Description

防犯システム
 本開示は、防犯システムに関する。
 商業施設などでは窃盗行為の防止のため画像データを取得できる防犯カメラが設置されている。その画像データを検知処理することで窃盗行為を行ったか否か判定する防犯システムが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
日本特開2020-91832号公報
 試着室又は更衣室などのプライバシー配慮が重要視される個室には通常の防犯カメラの設置が困難である。個人が特定されないようにモザイク処理を行うこともできるが、撮影した画像データはシステム上に記録されるため完全なプライバシー保護とはいえない。
 本開示は、上述のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的はプライバシーを保護しつつ違反行為を検知することができる防犯システムを得るものである。
 本開示に係る防犯システムは、試着室で試着を行っている利用者を撮影して赤外線画像を取得する赤外線撮像装置と、前記赤外線画像から前記利用者の動作を検知し、前記利用者が試着物を着たまま退室したのを検知すると違反行為と判定する判定装置と、前記判定装置が前記違反行為と判定した場合に警告を発報する警告発報装置とを備えることを特徴とする。
 本開示では、赤外線画像を用いることでプライバシーを保護しつつ違反行為を検知することができる。

 実施の形態に係る防犯システムについて図面を参照して説明する。同じ又は対応する構成要素には同じ符号を付し、説明の繰り返しを省略する場合がある。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1に係る防犯システムを示す図である。試着室1にドア2が設けられている。利用者3が試着室1で着替えを行う。赤外線カメラなどの赤外線撮像装置4が試着室1に設置され、試着室1の中を撮影して赤外線画像を取得する。判定装置5は赤外線画像に基づいて違反行為の有無を判定する。判定装置5は、メモリに記憶されたプログラムを実行するCPU、システムLSI等の処理回路により実現される。また、複数の処理回路が連携して上記機能を実行してもよい。警告発報装置6は判定結果に応じて管理者に警告を知らせる。
 図2は、実施の形態1に係る防犯システムの動作のフローチャートである。まず、利用者3が試着物を持ってドア2を開けて試着室1に入室する(ステップS1)。次に、試着室1で試着を行っている利用者3を赤外線撮像装置4が撮影して赤外線画像を取得する(ステップS2)。図3は、着替えを行っている利用者の赤外線画像を示す図である。赤外線画像において利用者3が元々着ていた衣服に比べて試着している衣服は低温になる。利用者3の肌の露出した顔と手が最も高温になる。赤外線画像は、利用者3の個人が特定されるような情報を含まないため、プライバシーの保護に有効である。
 次に、判定装置5の動作検知部5aが赤外線画像から利用者3の人体部分を検出し、衣服の着脱によって発生する人体部分の温度変化に基づいて利用者3の動作を検知する(ステップS3)。
 ここで、試着室1は限られたエリアであり、赤外線撮像装置4で撮像される範囲と利用者3の位置はある程度指定できるため、赤外線画像の全体の輝度変化に基づいて利用者3の動作を検知してもよい。具体的には、赤外線画像の輝度の頻度分布の変化をみると利用者3が入室したかどうかがわかる。次に、衣服を脱ぐと人体部分の温度が体表面に近い温度に近づくため、赤外線画像の輝度分布は入室時から変化する。従って、動作検知部5aは、利用者3の人体部分を検出しなくても、赤外線画像の全体の輝度変化に基づいて前記利用者の動作を検知することもできる。ただし、利用者3の人体部分を検出した方が動作の検知精度が向上する。なお、動作検知部5aは、人工知能(AI :Artificial Intelligence)を利用して赤外線画像を画像処理して利用者3の動作を検知してもよい。
 次に、判定装置5の動作判定部5bは、利用者3が試着物を着たまま退室したのを検知すると違反行為と判定する(ステップS4)。具体的には、赤外線画像において入室直後の人体部分の温度状態と退室直前の人体部分の温度状態が異なると違反行為と判定する。
 判定装置5が違反行為と判定した場合に警告発報装置6が管理者に警告を発報する(ステップS5)。管理者は例えば店員である。警告発報装置6は、例えば店員に警報音を発するブザー又はスピーカー、点灯ランプ、可視的な警報を表示するディスプレイ、店員が携帯するタブレット又は店員が装着するインカム等などに警報信号を送信する送信機などである。警告を受けた店員は、試着室1から出てきた利用者3を目視して試着物を着たままか否かを確認する。
 以上説明したように、本実施の形態では、赤外線画像を用いることでプライバシーを保護しつつ違反行為を検知することができる。また、赤外線画像を違反行為の検知の1次判断に利用することで、店員の監視負荷が低減する。
実施の形態2.
 図4は、実施の形態2に係る防犯システムの動作のフローチャートである。まず、実施の形態1と同様に、利用者3が試着物を持って試着室1に入室する(ステップS1)。次に、試着室1の中で試着を行っている利用者3を赤外線撮像装置4が撮影して赤外線画像を取得する(ステップS2)。
 次に、判定装置5の動作検知部5aが赤外線画像から利用者3の人体部分を検出し、衣服の着脱によって発生する温度変化を利用して利用者3の衣服の着脱動作を検知する(ステップS3)。例えば、衣服を脱ぐと体表面が露出するか又は薄着となるため赤外線画像の人体部分の温度が上昇する。一方、試着物を着ると体表面が覆われるため赤外線画像の人体部分の温度が下降する。このような温度変化を利用して衣服の着脱を検知する。なお、判定装置5の動作検知部5aは、AIを利用して赤外線画像を画像処理して利用者3の衣服の着脱動作を検知してもよい。
 次に、判定装置5の動作判定部5bは、利用者3が衣服を着る動作を行った(ステップS6)後に、衣服を脱ぐ動作を行うことなく(ステップS7)、試着室1から退室したのを検知する(ステップS8)と、違反行為と判定する。即ち、動作判定部5bは「着る」の後に「脱ぐ」の連続動作が無い場合に違反行為があったと判定する。判定装置5が違反行為と判定した場合に警告発報装置6が管理者に警告を発報する(ステップS5)。
 試着品の温度は利用者3の人体部分の温度よりも低い。このため、動作判定部5bは、赤外線画像における利用者3の人体部分が高温から低温になると利用者3が衣服を着る動作を行ったと判定し、人体部分が低温から高温になると利用者3が衣服を脱ぐ動作を行ったと判定する。試着品を着たまま退室すると低温から高温にならないので「脱ぐ」が無かったとして違反行為と判定する。
 例えば、利用者3が自分の衣服の上に試着品を着てそのまま退室した場合、「着る」の後に「脱ぐ」の連続動作が無いので、違反行為と判断される。一方、利用者3が試着室1に入室して試着せずに出てきた場合、「着る」が検出されないので動作判定は違反とはならない。
 また、冬服のような厚手の衣服を着て入室し、別の厚手の衣服を着て退室する場合、入室後と退室直前で衣服の表面温度があまり変化しない。このため、実施の形態1の手法では違反行為を検知しにくいが、「着る」から「脱ぐ」の連続動作を検知する実施の形態2手法であれば違反行為を検知できる。その他の構成及び効果は実施の形態1と同様である。
実施の形態3.
 図5は、実施の形態3に係る防犯システムの動作のフローチャートである。判定装置5のインプットデータ部5cが、上着又はズボンなどの複数の種類の衣服をそれぞれ着脱する動作に対応する赤外線画像の複数の着脱動作パターンを保存している。着脱動作パターンは、例えば、Tシャツなどを頭と腕を通して着る、コートなどの上着を腕を通して羽織る、ズボンなどのボトムスを脚を通して着るなどの着脱動作のパターンである。
 判定装置5の動作検知部5aは、衣服の着脱によって発生する赤外線画像の温度変化と複数の着脱動作パターンを対比して利用者3の衣服の着脱動作を検知する。着脱動作パターンを用いることで、上着を着るのかズボンを履くのかなどの着脱動作の判定精度が向上する。赤外線撮像画像の画像上部の温度変化を見れば上半身にフォーカスすることができ、画面下部の温度変化を見れば下半身にフォーカスすることができる。AIなどを利用する場合も同様に着脱動作パターンを用いることで着脱動作の判定精度が向上する。その他の構成及び効果は実施の形態2と同様である。
実施の形態4.
 図6は、実施の形態4に係る防犯システムを示す図である。パブリックエリアはプライバシー保護の基準が試着室1の中よりも緩いため、利用者3の可視情報を取得することができる。そこで、試着室1の外のパブリックエリアに監視カメラ7を設ける。監視カメラ7は、試着室1からドア2を開けて出てきて試着室1の外にいる利用者3を撮影して可視情報を取得する。判定装置5の動作判定部5bは、AIなどを利用して可視情報を画像処理して違反行為を検知する。その他の構成は実施の形態2と同様である。
 図7は、実施の形態4に係る防犯システムの動作のフローチャートである。判定装置5の動作判定部5bは、利用者3が試着室1から退室したのを検出した後に、可視情報に基づいて利用者3の衣服を検知し、試着室1への入室前後で利用者3の衣服が変化していると違反行為と判定する(ステップS12)。その他の動作は実施の形態2と同様である。
 以上説明したように、本実施の形態では、試着室1内の赤外線画像と試着室1外の可視情報の両方から違反判定を行う。可視情報により利用者3の衣服を正確に検知できるため、実施の形態2よりも違反判定の精度が向上する。特に、「着る」の後に「脱ぐ」の連続動作が無い場合に違反行為があったと判定する実施の形態2の誤判定を可視情報で補うことができる。その他の効果は実施の形態2と同様である。
実施の形態5.
 図8は、実施の形態5に係る防犯システムを示図である。RFIDタグのような赤外線撮像装置4で検出できる発熱源8が試着物に取り付けられている。その他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
 図9は、実施の形態5に係る防犯システムの動作のフローチャートである。まず、実施の形態1と同様に、利用者3が試着物を持って試着室1に入室する(ステップS1)。ただし、発熱源8が試着物に取り付けられている。次に、試着室1の中で試着を行っている利用者3と発熱源8を赤外線撮像装置4が撮影して赤外線画像を取得する(ステップS2)。
 図10は、着替えを行っている利用者の赤外線画像を示す図である。発熱源8の温度は40℃以上であり人体より高温であるため、赤外線画像において発熱源8と利用者3の人体部分を区別できる。なお、発熱源8の温度をカイロの温度(50℃前後)以下にすれば、発熱源8で火傷をすることはなく、安全上の問題はない。
 次に、判定装置5の位置検知部5dが赤外線画像から利用者3と発熱源8の位置を検知する(ステップS13)。判定装置5の動作判定部5bは、利用者3と発熱源8の位置関係に基づいて利用者3が試着物を着ているか否かを検知し、利用者3が試着物を着たまま退室すると違反行為と判定する(ステップS14)。例えば、熱画像において利用者3の人体部分と発熱源8の位置が重なっていると試着物が着られていると判断する。利用者3の手元に発熱源8が位置すると、試着物を脱いで手に持っていると判断する。発熱源8が完全に隠れてしまうと赤外線画像で発熱源8を捉えることができないため、試着中と判断する。判定装置5が違反行為と判定した場合に警告発報装置6が管理者に警告を発報する(ステップS5)。
 以上説明したように、本実施の形態では、赤外線画像を用いることでプライバシーを保護しつつ違反行為を検知することができる。また、発熱源8を用いることで、利用者3と発熱源8の位置関係に基づいて利用者3が試着物を着ているか否かを正確に検知することができる。

Claims (11)

  1.  試着室で試着を行っている利用者を撮影して赤外線画像を取得する赤外線撮像装置と、
     前記赤外線画像から前記利用者の動作を検知し、前記利用者が試着物を着たまま退室したのを検知すると違反行為と判定する判定装置と、
     前記判定装置が前記違反行為と判定した場合に警告を発報する警告発報装置とを備えることを特徴とする防犯システム。
  2.  前記判定装置は、衣服の着脱によって発生する前記利用者の人体部分の温度変化に基づいて前記利用者の動作を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防犯システム。
  3.  前記判定装置は、前記赤外線画像において入室直後の前記人体部分の温度状態と退室直前の前記人体部分の温度状態が異なると前記違反行為と判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の防犯システム。
  4.  前記判定装置は、前記赤外線画像の全体の輝度変化に基づいて前記利用者の動作を検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防犯システム。
  5.  前記判定装置は、前記利用者が衣服を着る動作を行った後に衣服を脱ぐ動作を行うことなく前記試着室から退室したのを検知すると前記違反行為と判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防犯システム。
  6.  前記赤外線画像における前記利用者の人体部分が高温から低温になると前記利用者が衣服を着る動作を行ったと判定し、前記人体部分が低温から高温になると前記利用者が衣服を脱ぐ動作を行ったと判定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の防犯システム。
  7.  人工知能を利用して前記赤外線画像を画像処理して前記利用者の着脱動作を検知することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の防犯システム。
  8.  複数の種類の衣服をそれぞれ着脱する動作に対応する複数の着脱動作パターンを保存し、衣服の着脱によって発生する前記赤外線画像の温度変化と前記複数の着脱動作パターンを対比して前記利用者の着脱動作を検知することを特徴とする請求項5~7の何れか1項に記載の防犯システム。
  9.  前記試着室の外にいる前記利用者を撮影して可視情報を取得する監視カメラを更に備え、
     前記判定装置は、前記可視情報に基づいて前記利用者の衣服を検知し、前記試着室への入室前後で前記利用者の衣服が変化していると違反行為と判定することを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の防犯システム。
  10.  前記試着物に取り付けられた発熱源を更に備え、
     前記判定装置は、前記赤外線画像から前記利用者と前記発熱源の位置を検知し、前記利用者と前記発熱源の位置関係に基づいて前記利用者が前記試着物を着ているか否かを検知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防犯システム。
  11.  前記判定装置は、前記赤外線画像において前記利用者の人体部分と前記発熱源の位置が重なっていると前記試着物が着られていると判断することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の防犯システム。
