- the material, the diameter of the inner circumferential end 20a, and the thickness of the support member 20 at the inner circumferential end 23 are selected so that this predetermined tension force is generated.
- the thickness of the support member 20 is the distance between the contact side surface 21 and the back surface 22.
- the support member 20 may be configured to adjust the elasticity of the support member 20 so that the predetermined tension force is generated.
- the support member 20 may be configured with notches, cutouts, or other features that make the support member 20 more flexible.

- the support member 40 is, for example, an annular plate-shaped structure composed of two gaps 3 (gaps 3A and 3B) and two divided bodies 4, support member pieces 20A and 20B, in the conductive structure 2.
- the support member piece 20A has a pair of ends 4Aa and 4Ab, which are a pair of ends 4a and 4b
- the support member piece 20B has a pair of ends 4Ba and 4Bb, which are a pair of ends 4a and 4b.
- gap 3 One side of gap 3 (gap 3A) is formed between end 4Aa of support member piece 20A and end 4Ba of support member piece 20B, and the other side of gap 3 (gap 3B) is formed between end 4Ab of support member piece 20A and end 4Bb of support member piece 20B.

- each of the support member pieces 20A and 20B is coated with a conductive coating material 30.
- the conductive coating material 30 does not have to be formed on the entire surface of the support member pieces 20A and 20B, as long as a conductive path is formed on the surface of the support member pieces 20A and 20B.
- ends 4Aa, 4Ab of support member piece 20A extend, for example, parallel or approximately parallel to a plane containing the axis x and face in a direction perpendicular to the axis x. - the support member pieces 20A, 20B are arranged in a ring shape with gaps 3A, 3B interposed between them. Therefore, even if an external force is applied to the support member pieces 20A, 20B due to the rotation of the shaft 110 during use, the support member pieces 20A, 20B can escape to the gaps 3A, 3B. This prevents the support member pieces 20A, 20B from deforming in a way that would cause stress concentration or coming into contact with the shaft 110. This prevents wear on the conductive coating member 30 and settling of the support member pieces 20A, 20B.

Therefore, when the support member pieces 20A, 20B are fixed to the holding member 10, the support member pieces 20A, 20B can escape into the gaps 3A, 3B. This prevents the support member pieces 20A, 20B from becoming wrinkled or otherwise deformed when fixed to the holding member 10.
- the side surface 17a of the holding portion 17 of the outer holding member 15 may be provided with protrusions 5a and 5b, which are portions that protrude toward the back surface, at circumferential positions corresponding to the gaps 3A and 3B of the support member pieces 20A and 20B, respectively.

- a gap 3B may be formed between the protrusion 5b and the end 4Ab of the support member piece 20A.
- a gap 3B may be formed between the protrusion 5b and the end 4Bb of the support member piece 20B.
- the protrusions 5a and 5b may be provided on the side surface 13a of the retaining portion 13 of the inner retaining member 11, rather than on the side surface 17a of the retaining portion 17 of the outer retaining member 15, so as to be accommodated in the gaps 3A and 3B, respectively.
- the protrusions 5a and 5b may also be provided on the side surface 13a of the retaining portion 13 of the inner retaining member 11, in addition to the side surface 17a of the retaining portion 17 of the outer retaining member 15.
- Multiple protrusions 5a may be provided.
- Multiple protrusions 5b may be provided. The protrusions 5a and 5b can prevent the support member pieces 20A and 20B from rotating relative to the retaining member 10.

Description

支持部材20の樹脂材料としては、例えば、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)、POM(ポリアセタール)、PPS(ポリフェニレンスルファイド)、PA(ポリアミド)、PEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)等がある。
