開閉部142をオフにすることにより、当該電源ポート141に対する電力の供給を遮断する。これにより、オフにされた開閉部142の電源ポート141に接続された車載ECU2に対する給電が停止するため、当該車載ECU2の稼働を停止することができる。これにより、異常な車載ECU2からの不正な通信データが、車載ネットワーク3に送信されることを停止することができる。
 今回開示された実施形態は全ての点で例示であって、制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、上記した意味ではなく、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (11)

  1.  車両に搭載される複数の車載ECUそれぞれと通信可能に接続される車載装置であって、
     前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される通信ポートそれぞれを含む中継部と、
     前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される電源ポートそれぞれを含み、前記車両に搭載される電源装置から供給される電力を前記車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配部と、
     前記中継部及び前記電力分配部に関する処理を行う制御部とを備え、
     前記制御部は、
     前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続されている前記通信ポートを特定する
     車載装置。
  2.  前記電力分配部は、前記電源ポートそれぞれに接続される開閉部それぞれを含み、
     前記制御部は、前記開閉部を開閉制御することにより、前記開閉部の前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUへの電力の供給を制御する
     請求項1に記載の車載装置。
  3.  前記制御部は、前記電力分配部が含む前記開閉部それぞれを順次にオン又はオフにすることにより、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させ、
     電力の供給状態の変化に応じた前記車載ECUとの通信状態に基づき、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続される前記通信ポートを特定する
     請求項2に記載の車載装置。
  4.  前記制御部は、
     前記電力分配部に含まれる前記電源ポートのうち、前記車載ECUが接続されていない空き状態の電源ポートを特定し、
     前記空き状態の電源ポートそれぞれに接続される前記開閉部それぞれを順次にオン又はオフにすることにより、前記空き状態の電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる
     請求項3に記載の車載装置。
  5.  前記制御部がアクセス可能な記憶領域には、前記電力分配部における前記電源ポートそれぞれに対する前記車載ECUの接続状態に関する接続状態情報が記憶されており、
     前記制御部は、前記接続状態情報を参照することにより、前記車載ECUが接続されていない前記空き状態の電源ポートを特定する
     請求項4に記載の車載装置。
  6.  前記制御部は、前記車載ECUとの通信状態に基づき特定した前記通信ポートと前記電源ポートとを関連付けて、前記接続状態情報を更新する
     請求項5に記載の車載装置。
  7.  前記制御部は、前記中継部が備える前記通信ポートのうち、いずれかの通信ポートに前記車載ECUが接続されたことを検知した場合、前記空き状態の電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させることにより、前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態を変化させる
     請求項4に記載の車載装置。
  8.  前記電力分配部に含まれる前記電源ポートの個数は、前記中継部に含まれる前記通信ポートの個数以上である
      請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の車載装置。
  9.  前記制御部は、
     前記通信ポートそれぞれに接続される前記車載ECUそれぞれから送信される通信データに基づき、前記車載ECUの異常判定を行い、
     前記車載ECUが異常と判定された場合、
     異常と判定された前記車載ECUが接続される前記通信ポートを特定し、
     特定した前記通信ポートに基づき、前記接続状態情報を参照することにより、異常と判定された前記車載ECUが接続される前記電源ポートを特定し、
     特定した前記電源ポートに接続される前記開閉部をオフにすることにより、異常と判定された前記車載ECUに対する給電を停止する
     請求項5に記載の車載装置。
  10.  車両に搭載される複数の車載ECUそれぞれと通信可能に接続され、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される通信ポートそれぞれを含む中継部と、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される電源ポートそれぞれを含み、前記車両に搭載される電源装置から供給される電力を前記車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配部とに関する処理を行うコンピュータに、
     前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続されている前記通信ポートを特定する
     処理を実行させる情報処理方法。
  11.  車両に搭載される複数の車載ECUそれぞれと通信可能に接続され、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される通信ポートそれぞれを含む中継部と、前記車載ECUそれぞれが接続される電源ポートそれぞれを含み、前記車両に搭載される電源装置から供給される電力を前記車載ECUそれぞれに分配する電力分配部とに関する処理を行うコンピュータに、
     前記電源ポートに対する前記電源装置からの電力の供給状態に応じて、前記電源ポートに接続される前記車載ECUが接続されている前記通信ポートを特定する
     処理を実行させるプログラム。
