- This disclosure relates to a control device.
- JP 2021-82027 A discloses a safety system for ensuring human safety from machines operating in factories. Error detection processing using CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) is performed on input data from safety input signals. If an error is detected, the safety output signal is forcibly turned OFF. - an operator While a machine is operating, an operator may perform some kind of work on the machine. Because the machine has various moving parts that can be moved by various actuators, it is necessary to monitor the safety status of the operator. When monitoring the safety status of the operator is effective, it is preferable to perform various abnormality detection processes to detect abnormalities. As one type of abnormality detection process, error detection processing of status data indicating the operating status of the actuators can be performed, for example, using CRC.
- Status data errors may be detected continuously if an abnormality occurs in the machine. If an abnormality occurs in the machine, it is preferable to stop the actuator to ensure the safety of workers working on the machine. However, if there is no abnormality in the machine and a temporary noise occurrence causes a status data error, stopping the actuator every time noise occurs is not preferable, as it reduces the machine's noise resistance and reduces the machine's operating rate.
- status data errors should be detected sensitively when worker safety is a consideration, but too much sensitivity is undesirable when machine noise resistance is a consideration.
- a machine may be used in an environment where temporary noise is frequently generated. Or, a machine may operate automatically for long periods of time without a worker performing any work related to the machine around or inside the machine. If the specified tolerance value is a fixed value that cannot be changed, the machine's noise resistance may decrease, and the machine's availability rate may fall. In other words, there is a need for a system that can improve a machine's noise resistance while maintaining worker safety, depending on the environment in which the machine is used.

Description
安全入力信号による入力データについて、CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check)によるエラー検出処理が実行される。
演算部30は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)またはGPU(Graphics Processing Unit)等のプロセッサを含む。
記憶部32は、RAM(Random Access Memory)等の揮発性メモリと、ROM(Read Only Memory)またはフラッシュメモリ等の不揮発性メモリとを含む。
安全状態監視部50と、アクチュエータ制御部52と、決定部54と、切替部56と、入力受付部58と、速度算出部60とのうちの少なくとも一部は、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)またはFPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等の集積回路、或いはディスクリートデバイスを含む電子回路によって実現されてもよい。
Lm=(T×N+Q)×Vm ・・・(1)
Lm=(T×N+Q)×Vm ・・・(1)
