Description

伸縮性デバイス
 本開示は、伸縮性デバイスに関する。
 従前より、伸縮性基材を備える伸縮性デバイスが知られている。この伸縮性デバイスは、例えば、生体、または伸縮性を要する機器等に対して使用できる。
特開平7-226589号公報
 複数の配線を備える基材を含むデバイスとして、デバイスの縮小化のため、複数の配線を複数の層に分けて引き回し、ビアを介して互いに異なる層に位置する配線同士を電気的に接続する構造が知られている(特許文献1)。
 本発明者は、一般的なビアを用いる構造を伸縮性デバイスに適用する場合における課題を新たに見出した。伸縮性デバイスでは、異なる層に位置する伸縮性配線同士を接続するビアが伸縮性基材を貫通するように設けられ得るところ、ビアを備える領域において局所的に伸縮性が変化し得る。そのため、伸縮性が変化するビア付近の領域において、伸縮性デバイスの伸縮に伴う応力集中が発生し、伸縮性配線と伸縮性基材との間で剥離が生じ易くなる。
 本開示は上記課題に鑑みて為されたものである。すなわち、本開示の主たる目的は、伸縮性基材の剥離の発生が抑制された、好適なビア構造を備える伸縮性デバイスを提供することである。
 本発明者は、上記主たる目的が達成された伸縮性デバイスの発明に至った。
 本開示の一実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスは、相互に積層された複数の伸縮性基材と、前記複数の伸縮性基材の各々に配される複数の伸縮性配線と、前記伸縮性基材の積層方向から見て、前記伸縮性基材を介して互いに重なる少なくとも2つの前記伸縮性配線を相互に電気的に接続するビアとを備え、
 断面視にて、前記複数の伸縮性基材のうち、前記ビアに接続された前記伸縮性配線が配された少なくとも1つの前記伸縮性基材は、前記ビアの周囲にて、前記伸縮性配線側に向かって隆起する凸部を備える。
 本開示の一実施形態によれば、伸縮性基材の剥離の発生が抑制された、好適なビア構造を備える伸縮性デバイスが提供される。

 以下では、本開示の実施形態を具体的に説明する。出願人は、当業者が本開示を十分に理解するために以下の説明および実施例を提供するのであって、これらによって特許請求の範囲に記載の主題を限定することを意図するものではないことに留意されたい。つまり、本開示は、以下で説明する好適態様などに特に限定されるものではなく、その目的の範囲で適宜変更して実施できる。なお、要点の説明または理解の容易性を考慮して、便宜上実施態様や実施例などに分けて示す場合があるが、異なる実施態様などで示した構成の部分的な置換および/または組合せなどは可能である。そのような実施形態の記載では、実質的に同一の事項については重複説明を省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する場合がある。特に、同様の構成による同様の作用効果については、実施態様ごとには逐次言及しない場合がある。
 本明細書において、「伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向」、「伸縮性基材の厚み方向」、「伸縮性基材の積層方向」および「積層方向」なる用語は互換的に用いられ得る。かかる方向は、図中における方向Zに相当する。
 本明細書でいう「断面視」または「断面視形状」とは、伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向に対して略垂直な方向から捉えた形態(端的にいえば、伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向に平行な面で切り取った場合の形態)に基づいている。伸縮性デバイスが複数の伸縮性基材層を備える積層型構造を有する場合、「断面視」または「断面視形状」は、伸縮性基材の積層方向に対して略垂直な方向から捉えた形態(端的にいえば、積層方向に平行な面で切り取った場合の形態)に基づいている。また、本明細書で用いる「平面視」とは、伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向(または積層方向)に沿って対象物を上側または下側からみた場合の見取図に基づいている。
 また、本明細書において、ある要素の「上に」とは、当該要素の上面に接触する場合だけでなく、当該要素の上面に接触しない場合も含む。すなわち、ある要素の「上に」とは、当該要素とは離れた上方、すなわち当該要素上の他の物体を介した上側の位置や、間隔を空けた上側の位置だけではなく、当該要素と接する直上の位置をも含む。また、「上に」とは、必ずしも鉛直方向における上側を意味するものではない。「上に」とは、ある要素の相対的な位置関係を示しているに過ぎない。
 本明細書で言及する各種の数値範囲は、特段の説明が付されない限り、下限および上限の数値そのものも含むことを意図している。なお、“約”といった用語は、数パーセント、例えば±10%の変動または差異を含み得ることを意味する。
 本明細書でいう「垂直」および「略垂直」とは、必ずしも完全な「垂直」でなくてよく、それから僅かにずれた態様(例えば、完全な垂直から±10°の範囲、例えば±5°までの範囲)を含んでいる。
 また、本明細書でいう「略平行」とは、必ずしも完全な「平行」でなくてよく、それから僅かにずれた態様(例えば、完全な平行から±10°の範囲、例えば±5°までの範囲)を含んでいる。
[伸縮性デバイスの基本構成]
 図1A、図1Bおよび図2を参照しながら、伸縮性デバイスの構造について説明する。図1Aおよび図1Bは、本開示の一実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイス1A,1Bを例示的に示す平面図である。図2は、図1Aに示す伸縮性デバイス1AのA-A断面を模式的に示す断面図である。なお、本明細書中の断面図は、特段の言及がない限り、ビア50の中央を通り、且つ伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向Zに平行な断面を示している。
 伸縮性デバイス1Aは、互いに積層された複数の伸縮性基材10,30を備える。伸縮性基材10,30の主面上には、それぞれ伸縮性配線20,40が配されていてよい。伸縮性デバイスは、複数の伸縮性基材10,30が主面同士を互いに対向させるように積み重ねられた多層構造を有していてよい。つまり、複数の伸縮性基材10は、伸縮性基材10の厚み方向Zに積層されることで、積層体を形成してよい。なお、積層される伸縮性基材10の数は、特に限定されない。
 ここで、伸縮性基材の「主面」とは、当該伸縮性基材の厚み方向Zとは異なる方向に延在する面であり、例えば、伸縮性基材の厚み方向Zに対して略垂直な方向X-Yに延在する面を意味する。「主面」は、シート状の伸縮性基材の他の面(例えば、厚み方向Zと略平行に延在する側面)よりも明らかに面積が大きな面に相当する。シート状またはフィルム状の伸縮性基材10,30は、伸縮性デバイスの伸縮方向に沿って延在していてよい。かかる構造において、伸縮性基材10,30の主面は、伸縮性基材10,30の伸縮方向に沿って延在する面と解することもできる。また、主面は、後述する伸縮性配線の延在方向に沿って延在する面と解することもできる。
 なお、図面においては、明確化のため、特定の方向に延在する伸縮性デバイスを示しているものの、伸縮性デバイスの形状は特に限定されない。伸縮性デバイスの平面視形状も特に限定されず、例えば、四角形(例えば、正方形、長方形等)、三角形などの多角形;円形、楕円形、半円形、三日月形、または不定形などであることができる。
 以下、本開示の伸縮性デバイスに含まれる主要な構成要素について、図1Aおよび図2を参照して説明する。
(伸縮性基材10,30)
 伸縮性基材10,30(以下、単に“基材”とも称する)は、シート状あるいはフィルム状の伸縮可能な基材であってよく、例えば、伸縮性を有する樹脂材料から構成されてよい。本明細書における「伸縮性」とは、端的に言えば伸び縮み可能である性質を意味し、ストレッチ性、ストレッチャブル性などと称することもできる。より具体的には、引張応力が付加されていない常態である非伸長状態から、引張応力を付加することで伸長可能であり、伸長した状態から解放された際に収縮可能である性質を意味する。図面においては、2つの伸縮性基材10および30のみが図示されているものの、伸縮性デバイスにおいては、更なる1つ以上の伸縮性基材が積層されていてもよい。
 伸縮性基材としては、伸縮性を有する樹脂材料が用いられてよい。例えば、伸縮性基材は、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、およびスチレン樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂を含むことが好ましい。ウレタン系樹脂としては、例えば熱可塑性ポリウレタンが挙げられる。例示的なスチレン系樹脂としては、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)およびスチレン-エチレン・ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)等が挙げられる。また、互いに積層される複数の伸縮性基材の各々は、同一の材料で構成されていてもよく、あるいは相互に異なる材料で構成されていてもよい。
 伸縮性基材10,30の厚さは特に限定されないものの、デバイスの伸縮性を重視すると、1mm以下であることが好ましく、100μm以下であることがより好ましく、50μm以下であることがさらに好ましい。伸縮性デバイスが生体に貼り付けられる場合、生体表面の伸縮の阻害を抑制する観点を重視すると、好ましくは100μm以下であり、より好ましくは1μm以下である。また、伸縮性デバイスの機械強度を重視すると、伸縮性基材の厚さは、0.5μm以上であることが好ましい。また、互いに積層される複数の伸縮性基材の各々は、同一の厚さを有していてもよく、あるいは相互に異なる厚さを有していてもよい。
(伸縮性配線20,40)
 伸縮性基材10,30には、それぞれ伸縮性配線20または40が配されている。すなわち、伸縮性配線(以下、単に“配線”とも称する)20,40は、互いに異なる伸縮性基材上に配されている。これにより、伸縮性配線20,40の各々は、断面視にて、互いに異なる高さに位置していてよい。以下では、説明の便宜上、複数の伸縮性基材10,30の各々を第1伸縮性基材10、第2伸縮性基材30と称し、第1伸縮性基材10上に配される伸縮性配線20を第1伸縮性配線20、第2伸縮性基材30上に配される伸縮性配線40を第2伸縮性配線40と称する。図2に示されるように、第2伸縮性基材30は、第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40との層間に位置する絶縁性の基材であるところ、例えば「層間絶縁層」または「層間基材」などと称すこともできる。
 なお、「伸縮性配線が伸縮性基材上に配される」とは「伸縮性配線と伸縮性基材とが接している」と換言することができる。例えば、図2に示す第1伸縮性配線20は、第1伸縮性基材10と第2伸縮性基材30との間に位置し、第1伸縮性基材10および第2伸縮性基材30の双方と接する。そのため、第1伸縮性配線20は、第1伸縮性基材10の主面10a、および/または当該主面10aに対向する第2伸縮性基材30の主面30b(図9A参照)に配されている、と解することもできる。
 伸縮性配線は、導電性粒子と樹脂との混合物で構成されていてよい。導電性粒子としては、例えば、Ag(銀)、Cu(銅)、およびNi(ニッケル)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属粉が用いられ得る。導電性粒子の平均粒径は、特に限定されるものではないが、0.01μm以上10μm以下であることが好ましい。また、導電性粒子の形状は、特に限定されないものの、例えば、略球状、略楕円状、多面体状、偏平状、または突起を有する形状などの不定形状などであることができる。導電性粒子と混合される樹脂としては、例えば、エポキシ系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、及び、シリコーン系樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂であってよい。互いに異なる伸縮性配線20,40は、同一の材料から構成されていてもよく、または互いに異なる材料から構成されていてもよい。
 伸縮性配線の厚みは、好ましくは100μm以下であり、より好ましくは50μm以下である。また、伸縮性配線の強度を重視すると、伸縮性配線の厚みは1μm以上であることが好ましい。
 また、伸縮性配線20,40は、いずれの方向に延伸していてもよい。好ましくは、伸縮性配線20,40は、伸縮性基材10,30の主面の延在方向に沿って延伸していてよい。また、伸縮性基材の厚み方向Zから見て、伸縮性配線20,40は、必ずしも直線状に配されていなくてよく、例えば曲線状に配されていてもよい。また、伸縮性配線20,40は、必ずしも一方向に延在していなくてよい。例えば、伸縮性配線20,40は、分岐していてもよい。1つの伸縮性基材上に配される伸縮性配線の本数も特に限定されず、1本または複数本の配線が配されていてよい。
 また、伸縮性デバイスが3つ以上の伸縮性基材を備える場合、必ずしも全ての伸縮性基材に伸縮性配線が配されていなくてもよい。すなわち、伸縮性デバイスには、伸縮性配線が配されていない伸縮性基材が含まれていてもよい。さらに、伸縮性配線は、必ずしも伸縮性基材の一方の主面のみに配されていなくてもよい。例えば、複数の伸縮性配線が、伸縮性基材の両面側にそれぞれ配されていてもよい。
(ビア50)
 伸縮性デバイスは、断面視にて異なる高さに位置する複数の伸縮性配線20,40同士を互いに電気的に接続するビア50をさらに備える。例えば、図2に示すように、ビア50は、第2伸縮性基材30を挟んで互いに対向配置される第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40とを互いに電気的に接続してよい。なお、第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40とは、必ずしも全体にわたって対向していなくてもよく、部分的に対向配置していてよい。ビア50は、配線同士が対向配置している位置に設けられていてよい。第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40とは、積層方向Zにて互いにビア50を介して電気的に接続されていてよい。より具体的には、伸縮性基材10,30の積層方向Zからみて、第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40とが互いに重なる領域にてビア50が位置付けられ、当該ビア50を介して配線同士の電気的接続が為されていてよい。ビア50は、第1伸縮性配線20と接触する第2主面50bと、第2伸縮性配線40と接触する第1主面50aとを備えていてよい。
 ビア50は、ビア50によって接続される複数の配線の間に位置する伸縮性基材を貫通していてよい。例えば、図2に示すように、ビア50は、第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40との間に位置する第2伸縮性基材30を貫通していてよい。図示されていないものの、ビア50が貫通する伸縮性基材は、必ずしも1つの伸縮性基材に限定されない。例えば、ビア50によって接続される第1伸縮性配線20と第2伸縮性配線40との間には、複数の伸縮性基材が位置していてもよい。かかる構成において、ビア50は、配線間に存在する複数の伸縮性基材を貫通していてよい。これにより、伸縮性基材を挟んで積層方向にて異なる位置に存在する伸縮性配線同士が、ビア50を介して電気的に接続されていてもよい。
 ビア50は、導電性粒子と樹脂との混合物であってよい。導電性粒子としては、例えば、Ag(銀)、Cu(銅)、およびNi(ニッケル)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の金属粉が用いられ得る。導電性粒子の平均粒径は、特に限定されるものではないが、0.01μm以上10μm以下であることが好ましい。また、導電性粒子の形状は、特に限定されないものの、例えば、略球状、略楕円状、多面体状、偏平状、または突起を有する形状などの不定形状などであることができる。導電性粒子と混合される樹脂としては、例えば、エポキシ系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、およびシリコーン系樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂であってよい。例えば、ビア50は、伸縮性配線20,40と同一の材料から構成されていてもよく、または互いに異なる材料から構成されていてもよい。例えば、ビア50と、伸縮性配線20,40の少なくとも一方とは、同一の材料を用いて一体的に形成されていてもよい。
 ビア50は、少なくとも伸縮性基材30を貫通して、伸縮性基材30の延在方向とは異なる方向に延在する。このような構造において、ビア50は、特に伸縮性基材の延在方向における伸縮性に劣り得る。そのため、上述のようなビア50を備える構造では、ビア50を備える箇所にて伸縮性デバイスの伸縮性が低下し得る。本発明者は、ビア50を備える箇所にて伸縮性デバイスの伸縮性が急激に低下することにより、ビア50付近に応力が集中し得ることを見出した。また、当該応力集中が、ビア50、および/またはビア50に接続される伸縮性配線20,40と伸縮性基材10,30との剥離の要因となり得、結果として配線の断線が発生する虞があることを見出した。上記課題に鑑みて、本発明者は、以下に説明する新規な構造により、伸縮性基材10,30の剥離を抑制し、ビア50を介する伸縮性配線同士を好適に電気的に接続可能な伸縮性デバイスの発明に至った。
[第1実施形態]
 上記の伸縮性デバイスの主たる構成要素の内容を踏まえ、以下では、本開示の第1実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスの特徴部分について説明する。
 本開示の伸縮性デバイスにおいて、複数の伸縮性基材10,30のうち、少なくとも1つの伸縮性基材は、ビア50の周囲にて、ビア50に接続された伸縮性配線20/40に向かって隆起する凸部12を備える。より具体的には、例えば、図2に示すように、第1伸縮性基材10は、当該第1伸縮性基材10上に配され、ビア50に接続された第1伸縮性配線20に向かって隆起する凸部12を備えてよい。代替的または付加的には、図6に示すように、第2伸縮性基材30は、凸部32を備え、当該凸部32は、第2伸縮性基材30上に配され、ビア50に接続された第2伸縮性配線40に向かって隆起していてよい。以下では、まず、第1実施形態として、第1伸縮性基材10が凸部12を備える伸縮性デバイスについて説明する。
 第1伸縮性基材10は、ビア50によって電気的に接続される伸縮性配線を支持する伸縮性基材のうち、ビア50が貫通していない伸縮性基材である。第1伸縮性基材10において、第1伸縮性配線20と対向する主面は、一様な平面ではなく、凸部12を有する。これにより、凸部12と接する部材(例えば、第1伸縮性配線20)は、当該凸部12に対して物理的に引っ掛かり得る。例えば、第1伸縮性基材10は、凸部12と接する他の部材に対して機械的に噛み合うことが可能となる。これにより、第1伸縮性基材10の主面が一様な平面である場合と比較して、第1伸縮性基材の耐剥離性が高められ得る。
 凸部12は、ビア50の周囲にて、その少なくとも一部が第1伸縮性配線20に食い込むように隆起していてよい。かかる凸部12の食い込みによって作用するアンカー効果により、伸縮性基材10の耐剥離性が向上し得る。したがって、本開示によれば、伸縮性基材の耐剥離性に優れた、より好適なビア構造を備える伸縮性デバイスが供され得る。
 なお、本明細書において、「ビア50の周囲」とは、積層方向Zからみて、ビア50の外輪郭からビア50の外側に向かって500μm以下の範囲の領域を意味する。例えば、凸部12は、積層方向Zからみて、ビア50と重なる領域に形成されていてよい(図1A参照)。代替的には、凸部12は、積層方向Zからみて、ビア50とは重ならず、ビア50の外輪郭からビア50の外側に向かって500μm以下の領域に位置していてもよい(図1B参照)。凸部12がビア50の周囲に位置付けられることにより、応力が集中しやすく、剥離が生じやすいビア50付近における伸縮性基材10の耐剥離性が向上し得る。そのため、より耐剥離性に優れた伸縮性デバイスを得ることができる。
(第1実施形態の変更態様)
 第1実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスとしては、種々の変更態様を採用することが可能である。
 図2に示すように、第1伸縮性基材10に対向する第1伸縮性配線20は、当該凸部12に対向する主面が相対的に窪んだ凹部22を備えていてよい。かかる構造において、第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12は、第1伸縮性配線20の凹部22に向かって隆起していてよい。第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12と第1伸縮性配線20の凹部22とは、伸縮性デバイスの厚み方向Zにて互いに対向していてよい。凹部22は、積層方向Zからみて凸部12と重なるように位置付けられていてよい。第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12は、第1伸縮性配線20の凹部22に食い込むように隆起していてよい。第1伸縮性基材10は、第1伸縮性配線20の凹部22と凸部12との間に作用するアンカー効果により、第1伸縮性配線20に対してより好適に密着され得る。これにより、第1伸縮性基材10と第1伸縮性配線20との耐剥離性が向上し得る。
 凸部12は、少なくとも一部が凹部22内に入り込む構造を有していればよい。つまり、凹部22と凸部12とは、相補的な形状を有していなくてもよい。かかる構造において、凸部12と伸縮性配線20との間には、空隙が存在していてもよい。代替的には、凹部22は、凸部12の形状と相補的な形状を備えていてよい。伸縮性基材の凸部12と伸縮性配線20の凹部22とは、互いに噛み合うことができるような相補的な形状を有していてよい。これにより、ビア50と接続している伸縮性配線20と伸縮性基材10との間において好適にアンカー効果が作用し得る。
 図2に示すように、ビア50と凸部12とが互いに重なる位置に配置される態様において、伸縮性配線20は、端部から、積層方向Zからみて凸部12と重なる位置にかけて厚み寸法が減じられていてよい。かかる構造において、凸部12を備える伸縮性基材10上に配される伸縮性配線20の厚み寸法が、ビア50の中央と重なる地点に向かって漸次小さくなっていてよい。一般に、伸縮性を有する材料の伸縮性は、材料の厚み寸法の増加に伴って低下する。そのため、伸縮性配線20の厚み寸法が緩やかに変化することで、ビア50を備える領域における急激な伸縮性の変化が抑制され得る。これにより、伸縮性の急激な変化に伴う応力集中が緩和され、伸縮性基材10の剥離を好適に抑制可能となる。
 図3および図4は、第1実施形態のさらなる変更態様に係る伸縮性デバイスを模式的に示す断面図である。図3は、本開示の第1実施形態の変更態様に係る伸縮性デバイス1Cを模式的に示す断面図である。図示されるように、凸部12上に位置する伸縮性配線20は、断面視にて、凸部12の外輪郭に追随して曲がる曲部分24を備えていてよい。曲部分24は、直線的でない形状を含む部分であり、屈曲および湾曲の双方を包含する。かかる曲部分24により、伸縮性配線20は、凸部12の外輪郭に沿って凹状になる部分が形成されていてよい。伸縮性配線20は、伸縮性基材10の主たる延在方向Xに沿って延在し、凸部12が形成されている箇所にてビア50に向かって傾斜するように曲がっていてよい。伸縮性配線20が凸部12に沿う曲部分24を備えるように曲がっていることで、伸縮性配線20の厚みは、凹部22においても過度に減じられない。そのため、このような構造は、配線厚みの減少に伴う伸縮性配線20の断線リスクを低減可能である点で有用であり得る。一方で、曲部分24は、必ずしも凸部12の外輪郭に完全に追随していなくてもよい。
 図4は、本開示の第1実施形態の変更態様に係る伸縮性デバイス1Dを模式的に示す断面図である。図示されるように、断面視にて、ビア50は、積層方向Zに沿って漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を備えていてよい。具体的には、ビア50は、ビア50によって互いに電気的に接続される第1伸縮性配線20および第2伸縮性配線40のいずれか一方に向かって漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を有していてよい。例えば、ビア50は、第2伸縮性配線40側から第1伸縮性配線20側に向かって漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を有していてよい。代替的には、ビア50は、第1伸縮性配線20側から第2伸縮性配線40側に向かって漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を有していてよい。断面視にて、ビア50の第1主面50aと第2主面50b(図2参照)とを接続する側面50cは、厚み方向Zに対して傾斜していてよい。
 かかる構造において、ビア50の幅寸法は、厚み方向Zに沿って緩やかに変化する。かかる構造は、ビア50の厚み寸法が、ビア50の中央側に向かって緩やかに増加する構造と解することができる。伸縮性デバイスの伸縮性は、ビア50の厚みの増加に伴って中央に向かって徐々に増加し得、ビア50の存在による急激な伸縮性の変化が抑制される。これにより、伸縮性の急激な変化に起因する応力集中が軽減されるため、ビア50の近傍における伸縮性基材10の剥離が好適に抑制され得る。
 積層方向Zからみて、凸部12は、ビア50の周縁に沿って位置付けられていてよい。例えば、積層方向Zからみて、凸部12は、ビア50の周縁と重なる領域に位置付けられていてよい(図1A参照)。代替的には、凸部12は、積層方向Zからみてビア50と重ならない領域にて、ビア50の周縁に沿って位置付けられていてよい。つまり、凸部12は、積層方向Zからみて、ビア50の外周側に位置付けられていてよい(図1B参照)。凹部22は、積層方向Zからみて、凸部12と重なるように位置付けられるところ、凹部22もまた、ビア50の周縁に沿って位置付けられてよい。
 例えば、凸部12および凹部22は、ビア50の周縁に沿って連続的に形成されていてよい(図1Aおよび図1B参照)。あるいは、凸部12および凹部22は、ビア50の周縁に沿って断続的に形成されていてもよい。凸部12および凹部22がビア50の周縁に沿って位置付けられることで、ビア50を備える領域と、ビア50に隣接する領域とにおける伸縮性の差を低減可能となる。ビア50に隣接する領域からビア50を備える領域にかけて、伸縮性を徐々に変化させることができる。そのため、ビア50の存在による急激な伸縮性の変化が緩和され、ビア50付近における局所的な応力集中が抑制され得る。これにより、応力集中に起因する伸縮性基材10の剥離の発生を抑制可能となる。
 また、図5に示すように、ビア50が貫通していない第1伸縮性基材10は、凸部12よりも相対的にビア50に近位である側の領域にて相対的に大きい厚みを有し、凸部12よりも相対的にビア50に遠位である側の領域にて、相対的に小さい厚みを有していてよい。例えば、第1伸縮性基材10は、ビア50と重なる領域にて相対的に大きい厚み寸法を有し、ビア50と重ならない領域にて相対的に小さい厚み寸法を有していてよい。すなわち、断面視にて、第1伸縮性基材10は、ビア50と重なる領域にて、ビア50に向かって盛り上がるように漸次的に厚みを増加させていてよい。伸縮性基材10上に配される第1伸縮性配線20は、伸縮性基材10の厚みの増加に伴って、ビア50を介して接続される第2伸縮性配線40側に向かって持ち上げられるように延在することができる。つまり、断面視にて、伸縮性デバイスは、ビア50の周囲において、伸縮性配線20と伸縮性配線40との距離がビア50に向かって縮小する部分を含んでいてよい。これにより、伸縮性配線20と伸縮性配線40とを接続するビア50の厚みをより小さくすることができるため、ビア50の配置領域、およびビア50の周囲の領域における伸縮性の過度な低下を抑制することができる。
 伸縮性基材10の厚み寸法は、凸部12が形成される領域および/またはビア50と重なる領域15の周囲にて、緩やかに変化していてよい。図5に示すように、ビア50が貫通していない第1伸縮性基材10の厚み寸法は、厚み方向Zからみてビア50と重ならない領域17にて、凸部12およびビア50から離れるにつれて漸次的に増加する部分を含んでいてよい。これは、第1伸縮性基材10の厚み寸法が、厚み方向Zからみてビア50と重なる領域15から離れるにつれて徐々に増加する部分を含む構造と解することもできる。かかる構造において、第1伸縮性配線20は、断面視にて、凸部12に向かって漸次的に第1伸縮性基材の内部側に食い込むように傾斜して延在し、凸部12上にて、凸部12の形状に追随するように曲がることで凹部22を形成していてよい。
 例えば、第1伸縮性基材10の厚み寸法は、積層方向Zからみてビア50と重ならない領域17にて、凸部12に向かって漸次的に縮小する部分を含んでいてよい。具体的には、凸部12よりもビア50から遠位する側に位置する第1伸縮性基材10の厚み寸法は、凸部12から離れるにつれて漸次的に増加する部分を含み、その後略一定の厚みで延在していてよい。このように、ビア50の周囲にて伸縮性基材10の厚みが緩やかに変化することで、伸縮性デバイス全体としての伸縮性が、ビア50の周囲にて急激に変化することを抑制可能となる。これにより、伸縮性の変化に伴う応力集中、およびそれに起因する伸縮性基材10の剥離が好適に抑制され得る。
[第2実施形態]
 続いて、第2実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスを説明する。図6は、本開示の第2実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイス1Fの模式的断面図である。
 上述した第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12と同様に、第2伸縮性基材30において凸部32が形成されていてもよい。つまり、第2伸縮性基材30は、第2伸縮性配線40に向かって隆起する凸部32を備えていてよい。凸部12について上述した特徴は、第2伸縮性基材30に形成された凸部32にも適用され得る。同様に、後述する凸部32の特徴は、第1伸縮性基材10に形成された凸部12にも適用され得る。以下では、第2実施形態として、第2伸縮性基材30が第2伸縮性配線40に向かって隆起する凸部32を備える伸縮性デバイスについて説明する。
 第2伸縮性基材30は、ビア50によって電気的に接続される複数の伸縮性配線のうちの1つである第2伸縮性配線40を支持する基材である。第2伸縮性基材30は、ビア50を介して互いに電気的に接続される2つの伸縮性配線20,40の間に介在している。ビア50は、第2伸縮性基材30を貫通していてよい。第2伸縮性基材30は、ビア50の側面50cと、ビア50に接続される第2伸縮性配線40の双方と接触していてよい。第2伸縮性基材30が第2伸縮性配線40に向かって突出する凸部32を備えることにより、第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32においてアンカー効果が働き、第2伸縮性基材30の耐剥離性を向上させることが可能となる。
(第2実施形態の変更態様)
 第2実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスとしては、種々の変更態様を採用することが可能である。上述した第1伸縮性配線20の凹部22と同様に、ビアに接続された第2伸縮性配線40において凹部42が形成されていてもよい。つまり、第2伸縮性配線40は、凸部32に対向する主面40bにて相対的に窪んだ凹部42を備えていてよい。凹部22について上述した特徴は、第2伸縮性配線40に形成された凹部42にも適用され得る。同様に、後述する凹部42の特徴は、第1伸縮性配線20に形成された凹部22にも適用され得る。第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32と、ビア50に接続された第2伸縮性配線40の凹部42とが係合することにより、第2伸縮性基材30の第2伸縮性配線40からの耐剥離性を向上させることが可能となる。
 第1伸縮性配線20および第2伸縮性配線40の少なくとも一方が、対向する基材の凸部に対応する凹部を有していてよい。例えば、第1伸縮性配線20および第2伸縮性配線40の双方が凹部22,42を有していてもよい。
 図7~図10は、第2実施形態の変更態様に係る伸縮性デバイス1G~1Lを模式的に示す断面図である。図7に示すように、断面視にて、第2伸縮性配線40の主面40bは、ビア50と重なる領域にて、ビア50とは反対側の方向に向かって凹み、凹部42を形成していてよい。かかる構造において、第2伸縮性配線の凹部42は、少なくともビア50と重なる領域にわたって形成されていてよい。ビア50は、第2伸縮性配線の凹部42に向かってその一部が入り込むように配置されていてよい。端的に言えば、ビア50の一部は、第2伸縮性配線の凹部42内に位置していてよい。第2伸縮性基材30に形成される凸部32は、第2伸縮性配線の凹部42と、凹部42内に入り込んだビア50の側面50cとの間に食い込んでいてよい。第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32は、第2伸縮性配線40とビア50の側面50cの双方と接触していてよい。また、積層方向Zからみて、凸部32は、ビア50に隣接する位置に形成されていてよい。かかる構造において、凸部32は、伸縮性配線20とビア50の側面50cとの界面に食い込むように隆起していると解することもできる。これにより、第2伸縮性基材30と、第2伸縮性配線40およびビア50との接触面積を拡大させることが可能となる。さらに、第2伸縮性基材30が第2伸縮性配線40側に食い込むように隆起している凸部32を備えることで、当該凸部32にて得られるアンカー効果により、第2伸縮性基材30の剥離が好適に抑制され得る。
 断面視にて、凸部32の形状は、特に限定されない。例えば、図5および図6に示すように、断面視にて、凸部32は、2つの面を備え、凸部32の先端から根元にかけて幅広となる略逆V字形の外輪郭を有していてよく、または凸部32の先端に湾曲した面を含む略逆U字形の外輪郭を有していてもよい。代替的には、図8に示すように、凸部32は、少なくとも3つの面を備える多角形状を備えていてよい。例えば、凸部32は略四角形の断面視形状を有していてよく、または、図9Aに示すように、凸部32の先端に向かって漸次幅寸法を減ずる台形状を有していてよい。かかる構造において、凸部32は、伸縮性配線40および/またはビア50と、少なくとも3つの面で接することができる。これにより、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線40および/またはビア50との接触面積が拡大され得る。
 また、少なくとも3つの面は、互いに異なる方向に延在する面を含んでいてよい。例えば、凸部32は、図8および図9Aに示すように、凸部32の根元にて、伸縮性基材30から立ち上がるように延在する凸部32の2つの側面32bと、当該2つの側面を接続する頂面32aとを備えていてよい。また、積層方向Zからみて凸部32と重なる凹部42においても、凸部32と相補的な形状を有していてよい。つまり、凹部42は、凹部42の内側に面する2つの側面と、凹部42の底面とを備えていてもよい。これにより、伸縮性基材30は、複数方向に延在する面にて伸縮性配線40および/またはビア50と接触可能となる。そのため、伸縮性デバイスの伸縮に際して種々の方向に応力が作用した場合に、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線40および/またはビア50との接触面にて当該応力がより好適に分散され得る。これにより、伸縮性基材30の耐剥離性が向上し得る。
 図8および図9Aに示すように、断面視にて、ビア50の両側の各々に位置する凸部32の頂面32aの幅をそれぞれW1、W2とする。また、ビア50が配置される領域を挟むようにビア50の両側に位置する伸縮性基材30間の最短距離をW3とする。断面視にて、ビア50の両側に位置する頂面32aの合計幅寸法(W1+W2)は、ビア50の両側に位置する伸縮性基材30間の最短距離W3の0.8%以上であることが好ましく、1%以上であることがより好ましく、1.2%以上であることがさらに好ましい。また、断面視における頂面32aの合計幅寸法(W1+W2)は、ビア50の両側に位置する伸縮性基材30間の最短距離W3の100%以下であることが好ましく、50%以下であることがより好ましく、1.5%以下であることがさらに好ましい。本明細書において、「凸部の頂面の合計幅寸法」とは、1つのビア50の周囲に位置する凸部の頂面の幅寸法の合計値を意味する。すなわち、図8に示すように、ビア50の両側に凸部32が位置付けられる場合、「凸部の頂面の合計幅寸法」とは、断面視における2つの凸部32の幅寸法の合計値(W1+W2)に相当する。凸部の頂面が上述の範囲の合計幅寸法を備えることで、凸部32によるアンカー効果を好適に作用させつつ、凸部32と伸縮性配線40との十分な接触面積を確保することができる。これにより、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線40との耐剥離性がより向上され得る。
 一態様において、ビア50の中心を通る断面視にて、凸部32の頂面32aの合計幅寸法(W1+W2)は、図8および図9Aに示すような断面視にて、ビア50の最大幅寸法W4の0.8%以上であることが好ましく、1%以上であることがより好ましく、1.2%以上であることがさらに好ましい。また、断面視における頂面32aの合計幅寸法(W1+W2)は、ビア50の最大幅寸法W4の100%以下であることが好ましく、50%以下であることがより好ましく、10%以下であることがさらに好ましい。なお、本明細書において「ビア50の最大幅寸法W4」とは、ビア50の中央を通る断面視にて観測されるビア50の幅の最大値を意味する。凸部の頂面が上述の範囲の合計幅寸法を備えることで、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線40とが好適に密着可能となり、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線40との耐剥離性がより向上され得る。
 第1伸縮性配線20および/または第2伸縮性配線40と、ビア50とは、同一の材料で構成されていてもよい。このような場合において、断面視にて、同一材料で構成される伸縮性配線とビア50との間には、視認可能な境界が存在していなくてもよい。つまり、伸縮性配線とビア50とは、一体的に形成されていてもよい(図9B参照)。かかる構造において、ビア50と第2伸縮性配線40との境界51a、およびビア50と第1伸縮性配線20との境界51bは、それぞれ、以下のように決定することができる。
 例えば、伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線20,40との界面が一様な平面である場合(すなわち、伸縮性基材30が凸部32などの凹凸を有さない場合)、伸縮性配線20,40とビア50との境界51a,51bは、ビア50が存在しない領域における伸縮性基材30と伸縮性配線20,40との界面を延長した仮想平面として捉えることができる。
 一方で、伸縮性基材30がビア50の両側に凸部32を有する場合、ビア50と第2伸縮性配線40との境界51aは、伸縮性基材30の厚み方向Zにおける位置を基準として決定することができる。例えば、図9Bに示すように、伸縮性基材30がビア50の両側に凸部32を有する場合、ビア50と第2伸縮性配線40との境界51aは、一方の凸部32の頂点(または頂面32aの中心)と、ビア50を介して反対側に位置する他方の凸部32の頂面32aの中心(または頂点321)とを結ぶ仮想直線に相当し得る。これは、厚み方向Zに関して、第2伸縮性配線40が位置する側を上方向とし、第1伸縮性配線20が位置する側を下方向として捉えた場合、ビア50の一方側における伸縮性基材30の主面30aが最も上側に位置する点と、ビア50の他方側における伸縮性基材30の主面30aが最も上側に位置する点とを結ぶ仮想直線が、境界51aに相当することを意味する。なお、図9Bでは、境界51aが第1伸縮性配線の主面20a(例えば、X-Y平面)に対して平行に延在する例を示しているものの、境界51aは、必ずしもX-Y平面と並行でなくてもよい。例えば、境界51aは、X-Y平面の延在方向と交差する方向に延びていてもよい。
 同様に、第1伸縮性基材10がビア50の両側に凸部12を有し、第1伸縮性配線20がビア50に向かって傾斜する部分を有する場合(図9C参照)、ビア50と第1伸縮性配線20との境界51bは、第1伸縮性配線20の厚み方向Zにおける位置を基準として決定することができる。具体的には、厚み方向Zに関して、第2伸縮性配線40が位置する側を上方向とし、第1伸縮性配線20が位置する側を下方向として捉えた場合、ビア50の一方側における第1伸縮性配線20の主面20aが最も上側に位置する点と、ビア50の他方側における第1伸縮性配線20の主面20aが最も上側に位置する点とを結ぶ仮想直線が、境界51bに相当する。なお、図9Bでは、境界51bが第2伸縮性配線の主面40a(例えば、X-Y平面)に対して平行に延在する例を示しているものの、境界51bは、必ずしもX-Y平面と並行でなくてもよい。例えば、境界51bは、X-Y平面の延在方向と交差する方向に延びていてもよい。
 また、図10に示すように、積層方向Zからみてビア50と重ならない領域にて、第2伸縮性配線40の厚み寸法は、凸部32に向かって緩やかに変化していてよい。より具体的には、第2伸縮性配線40の厚み寸法は、凸部32を介してビア50とは反対側に位置する領域にて、凸部32に向かって漸次的に増加していてよい。かかる構造は、断面視にて、第2伸縮性配線40が、凸部32に隣接する部分にて第2伸縮性基材30に向かって食い込む凸部46を備える構造と解することもできる。換言すれば、第2伸縮性基材30は、凸部32を介してビア50とは反対側にて、当該凸部32に隣接する凹部36を備え、当該凹部と第2伸縮性配線40の凸部46とが相補的な形状を備えていてよい。
 これにより、第2伸縮性基材30と第2伸縮性配線40とが、ビア50の周囲に形成された凹凸によって噛み合うように密着するため、基材30と配線40との間に作用するアンカー効果がより強力なものとなり得る。さらに、ビア50に向かって伸縮性配線20の厚みが漸次的に変化しているため、ビア50を備える領域における伸縮性の急激な変化が抑制され、局所的な応力集中が軽減され得る。以上により、第2伸縮性基材30と第2伸縮性配線40との間の耐剥離性がより向上された伸縮性デバイスが供され得る。
[第3実施形態]
 図11は、第3実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスとして、第1実施形態と第2実施形態とが組み合わされた伸縮性デバイス1Mを模式的に示す断面図である。伸縮性デバイス1Mは、第1実施形態について述べた第1伸縮性基材10が凸部12を備える特徴と、第2伸縮性基材30が凸部32を備える特徴との双方を備えていてよい。つまり、伸縮性デバイス1Mは、ビア50によって接続される複数の伸縮性配線20,40の各々を支持する伸縮性基材10,30の各々が、上述した凸部12,32を備えていてよい。これにより、伸縮性基材10,30の各々が、凸部12,32にて作用するアンカー効果によって好適に伸縮性配線20,40に密着可能となる。すなわち、ビア付近における伸縮性基材と伸縮性配線との間の剥離が抑制され、ビアを介する配線同士の電気的接続の信頼性が向上し得る。したがって、より好適なビア構造を備える伸縮性デバイスが供され得る。
 第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12と第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32とは、積層方向Zからみて、互いにオフセット配置されていてよい。第1伸縮性基材10の凸部12と第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32とは、積層方向Zからみて互いに完全に重なる位置に配置されていなくてよく、伸縮性デバイスの延在方向にずれた位置に配置されていてよい。より具体的には、凸部12の頂点121と凸部32の頂点321(または頂面の中心)の位置が、積層方向Zからみて、互いに異なる位置であってよい。例えば、凸部12と凸部32とは、積層方向Zからみて、部分的に重なる領域を有しながら、互いにずれた位置に配置されていてもよい。つまり、伸縮性デバイスは、凸部12と凸部32とが互いに重なる重複領域と、重ならない非重複領域とを備えていてもよい。代替的には、積層方向Zからみて、凸部12と凸部32とは、互いに重なる領域を有さずに、互いにずれた位置に配置されていてもよい。
 例えば、凸部12と凸部32とが積層方向Zにて互いに完全に重なる位置に位置付けられている場合、凸部12/32の頂点付近にて伸縮性基材10,30の総厚みが急激に増加することになる。一方で、凸部12と凸部32とが、積層方向Zからみて互いにずれて位置付けられていることにより、積層方向Zにおける伸縮性基材10,30と、伸縮性配線20,40の存在比率が、伸縮性デバイスの延在方向(例えば、図11における方向X)に沿ってより緩やかに変化可能となる。そのため、伸縮性デバイス全体としての伸縮性の変動を軽減することを重視すると、凸部12と凸部32とは、積層方向Zからみて互いにずれて位置付けられていることがより好ましい。
[第4実施形態]
 続いて、第4実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスを説明する。図12は、本開示の第4実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイス1Nの模式的断面図である。第4実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスは、第1実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスと比較して、積層体の外表面に露出した伸縮性配線を被覆する保護層を備える点で相違する。
 図12に示すように、伸縮性デバイス1Nは、伸縮性基材10,30によって挟持されていない第2伸縮性配線40を覆う保護層60をさらに備えてよい。具体的には、本開示の伸縮性デバイスは、最外層に位置付けられる保護層60を備え、当該保護層60は、複数の伸縮性配線20,40のうち、伸縮性基材10,30によって挟持されていない第2伸縮性配線40を被覆していてよい。第2伸縮性配線40は、第2伸縮性基材30と反対側に位置する主面40aにて、保護層60によって被覆されていてよい。つまり、第2伸縮性配線40は、第2伸縮性基材30と保護層60とによって包囲されていてよい。かかる構造において、第2伸縮性基材30は、第2伸縮性基材30の主面30aのうち、第2伸縮性配線40が配されていない領域にて保護層60と接着されていてよい。端的に言えば、保護層60は、第2伸縮性配線40の周囲にて、第2伸縮性基材30と接着していてよい。
 保護層60により、第2伸縮性配線40は、外部から好適に保護され得る。例えば、保護層60により、伸縮性配線40に水滴や異物が付着することに起因する短絡または破損が好適に抑制され得る。また、保護層60は、外部の空気および/または湿潤空気から伸縮性配線40を保護するバリア層として機能することで、伸縮性配線40の酸化および腐食を抑制可能となる。
 保護層60は、伸縮性を有する樹脂材料で構成されていてよい。保護層60としては、伸縮性基材10,30と同一の材料が用いられてよく、または異なる材料が用いられてもよい。伸縮性デバイスが全体としてより均一な伸縮性を有することを重視すると、保護層60は、伸縮性基材10,30と同一の材料で構成されていることが好ましい。これにより、伸縮性の差に起因する保護層60の剥離が好適に抑制され得る。一方で、伸縮性配線40を湿潤空気から好適に保護することを重視すると、保護層60は、伸縮性基材10よりも吸水率の少ない材料で構成されていてもよい。かかる場合においても、保護層60の耐剥離性の観点から、保護層60は、伸縮性基材10,30の伸縮性に近似した伸縮性を有する材料で構成されることがより好ましい。
 保護層60として用いられる材料としては、例えば、シリコーン系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、変性ウレタン系樹脂、スチレン系樹脂、塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエチレン系樹脂、およびポリプロピレン系樹脂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つが挙げられる。
[第5実施形態]
 続いて、第5実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスを説明する。図13は、本開示の第5実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイス1Pの模式的平面図である。図14は、図13に示す伸縮性デバイス1PのB-B断面を示す模式的断面図である。第5実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスは、第1実施形態に係る伸縮性デバイスと比較して、ビア50が貫通する第2伸縮性基材30が開口部70を備える点で相違する。
 図13および図14に示すように、ビア50が貫通する第2伸縮性基材30は、積層方向Zからみて、伸縮性配線20,40と隣接配置される開口部70を備えていてよい。開口部70は、第2伸縮性基材30を貫通するように設けられていてよい。代替的には、第2伸縮性基材30が部分的に厚みを減ずることによって形成された窪みであってもよい。つまり、開口部70は、必ずしも第2伸縮性基材30を貫通していなくてもよい。このような開口部70は、例えば「凹部」、「穴部」、または「空隙部」などと称すこともできる。開口部70により、伸縮性配線20,40は、部分的に第2伸縮性基材30と接触しない領域を備えることになる。開口部70の平面視形状は特に限定されず、例えば、四角形(例えば、正方形、長方形等)、三角形などの多角形;円形、楕円形、半円形、三日月形、または不定形などであることができる。
 開口部70を備える構造において、ビア50は、開口部70と隣接する位置にまで及んでいてよい。例えば、ビア50と開口部70とは、連続的に配置されていてもよい。かかる構造において、ビア50は、伸縮性配線20,40の縁の少なくとも一部にまで及ぶように延在していてよい。開口部70は、積層方向Zからみて、伸縮性配線20,40およびビア50と隣接して配置されていてよい。換言すれば、伸縮性デバイスは、伸縮性配線20,40およびビア50と隣接配置される開口部70を備えていてよい。このような開口部70により、ビア50の開口部70側に位置する端面50a,50bの縁部は、第2伸縮性基材30と非接触となる。そのため、伸縮性デバイスの伸縮に伴う応力集中などの影響を受けにくくなる。さらに、第2伸縮性基材30との接触領域が減じられることで、第2伸縮性基材30とビア50との間の剥離の起こり得る箇所が減じられ、伸縮性デバイス全体としての第2伸縮性基材30の耐剥離性が向上し得る。
 以上、本開示の実施形態について説明してきたが、あくまでも典型例を例示したに過ぎない。本開示はこれに限定されず、本開示の要旨を変更しない範囲において種々の態様が考えられることを、当業者は容易に理解されよう。
 例えば、断面視にて、第2伸縮性配線40は、第2伸縮性基材30の形状に追随して曲がる曲構造を有していてもよい。すなわち、断面視にて、第2伸縮性配線40は、第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32および/または凹部36(図10参照)に追随して曲がることにより、第2伸縮性配線40の凹部42および凸部46を形成していてよい。かかる構造において、第2伸縮性配線40は、凹部42および凸部46にて厚みを大きく変動させることなく、略均一に延在していてよい。つまり、第2伸縮性配線40は、略均一な厚みを有しながら、第2伸縮性基材30の凸部32および/または凹部36に追随して曲がる曲構造を有していてもよい。
 なお、上述のような本開示の一実施形態は、次の好適な態様を包含している。
<1>相互に積層された複数の伸縮性基材と、前記複数の伸縮性基材の各々に配される複数の伸縮性配線と、前記伸縮性基材の積層方向から見て、前記伸縮性基材を介して互いに重なる少なくとも2つの前記伸縮性配線を相互に電気的に接続するビアとを備え、
 断面視にて、前記複数の伸縮性基材のうち、前記ビアに接続された前記伸縮性配線が配されている少なくとも1つの前記伸縮性基材は、前記ビアの周囲にて、前記伸縮性配線側に向かって隆起する凸部を備える、伸縮性デバイス。
<2>前記ビアが、前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材を貫通していない、<1>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<3>前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材が、前記ビアを介して互いに接続される前記複数の伸縮性配線の間に介在している、<1>または<2>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<4>断面視にて、前記凸部が、前記ビアと隣接している、<3>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<5>前記凸部上に形成される前記伸縮性配線は、断面視にて、前記凸部の外輪郭に追随して曲がる曲部分を備える、<1>~<4>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<6>断面視にて、前記ビアによって接続される少なくとも2つの前記伸縮性配線間の距離が、前記ビアに向かって漸次縮小している部分を備える、<1>~<5>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<7>前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材に配された前記伸縮性配線が、前記凸部に対向する主面において相対的に窪んだ凹部を備え、
 前記凸部が、前記凹部に向かって隆起している、<1>~<6>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<8>前記凹部にて、前記伸縮性配線の厚み寸法が、前記ビアに向かって漸次小さくなっている、<7>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<9>前記伸縮性配線の厚み寸法が、前記凹部から、前記ビアとは離隔する方向に向かって漸次減少している、<7>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<10>断面視にて、前記ビアが、前記積層方向に沿って漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を備える、<1>~<9>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<11>前記積層方向からみて、前記凸部が、前記ビアの周縁に沿って位置付けられている、<1>~<10>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<12>断面視にて、前記凸部が、少なくとも3つ以上の面を有する多角形状を備える、<1>~<11>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<13>断面視にて、前記凸部が、前記凸部の先端に位置する頂面を備え、
 前記頂面の幅寸法が、前記ビアの最大幅寸法の1%以上100%以下である、<12>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<14>前記複数の伸縮性基材のうち、前記ビアが貫通していない前記伸縮性基材は、前記ビアと重なる重複領域にて、前記重複領域以外の領域よりも大きい厚み寸法を有する、<1>~<13>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<15>前記伸縮性基材の厚み寸法が、前記凸部から離れるにつれて漸次増加している、<1>~<14>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<16>前記互いに積層された複数の前記伸縮性基材のうち、最外層に位置する前記伸縮性基材上に配された前記伸縮性配線を被覆する保護層をさらに備える、<1>~<15>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<17>前記伸縮性基材と前記保護層とが、同一の材料で構成されている、<16>に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
<18>前記ビアが貫通する前記伸縮性基材が、前記積層方向からみて、前記伸縮性配線と隣接する開口部を備え、
 前記積層方向からみて、前記ビアが、前記開口部と連続している、<1>~<17>のいずれかに記載の伸縮性デバイス。
 尚、上記の効果などはあくまで1つの例示の位置づけである。よって、本開示は上記の事項に限定されるものでなく、また、付加的な効果があってもよい。

Claims (18)

  1.  相互に積層された複数の伸縮性基材と、前記複数の伸縮性基材の各々に配される複数の伸縮性配線と、前記伸縮性基材の積層方向から見て、前記伸縮性基材を介して互いに重なる少なくとも2つの前記伸縮性配線を相互に電気的に接続するビアとを備え、
     断面視にて、前記複数の伸縮性基材のうち、前記ビアに接続された前記伸縮性配線が配された少なくとも1つの前記伸縮性基材は、前記ビアの周囲にて、前記伸縮性配線側に向かって隆起する凸部を備える、伸縮性デバイス。
  2.  前記ビアが、前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材を貫通していない、請求項1に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  3.  前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材が、前記ビアを介して互いに接続される前記複数の伸縮性配線の間に介在している、請求項1または2に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  4.  断面視にて、前記凸部が、前記ビアと隣接している、請求項3に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  5.  前記凸部上に形成される前記伸縮性配線は、断面視にて、前記凸部の外輪郭に追随して曲がる曲部分を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  6.  断面視にて、前記ビアによって接続される少なくとも2つの前記伸縮性配線間の距離が、前記ビアに向かって漸次縮小している部分を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  7.  前記凸部を備える前記伸縮性基材に配された前記伸縮性配線が、前記凸部に対向する主面において相対的に窪んだ凹部を備え、
     前記凸部が、前記凹部に向かって隆起している、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  8.  前記凹部にて、前記伸縮性配線の厚み寸法が、前記ビアに向かって漸次小さくなっている、請求項7に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  9.  前記伸縮性配線の厚み寸法が、前記凹部から、前記ビアとは離隔する方向に向かって漸次減少している、請求項7に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  10.  断面視にて、前記ビアが、前記積層方向に沿って漸次先細りとなるテーパ形状を備える、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  11.  前記積層方向からみて、前記凸部が、前記ビアの周縁に沿って位置付けられている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  12.  断面視にて、前記凸部が、少なくとも3つ以上の面を有する多角形状を備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  13.  断面視にて、前記凸部が、前記凸部の先端に位置する頂面を備え、
     前記頂面の幅寸法が、前記ビアの最大幅寸法の1%以上100%以下である、請求項12に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  14.  前記複数の伸縮性基材のうち、前記ビアが貫通していない前記伸縮性基材は、前記ビアと重なる重複領域にて、前記重複領域以外の領域よりも大きい厚み寸法を有する、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  15.  前記伸縮性基材の厚み寸法が、前記凸部から離れるにつれて漸次増加している、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  16.  前記互いに積層された複数の前記伸縮性基材のうち、最外層に位置する前記伸縮性基材上に配された前記伸縮性配線を被覆する保護層をさらに備える、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  17.  前記伸縮性基材と前記保護層とが、同一の材料で構成されている、請求項16に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
  18.  前記ビアが貫通する前記伸縮性基材が、前記積層方向からみて、前記伸縮性配線と隣接する開口部を備え、
     前記積層方向からみて、前記ビアが、前記開口部と連続している、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性デバイス。
