Description

制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法
 本開示は、制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法に関する。本願は、2024年6月10日に、日本に出願された特願2024-93901号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 特許文献1には、次のような空調装置が開示されている。すなわち、特許文献1に開示されている空調装置は、電力の負荷平準化(ピークカット)を目的として、一日の消費電力の変動においてピークを生じる期間に空調に必要な電力の一部または全部を補助電源となる二次電池の電力によって賄い、それ以外の期間に商用電力によって二次電池を充電する制御手段を備える。特許文献1に開示されている空調装置では、例えば夜間の停止状態にて商用電源系統から供給される安価な夜間電力によって補助電源が充電される。

 ところで、電力の需要と供給のバランスをとることを目的として行われるディマンド・リスポンス(以下、「DR」という)には、上述したような電気の需要量を減らすDRである下げDRのほか、電気の需要量を増やすDRである上げDRと、電気の需要量を増やしたり減らしたりするDRである上げ下げDRとがある。上げDRでは、例えば需要機器を稼働して電力を消費したり、蓄電池を充電したりすることで電気の需要が増やされる。なお、DRは、電力の供給状況に応じてエネルギーの需要側(消費側)が消費パターンを変化させることで電力の需給バランスを一定に保つことであり、本開示においてDRは電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるとする。
 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の空調装置では、二次電池が例えば夜間電力によって充電されるため、例えば上げDRや上げ下げDRが求められた場合に二次電池等の蓄電部を充電することができず、蓄電部を効果的に利用できない場合があるという課題があった。
 本開示は、上記課題を解決するためになされたものであって、蓄電部を効果的に利用することができる制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法を提供することを目的とする。
 上記課題を解決するために、本開示に係る制御装置は、圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御装置であって、電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるDR(ディマンド・リスポンス)を実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する事前充放電計画作成部と、前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する実施中充放電計画作成部と、前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御する充放電制御部と、を備える。
 本開示に係る空気調和機は、圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御装置であって、電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるディマンド・リスポンス(以下、「DR」という)を実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する事前充放電計画作成部と、前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する実施中充放電計画作成部と、前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御する充放電制御部と、を備える制御装置を、備える。
 本開示に係る制御方法は、圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御方法であって、電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるDRを実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成するステップと、前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成するステップと、前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御するステップと、を含む。
 本開示の制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法によれば、蓄電部を効果的に利用することができる。

 以下、本開示の実施形態に係る制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法について、図1~図7を参照して説明する。なお、各図において同一または対応する構成には同一の符号を用いて説明を適宜省略する。
 図1は、本開示の実施形態に係る空気調和機1の構成例を示す概略構成図である。図2は、本開示の実施形態に係る室外機3の構成例を示す概略構成図である。図1に示すように、空気調和機1は、室内機2と、室外機3とを備える。室内機2は、制御装置21を備える。また、室内機2は、図示していない、エアフィルター、熱交換器、室温センサ、ファン、ファンモーター等を備える。室外機3は、圧縮機モーター31と、ファンモーター32と、バッテリー33とを備える。また、室外機3は、図2に示すように、圧縮機34と、プロペラファン(以下、「ファン」ともいう)35と、AC/DC(交流/直流)コンバータ36と、インバータ37と、インバータ38と、熱交換器39と、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40とを備える。また、室外機3は、図示していない、膨張弁、四方弁、外気温センサ、熱交換器温度センサ等を備える。
 なお、バッテリー33は、本開示に係る「蓄電部」の構成例である。また、バッテリー33は、室内機2内、または、室内機2および室外機3の外に設けられていてもよい。また、バッテリー33は、室内機2および室外機3内に複数個設けられていてもよい。また、バッテリー33に代えてまたはバッテリー33と並列にキャパシタが設けられていてもよい。キャパシタも本開示に係る「蓄電部」の構成例である。
 図2に示すように、室外機3では、AC/DCコンバータ36の入力が商用電力系統等から供給された交流電源に例えば室内機2を介して接続され、AC/DCコンバータ36は交流電力を直流電力に変換して出力する。AC/DCコンバータ36は、交流電力を整流してそのまま直流電力として出力してもよいし、交流電力を整流し、さらに昇圧した後、直流電力として出力してもよい。AC/DCコンバータ36が出力した直流電力は、インバータ37、インバータ38および双方向DC/DCコンバータ40へ供給される。この実施形態では、AC/DCコンバータ36等が出力した直流電力の電圧が本開示に係る「直流電圧」である。
 双方向DC/DCコンバータ40は、バッテリー33の充放電(充電および放電)を制御する。双方向DC/DCコンバータ40は、AC/DCコンバータ36等が出力した直流電力の電圧を変化させてバッテリー33に供給することでバッテリーを充電したり、バッテリー33が放電した直流電力の電圧を変化させることで直流電圧を制御し、バッテリー33が放電した電力を圧縮機モーター31やファンモーター32へ供給したりする。また、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40は、圧縮機モーター31が発生した回生エネルギーを利用してバッテリー33を充電したり、ファンモーター32が発生した逆起電力でバッテリー33を充電したりする。
 インバータ37は、AC/DCコンバータ36または/および双方向DC/DCコンバータ40が出力した直流電力を、交流電力に変換し、圧縮機モーター31を駆動制御(例えば回転数を制御)する。圧縮機モーター31は、圧縮機34を駆動する。圧縮機34は、空気調和機1の冷凍サイクルにおいて冷媒を圧縮する。図2に示す例では、インバータ37は、6個のIGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)で圧縮機モーター31に3相交流電力を供給する3相ブリッジ回路を構成している。また、IGBTのコレクタ・エミッタ間にはフリーホイールダイオードが接続されていて、これらのダイオードでブリッジ整流回路を構成し、圧縮機モーター31が減速時に発生した3相交流の回生エネルギーを直流に変換して直流側(AC/DCコンバータ36側)へ出力する。
 インバータ38は、AC/DCコンバータ36または/および双方向DC/DCコンバータ40が出力した直流電力を、交流電力に変換し、ファンモーター32を駆動制御(例えば回転数を制御)する。ファンモーター32は、ファン35を駆動する。ファン35は、熱交換器39に外気を順風方向に通風する。図2に示す例では、インバータ38は、6個のMOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor)でファンモーター32に3相交流電力を供給する3相ブリッジ回路を構成している。また、MOSFETのボディ・ダイオードでブリッジ整流回路を構成し、ファンモーター32が逆風によって逆回転することで発生した3相交流の逆起電力を直流に変換して直流側へ出力する。なお、インバータ38は、インバータ37と同様にフリーホイールダイオードを備えていてもよい。
 図1へ戻り、制御装置21は、例えばコンピュータを用いて構成することができる。制御装置21は、コンピュータ、周辺回路等のハードウェアと、コンピュータが実行するプログラム等のソフトウェアとの組み合わせ等から構成される機能ブロックとして、事前充放電計画作成部22、実施中充放電計画作成部23、充放電制御部24および通信部25を備える。なお、制御装置21は、室内機2および室外機3が備える各部を制御して、例えば、室温を目標温度に近づける温度制御を行う機能等を有するが、既存の技術を用いることができ、説明を省略する。
 事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRを実施する前に行うバッテリー33(蓄電部)のSOC(State Of Charge;充電率)の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する。SOCは、満充電状態を100%、完全放電状態を0%として充電状態を表す指標である。本実施形態において、DRは上述したように電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であり、電力の需要を増やす場合のDRである上げDRと、電力の需要を減らす場合のDRである下げDRとを含む。
 なお、DRの実施形態には、電気料金型DR、インセンティブ型DR等がある。電気料金型DRは、ピーク時に電気料金を値上げしたり、再エネ(再生可能エネルギー)出力制御発生時に電気料金を値下げしたりする等、多様な電気料金を設定することで需要家にDRを促す形態である。インセンティブ型DRは、事前の契約に基づき、一般配電事業者、小売電気事業者等からの指令(以下、DR指令という)によって、アグリゲータ等が需要家にDRを実施させ、対価としてインセンティブを得る形態である。なお、本実施形態では、DRの形態に限定はない。また、DRは、例えば、時間的条件(開始時刻、終了時刻、実施日、実施期間等)と、上げDRなのか下げDRなのかの別を示す情報、変化させる電力量についての条件(報酬が発生する電力量の最低条件、目標とする電力量等)等で定義することができる。また、DR指令は、DR実施の例えば一定時間前に例えば所定のサーバにアクセスすること、サーバから配信された情報を受け取ること等で制御装置21は入手することができる。また、例えば電気料金等についての設定情報は、例えばユーザがスマートフォン等の情報処理端末を用いて制御装置21へアクセスし、設定することができる。
 上げDRを行う場合、バッテリー33への充電電力によってDR実施時に増加させる電力をすべて消費することができれば、DRを実施した場合でもDRを実施しなかった場合の通常運転と同等の運転能力を維持することができる(運転能力を増加させる必要がない)。また、下げDRを行う場合、バッテリー33からの放電電力を利用してDR実施時に低下させた電力系統からの電力をすべて賄うことができれば、DRを実施した場合でもDRを実施しなかった場合の通常運転と同等の運転能力を維持することができる(運転能力を低下させる必要がない)。
 事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRが上げDRである場合、DRの実施中に変化させる電力量をすべてバッテリー33が充電できるように、またはバッテリー33が最大限充電できるように、充電率を制御する事前充放電計画を作成する。また、事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRが下げDRである場合、DRの実施中に変化させる電力量をバッテリー33がすべて放電できるように、または、バッテリー33が最大限放電できるように充電率を制御する事前充放電計画を作成する。ここで、変化させる電力量は、例えば、バッテリー33の満充電容量に対して一定の余裕を持った電力量とすることができる。また、最大限充電および最大限放電は、ベストエフォートで充電および放電するということである。事前充放電計画は、例えば、目標とするSOCの値、充電と放電の別、充電または放電の開始時刻と終了時刻、充電または放電の電力等を定義する情報とすることができる。なお、事前充放電計画作成部22は、充電の場合は例えば深夜の割引料金の時間を優先的に充電時間としたり、放電の場合は例えばDRの実施前で消費電力が放電電力を上回る時間を放電時間としたりすることができる。
 実施中充放電計画作成部23は、DRを実施中のバッテリー33の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する。実施中充放電計画は、例えば、充電と放電の別、充電または放電の開始時刻と終了時刻、充電または放電の電力を定義する情報等とすることができる。実施中充放電計画作成部23は、DRが下げDRである場合、DR実施時間中のバッテリー33の放電計画(例えば、放電開始時刻、放電終了時刻、放電電力または時間毎あるいは全時間の放電電力量等を定義する情報)を実施中充放電計画として作成する。あるいは、実施中充放電計画作成部23は、DRが上げDRである場合、DR実施時間中のバッテリー33の充電計画(例えば、充電開始時刻、充電終了時刻、充電電力または時間毎あるいは全時間の充電電力量等を定義する情報)を実施中充放電計画として作成する。
 充放電制御部24は、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40を制御し、DRの実施前に事前充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33のSOCを制御するとともに、DRの実施中に実施中充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33の充放電を制御する。また、充放電制御部24は、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40を制御し、圧縮機モーター31が発生した回生エネルギーを利用してバッテリー33を充電する。また、充放電制御部24は、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40を制御し、ファンモーター32が発生した逆起電力をバッテリー33に充電する。
 通信部25は、図示していないサーバ、ユーザが使用する情報処理端末等との間で所定の通信回線を介して所定の情報を送受信する。
 次に、図3および図4を参照して、制御装置21の動作例について説明する。図3は、本開示の実施形態に係る制御装置21の動作例を示すフローチャートである。図4は、本開示の実施形態に係る空気調和機1の動作例を示す模式図である。図4は、横軸に時間をとり、縦軸に、需要量(空気調和機1の消費電力)(kW)、バッテリー33のSOC(%)、および、バッテリー33の充放電電力(kW)をとる。需要量については、実線が平時の需要量(ベースライン)、一点鎖線が下げDR時の需要量、破線が上げDR時の需要量を表す。SOCについては、一点鎖線が下げDR時のSOC、破線が上げDR時のSOCを表す。充放電電力については、一点鎖線が下げDR時の充放電電力、破線が上げDR時の充放電電力を表す。ただし、縦軸の各値については、分かりやすさを優先して、適宜強調している。
 図4に示す例では、時刻t2から時刻t3までをDR実施時間とするDR指令が時刻t1で発生し、時刻t1から時刻t2までが事前充放電計画による事前充放電時間に設定されている。上げDR時には、時刻t1から時刻t2までにSOCが第2所定値となるようにバッテリー33が一定の放電電力で放電され、時刻t2から時刻t3まで一定の充電電力でバッテリー33が充電され、SOCが上昇している。下げDR時には、時刻t1から時刻t2までにSOCが第1所定値となるようにバッテリー33が一定の充電電力で充電され、時刻t2から時刻t3まで一定の放電電力でバッテリー33が放電され、SOCが低下している。
 図3に示す処理は一定の周期で繰り返し実行される。図3に示す処理が開始されると、例えば、事前充放電計画作成部22が、DRの予定が有るか否かを判定する(ステップS101)。DRの予定が無い場合(ステップS101:NO)、事前充放電計画作成部22は、図3に示す処理を終了する。DRの予定が有る場合(ステップS101:YES(図4の例では時刻t1以降))、事前充放電計画作成部22は、次のDRが下げDRなのか上げDRなのかを判定する(ステップS102)。
 下げDRの場合(ステップS102:下げDR)、事前充放電計画作成部22は、下げDRに備え、バッテリー33のSOCを第1所定値にするための事前充放電計画を作成する(ステップS103)。図4に示す例では、事前充放電計画は、時刻t2までにSOCが第1所定値(例えば90%程度)になるよう一定の充電電力で充電する計画である。
 次に、実施中充放電計画作成部23が、DR実施時間中のバッテリー33の放電計画を実施中充放電計画として作成する(ステップS104)。図4に示す例では、実施中充放電計画は、時刻t2から時刻t3まで一定の放電電流で放電する計画である。
 一方、上げDRの場合(ステップS102:上げDR)、事前充放電計画作成部22は、上げDRに備え、バッテリー33のSOCを第2所定値にするための事前充放電計画を作成する(ステップS105)。図4に示す例では、事前充放電計画は、時刻t2までにSOCが第2所定値(例えば10%程度)になるよう一定の放電電電力で放電する計画である。
 次に、実施中充放電計画作成部23が、DR実施時間中のバッテリー33の充電計画を実施中充放電計画として作成する(ステップS106)。図4に示す例では、実施中充放電計画は、時刻t2から時刻t3まで一定の充電電流で充電する計画である。
 ステップS104またはステップS106の後、充放電制御部24は、DR開始時刻までに事前充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33のSOCを制御する(ステップS107)。図4に示す例では、事前充放電計画に従って、時刻t1から時刻t2まで、SOCが第1所定値または第2所定値まで変化している。
 次に、充放電制御部24は、DR開始時刻に到達するまで待機する(ステップS108:NOの繰り返し)。DR開始時刻に到達すると(ステップS108:YES(図4の例では時刻t2以降))、充放電制御部24は、DR終了時刻に到達するまで(ステップS110:YESまで(図4の例では時刻t3以降))、実施中充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33の充放電を制御する(ステップS109)。図4に示す例では、実施中充放電計画に従って、時刻t2から時刻t3まで、一定の放電電力または充電電力でバッテリー33が放電または充電され、SOCが低下または上昇している。DR終了時刻に到達すると(ステップS110:YES(図4の例では時刻t3以降))、充放電制御部24は、図3に示す処理を終了する。
 次に、図5を参照して、充放電制御部24が、圧縮機モーター31が発生した回生エネルギーを利用してバッテリー33を充電する際の動作例について説明する。図5は、本開示の実施形態に係る充放電制御部24の動作例を示すフローチャートである。図5に示す処理は一定の周期で繰り返し実行される。図5に示す処理が開始されると、充放電制御部24は、図2に示す直流電圧が所定電圧以上であるか否かを判定する(ステップS201)。直流電圧が所定電圧以上である場合(ステップS201:YES)、充放電制御部24は、圧縮機モーター31が減速中であるか否かを判定する(ステップS202)。圧縮機モーター31が減速中である場合(ステップS202:YES)、充放電制御部24は、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40を制御し、次の処理実行周期までバッテリー33を充電し(ステップS203)、図5に示す処理を終了する。図5に示す処理では、直流電圧が所定電圧以上に上昇した場合に圧縮機モーター31が減速中であるとき、回生エネルギーが発生したと判定され、バッテリー33が充電される。
 次に、図6を参照して、充放電制御部24が、ファンモーター32が発生した逆起電力でバッテリー33を充電する際の動作例について説明する。図6は、本開示の実施形態に係る充放電制御部24の動作例を示すフローチャートである。図6に示す処理は一定の周期で繰り返し実行される。図6に示す処理が開始されると、充放電制御部24は、図2に示す直流電圧が所定電圧以上であるか否かを判定する(ステップS301)。直流電圧が所定電圧以上である場合(ステップS301:YES)、充放電制御部24は、空気調和機1が運転停止中であるか否かを判定する(ステップS302)。空気調和機1が運転停止中である場合(ステップS302:YES)、充放電制御部24は、双方向DC/DCコンバータ40を制御し、次の処理実行周期までバッテリー33を充電し(ステップS303)、図6に示す処理を終了する。図6に示す処理では、直流電圧が所定電圧以上に上昇した場合に空気調和機1が運転停止中であるとき、逆起電力が発生したと判定され、バッテリー33が充電される。
(作用効果)
 本実施形態では、制御装置21は、圧縮機34と、圧縮機34を駆動する圧縮機モーター31と、圧縮機モーター31に電力を供給可能なバッテリー33とを備える空気調和機1の制御装置である。制御装置21は、事前充放電計画作成部22と、実施中充放電計画作成部23と、充放電制御部24とを備える。事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRを実施する前に行うバッテリー33のSOC(充電率)の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する。実施中充放電計画作成部23は、DRを実施中のバッテリー33の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する。充放電制御部24は、DRの実施前に事前充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33のSOCを制御するとともに、DRの実施中に実施中充放電計画に従ってバッテリー33の充放電を制御する。この構成によれば、バッテリー33を効果的に利用することができる。
 また、本実施形態では、DRが、電力の需要を増やす場合のDRである上げDRと、需要を減らす場合のDRである下げDRとを含む。そして、事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRが上げDRである場合、DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を充電または最大限充電できるようにSOCを制御する事前充放電計画を作成する。また、事前充放電計画作成部22は、DRが下げDRである場合、DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を放電または最大限放電できるようにSOCを制御する事前充放電計画を作成する。この構成によれば、上げDRと下げDRの両方でバッテリー33を効果的に利用することができる。
 また、本実施形態では、充放電制御部24は、圧縮機モーター31が発生した回生エネルギーを利用してバッテリー33を充電する。この構成によれば、回生エネルギーをバッテリー33に充電することができ、省エネを向上させることができる。
 また、本実施形態では、空気調和機1は、熱交換器39と、熱交換器39に外気を通風するファン35と、ファン35を駆動するファンモーター32とを有する室外機3を備える。そして、充放電制御部24は、ファンモーター32が発生した逆起電力をバッテリー33に充電する。室外機3は強風が吹いているときにファン35が逆回転し、ファンモーター32から逆起電力が発生する。この時の誘起電圧が大きくなると基板破損の原因となる。それに対してこの構成では逆起電力をバッテリー33に充電して基板を保護できる。また回収した電力を運転に利用できる。
 また、本実施形態では、バッテリー33は、例えば、室外機3に設けられている。この構成によれば、バッテリー33と圧縮機モーター31およびファンモーター32間の配線を容易に短くすることができる。また、本実施形態では、バッテリー33は、例えば、室内機2に設けられている。この構成によれば、バッテリー33を室内環境下で使用することができる。
(その他の実施形態)
 以上、本開示の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳述したが、具体的な構成はこの実施の形態に限られるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。上述した事前充放電計画および実施中充放電計画の作成例は一例であって変更することができる。例えば、事前充放電計画では、バッテリー33を充電するための電力を自然エネルギーに限定したり、自然エネルギーを優先的に使用するようにしたりすることができる。また、事前充放電計画および実施中充放電計画において、充放電電流は一定に限らず、変化させてもよい。
〈コンピュータ構成〉
 図7は、本実施形態に係るコンピュータの構成を示す概略ブロック図である。
 コンピュータ90は、プロセッサ91、メインメモリ92、ストレージ93、および、インタフェース94を備える。
 上述の制御装置21は、コンピュータ90に実装される。そして、上述した各処理部の動作は、プログラムの形式でストレージ93に記憶されている。プロセッサ91は、プログラムをストレージ93から読み出してメインメモリ92に展開し、当該プログラムに従って上記処理を実行する。また、プロセッサ91は、プログラムに従って、上述した各記憶部に対応する記憶領域をメインメモリ92に確保する。
 プログラムは、コンピュータ90に発揮させる機能の一部を実現するためのものであってもよい。例えば、プログラムは、ストレージに既に記憶されている他のプログラムとの組み合わせ、または他の装置に実装された他のプログラムとの組み合わせによって機能を発揮させるものであってもよい。なお、他の実施形態においては、コンピュータは、上記構成に加えて、または上記構成に代えてPLD(Programmable Logic Device)などのカスタムLSI(Large Scale Integrated Circuit)を備えてもよい。PLDの例としては、PAL(Programmable Array Logic)、GAL(Generic Array Logic)、CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等が挙げられる。この場合、プロセッサによって実現される機能の一部または全部が当該集積回路によって実現されてよい。
 ストレージ93の例としては、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)、SSD(Solid State Drive)、磁気ディスク、光磁気ディスク、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read Only Memory)、DVD-ROM(Digital Versatile Disc Read Only Memory)、半導体メモリ等が挙げられる。ストレージ93は、コンピュータ90のバスに直接接続された内部メディアであってもよいし、インタフェース94または通信回線を介してコンピュータ90に接続される外部メディアであってもよい。また、このプログラムが通信回線によってコンピュータ90に配信される場合、配信を受けたコンピュータ90が当該プログラムをメインメモリ92に展開し、上記処理を実行してもよい。少なくとも1つの実施形態において、ストレージ93は、一時的でない有形の記憶媒体である。 
<付記>
 本実施形態に記載の制御装置21および空気調和機1は、例えば以下のように把握される。
(1)第1の態様に係る制御装置は、圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御装置であって、電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるDRを実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する事前充放電計画作成部と、前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する実施中充放電計画作成部と、前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御する充放電制御部と、を備える。本態様および以下の各態様によれば、蓄電部を効果的に利用することができる。
(2)第2の態様の制御装置は、(1)の制御装置であって、前記DRが、電力の需要を増やす場合のDRである上げDRと、前記需要を減らす場合のDRである下げDRとを含み、前記事前充放電計画作成部は、前記DRが前記上げDRである場合、前記DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を充電または最大限充電できるように前記充電率を制御する前記事前充放電計画を作成し、前記DRが前記下げDRである場合、前記DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を放電または最大限放電できるように前記充電率を制御する前記事前充放電計画を作成する。
(3)第3の態様の制御装置は、(1)または(2)の制御装置であって、前記空気調和機は、熱交換器と、前記熱交換器に外気を通風するファンと、前記ファンを駆動するファンモーターとを有する室外機を備え、前記充放電制御部は、前記ファンモーターが発生した逆起電力を前記蓄電部に充電する。
(4)第4の態様の制御装置は、(1)~(3)の制御装置であって、前記充放電制御部は、前記圧縮機モーターが発生した回生エネルギーを利用して前記蓄電部を充電する。
(5)第5の態様の制御装置は、(1)~(4)の制御装置であって、前記蓄電部は、前記空気調和機の室内機または室外機に設けられている。
(6)第6の態様の空気調和機は、(1)~(5)の制御装置を備える。
 本開示の制御装置、空気調和機および制御方法によれば、蓄電部を効果的に利用することができる。

Claims (7)

  1.  圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御装置であって、
     電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるディマンド・リスポンス(以下、「DR」という)を実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する事前充放電計画作成部と、
     前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する実施中充放電計画作成部と、
     前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御する充放電制御部と、
     を備える制御装置。
  2.  前記DRが、電力の需要を増やす場合のDRである上げDRと、前記需要を減らす場合のDRである下げDRとを含み、
     前記事前充放電計画作成部は、前記DRが前記上げDRである場合、前記DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を充電または最大限充電できるように前記充電率を制御する前記事前充放電計画を作成し、前記DRが前記下げDRである場合、前記DRの実施中に変化させる電力量を放電または最大限放電できるように前記充電率を制御する前記事前充放電計画を作成する、
     請求項1に記載の制御装置。
  3.  前記空気調和機は、熱交換器と、前記熱交換器に外気を通風するファンと、前記ファンを駆動するファンモーターとを有する室外機を備え、
     前記充放電制御部は、前記ファンモーターが発生した逆起電力を前記蓄電部に充電する 請求項2に記載の制御装置。
  4.  前記充放電制御部は、前記圧縮機モーターが発生した回生エネルギーを利用して前記蓄電部を充電する
     請求項3に記載の制御装置。
  5.  前記蓄電部は、前記空気調和機の室内機または室外機に設けられている
     請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
  6.  圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御装置であって、
     電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるディマンド・リスポンス(以下、「DR」という)を実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成する事前充放電計画作成部と、
     前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成する実施中充放電計画作成部と、
     前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御する充放電制御部と、
     を備える制御装置を、
     備える空気調和機。
  7.  圧縮機と、前記圧縮機を駆動する圧縮機モーターと、前記圧縮機モーターに電力を供給可能な蓄電部とを備える空気調和機の制御方法であって、
     電力の需要パターンの変化の求めに対する応答であるディマンド・リスポンス(以下、「DR」という)を実施する前に行う前記蓄電部の充電率の制御計画である事前充放電計画を作成するステップと、
     前記DRを実施中の前記蓄電部の充放電の制御計画である実施中充放電計画を作成するステップと、
     前記DRの実施前に前記事前充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充電率を制御するとともに、前記DRの実施中に前記実施中充放電計画に従って前記蓄電部の充放電を制御するステップと、
     を含む制御方法。
