Description
本発明は、車両用窓ガラスに関する。
融氷、防曇等の機能を持たせるために、デフォッガをガラス主面に印刷することがある。デフォッガは、複数の電熱線と、当該複数の電熱線に接続されるバスバーと、を含む。複数の電熱線は、例えば金属を含むインクを用いて印刷されるものであり、電波を反射する性質を持つ。ガラスを平面視した際に、複数の電熱線がアンテナと近接する場合、アンテナの利得が大きく低下する虞がある。そこで、特許文献1に開示された技術では、アンテナの近傍に複数の電熱線が存在しない非加熱領域を設けることによってアンテナの利得を確保している。
加熱領域を広くすると、融氷、防曇等の機能を有する領域が広がり、すなわち、車内から明瞭に車外を目視できる領域が広がると期待される。そのため、広い加熱領域と高利得のアンテナを共存させる技術の開発が求められていた。
上記課題に鑑み本発明の目的は、広い加熱領域と高利得なアンテナを共存可能な車両用窓ガラスを提供することである。
本開示の一態様にかかる車両用窓ガラスは下記の構成を備える。

本発明により、広い加熱領域と高利得なアンテナを共存可能な車両用窓ガラスを提供できる。
<実施形態1>
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態について説明する。各図面において、同一又は対応する要素には同一の符号が付されており、説明の明確化のため、必要に応じて重複説明は省略される。なお、理解の容易のため、図面における各部の縮尺は、実際とは異なる場合がある。平行、直角、直交、水平、垂直、上下、左右などの方向には、実施形態の効果を損なわない程度のずれが許容される。角部の形状は、直角に限られず、弓状に丸みを帯びてもよい。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態について説明する。各図面において、同一又は対応する要素には同一の符号が付されており、説明の明確化のため、必要に応じて重複説明は省略される。なお、理解の容易のため、図面における各部の縮尺は、実際とは異なる場合がある。平行、直角、直交、水平、垂直、上下、左右などの方向には、実施形態の効果を損なわない程度のずれが許容される。角部の形状は、直角に限られず、弓状に丸みを帯びてもよい。
本発明の実施形態における車両用窓ガラスの例として、車両の後部に取り付けられるリアガラス、車両の前部に取り付けられるフロントガラス、車両の側部に取り付けられるサイドガラス、車両の天井部に取り付けられるルーフガラスなどがある。車両用窓ガラスは、これらの例に限られない。本発明の実施形態における車両用窓ガラスとしては、リアガラスが特に適している。
図1は、本発明にかかる車両用窓ガラスをリアガラスに適用する場合を説明する模式正面図である。図1に示すように、車両用窓ガラス100は、少なくとも、ガラス板120、デフォッガ130、スロットアンテナ140、及び枠材150(図1では不図示)を備える。図3に示すように、車両用窓ガラス100は、さらに遮光膜160等の部材を備えていてもよい。枠材150は、車体の導電性の部位であり、例えば矩形状の開口部を形成する。ガラス板120は、枠材150に設けられた開口部に取り付けられて車両用窓ガラスとして使用される。図3に示すように、枠材150には、接着部材170を用いてガラス板120が取り付けられる。枠材150を形成する導電性の材料は、例えば鉄鋼等の金属である。図1は、ガラス板120が枠材150に設けられた開口部に取り付けられた状態で車両用窓ガラス100を車内側から見た模式図である。尚、図面を簡略化するため、図1においては、枠材150、遮光膜160、及び接着部材170の図示を省略している。
デフォッガ130は、バスバー131,132及び複数の電熱線133を含む。図1に示す例では、バスバー131,132は、一対のバスバーである。図1に示す例において、一対のバスバー131,132は、帯状の電極であり、ガラス板120の辺に沿って延伸する。例えば、一対のバスバー131,132は、ガラス板120の対向する辺に沿ってそれぞれ延伸するように配置されてもよい。一対のバスバー131,132は、図示しない電源の異なる電極端子に電気的に接続される。例えば、バスバー131は、電源の負極端子に接続され、バスバー132は、電源の正極端子に接続されてもよい。バスバー131,132及び複数の電熱線133は、例えばスクリーン印刷によってガラス板120の主面に印刷される。
複数の電熱線133は、一対のバスバー131,132の間に配置される。複数の電熱線133のそれぞれは、一方の端がバスバー131に接続され、他方の端がバスバー132に接続される。複数の電熱線133は、延伸方向に直交する方向において互いに間隔をあけて配置される。複数の電熱線133は、一対のバスバー131,132の間に直流電圧が電源により印加されることで、直流電流が流れる部材である。複数の電熱線133は、電流が流れると抵抗によって発熱し、ガラス板120において複数の電熱線133が設けられている領域及びその近傍における融雪、融氷、防曇などを行うことができる。以下、複数の電熱線133が配置された領域を加熱領域と称することがある。複数の電熱線133は、短絡線134によって短絡されていてもよい。短絡線134は、複数の電熱線133の延伸方向に直交する方向に延伸する電熱線である。図1に示す例では、短絡線134は2本配置されているが、短絡線134の数は特に限定されない。また、短絡線134は、配置されなくてもよい。
ガラス板120は、単板のガラス板であってもよいし、合わせガラスであってもよい。単板のガラス板とは、構成されるガラス板が一枚のガラス板である。ガラス板120を構成するガラスの種類は、特に限定されない。ガラス板120は、例えば、ソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス、アルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、無アルカリガラス、及びホウケイ酸塩ガラス等の無機ガラスであってもよいし、ポリカーボネート板、及びアクリル樹脂板等の有機ガラスであってもよい。ガラス板120は、クリヤガラス等の無色のガラスであってもよいし、プライバシーガラス等の着色されたガラスであってもよい。また、ガラス板120は、物理強化ガラス又は化学強化ガラス等の強化ガラスであってもよい。強化ガラスは、例えば、未強化ガラスの表面に圧縮応力層を形成したものであってもよい。また、強化ガラスは、ガラス板を加熱した後に急冷することによって強化する風冷強化ガラスであってもよい。例えば車両用窓ガラス100をリアガラスに適用する場合、ガラス板120としては風冷強化ガラスが好適である。
合わせガラスとは、複数のガラス板が当該ガラス板の間に配置された中間膜によって接合されたガラス板である。中間膜は、例えば、透明な樹脂を用いて構成される。中間膜を構成する樹脂は、例えば、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリ塩化ビニル、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、シクロオレフィンポリマー、ウレタン樹脂、ポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂(PVDF)等である。中間膜は、無色であってもよいし、着色されてもよい。中間膜は、例えば、顔料等の着色剤を含む樹脂を用いて構成されることによって着色されてもよい。
ガラス板120が合わせガラスである場合、複数のガラス板の間に導電膜を挟んでいてもよい。導電膜は、電気信号を利用して動作する膜であり、例えば調光膜である。調光膜としては、懸濁粒子デバイス(SPD:Suspended Particle Device)、高分子分散型液晶(PDLC:Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)、高分子ネットワーク型液晶(PNLC:Polymer Network Liquid Crystal)、ゲストホスト型液晶(GHLC:Guest-Host Liquid Crystal)、TN(Twisted Nematic)型液晶、PC(Phase Change)型液晶、STN(Super Twisted Nematic)型液晶、ECB(Electrically Controlled Birefringence)型液晶、OCB(Optically Compensated Bend)型液晶、IPS(In-Place Switching)型液晶、VA(Vertical Alignment)型液晶、FFS(Fringe Field Switching)型液晶、FPA(Field-induced Photo-reactive Alignment)型液晶、エレクトロクロミック素子、エレクトロキネティック素子、有機EL(Electro-Luminescence)素子、無機EL素子等が使用可能である。
ガラス板120が合わせガラスである場合、複数のガラス板の主面には、目的に応じた種々の機能層が設けられてもよい。機能層としては、Ag(銀)膜などの金属膜、ITO(酸化インジウム・スズ)膜などの金属酸化膜、または導電性微粒子を含む樹脂膜、複数種類の膜を積層した積層体、ポリエチレンテレフタレートなどの樹脂フィルムに蒸着処理等でコーティングされたもの、低放射性能を発揮するLow-E(Low Emissivity)膜などの低放射膜等が挙げられる。例えば、低放射膜は、複数のガラス板のうち車外側のガラス板の車内側の主面に設けられてもよい。ここで、低放射とは、放射による伝熱を低減することをいう。Low-E膜などの低放射膜は、放射による伝熱を抑制することで、断熱性を確保する。低放射膜は、一般的なものであってよく、例えば、透明誘電体膜、赤外線反射膜、および透明誘電体膜をこの順で含む積層膜であってよい。透明誘電体膜としては、金属酸化物や金属窒化物が代表的である。金属酸化物としては、酸化亜鉛や酸化スズが代表的である。赤外線反射膜としては、金属膜が代表的である。金属膜としては、銀(Ag)が代表的である。ここで、赤外線反射膜は、透明誘電体膜同士の間に、1層以上形成されてよい。
スロットアンテナ140は、放送波等の車外の電波を受信する受信用アンテナとして使用されてもよいし、車外の通信機器との間で電波を送受する無線通信用アンテナとして使用されてもよい。スロットアンテナ140は、例えば、周波数が300MHz~3GHzのUHF(Ultra High Frequency)帯の電波を受信可能に形成されたアンテナである。UHF帯に含まれる周波数帯の具体例として、地上デジタルテレビ放送波の帯域(例えば、473MHz~713MHz)などがある。スロットアンテナ140は、例えば、周波数が30MHz~300MHzのVHF(Very High Frequency)帯の電波を受信可能に形成されたアンテナでもよい。VHF帯に含まれる周波数帯の具体例として、FM放送波の帯域(例えば、76MHz~108MHz)、DAB Band IIIの帯域(例えば、170MHz~240MHz)などがある。また、スロットアンテナ140は、例えば、ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems:高度道路交通システム)の760MHz帯の周波数の電波を受信可能に形成されたアンテナである。
図2に示すように、第1給電部141は、芯線側給電部であり、図示しない給電線に電気的に接続される電極である。第1エレメント142は、第1給電部141に接続されるループ形状の部材である。例えば、第1エレメント142は、スロットアンテナ140が送受信する周波数帯における最大周波数の空気中の波長をλa、最小周波数の空気中の波長をλb、車両用窓ガラス100の波長短縮率をk、第1エレメント142のループ形状の周囲長すなわち第1エレメント142の内周縁の全長をLとするとき、以下の数式(1)を満たしてもよい。

図2に示すように、第1エレメント142は、例えば第2ガラス板122の外縁に沿って延びる横長の矩形状の導体層の中央部分を切り欠いた形状であってもよい。この場合、第1エレメント142の少なくとも一方の長辺は、ガラス板120の外縁に近接してすなわち枠材150(図3参照)に近接して配置される。尚、「第1エレメント142の少なくとも一方の長辺がガラス板120の外縁に近接する」とは、第1エレメント142の少なくとも一方の長辺がガラス板120の外縁から10mm程度離間して配置されることを示す。この場合、第1エレメント142の少なくとも一方の長辺は、枠材150から30mm程度離間している。
第2給電部143は、接地側給電部であり、グランドに接続される電極である。第1給電部141を芯線側給電部とし、第2給電部143を接地側給電部とすることにより、スロットアンテナ140への入力を平衡入力にできるため、スロットアンテナ140の利得を向上可能である。第2エレメント144は、第2給電部143に接続される部材である。図2に示すように、第2給電部143及び第2エレメント144は、第1エレメント142の内部に配置される。
第2給電部143及び第2エレメント144のうち少なくとも一方は、第1給電部141及び第1エレメント142のうち少なくとも一方と容量結合している。すなわち、第2給電部143及び第2エレメント144のうち少なくとも一方は、第1給電部141及び第1エレメント142のうち少なくとも一方と容量結合可能な位置に配置されている。図2に示す構成例では、第1エレメント142は、一部が複数の電熱線133と平面視で近接しており、複数の電熱線133のうちもっともスロットアンテナ140側の電熱線からガラス板120の外周縁までの距離D(図3参照)は、例えば60mm以下である。なお、第1エレメント142は、一部が複数の電熱線133と接続してもよい。すなわち、第1エレメント142は、遮光膜160(図3参照)を介して、複数の電熱線133と容量結合している。
図2に示す構成例において、第1エレメント142は、帯状部145及び第1線状部146を含む。帯状部145は、一定又は不定である所定の幅を有する箇所である。第1線状部146は、帯状部145よりも狭い幅を有する線状の箇所である。第1エレメント142は、帯状部145を含まなくてもよい。例えば図4に示す構成例では、スロットアンテナ240は、帯状部145を含まない第1エレメント142を備える。
図2に示す構成例では、第1エレメント142は、複数の電熱線133側の長辺すなわち第2ガラス板122の外縁から離れた側の長辺において、矩形状の帯状部145を形成している。帯状部145の形状はこれに限定されず、例えば、半楕円形状、三角形状、波形状等であってもよい。また、帯状部145は、穴あき構造又はメッシュ構造等であってもよい。帯状部145は、少なくとも一部が複数の電熱線133と接続又は近接していてもよい。図2に示す構成例においては、帯状部145の一部は、複数の電熱線133と接続して配置されている。
図2に示す構成例では、第1エレメント142は、第2ガラス板122の外縁側の長辺すなわち複数の電熱線133側ではない長辺、及び、2つの向かい合う短辺、において、線状の第1線状部146を形成している。すなわち、第1エレメント142は、帯状部145及び第1線状部146によって、ループ形状を形成している。また、第1給電部141は、帯状部145に連続して形成されており、第1エレメント142のループ形状の内側に配置されている。
図2に示すように、第2給電部143は、所定の距離を離間して第1給電部141の近傍に配置されてもよい。第2エレメント144は、線状の第2線状部147によって構成されてもよい。第2線状部147は、第2給電部143から延びる線状部材である。例えば、図2に示すように、第2線状部147は、第2給電部143から第1エレメント142の両方の短辺に向かってそれぞれ延びる複数の線状部材であってもよい。
尚、スロットアンテナ140の形状パターンは図2に示した例には限定されない。例えば、第2線状部147は、半ループ形状をなす半ループエレメントを有してもよい。半ループエレメントは、ループ形状の一部に切り欠き部を有する形状の部材である。また、帯状部145は、複数の辺において形成されてもよい。具体的には、帯状部145は、複数の電熱線133に近い側の長辺と、2つの短辺において形成されてもよい。また、第2線状部147は、途中部において複数に分かれていてもよい。また、第1給電部141及び第2給電部143は、第1エレメント142内の端部に配置されてもよい。第1給電部141は、帯状部145と離間して設けられてもよい、すなわち第1線状部146から連続して設けられてもよい。第2線状部147は、複数延びていてもよいし1つだけ延びていてもよい。第2線状部147は、複数延びている線状部材のうち一部のみが半ループエレメントを形成していてもよい。
図3では、ガラス板120が単板のガラス板である場合の一構成例を示す。図3において、図面上側は車外側であり、図面下側は車内側である。ガラス板120の車内側の主面すなわちスロットアンテナ140が設けられている主面を第1主面126とする。第1主面126の外縁には、遮光膜160が設けられてもよい。遮光膜160は、太陽光線の少なくとも一部を遮光する遮光膜であり、例えば、黒色セラミックス膜などである。
図3に示すように、ガラス板120の第1主面126には、スロットアンテナ140が設けられる。スロットアンテナ140は、ガラス板120の第1主面126の側にある平面状アンテナであり、ガラス板120の外縁の近傍に配置される。図3に示す構成例では、スロットアンテナ140は、遮光膜160の車内側の面に設けられる。すなわち、スロットアンテナ140は、遮光膜160と少なくとも一部が接続又は近接してもよい。スロットアンテナ140は、第1主面126上に1つ設けられてもよいし、複数設けられてもよい。図3に示すように、スロットアンテナ140は、第1給電部141、第1エレメント142、第2給電部143、及び第2エレメント144を備える。
車両用窓ガラス100をこのような構成にすることにより、第1主面126の複数の電熱線133よりも外縁側の領域などの狭い場所に高利得のスロットアンテナ140を設けることができる。そのため、ガラス板120において複数の電熱線133が配置される加熱領域を広くできる。また、スロットアンテナ140は、フィルムアンテナに適用されてもよい。フィルムアンテナは、ガラス主面に貼り付け可能に構成されたフィルム状のアンテナである。
次に、本発明の実施例について説明する。
実施例にかかるサンプルとして、以下の方法で車両用窓ガラスのサンプルを作製した。

アンテナは、地上デジタルテレビ放送波を受信可能なアンテナであった。アンテナは、線状又はスロット状であった。線状アンテナは、スロットが形成されないアンテナであった。スロットアンテナは、図2を参照して説明した形状のアンテナであった。スロットアンテナの長辺方向の長さは、160mmであった。スロットアンテナの短辺方向の長さは、45mmであった。帯状部の幅は、25mmであった。

<測定>
このようにして作製したサンプルを評価するために、所定の周波数の電波に対する利得を測定した。測定結果を図5に示す。また、測定結果から算出された平均利得を表1に示す。なお、例1~8が比較例であり、例9~10が実施例である。

表1に示すように、例9~10は、平均利得の数値が例4と同程度であり、例1等よりも大きかった。このことから、スロットアンテナを用いることによって狭い範囲に高利得のアンテナを実現可能であることが確認された。

Claims (10)
- 車体に設けられた導電性の枠材によって形成された開口部に取り付けられる車両用窓ガラスであって、
前記車両用窓ガラスは、
第1主面を有するガラス板と、前記第1主面に形成されたバスバーと、前記バスバーに接続される複数の電熱線と、前記第1主面に配置されたスロットアンテナと、を有し、
前記スロットアンテナは、
第1給電部と、前記第1給電部に接続される第1エレメントと、
第2給電部と、前記第2給電部に接続される第2エレメントと、を有し、
前記第1エレメントの少なくとも一部は、前記複数の電熱線の一部と接続は近接している、
車両用窓ガラス。 - 前記第1給電部は芯線側給電部であり、前記第2給電部は接地側給電部である、
請求項1に記載の車両用窓ガラス。 - 前記第1エレメントは、少なくとも一部に帯状部を有し、前記帯状部の一部が前記複数の電熱線の一部と接続又は近接する、

請求項1又は2に記載の車両用窓ガラス。 - 前記第1エレメントは、少なくとも一部に帯状部を有し、前記帯状部の一部が前記複数の電熱線と接続又は近接し、前記第1線状部と前記帯状部とによりループ形状を形成している、
