本公开涉及电器设备技术领域,具体地涉及一种边刷组件、清洁组件、清洁设备以及清洁系统。
相关技术中,如扫地机等清洁设备中,通常包括边刷组件,但在清洁设备工作的过程中,地面上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾容易缠绕在边刷上,既影响清扫效果,又会影响扫清洁设备的正常使用,影响用户体验。
公开内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种边刷组件、清洁组件、清洁设备以及清洁系统。
本公开实施例提出的边刷组件,包括:底座和边刷件,所述边刷件连接在所述底座上,所述边刷件包括刷毛,所述边刷件上设置有阻挡部,所述阻挡部在所述底座上的投影与所述刷毛在所述底座上的投影部分重合,以阻挡缠绕在所述边刷件上的毛发沿着所述边刷件的方向进入到所述底座上。
本公开的另一实施例的清洁组件,包括:传动部,用于传动连接于清洁设备的驱动组件;边刷组件,所述边刷组件为上述实施例所述的边刷组件,所述边刷组件可产生相对于所述传动部的旋合运动,以使所述边刷组件可分离或固定于所述传动部。
本公开的另一实施例的清洁设备,包括:移动主机,所述移动主机上设有驱动组件;清洁组件,所述清洁组件为上述实施例中任一项所述的清洁组件,所述传动部传动连接于所述驱动组件。

参照图1-30所示,扫地机等清洁设备在工作时,通过吸尘口把清扫的垃圾吸入内置的集尘通道,最终由集尘盒所收集。由于吸尘口难以覆盖整个扫地机主体的底部,在扫地机贴墙行走进行清扫或者是靠近其他障碍物进行清扫时,扫地机的边缘与墙之间会存在一个清扫的盲区。为了解决这个问题,扫地机会配置边刷组件10协助位于吸尘口的主刷组件进行清扫,主要是将贴近墙或者其他障碍物的污物清扫推送至主刷组件的清扫范围,使之被吸入吸尘口,另外也可以在一定程度上提高扫地机的清扫效率。
相关技术中,在清洁设备工作的过程中,地面上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾容易缠绕在边刷上,既影响清扫效果,又会影响扫清洁设备的正常使用,在日常维护时,边刷上的毛发也是很难清理,影响用户体验。
基于上述技术问题,本公开提供一种边刷组件10,旨在至少一定程度上减少甚至避免柔性垃圾缠绕在边刷上的现象,以提高清扫效果,并使清洁设备正常使用,且易于清理边刷,以提高用户体验。
结合图1以及图2,本公开提供的一种边刷组件10,包括底座1和边刷件2,边刷件2连接在底座1上,边刷件2包括刷毛22,边刷件2上设置有阻挡部3,阻挡部3在底座1(水平方向)上的投影与刷毛22在底座1(水平方向)上的投影部分重合,以阻挡缠绕在边刷件2上的毛发沿着边刷件2的方向进入到底座1上。
本公开所提供的边刷组件10,由于边刷件2上设置有阻挡部3,阻挡部3在底座1上的投影与刷毛22在底座1上的投影部分重合,即阻挡部3凸出刷毛22的周边,在边刷组件10转动工作的过程中,若毛发、线等柔性垃圾缠绕在某个边刷边上,由于阻挡部3的设置,可以阻挡缠绕在边刷件2上的毛发沿着边刷件2的方向进入到底座1上,继而可以防止同底座1连接的清洁设备上的传动轴被毛发、线等柔性垃圾缠绕导致停转的问题,以避免影响清扫效果,使清洁设备得以正常使用,以提高用户体验。
结合图1,在一些实施例中,底座1用于和清洁设备上的驱动电机的驱动轴连接,其中部设置有安装孔11,清洁设备上的驱动电机的驱动轴固定装配于底座1的安装孔11中,边刷组件10的底座1和驱动电机的驱动轴同步转动,从而实现边刷组件10的转动。
结合图1,在一些实施例中,该安装孔11可以为正多边形,相应地,驱动电机的驱动轴装配于该安装孔11的部位也可以为正多边形,以使二者相对固定,并防止二者之间产生相对转动。在其他实施例中,该安装孔11也可以为梯形、椭圆形等非圆形结构,驱动电机的驱动轴装配于该安装孔11的部位做适应性设计即可。
需要说明的是,底座1也可以同驱动电机的驱动轴直接固定连接,例如采用键连接、螺栓锁紧等方式,在此不做限制。
结合图1-图3,在一些实施例中,由于底座1是用于和清洁设备上的驱动电机的驱动轴连接的,其需具有一定的使用强度,因此,本公开实施例中可以在底座1的顶部设置有环状结构4,底部设置有球状结构5,以对底座1的结构进行加强。
在一些实施例中,环状结构4和球状结构5均可以同底座1一体成型,其中,环状结构4可同心或者偏心设置于驱动孔的外侧,球状结构5上设置有圆形的定位孔51,驱动电机的驱动轴的头部可以设置于球状结构5的定位孔51中。
需要说明的是,在底座1的顶部或/和底部也可以设置有其他形状的加强结构,在此不做限制。
结合图1-图3,在一些实施例中,边刷件2可以设置有三个,三个边刷件2可以绕底座1的周面等间隔设置于底座1的周面上,以保证边刷组件10具有足够多的清扫覆盖率。在其他实施例中,边刷件2也可以设置有一个、两个、四个或五个等,在设置有两个以上的边刷件2的条件下,多个边刷件2也可以绕底座1的周面不等间隔设置,在此不做限制。
结合图1-图3,在一些实施例中,边刷件2可以包括边刷臂21和刷毛22,其中,边刷臂21的一端连接在底座1上,边刷臂21的另一端向远离底座1的方向延伸,刷毛22连接在边刷臂21的另一端,并向远离边刷臂21的方向延伸,刷毛22同清洁地面清洁的部位可以被定义为边刷件2的清扫端,上述阻挡部3即设置于边刷臂21上。
结合图1-图3,在一些实施例中,边刷臂21上可以设置有阻挡凸起32,该阻挡凸起32即可被配置上述阻挡部3。
结合图1-图3,在一些实施例中,阻挡部3上可以设置有凹部31,该凹部31的开口侧朝向刷毛22。若毛发、线等柔性垃圾缠绕在边刷件2上,会堆集在阻挡部3的凹部31中,凹部31可以在一定程度上限制毛发、线等柔性垃圾的移动路径,进一步防止毛发从边刷件2上移动至其他位置,例如移动至底座1,或者移动至清洁设备上和边刷件2相邻的构件等,以避免清洁设备非正常工作。
在一些实施例中,凹部31的开口侧具有大于或等于90°的夹角,以使阻挡部3具有足够大的容纳空间,以阻挡边刷件2上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾沿着边刷件2的方向进入到底座1上。
在其他实施例中,凹部31的开口侧所形成的夹角也可以为锐角,也能阻挡边刷件2上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾沿着边刷件2的方向进入到底座1上。
结合图3,具体实施时,该阻挡凸起32可以设置于靠近边刷臂21的另一端,以在一定程度上延长毛发同底座1之间的距离,避免毛发凸出于阻挡部3的部位同底座1接触,从而被卷入底座1中。另外,阻挡凸起32最好设置于边刷臂21的底部,边刷臂21的底部可以设置有第一斜面311,第一斜面311的低端连接在阻挡凸起32朝向刷毛22的一侧,第一斜面311的高端向边刷臂21的另一端延伸,即第一斜面311呈斜向上设置,而阻挡凸起32朝向刷毛22的一侧设置有第二斜面312,第二斜面312的高端连接在边刷臂21的底部,第二斜面312的低端向远离刷毛22的方向延伸,即第二斜面312呈斜向下设置,第一斜面311的底端和第二斜面312的顶端相交,以形成上述凹部31的两个侧部,第一斜面311和第二斜面312之间构造成凹部31的两个侧壁,第一斜面311和第二斜面312之间的夹角形成凹部31的开口侧的夹角。
在其他实施例中,也可以只设置有上述第一斜面311,或者只设置有上述第二斜面312,也能实现边刷臂21的另一端的底部和阻挡凸起32朝向刷毛22的侧部之间的夹角大于或等于90°的技术效果,在此不做赘述。
需要说明的是,阻挡部3也可以设置在边刷臂21的中部,也可以设置在边刷臂21的顶部,例如:在边刷臂21的中部的周面设置有向外延伸的周面凸起,该周面凸起即可被配置为上述阻挡部3,在此不做限制。
结合图3,在一些实施例中,边刷臂21可以包括多段臂体,多段臂体中,至少两段臂体的厚度不一,以使边刷臂21具有一定的变形能力,这是因为:边刷臂21通常采用软胶材质制成,边刷件2的清扫端和清洁地面接触会产生形变,,但又需要边刷臂21保持一定的连接使用强度,因此,可以将边刷臂21划分成多段臂体,其至少两段臂体的厚度不一,以适应上述要求。
结合图3,多段臂体的厚度可以沿向远离底座1的方向依次变小,另外,边刷臂21的中部的至少部分的厚度向远离底座1的方向由粗到细依次渐变,以使该部分的强度降低,弹性增强。
结合图3,具体实施时,边刷臂21可以包括三段臂体,分别为和底座1连接的第一臂体211、和刷毛22连接的第三臂体213以及连接第一臂体211和第三臂体213的第二臂体212,其中,第一臂体211的臂厚较粗,以具有足够的连接使用强度,第二臂体212的臂厚是由粗到细的渐变部分,第二臂体212的强度逐渐降低,弹性逐渐增强,以作为边刷组件10转动工作时变形位置的起点,第三臂体213的臂厚较细,以具有足够的弹性,适应边刷件2的清扫端和清洁地面的接触所产生的变形。
在一些实施例中,构成边刷臂21的多段臂体可一体成型,由于边刷臂21的材质为软胶,底座1的材质为硬胶,边刷臂21可以通过二次注塑成型的方式成型于底座1的周面上,在其他实施例中,边刷臂21也可以插接等方式连接在底座1的周面上,在此不做限制。
结合图2,在一些实施例中,刷毛22连接在阻挡凸起32上,并斜向下延伸。另外,刷毛22可以呈40-60°的倾角,即刷毛22可以于底座1所在的平面具有40-60°的夹角,以在保证边刷组件10的清扫覆盖率符合要求的前提下,具有较好的防止毛发缠绕的效果,例如,刷毛22的倾角可以为40°或60°,也可以为45°,在此不做限制。
另外,在一些实施例中,为了实现更好的清洁效果,需要对刷毛22的长度进行设置,刷毛22的长度可以在20-60毫米内,以保证边刷组件10的清扫覆盖率符合要求的前提下,具有较好的防止毛发缠绕的效果,例如刷毛22的长度可以为20毫米、40毫米或者60毫米,在此不做限制。
结合图4,在一些实施例中,多个边刷件2的边刷臂21在底座1所在的平面上的投影可以呈螺旋渐开线,在边刷组件10转动工作时,若边刷件2上存在毛发,会对毛发产生一个离心力,毛发在离心力的作用下被甩出去,从而可以在一定程度上防止毛发缠绕在边刷件2上。若边刷件2的毛发未被甩出去,由于边刷件2上阻挡部3的设置,可以阻挡缠绕在边刷件2上的毛发沿着边刷件2的方向进入到底座1上,继而可以防止同底座1连接的清洁设备上的传动轴被毛发缠绕导致停转的技术问题,以避免影响清扫效果,使清洁设备得以正常使用。
结合图5,本公开所提供的刷毛22组件以逆时针的方向转动的条件下,缠绕在刷毛22上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾会产生一个顺时针方向的离心力,在离心力的作用下,刷毛22上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾会甩出去,以从刷毛22上自动脱离,从而可以在一定程度上防止毛发、线等柔性垃圾缠绕在边刷件2上。若边刷件2的毛发未被甩出去,由于边刷件2上阻挡部3的设置,毛发会在阻挡部3上堆集,由于物件的离心力和质量成正比,在毛发、线等柔性垃圾堆集到一定质量后,边刷组件10在沿墙壁等转速加快的条件下,堆集到一定质量的柔性垃圾产生足够大的离心力,足以将毛发、线等柔性垃圾甩出去,以使毛发自动脱离,以避免影响设备正常工作,也保证了清扫效果,同时,也避免用户手动清理毛发,提高用户使用体验。
在一些实施例中,刷毛22和相连接的边刷臂21在底座1所在的平面上可以相切设置,以保证在边刷组件10工作的过程中,刷毛22能够和地面产生足够多的形变,以将刷毛22上的毛发、线等柔性垃圾会甩出去。
需要说明的是,若存在极恶劣的情况,毛发、线等柔性垃圾无法从刷毛22上刷出,而堆积于阻挡部3上,在清理毛发时,用户能一次性地快速将堆积于阻挡部3上的毛发等柔性快速清理,方便快捷,也可以提高用户体验。
如图6至图12所示,本公开实施例提供了一种边刷组件10。其中,边刷组件10是应用于清洁设备的,其中,清洁设备可以为扫地(清洁)机器人、扫拖一体机、或满足要求的其他清洁设备。
具体地,清洁设备包括但不限于:移动主机9、清洁系统、驱动系统等。上述各个系统相互协调配合,使清洁设备能够自主移动以实现清洁功能。清洁设备中构成上述各系统的功能元件等集成地设置在移动主机9内。可以理解的是,清洁设备可以为自移动清洁设备,其中,自移动清洁设备是在无使用者操作的情况下,在某一待清洁区域自动进行清洁操作的设备。
其中,移动主机9包括前向部分和后向部分,具有近似圆形形状也可具有其他形状,包括但不限于前方后圆的近似D形形状及前方后方的矩形或正方形形状。
其中,清洁系统包括干式清洁系统,即清洁设备可以为扫地机器人,或者,清洁系统包括湿式清洁系统和干式清洁系统,即清洁设备可以为扫拖一体机。
其中,干式清洁系统可以包括滚刷、尘盒、吸尘风机。与地面具有一定干涉的滚刷将地面上的垃圾扫起并卷带到滚刷与尘盒之间的吸尘口前方,然后被吸尘风机产生并经过尘盒的有吸力的气体吸入尘盒。
进一步地,本公开实施例提供的清洁设备,清洁系统还可包括边刷组件10,边刷组件10与移动主机9可转动的连接,用于将滚刷区域外的碎屑等杂物移动到清洁系统的滚刷区域中。
目前,相关技术中的边刷组件10,通常设置为三爪结构,即边刷组件10通常包括三个边刷臂21和三个刷毛22,边刷臂21在底座1的周侧呈对称结构,装配过程中,会将一个刷毛22暴露在移动主机9的外部,这样,边刷旋转过程中,三个刷毛22依次旋转至移动主机9的外部以增大清扫范围,实现辅助清扫的功能。但是,该种设置,在边刷组件10不工作的情况下,仍会有一个刷毛22暴露在移动主机9的外部,使得清洁设备的整体体积较大,不方便收纳和行走。
有鉴于此,如图6、图7和图8所示,本公开第一方面实施例提供的边刷组件10,包括:底座1、边刷臂21和刷毛22,边刷臂21分布在底座1周侧,刷毛22连接在边刷臂21远离底座1的一端,底座1配置为与清洁设备的驱动组件连接以使驱动组件驱动底座1旋转;边刷臂21在底座1周向呈不对称结构。
其中,驱动组件可以安装在清洁设备的移动主机9上,底座1与驱动组件连接,使得驱动组件能够驱动底座1相对于移动主机9旋转,由于刷毛22通过边刷臂21连接在底座1上,因此,底座1转动能够带动边刷臂21和刷毛22同步转动,使得刷毛22能够将滚刷区域外的碎屑等杂物引导到清洁系统的滚刷区域中,实现辅助清洁的作用,提高清洁设备的清洁效果。
在本实施例中,边刷臂21在底座1周向呈不对称结构。可以理解的是,刷毛22与边刷臂21对应设置,刷毛22的数量与边刷臂21的数量相同,即刷毛22在底座1的周向呈不对称结构。该种设置,使得刷毛22能够较为集中的分布在底座1的部分周侧,而底座1的另一部分周侧是空闲的,且同样数量的边刷臂21,边刷臂21在底座1的周向呈不对称结构与呈对称结构相比,边刷臂21在底座1的周向呈不对称结构的底座1周侧空闲的部分区域较大。因此,在边刷组件10与移动主机9装配过程中,可以合理调整边刷臂21、刷毛22与移动主机9的相对位置,使底座1周侧的空闲部分朝向附近的部分移动主机9的边缘的外部,使得边刷臂21、刷毛22均位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,即边刷臂21、刷毛22在水平面的投影位于移动主机9在水平面投影的区域内,与相关技术中三爪结构的边刷臂21在底座1周侧呈对称结构的边刷会有部分刷毛22暴露在移动主机9的外部相比,能够减小清洁设备占用的空间,使得清洁设备便于收纳、便于避障形状、便于上桩下桩,同时,使得外观较为整洁,提高了市场竞争力。
具体地,相关技术中的三爪结构的边刷,通常情况下,三个边刷臂21在底座1的周侧呈对称结构,即相邻两个边刷臂21的中线之间的夹角在120°,因此,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角约为120°。而本实施例中,边刷臂21在底座1周向
呈不对称结构,如三个边刷臂21在底座1的周向呈不对称结构,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角会大于120°,或者,在边刷臂21的数量大于三个或小于三个的情况下,也可以合理设置边刷臂21在底座1周向的位置,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,使底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角大于120°。这样,在边刷组件10与移动主机9装配过程中,可以合理调整边刷臂21、刷毛22与移动主机9的相对位置,使底座1周侧空闲部分朝向相邻的部分移动主机9的边缘的外部,以确保边刷臂21、刷毛22均位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,刷毛22不会暴露在移动主机9的外部,减小清洁设备占用的空间。可以理解的是,当底座1随驱动组件旋转过程中,刷毛22会延伸至移动主机9边缘投影区域外,以增大清扫范围,实现辅助清扫的功能。
在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21的数量设置为一个或两个,可以理解的是,刷毛22的数量与边刷臂21的数量相同,即刷毛22的数量为一个或两个。该种设置,与相关技术中的三爪结构的边刷相比,使得刷毛22能够较为集中的分布在底座1的部分周侧,而底座1的另一部分周侧是空闲的,且底座1周侧空闲的部分较三爪结构的边刷相比区域较大,因此,在边刷组件10与移动主机9装配过程中,可以合理调整边刷臂21、刷毛22与移动主机9的相对位置,使底座1周侧的空闲部分朝向附近的部分移动主机9的边缘的外部,使得边刷臂21、刷毛22均位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,即边刷臂21、刷毛22在水平面的投影位于移动主机9在水平面投影的区域内,与相关技术中三爪结构的边刷部分刷毛22暴露在移动主机9的外部相比,能够减小清洁设备占用的空间,使得清洁设备便于收纳、便于避障形状、便于上桩下桩,同时,使得外观较为整洁,提高了市场竞争力。
具体地,相关技术中的三爪结构的边刷,通常情况下,三个边刷臂21均匀分布在底座1的周侧,即相邻两个边刷臂21的中线之间的夹角在120°,因此,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角约为120°。而本实施例中,当边刷臂21的数量为一个时,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,底座1周侧空闲部分的区域夹角约为360°,显而易见,远远大于三爪结构的边刷的底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角。当边刷臂21的数量为两个时,若两个边刷臂21以最大夹角180°布置在底座1的周侧时,在忽略边刷臂21宽度的情况下,底座1周侧空闲部分的区域夹角约为180°,显而易见,也大于三爪结构的边刷的底座1周侧空间部分的区域夹角。因此,由于本实施例中的边刷组件10的底座1的周侧的空间部分的区域夹角较大,在边刷组件10与移动主机9装配过程中,可以合理调整边刷臂21、刷毛22与移动主机9的相对位置,使底座1周侧空闲部分朝向相邻的部分移动主机9的边缘的外部,以确保边刷臂21、刷毛22均位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,刷毛22不会暴露在移动主机9的外部,减小清洁设备占用的空间。可以理解的是,当底座1随驱动组件旋转过程中,刷毛22会延伸至移动主机9边缘投影区域外,以增大清扫范围,实现辅助清扫的功能。
在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,底座1设置有第一安装指示件12,驱动组件设置有第二安装指示件,第一安装指示件12与第二安装指示件相匹配指示底座1处于安装位置。
本实施例中,通过在底座1上设置第一安装指示件12,在驱动组件上设置第二安装指示件,在边刷组件10与驱动组件连接装配的过程中,当第一安装指示件12与第二安装指示件相匹配时,指示底座1处于安装位置,可以在此姿态将底座1与驱动组件连接以实现边刷组件10与驱动组件的连接装配。
进一步地,通过底座1处于安装位置时,刷毛22位于清洁设备的移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,即刷毛22并没有延伸至移动主机9的边缘投影区域外,因此,与相关技术中部分刷毛22暴露在移动主机9的外部相比,减小了底座1处于安装位置时的清洁设备的整体体积,进而减小了底座1处于安装位置时清洁设备占用的空间,使得清洁设备在底座1处于安装位置时便于收纳、便于避障形状、便于上桩下桩,同时,使得外观较为整洁,提高了市场竞争力。
其中,底座1处于安装位置时,刷毛22位于清洁设备移动主机9边缘的投影区域内,可以理解为,刷毛22在水平面的投影位于移动主机9在水平面投影的区域内。其中,底座1相对于移动主机9还包括部分刷毛22位于移动主机9外的工作位置,也就是说,底座1处于工作位置时,至少部分刷毛22位于清洁设备的移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,可以理解为,部分刷毛22在水平面的投影位于移动主机9在水平面的投影的外部;或者,全部刷毛22在水平面的投影位于移动主机9在水平面的投影的外部,该种示例中,边刷组件10相对于移动主机9可以设置为伸缩结构,使得底座1处于安装位置时,整个边刷组件10能够缩回至移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,底座1处于工作位置时,所有刷毛22能够伸出至移动主机9的边缘投影区域外。具体地,当底座1处于工作位置时,清洁设备可以利用边刷组件10进行辅助清扫工作。当底座1处于安装位置时,清洁设备可以不利用边刷组件10进行辅助清扫工作,清洁设备可以处于收纳位置、进行避障操作、上桩下桩操作、以及在桩上进行充电、集尘、补水等辅助操作。其中,本公开提及的桩可以理解为与清洁设备配套使用的充电桩、集尘桩、基站20等。
进一步地,通过在底座1上设置第一安装指示件12,由于第一安装指示件12和边刷臂21的相对位置在设计过程中是已知的,刷毛22和边刷臂21的相对位置在设计过程中也是已知的,因此,通过第一安装指示件12和驱动组件上的第二安装指示件相匹配,即可对边刷臂21和刷毛22相对于移动主机9的位置进行限制,使得底座1处于安装位置时,刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内。
进一步地,第一安装指示件12和第二安装指示件相配合,对底座1相对于移动主机9的转动能够进行限位,在驱动组件不工作的情况下,使得底座1相对于移动主机9能够保持在安装位置。具体地,驱动组件可以为电机,电机的输出轴与底座1连接,电机可以设置有锁定机构,以在电机不工作的情况下,确保输出轴不转动,以在输出轴和底座1通过第一安装指示件12和第二安装指示件相配合使底座1处于安装位置后,并能够保持在安装位置,避免电机不工作的情况下,底座1相对于输出轴可转动而使刷毛22延伸至移动主机9边缘投影区域外的情况。
如图6、图7、图8和图9所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,底座1开设有用于与驱动组件连接的安装孔11,第一安装指示件12设置于安装孔11的孔壁,因此,当底座1与驱动组件通过安装孔11连接时,位于安装孔11的孔壁上的第一安装指示件12与驱动组件上的第二安装指示件相匹配,起到了限位防呆作用,能够准确、方便地指示出底座1处于安装位置。
其中,第一安装指示件12和第二安装指示件中的一个设置为凹陷部,另一个设置为凸部。凹陷部和凸部方便加工、易于实现,有利于降低边刷组件10的整体加工成本,同时,凹陷部和凸部具有良好的限位防呆作用,且便于装配,能够准确、方便、快捷地指示出底座1处于安装位置,适于推广应用,
具体地,第一安装指示件12可以为凸部,第二安装指示件可以为凹陷部,或者,第一安装指示件12可以为凹陷部,第二安装指示件可以为凸部。可以理解的是,在一些示例中,第一安装指示件12可以包括凹陷部和凸部,第二安装指示件也可以包括相对应的凸部和凹陷部,由此能够满足第一安装指示件12和第二安装指示件不同结构的需求。
进一步地,驱动组件包括电机,电机的输出轴通过安装孔11与底座1连接,即第二安装指示件可以设置在输出轴上。具体地,第一安装指示件12可以为凸块结构,第二安装指示件可以为凹槽结构。
如图8和图9所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷组件10还包括:连接件62,安装孔11沿底座1的轴向包括第一孔段111和第二孔段112,第一孔段111位于第二孔段112的上方,并与驱动组件相匹配,第一安装指示件12设置于第一孔段111,连接件62穿设于第二孔段112与驱动组件连接。其中,底座1的轴向可以如图9的箭头Z所示方向。
由此,在边刷组件10与驱动组件装配过程中,先利用第一孔段111与驱动组件相匹配进行初步预定位,再利用第一孔段111的第一安装指示件12和驱动组件上的第二安装指示件相匹配,实现限位防呆作用,对底座1和驱动组件的装配进行精准定位,使得底座1能够准确、快捷地处于安装位置,确保刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内。然后利用连接件62
穿过第二孔段112与驱动组件连接,即可实现底座1与驱动组件的可靠连接,操作简单,并有利于提高底座1与驱动组件的装配效率和装配精度。
具体地,第一孔段111可以为多边形,驱动组件的输出轴可以为多边形,由此,利用多边形孔和多边形轴相配合,具有良好的限位作用,能够对底座1相对于输出轴的转动进行限位,确保底座1和输出轴能够同步转动。具体地,第一孔段111可以为六边形,驱动组件的输出轴也可以为六边形,可以理解的是,第一孔段111也可以为其他形状。
其中,第一孔段111的开口尺寸可以大于第二孔段112的开口尺寸,如连接件62可以为螺栓,第二孔段112可以为圆形,第一孔段111的开口尺寸可以理解为第二孔段112的径向的尺寸,驱动组件的输出轴的端部开设有螺纹孔,螺栓穿过第二孔段112与螺纹孔连接,即可将输出轴和底座1连接。
如图9所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,安装孔11还包括位于第二孔段112下方的第三孔段113,连接件62远离驱动组件的端部容纳在第三孔段113内。
本实施例中,第三孔段113的设置,为连接件62远离驱动组件的端部提供了容纳空间,使得连接件62不会突出在底座1的底部,由此,能够降低或避免连接件62突出在底座1的底部使得毛发、线类等杂物容易缠绕在连接件62上而导致连接件62不易拆卸、卡死的问题,进而降低毛发、线类等杂物对连接件62的干扰,使得连接件62能够快速、便利地拆卸,以提高边刷组件10的拆卸效率和维修效率,同时确保边刷组件10能够可靠工作。
具体地,第三孔段113的开口尺寸可以大于第二孔段112的开口尺寸,第二孔段112可以为圆形,第三孔段113的开口尺寸可以理解为第二孔段112的径向的尺寸。连接件62可以为螺栓,螺栓的头部容纳在第三孔段113内,使得螺栓不会突出底座1的底部,降低或避免螺栓的头部被毛发缠绕的现象。
如图6、图7和图10所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21的数量为两个,边刷臂21呈螺旋状,刷毛22与边刷臂21相对应,即刷毛22的数量为两个,连接在对应的边刷臂21上。其中,刷毛22沿边刷臂21的切线方向延伸,两个刷毛22的延伸方向之间的夹角不大于120°。
其中,两个边刷臂21和两个刷毛22能够确保边刷组件10具有较大的清洁范围,有利于确保良好的清洁效果。
其中,两个刷毛22的延伸方向之间的夹角可以如图10中的角α所示,即α小于或等于120°。由此,使得两个边刷臂21和两个刷毛22能够较为集中的分布在底座1的部分周侧,而底座1的另一部分周侧是空闲的,并未设置边刷臂21和刷毛22。这样,可以通过合理设置底座1的安装位置,使得底座1处于安装位置时,边刷臂21和刷毛22靠近移动主机9的内部布置,底座1周侧空闲的部分朝向移动主机9的外部,以确保两个刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘
投影的内部。并且,可以使底座1设置在移动主机9的底部靠近边缘的位置,以保证底座1处于安装位置时,刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,而底座1处于工作位置时,刷毛22能够顺利延伸至移动主机9的外部,确保较大的清洁范围,并能够方便底座1在安装位置和工作位置的切换。
进一步地,由于相关技术中的边刷组件10通常安装在移动主机9底部靠近边缘的位置,如边刷臂21为三个,通常会有一个刷毛22延伸在移动主机9的边缘投影区域外,使得清洁设备整体的体积较大,不方便收纳和移动,且外观不整洁。本实施例中,通过将边刷组件10设置为两个边刷臂21,且刷毛22沿边刷臂21的切线方向延伸,两个刷毛22的延伸方向之间的夹角不大于120°,由此,使得无需改变清洁设备的原有结构,将本实施例中的边刷组件10通过第一安装指示件12和驱动组件的第二安装指示件相适配,使底座1处于安装位置,即可确保刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,减小了清洁设备的整体体积,进而减小了清洁设备占用的空间,使得清洁设备在底座1处于安装位置时便于收纳、便于避障形走、便于上桩下桩,同时,使得清洁设备的外观具有较高的整洁性,提高了市场竞争力。
具体地,两个刷毛22的延伸方向之间的夹角α可以为120°、110°、100°、90°、80°、或其他角度。通过合理设置两个刷毛22延伸方向之间的夹角α的角度,使得底座1处于安装位置时,两个刷毛22能够较为全面地位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,同时,确保两个刷毛22具有较大的辐射范围,以在底座1处于工作位置时确保良好的辅助清洁效果。
如图6、图10和图11所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21在水平面上的投影为一段渐开线。其中,渐开线是指直线在圆上纯滚动时,直线上一点K的轨迹称为该圆的渐开线。本实施例中,边刷臂21呈螺旋状,且螺旋状的边刷臂21在水平面上的投影为一段渐开线,可以理解为,底座1呈圆柱状,底座1的轴向可以视为与水平面垂直,边刷臂21在底座1的轴向上呈螺旋状分布,边刷臂21在水平面上的投影与直线在圆柱状的底座1上纯滚动时直线上点K的轨迹中与底座1连接的部分重合。其中,纯滚动是指刚体与平面之接触点于接触那一瞬间为相对静止,没有任何的相对滑动的滚动,即相对速度为零的滚动。当平面为固定平面时,接触点即为两物体的速度瞬心。
其中,水平面可以视为垂直于底座1的旋转轴,由于边刷臂21呈螺旋状,边刷臂21在水平面上的投影为一段螺旋渐开线,这样,在底座1旋转过程中,缠绕在边刷臂21上的毛发、线类等杂物会沿着旋转的、螺旋状的边刷臂21移动,并会紧紧地缠绕在边刷臂21上,在底座1继续旋转过程中,杂物缠绕边刷臂21的力会增大,将边刷臂21设置为弹性件,当杂物对边刷臂21的缠绕力达到弹性边刷臂21承受的极限值时,边刷臂21发生弹性变形会将缠绕在边刷臂21上的杂物弹开,降低毛发、线类等杂物缠绕的可能性,进而能够减少用户清理边
刷组件10的频率,并能够延长边刷组件10的更换周期,降低使用成本,提升用户的使用体验。
如图10所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,两个边刷臂21位于底座1经过底座1的转轴的中分线的同一侧,该种设置,能够确保两个边刷臂21较为集中的设置在底座1的周侧,而底座1的周侧具有较大的范围未设置边刷臂21,以确保不改变清洁设备的原有结构,将边刷组件10与驱动组件连接,底座1处于安装位置时,两个刷毛22能够有效地位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,而底座1处于工作位置时,部分刷毛22能够为位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域外。
如图10所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,刷毛22的延伸方向与相连接的边刷臂21相对于底座1的延伸方向之间的夹角不大于120°,即刷毛22的延伸方向与相连接的边刷臂21相对于底座1的延伸方向之间的夹角小于或等于120°,其中,刷毛22的延伸方向与相连接的边刷臂21相对于底座1的延伸方向之间的夹角可以如图10中的角β所示,即β小于或等于120°。具体地,β可以为120°、110°、100°、90°、80°、或其他角度。
该种设置,能够确保两个边刷臂21、两个刷毛22较为集中的设置在底座1的部分周侧,而底座1的另一部分周侧未设置边刷臂21,使得底座1相对于移动主机9旋转至不同位置,两个刷毛22能够有效地位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内以使底座1处于安装位置,或者,部分刷毛22能位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域外以使底座1处于工作位置,由此,可以在不改变清洁设备原有结构的基础上,将本实施例提供的边刷组件10与驱动组件连接,通过第一安装指示件12和第二安装指示件合理限定底座1的安装位置,即可确保底座1处于安装位置时刷毛22位于移动主机9的边缘投影区域内,并通过驱动组件带动底座1转动即实现底座1安装位置和工作位置的切换,操作简单,易于实现。
如图11和图12所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21包括与刷毛22连接的第一端部214,第一端部214的底部设置有阻挡凸起32,刷毛22由第一端部214相对于阻挡凸起32倾斜向下布置。由此,使得刷毛22对待清洁表面具有足够的干涉力,以确保良好的清洁效果。同时,该种设置,使得阻挡凸起32位于刷毛22与第一端部214连接的部分的下方,以阻止杂物由第一端部214的下方向沿边刷臂21向靠近底座1的方向移动或窜动。也就是说,阻挡凸起32的设置,能够限制毛发、线类等杂物沿边刷臂21由第一端部214向靠近底座1的方向移动,进而能够降低毛发、线类等杂物靠近底座1,降低杂物经过边刷臂21、底座1进入到驱动组件中以导致驱动组件故障的可能性,进而有利于延长驱动组件的使用寿命,提高驱动组件的可靠性。
具体地,驱动组件可以为电机,底座1与电机的输出轴连接。当边刷组件10缠绕有毛发、线类等杂物时,若毛发、线类等杂物沿底座1的周向侧壁向上缠绕,并缠绕在输出轴上,会
存在输出轴卡死的现象,进而影响电机的可靠性。本公开通过阻挡凸起32的设置,能够大大降低该种情况的发生,进而能够延长电机的使用寿命。
如图11和图12所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,第一端部214包括第一部分2141、以及位于第一部分2141上方的第二部分2142,第一部分2141设置有阻挡凸起32并与刷毛22连接,第二部分2142沿边刷臂21的延伸方向突出于第一部分2141。其中,上下方向如图12中的箭头Z所示。
也就是说,第二部分2142位于刷毛22的上方,阻挡凸起32位于刷毛22的下方,由此,使得第二部分2142形成类似挡筋结构,能够从刷毛22的上方阻止杂物沿刷毛22向边刷臂21移动。因此,通过第二部分2142和阻挡凸起32相配合,能够从刷毛22的上方和下方同时将沿刷毛22向边刷臂21移动的杂物阻止在第一端部214,由此能够进一步限制毛发、线类等杂物沿刷毛22经第一端部214移动至边刷臂21的可能性,即降低了边刷臂21被毛发、线类杂物缠绕的可能性,进而能够降低毛发、线类等杂物靠近底座1,降低杂物经过边刷臂21、底座1进入到驱动组件中以导致驱动组件故障的可能性,进而有利于延长驱动组件的使用寿命,提高驱动组件的可靠性。
如图11和图12所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,第二部分2142相对于第一部分2141向远离底座1的方向倾斜向上设置。也就是说,第二部分2142与刷毛22之间的缝隙由远离底座1至靠近底座1的方向逐渐增大,该种设置,对杂物沿刷毛22的移动起到了导向作用,使得杂物沿刷毛22能够顺利地容纳在第二部分2142和刷毛22之间的缝隙内,降低了杂物由第二部分2142的上方移动至边刷臂21的可能性,起到了良好的防止毛发、线类杂物缠绕边刷臂21的作用。
如图9所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21包括与底座1连接的第二端部215,底座1注塑包裹在第二端部215的外部,也就是说,底座1和边刷臂21可以采用注塑套啤工艺加工而成,由此,能够确保边刷臂21与底座1连接的可靠性,同时,便于加工,易于生产。
进一步地,边刷臂21和底座1均为塑料制件,成本较低,易于成型,方便加工,适于推广应用。
其中,底座1的硬度大于边刷臂21的硬度,如底座1为硬胶,边刷臂21为软胶,由此,能够确保底座1具有足够的硬度和强度,边刷臂21具有足够的强度和弹性。具体地,边刷臂21的弹性大于底座1的弹性。
如图10所示,在本公开提供的一些可能实现的实施例中,边刷臂21沿底座1至刷毛22的方向包括依次设置的第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213,其中,第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213逐渐变细。
其中,第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213逐渐变细,可以理解为第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213在水平面内的投影的宽度逐渐变小,或者,可以理解为第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213在竖直方向的尺寸逐渐变小,或者,可以理解为第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213在水平面内的投影的宽度逐渐变小,同时,第一臂体211、第二臂体212、第三臂体213在竖直方向的尺寸逐渐变小。具体地,边刷臂21在水平面的投影的宽度可以如图10中的距离D所示,边刷臂21沿竖直方向的尺寸可以为边刷臂21沿Z轴方向的尺寸。
该种设置,能够确保与底座1连接的第一臂体211具有足够的强度,使得底座1与边刷臂21能够可靠连接。同时,能够确保与刷毛22连接的第三臂体213具有足够的弹性,进而使得刷毛22对待清洁表面具有足够的抵接力,以确保良好的清洁效果。而位于第一臂体211和第三臂体213之间的第二臂体212,能够实现第一臂体211和第三臂体213的过渡连接,使得由第一臂体211至第三臂体213,边刷臂21的强度逐渐降低,边刷臂21的弹性逐渐增强,以确保边刷臂21具有良好的强度和弹性。可以理解的是,底座1旋转工作时,边刷臂21变形位置的起点可以位于边刷臂21的第二臂体212。
如图13所示,根据本公开实施例提出了一种清洁组件,包括:传动部6,用于传动连接于驱动组件;边刷组件10,可产生相对于传动部6的旋合运动,以使边刷组件10可分离或固定于传动部6。
本公开实施例提供的清洁组件包括有传动部6和边刷组件10,其中,边刷组件10可拆卸地旋合于前述传动部6,以使边刷组件10可分离或固定于传动部6。在实际应用中,传动部6与边刷组件10之间可以通过相互旋紧或旋松的方式进行拆装,能够提高边刷组件10与传动部6之间的拆装操作便利性,便于使用者在拆装过程中施力,降低使用者的操作难度,提高边刷组件10拆洗的便利性,有利于改善用户使用体验;此外,传动部6与边刷组件10之间通过旋合的方式进行连接,也能够在拆装过程中降低对传动部6与边刷组件10的配合部位的形变要求,可以减小传动部6与边刷组件10在拆装过程中的结构变形,降低传动部6和边刷组件10在拆装过程中发生结构损坏的风险,有利于延长传动部6和边刷组件10的使用寿命。
在实际应用中,前述传动部6可以传动连接于驱动组件,从而可以接收到驱动组件输出的动力,相应地,在边刷组件10旋合于传动部6的情况下,传动部6可以进一步带动边刷组件10运动,以使边刷组件10执行清洁动作。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中,本公开实施例提供的清洁组件可以设置于清洁设备或作为清洁设备的一个部件使用,前述清洁设备可以为但不限于扫地机器人、拖地机器人、扫拖一体机等等。前述边刷组件10可以包括清洁本体,前述清洁本体可以包括但不限于刷体、拖布等等。

边刷组件10开设有限位槽52,第二支撑端7122可拆卸地插设于限位槽52。
在该技术方案中,传动部6可以利用安装槽612为施力部7提供安装位置和结构防护,可以降低施力部7的暴露程度,能够提高施力部7的可靠性和稳定性,降低施力部7的损坏几率。其中,第一支撑端7121活动地设置于安装槽612内,第二支撑端7122可伸出或缩入前述传动部6,在第二支撑端7122伸出传动部6的情况下,能够便于弹性伸缩组件71对接清洁组件。

第一磁性件和第二磁性件均为永磁体,第一磁性件具有第一磁极,第二磁性件具有第二磁极,第一磁极与第二磁极沿旋合轴向相对布置,且第一磁极和第二磁极为同名磁极。

在该技术方案中,传动部6和边刷组件10可以分别利用第一容置空间和第二容置空间分别容纳第一磁性件和第二磁性件,并为第一磁性件和第二磁性件提供结构防护,从而能够降低第一磁性件和第二磁性件损坏和污染的风险,延长第一磁性件和第二磁性件的使用寿命,降低第一磁性件和第二磁性件的维护成本;并且,可以设置第一容置空间和第二容置空间分别位于传动部6和边刷组件10的轴心区域,从而可以能够在旋合或拆解过程中,保证第一磁性件和第二磁性件之间具有良好的位置对应关系,为第一磁性件与第二磁性件之间产生稳定的磁力作用提供保障。

如图13至图15所示,在一些示例中,传动件61包括传动齿轮611,连接件62包括有连接杆621,传动齿轮611连接于连接杆621的一端,且连接杆621与传动齿轮611同轴布置;其中,连接杆621远离于传动齿轮611的一端形成有旋合槽53;或者,旋扣6211形成于连接杆621的周侧,且远离于传动齿轮611布置。
在该技术方案中,前述传动件61可以包括有传动齿轮611,也即传动件61可以通过齿轮传动的方式与驱动部传动连接,有利于提高传动效率;前述连接件62可以包括有连接件62,前述传动齿轮611和前述连接杆621相连接且同轴布置,从而有利于提高传动部6的转动稳定性,为边刷组件10稳顺地执行清洁动作提供保障。
在旋合槽53形成于连接件62的情况下,前述旋合槽53可以开设于连接杆621远离传动齿轮611的一端,以便于连接杆621对接清洁组件上的旋扣6211,可以理解的是,旋合槽53亦可以与连接杆621同轴,从而保证连接杆621的转动稳定性。
或者,在旋扣6211形成于连接件62的情况下,前述旋扣6211可以形成于连接杆621的周侧,且远离于传动齿轮611布置,以便于连接杆621对接清洁组件上的旋合槽53。
可以理解的是,旋扣6211的数量可以多于或等于一个,在旋扣6211的数量多于一个的情况下,多个旋扣6211可以沿连接杆621或边刷组件10的周向等间距布置,以保证连接杆621或边刷组件10的转动稳定性,且旋合槽53的数量可以与前述旋扣6211的数量相匹配。
如图14和图15所示,在一些示例中,传动齿轮611与连接杆621为一体式结构。
在该技术方案中,可以设置传动齿轮611与连接杆621为一体式结构,从而提高传动齿轮611与连接杆621之间的连接可靠性,为动力的稳顺传递提供更为可靠的保障,并有利于提高传动部6与边刷组件10在旋紧状态时的连接可靠性。
如图14和图15所示,在一些可行的示例中,连接杆621可以为阶梯轴,从而连接杆621便于利用轴肩结构与其他部件进行配合或定位。可以理解的是,连接杆621的轴肩结构的数量可以为多个,具体可以结合实际需求设置,这里不做过多限定。
如图15所示,在一些示例中,至少部分的施力部7设置于连接杆621且与连接杆621同轴布置。
在该技术方案中,前述施力部7的至少部分可以设置在连接杆621,从而基于前述设置,在边刷组件10与连接件62分离的情况下,可以令至少部分的施力部7保留于连接杆621,进而便于边刷组件10的清理;并且,施力部7可以与连接杆621同轴布置,相应地,施力部7亦能够与传动齿轮611同轴,从而有利于保证连接件62及传动部6的转动平稳性。
如图14和图15所示,在一些示例中,传动件61开设有用于安装施力部7的安装槽612,安装槽612开设于传动齿轮611和/或连接杆621,且安装槽612位于传动齿轮611和/或连接杆621的轴心区域。
在该技术方案中,前述安装槽612可以开设于传动齿轮611和/或连接杆621,并布置于传动齿轮611和/或连接杆621的轴心区域。基于前述设置,传动部6可以利用安装槽612为施力部7提供安装位置和结构防护,可以降低施力部7的暴露程度,能够提高施力部7的可靠性和稳定性,降低施力部7的损坏几率。
可以理解的是,考虑到连接杆621和施力部7对接边刷组件10时的便利性,安装槽612的槽口端可以位于连接杆621背离于传动齿轮611的一端,且安装槽612沿连接杆621轴向的开设长度可以结合实际需求设置,这里不做过多限定。示例性地,安装槽612可以具有位于连接杆621凸出于传动齿轮611的部分杆段上的槽段,和位于连接杆621对应于传动齿轮611的部分杆段上的槽段,前述两个槽段相互连通;或者,可以仅具有位于连接杆621凸出于传动齿轮611的部分杆段上的槽段,以缩小安装槽612的开设长度。
如图13至图19所示,作为本公开提供的清洁组件的一个具示例,施力部7可以包括有前述安装座711、前述支撑件712和前述弹簧713,前述传动齿轮611和前述连接杆621可以为一体式结构,相应地,前述传动齿轮611和前述连接杆621内部中空以形成前述安装槽612,连接杆621远离于传动齿轮611的一端开设有通孔,安装座711可以设置在传动齿轮611内且与传动齿轮611同轴布置,安装座711与传动齿轮611之间过盈配合,以便于跟随传动齿轮611同步转动;前述支撑件712通过前述通孔活动地穿设于连接杆621,且第一支撑端7121位于安装槽612内,弹簧713设置在第一支撑端7121和安装座711之间,相应地,弹簧713与连接杆621同轴布置。基于此,连接杆621的轴向也即前述旋合轴向,考虑到边刷组件10与施力部7和传动部6的配合便利性,前述旋合槽53可以开设于边刷组件10,前述旋扣6211可以形成于前述连接杆621的周侧并远离于传动齿轮611布置,边刷组件10还可以形成有用于穿入连接杆621的通过空间,通过空间与前述旋合槽53连通,以便于在旋扣6211和连接杆621同步穿入或退出边刷组件10,前述限位槽52可以开设在通过空间的一侧且连通于通过空间,以便于对接第二支撑端7122。同时,考虑到传动齿轮611的转动稳定性,传动部6还可以具有壳体63和定位轴64,前述传动齿轮611和前述定位轴64均设置在前述壳体63内,前述安装座711可以开设有连接孔,连接孔与定位轴64间隙配合,从而可以约束传动齿轮611的位置,保证传动齿轮611稳顺转动。
在一些示例中,边刷组件10和传动部6中的一者形成有内螺纹,另一者形成有外螺纹。

可以形成有外螺纹且传动部6形成有内螺纹,从而传动部6和边刷组件10之间可以通过螺纹旋合的方式进行旋合,有利于在保证传动部6和边刷组件10之间的拆装便利性的同时,提升传动部6和边刷组件10在组装状态下的连接可靠性,为边刷组件10稳顺地执行清洁动作提供保障。
本公开所提供的清洁设备包括:移动主机9和上述边刷组件10,装配在移动主机9上,边刷组件10位于移动主机9的底部。
本公开所提供的清洁设备,可以防止同底座1连接的清洁设备上的传动轴被毛发缠绕导致停转的技术问题,以避免影响清扫效果,使清洁设备得以正常使用;另外,在边刷组件10转动工作的过程中,堆积于阻挡部3上的毛发可能会由于离心力的作用从边刷件2上甩出,以达到自清洁的技术效果;还有,在清理毛发时,用户能一次性地快速将堆积于阻挡部3上的毛发快速清理,以提高用户体验。
在一些实施方案中,清洁设备可以为扫地机器人或拖地机器人,也可以为其他具有边刷组件10的清洁设备,在此不做限制。
可选地,本公开所提供的清洁设备,还包括驱动组件和上述实施例提出的清洁组件,传动部6传动连接于驱动组件。
在一示例中,驱动组件配置为驱动底座1在安装位置和工作位置之间切换,以实现边刷组件10辅助清扫的作用。也就是说,驱动组件驱动底座1旋转,即可实现底座1安装位置和工作位置的切换。具体地,底座1处于工作位置时,部分刷毛22延伸至移动主机9的边缘投影区域外。
在另一示例中,清洁设备还包括伸缩组件,伸缩组件与底座1连接,以驱动底座1在安装位置和工作位置切换,安装位置时刷毛22位于移动主机9的投影边缘区域内,工作位置时部分刷毛22位于移动主机9的投影边缘区域外。也就是说,伸缩组件驱动底座1相对于移动主机9伸缩,以实现底座1安装位置和工作位置的切换。可以理解的是,该种情况下,驱动组件用于驱动底座1旋转,如驱动组件可以在底座1处于工作位置时驱动底座1旋转,或者,驱动组件也可以在底座1处于安装位置时驱动底座1旋转。
如图20-24所示,本公开实施例提供了一种清洁设备,包括:移动主机9、上述实施例的边刷组件10、主清洁件951、挡板8以及主动移动件961,其中,主动移动件961用于移动清洁主体;挡板8与边刷组件10均位于主清洁件951的前方,且挡板8位于两个主动移动件961之间。
清洁设备又可称为自清洁设备、清扫机、清洁机器人或扫拖一体机等,可以在无使用者操作的情况下,进行自动清扫、收集杂物。移动主机9为清洁设备的主体结构,为使得清洁设备能够适应更多的清扫空间以及使机体更加稳定平衡,移动主机9通常呈扁平的圆形,
或也可具有其他形状,如扁平的半圆形、方形等。移动主机9可以进一步包括底盘91以及外壳92,外壳92包括容纳空间,可用于连接和容纳供清洁设备运行的多种部件,如用于控制清扫组件以及行走机构的控制器、供电装置、如摄像头、扫描仪、陀螺仪等位置感知部件、清扫机构以及行走机构等。由于外壳92连接如行走机构和拖布机构等部件,外壳92的结构和作用更加复杂,包括各种镂空、安装槽612、卡扣等结构。底盘91用于与外壳92的底面连接,底盘91通常呈近似的圆形,或者如图22-24所示,呈近似的半圆形,可用于遮盖外壳92的一些镂空、安装槽612等,起到保护外壳92中部件以及保证移动主机9外观简洁的作用。底盘91与外壳92可以采用如螺栓连接,也可以使用卡接、螺接等方式。感测系统设置于移动主机9上,用于进行墙壁及障碍物的感测,并绘制地图,以及在移动主机9移动清扫时,进行位置的确定,如感测系统包括摄像头、距离感测器、碰撞传感器、距离传感器、磁力计、加速度计、陀螺仪、里程计等传感装置。清扫机构以及行走机构将在后文中详细说明,可以理解,清洁设备还可以包括其他需要的部件,本实施方式不再一一例举。
清扫机构可仅包括干式清洁,或者同时包括干式清洁和拖地系统。拖地系统可以包括托板98、水箱等,可进行地面的湿托和干拖,不再详述。干式清洁包括边刷组件10和主清洁件951,还包括尘盒和抽风机等,主清洁件951可以是单一的滚刷,也可以是轴向并列设置的两个滚刷,也可以是可伸缩滚刷、防缠绕滚刷等,本公开不做限制。以主清洁件951为单一滚刷为例,主清洁件951呈近似的圆柱形结构,通过主驱动件与移动主机9连接,移动主机9上具有位于主清洁件951后方的吸尘口,尘盒位于抽风机与吸尘口之间的风路上。主清洁件951与地面具有一定的干涉,主清洁件951用于围绕其轴线旋转,在旋转过程中可将地面上的垃圾扫起,并卷带到吸尘口下方,然后被抽风机产生的向尘盒回抽的气体吸入尘盒。主清洁件951通常设置在移动主机9底部的中间位置,移动主机9移动时,主清洁件951将跟随移动主机9的移动路径,实现由线到面的清扫。本实施方式中,主清洁件951的前方指的是主清洁件951在进行移动清扫的方向上对应的区域,或者说,是主清洁件951轴向两端垂直于轴线的延长线所限定出的区域,是主清洁件951在进行移动清扫时,主清洁件951会掠过或者说经过的区域。
边刷组件10呈近似的螺旋桨形状,包括主轴、围绕主轴周向环绕设置的至少一个支撑件712以及至少一个刷头。主轴通过边刷组件10驱动机构与移动主机9连接,支撑件712与主轴连接,支撑件712可以是直条形,也可以呈弯曲形。刷头与支撑件712连接,可以是毛刷,也可以是软胶刷。如图20-21所示,支撑件712向边刷组件10旋转方向的反向弯曲,刷头向边刷组件10旋转方向的反向延伸,继而在边刷组件10旋转时,可以更有效的推动垃圾移动。可以理解,边刷组件10需要位于主清洁件951移动清扫的一侧,边刷组件10的旋转方向应使垃圾进入到主清洁件951的前方,如图20所示,边刷组件10位于主清洁件951的左前方,边
刷组件10为顺时针旋转。边刷组件10安装在移动主机9靠近边沿或者一角,以使刷头可以部分延伸至移动主机9的外侧。在清洁墙角、柜子与底面交界位置时,边刷组件10用于补充主清洁件951的清扫遗漏。边刷组件10的数量可以是一个,亦可以是两个,两个边刷组件10时,两个边刷组件10可以分别靠近主清洁件951轴向的相背两端设置,以实现在两侧分别进行补充清扫。
挡板8与边刷组件10均位于主清洁件951的前方,即挡板8与边刷组件10均位于主清洁件951在向前移动清洁时的移动方向的前方。挡板8的具体位置可根据边刷组件10的数量以及移动主机9、主清洁件951等的实际位置布设。边刷组件10推动的垃圾,一部分将直接进入到主清洁件951的前方,另一部分会由于离开边刷组件10的初始速度过快或者初始角度与主清洁件951轴线的夹角较小,将沿着接近主清洁件951轴线的方向移动,继而被挡板8阻挡。由于挡板8位于主清洁件951的前方,被阻挡的垃圾将停留在主清洁件951的前方,继而在主清洁件951移动清扫时,将垃圾卷起。
清洁设备的行走机构是清洁设备的主要功能设备,行走机构主要包括主动移动件961和随动移动件962。主动移动件961全部或者部分的突出于底盘91下方,以与地面接触,通过驱动电机驱动,而使得主动移动件961转动带动移动主机9行走。随动移动件962可以为固定在外壳92下方,并穿过底盘91的万向轮,通过配合主动移动件961可以实现移动主机9的转向。随动移动件962通常设置于移动主机9靠近前侧,而主动移动件961通常在移动主机9靠近左右两侧分别设置一个。如主动移动件961分别设置在主清洁件951轴向的相背两端外侧。挡板8位于两个主动移动件961之间,即挡板8全部区域均不位于主动移动件961的前方,避免挡板8影响清洁设备行走越障。如主动移动件961为越障轮时,在遇到如地毯、书籍等障碍物时,可通过越障轮的转动进行越障,如果挡板8位于主动移动件961的前方,将会与障碍物之间出现干涉,导致清洁设备卡顿,挡板8后方的主动移动件961法实现越障功能。本实施方式挡板8全部位于主动移动件961相对主清洁件951的一侧,避免挡板8影响主动移动件961的行走越障,保证清洁设备的顺利前行。
本实施方式中,挡板8可设置于底盘91上,如与底盘91一体加工,或者可拆卸连接,或者,也可以是挡板8与外壳92连接,而底盘91上设置镂空,挡板8通过镂空穿过底盘91,以至少部分的突出于底盘91。挡板8的固定方式,后文中将进一步举例说明。此外,底盘91上还开设有让位开口,可对边刷组件10、托板98、主清洁件951、行走机构等让位。
本公开实施例提出的清洁设备及清洁系统,在清洁主体上设置挡板8,边刷组件10旋转推动的垃圾一部分将直接被带动至主清洁件951的前方,另一部分掠过主清洁件951的前方的垃圾将被挡板8阻挡,继而不会继续移动而外溢到清洁主体以外,被挡板8阻挡的垃圾将
移动至主清洁件951前方,继而会被主清洁件951卷起,实现避免边刷组件10旋转导致垃圾外溢,有效改善清扫遗漏。
一种实施方式中,挡板8设置于移动主机9上与边刷组件10相对的一侧。
如图20中所示,边刷组件10邻近移动主机9的左侧设置,而挡板8邻近移动主机9的右侧设置,可使得主清洁件951得到充分利用。
一种实施方式中,清洁件外框952,主清洁件951位于清洁件外框952内。挡板8的部分区域位于清洁件外框952对应主清洁件951轴向一端的区域的前方。
清洁件外框952与移动主机9连接,如可以是可拆卸连接,用于方便主清洁件951的拆装。清洁件外框952对应主清洁件951轴向一端的区域常低于移动主机9的底面,或者说低于底盘91,导致垃圾容易卡在清洁件外框952与待清洁面之间,划伤带清洁面。本实施方式中,通过挡板8部分区域位于清洁件外框952对应主清洁件951轴向一端的区域的前方,实现遮挡清洁件外框952对应主清洁件951端部的位置较低的区域,继而避免垃圾卡在清洁件外框952的下方。
一种实施方式中,挡板8邻近主清洁件951的一端与主清洁件951的间距小于预设间距。
预设间距可以是1厘米,继而避免垃圾由挡板8和主清洁件951之间溢出。如可以是间隔0.5厘米、0.8厘米等。在包括清洁件外框952的实施方式中,挡板8邻近主清洁件951的一端与清洁件外框952的间距小于预设间距,如可以是紧邻设置,或者间隔0.5厘米、0.8厘米等。
一种实施方式中,在清洁设备还包括随动移动件962的实施方式中,随动移动件962与移动主机9连接,随动移动件962用于跟随移动主机9的移动而滚动。挡板8对应随动移动件962和主清洁件951之间。
一方面保证挡板8与主清洁件951之间的距离小于预设间距,避免垃圾由挡板8与主清洁件951之间外溢,另一方面,避免挡板8上阻挡的垃圾进入到随动移动件962的附近,避免垃圾影响随动移动件962的行走。
挡板8可以是多种形状,旨在可以对垃圾进行导向即可,以下举例四种实施方式,可以理解,挡板8的形状并不局限于以下实施方式。
其一,如图22所示,挡板8相对边刷组件10的一侧表面为平面。即挡板8为直条形结构,可以为直条形板状结构或者说片状结构。
其二,如图23所示,挡板8相对边刷组件10的一侧表面,为向远离边刷组件10凹陷的弧形面。
挡板8为弧形板状或者说片状结构,通过弧形设置,使得垃圾不易由挡板8远离主清洁件951的一端溢出,且可以使得垃圾在挡板8靠近主清洁件951一端处的移动速度的水平分量更大,使得垃圾能够更多的向主清洁件951中间位置移动,充分利用清扫空间。
其三,挡板8相对边刷组件10的一侧表面包括第一区域81和第二区域82,第一区域81与第二区域82呈夹角设置。
如可以是第一区域81与第二区域82均为直条形,第一区域81与第二区域82可以呈大于90度,且小于180度的夹角,实现垃圾不易由挡板8远离主清洁件951的端部溢出。同时,可以是第二区域82的延伸方向可以与主清洁件951的轴向垂直,第二区域82可以延伸的更长,在更大范围上阻挡垃圾的同时,不占用主清洁件951轴向清扫范围。
其四,如图24所示,挡板8相对边刷组件10的一侧表面包括第一区域81和第二区域82,第一区域81相较第二区域82更靠近主清洁件951,第一区域81为弧形面,第二区域82为平面。
第二区域82的延伸方向可以与主清洁件951的轴向垂直,第二区域82可以延伸的更长,在更大范围上阻挡垃圾的同时,不占用主清洁件951轴向清扫范围。第一区域81为弧形面,可以实现垃圾在挡板8邻近主清洁件951的一端处的移动速度的水平分量更大,使得垃圾能够更多的向主清洁件951中间位置移动,充分利用清扫空间。
一种实施方式中,如图20所示,挡板8包括第一端和第二端,挡板8的第一端至挡板8的第二端的方向与主清洁件951的轴向呈预设夹角γ。
挡板8相对主清洁件951的轴向倾斜设置,继而可实现对垃圾的导向作用,使得垃圾可以顺着挡板8滑动至主清洁件951的前方。预设夹角γ大于等于20度,且小于等于90度,保证挡板8实现较好的导向效果。
挡板8的第一端相较挡板8的第二端更靠近主清洁件951。可以是挡板8的第二端相较挡板8的第一端更靠近主清洁件951的一端外侧,也可以是挡板8的第二端相较挡板8的第一端更靠近主清洁件951的内侧,即挡板8靠近第二端的方向可以是向外倾斜,也可以是向内倾斜。
一种实施方式中,移动主机9上设置有连接件62,挡板8通过连接件62与移动主机9可拆卸连接。挡板8与不同的连接件62连接时,挡板8与主清洁件951的轴向夹角不同。
设置多个连接件62,可实现挡板8角度的调整,可根据清扫环境或者边刷组件10的速度进行挡板8角度的调整,可实现更好的清扫效果。连接件62可以是多种,如可以是卡扣、螺栓、磁吸件、吸附件等等。下文中将结合一种更为具体的实施方式,进行挡板8角度调节的说明。
一种实施方式中,挡板8与移动主机9可拆卸连接,可拆卸连接方式包括,但不局限于卡接、螺接、插接、夹持连接、磁吸连接、挂接、粘结其中的至少一种。
如可以是挡板8的两端与移动主机9的底盘91均卡接,或者,均采用螺栓连接,或者,挡板8底部可以设置磁吸件,通过磁性吸附在底盘91上。
挡板8还可以通过外部固定件与移动主机9连接,以下举例一种挡板8通过螺钉固定到移动主机9上,以实现可拆卸连接的实施方式,如图25-26所示,清洁设备还包括:连接螺栓97,移动主机9上设置有第一卡接部93和至少一个螺孔,挡板8上设置有第二卡接部85和穿孔,穿孔和第二卡接部85间隔设置,如可以设置在挡板8长度方向的两端,第二卡接部85与第一卡接部93相互卡接,连接螺栓97穿过穿孔,并旋拧于连接件62。
第一卡接部93可以为卡槽,也可以是如图26所示的镂空。第二卡接部85可以是如图26所示的,由挡板8的端部向外延伸凸头,通过凸头嵌入卡槽或者镂空,实现挡板8一端的限位。挡板8的另一端则通过连接螺栓97限位,实现避免单一连接螺栓97限位容易松动,导致挡板8位置不稳的问题。
在前述包括连接件62的实施方式中,如图22所示,连接件62可以为上述螺孔,螺孔的数量为至少两个,不同螺孔围绕第一卡接部93周向间隔布设,以使连接螺栓97连接不同螺孔时,挡板8与主清洁件951的轴向夹角不同。
图22中为同一挡板8在不同角度时的示意图,其中,挡板a(第一挡板86)为连接螺栓97连接在较为靠近边刷组件10的螺孔,挡板b(第二挡板87)为连接螺栓97连接在较为远离边刷组件10的螺孔。设置多个螺孔,可实现挡板8角度的调整,可根据清扫环境或者边刷组件10的速度进行挡板8角度的调整。如边刷组件10的速度较快时,可调整挡板8至角度更大,如调整到挡板a(第一挡板86)位置,避免落到挡板8上的垃圾速度大而由挡板8的第二端溢出。而边刷组件10的速度较慢时,可调整挡板8至角度更小,如调整到挡板b(第二挡板87)位置,可实现在主清洁件951轴向更大范围上阻挡垃圾。
另一种实施方式中,挡板8与移动主机9滑动连接,以改变挡板8与主清洁件951轴向上形成的角度。
如可以是移动主机9上设置滑槽,挡板8部分嵌入滑槽中,挡板8沿着滑槽移动,实现角度的改变。或者,可以是移动主机9上设置插孔,挡板8与插孔插接,挡板8沿着插孔移动,实现角度的改变。
一种实施方式中,如图25-26所示,挡板8包括挡板主体83和挡板座84,移动主机9上还设置有限位凹陷94,挡板主体83设置在挡板8底盘91上,挡板座84嵌入限位凹陷94,挡板座84与移动主机9连接。
挡板主体83用于将边刷组件10推动的垃圾引导至的前方,挡板座84用于方便挡板8与移动主机9的连接。前述第二卡接部85和穿孔均设置在挡板座84上。挡板主体83和挡板座84可以是注塑一体成型,也可以是粘结、插接、热熔固定、超声焊接等。挡板座84可以呈近似的长方形板状结构,限位凹陷94与挡板座84形状适配,前述第一卡接部93和至少一个连接件62可以开设在限位凹陷94的内壁上。限位凹陷94用于限制挡板8底盘91的位置,使得挡
板8的位置更加稳定,安装更加方便。一些实施方式中,限位凹陷94大于挡板座84的范围,挡板座84可在限位凹陷94内滑动,以改变挡板主体83与主清洁件951轴向上形成的角度。如可以是挡板座84与限位凹陷94不同侧的内壁抵接,对应挡板主体83不同的角度。
一种实施方式中,挡板8与移动主机9固定连接,固定连接的方式,使得挡板8更加牢固,不易在垃圾的冲击下移位。固定连接的方式包括,但不局限于模内注塑、热熔固定、超声焊接、一体成型其中至少一种。更为具体的实施方式中,可以是软胶条二次包胶,通过双料注塑,一次出模形成挡板8。而后将挡板8通过热熔焊接、超声焊接等固定在底盘91上,实现固定连接。
一种实施方式中,挡板8具有柔性。或者说,挡板8至少包括与待清洁面接触的一端的部分区域具有柔性,继而避免垃圾卡在挡板8与待清洁面之间,划伤待清洁面。挡板8的材质可以是橡胶、硅胶、氟橡胶、热塑性橡胶Thermoplastic Elastomer,TPE和热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)其中至少一种。
一种实施方式中,挡板8远离移动主机9的最低点,相较主清洁件951远离移动主机9的最低点更靠近移动主机9,以使挡板8与待清洁面具有间隔。即在清洁过程中,主清洁件951与待清洁面具有干涉,继而实现将垃圾卷起,而挡板8与待清洁面不接触,一方面避免挡板8与待清洁面之间摩擦增加移动主机9移动阻力,另一方面可以避免挡板8与待清洁面之间卡入垃圾,导致划伤待清洁面。
或者,另一种实施方式中,挡板8远离移动主机9的最低点与移动主机9的距离,不小于主清洁件951远离移动主机9的最低点与移动主机9的距离,以使挡板8与待清洁面具有干涉。即在清洁过程中,主清洁件951和挡板8与待清洁面均具有干涉,实现挡板8能够更加全面的阻挡垃圾,避免垃圾由挡板8与待清洁面之间溢出。挡板8与待清洁面是否干涉,可以根据挡板8的材质以及清洁环境而选择。
另一方面,本公开还提供一种清洁系统,包括如上述中任一项的清洁设备,以及基站20,清洁设备可选择性的停靠在基站20。
基站20可用于对清洁设备进行清洁、补水、充电等。清洁系统包括上述任一项的清洁设备,包括上述任一项清洁设备的优点,此处不再赘述。
本公开实施例提出的清洁系统包括本公开的实施例的边刷组件、清洁组件和清洁设备。由于本公开实施例提出的清洁系统与本公开的实施例的边刷组件、清洁组件和清洁设备。具有相同的优势,在此不再赘述。
上述具体示例中说明的技术特征可以在各个配置中实现。下面提供这种配置的一些示例。
在一些配置中,边刷组件包括底座和边刷件,所述边刷件连接在所述底座上,所述边
刷件包括刷毛,所述边刷件上设置有阻挡部,所述阻挡部在所述底座上的投影与所述刷毛在所述底座上的投影部分重合,以阻挡缠绕在所述边刷件上的毛发沿着所述边刷件的方向进入到所述底座上。
在进一步的配置中,所述边刷件还包括边刷臂,一端连接在所述底座上,另一端向远离所述底座的方向延伸,所述阻挡部设置于所述边刷臂上,所述刷毛连接在所述边刷臂的另一端,并向远离所述边刷臂的方向延伸。
在进一步的配置中,所述边刷臂上设置有阻挡凸起,所述阻挡凸起被配置为所述阻挡部。
在进一步的配置中,所述阻挡凸起上设置有凹部,所述凹部的开口侧朝向所述刷毛。
在进一步的配置中,所述凹部的开口侧具有大于或等于90°的夹角。
在进一步的配置中,所述阻挡凸起靠近所述边刷臂的另一端。
在进一步的配置中,所述阻挡凸起设置于所述边刷臂的底部。

在进一步的配置中,所述边刷臂包括多段臂体,多段所述臂体中,至少两段所述臂体的厚度不一。
在进一步的配置中,多段所述臂体的厚度沿向远离所述底座的方向依次变小;和/或,所述边刷臂沿所述底座至所述刷毛的方向包括依次设置、逐渐变细的第一臂体、第二臂体和第三臂体;和/或,所述边刷臂的至少部分的厚度向远离底座的方向由粗到细渐变。
在进一步的配置中,所述边刷件为多个,且多个所述边刷件的边刷臂在所述底座所在的平面上的投影呈螺旋渐开线。
在进一步的配置中,所述刷毛和相连接的所述边刷臂在所述底座所在的平面上相切。
在进一步的配置中,所述边刷件包括边刷臂和所述刷毛,所述边刷臂分布在所述底座周侧,所述刷毛连接在所述边刷臂远离所述底座的一端,所述底座配置为与清洁设备的驱动组件连接以使所述驱动组件驱动所述底座旋转,所述边刷臂在所述底座周向呈不对称结
构。
在进一步的配置中,所述边刷臂的数量为一个或两个。

- 一种边刷组件,其特征在于,包括:底座,边刷件,连接在所述底座上,所述边刷件包括刷毛,所述边刷件上设置有阻挡部,所述阻挡部在所述底座上的投影与所述刷毛在所述底座上的投影部分重合,以阻挡缠绕在所述边刷件上的毛发沿着所述边刷件的方向进入到所述底座上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的边刷组件,其特征在于,所述边刷件还包括边刷臂,一端连接在所述底座上,另一端向远离所述底座的方向延伸,所述阻挡部设置于所述边刷臂上,所述刷毛连接在所述边刷臂的另一端,并向远离所述边刷臂的方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的边刷组件,其特征在于,所述边刷臂上设置有阻挡凸起,所述阻挡凸起被配置为所述阻挡部。

- 根据权利要求34所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件中的一者为永磁体,另一者由磁性材料制成;或者,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件均为永磁体,所述第一磁性件具有第一磁极,所述第二磁性件具有第二磁极,所述第一磁极与所述第二磁极沿所述旋合轴向相对布置,且所述第一磁极和所述第二磁极为同名磁极。
- 根据权利要求34或35所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述传动部开设有第一容置空间,所述第一容置空间位于所述传动部的轴心区域,所述边刷组件开设有第二容置空间,所述第二容置空间位于所述传动部的轴心区域,所述第一磁性件和所述第二磁性件分别设置于所述第一容置空间和所述第二容置空间。
- 根据权利要求29至36中任一项所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述传动部包括有相连接的传动件和连接件,所述传动件用于传动连接于所述驱动组件;所述边刷组件和所述连接件中的一者形成有旋扣,另一者形成有旋合槽,所述旋扣可拆卸地旋合于所述旋合槽。
- 根据权利要求37所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述旋合槽包括:第一槽段,所述旋合槽的槽口位于所述第一槽段的一端;第二槽段,连通于所述第一槽段的另一端,所述第二槽段的延伸方向与所述第一槽段的延伸方向不同;第三槽段,连通于所述第二槽段,所述第三槽段位于所述第二槽段靠近于所述槽口的一侧,在所述旋扣位于所述第三槽段内的情况下,所述旋扣抵接于所述第三槽段的槽壁,以限制所述边刷组件向远离于所述连接件的方向移动。
- 根据权利要求37或38所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述传动件包括传动齿轮,所述连接件包括有连接杆,所述传动齿轮连接于所述连接杆的一端,且所述连接杆与所述传动齿轮同轴布置;其中,所述连接杆远离于所述传动齿轮的一端形成有所述旋合槽;或者,所述旋扣形成于所述连接杆的周侧,且远离于所述传动齿轮布置。
- 根据权利要求39所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述传动齿轮与所述连接杆为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求39或40所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述传动件开设有用于安装施力部的安装槽,且所述安装槽位于所述传动齿轮和/或所述连接杆的轴心区域。
- 根据权利要求29至41中任一项所述的清洁组件,其特征在于,所述边刷组件和所述传动部中的一者形成有内螺纹,另一者形成有外螺纹。
- 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括:移动主机,所述移动主机上设有驱动组件;清洁组件,所述清洁组件为权利要求29至42中任一项所述的清洁组件,所述传动部传动连接于所述驱动组件。
- 根据权利要求43所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括主清洁件、挡板和两个主动移动件,所述主动移动件用于移动所述移动主机,所述挡板与所述边刷均位于所述主清洁件的前方,且所述挡板位于两个所述主动移动件之间。
- 根据权利要求44所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板设置于所述移动主机上与所述边刷组件相对的一侧。
- 根据权利要求43至45中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括清洁件外框,所述主清洁件位于所述清洁件外框内;所述挡板的至少部分区域位于所述清洁件外框对应所述主清洁件轴向一端的区域的前方。
- 根据权利要求43至46中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板邻近所述主清洁件的一端与所述主清洁件的间距小于预设间距。
- 根据权利要求43至47中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括:随动移动件,所述随动移动件与所述移动主机连接,所述随动移动件用于跟随所述移动主机的移动而滚动;所述挡板相较所述随动移动件更靠近所述主清洁件。
- 根据权利要求43至48中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板相对所述边刷组件的一侧表面为平面;或者,所述挡板相对所述边刷组件的一侧表面,为向远离所述边刷组件凹陷的弧形面;或者,所述挡板相对所述边刷组件的一侧表面包括第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域与所述第二区域呈夹角设置;或者,所述挡板相对所述边刷组件的一侧表面包括第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域相较所述第二区域更靠近所述主清洁件,所述第一区域为弧形面,所述第二区域为平面;或者,所述挡板相对所述边刷组件的一侧表面包括第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域相较所述第二区域更靠近所述主清洁件,所述第一区域为弧形面,所述第二区域为平面,所述第二区域的延伸方向与所述主清洁件的轴向垂直。
- 根据权利要求43至49中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板包括第一端和第二端,所述挡板的第一端至所述挡板的第二端的方向与所述主清洁件的轴向呈预设夹角;所述预设夹角大于等于20度,且小于等于90度。
- 根据权利要求43至50中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述移动主机上设置有连接件,所述挡板通过所述连接件与所述移动主机可拆卸连接;所述挡板与不同的所述连接件连接时,所述挡板与所述主清洁件的轴向夹角不同。
- 根据权利要求43至51中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板与所述移动主机滑动连接,以改变所述挡板与所述主清洁件轴向上形成的角度。
- 根据权利要求43至52中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板至少部分为柔性。
- 根据权利要求43至53中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述挡板远离所述移动主机的最低点,相较所述主清洁件远离所述移动主机的最低点更靠近所述移动主机,以使所述挡板与待清洁面具有间隔;或者,所述挡板远离所述移动主机的最低点与所述移动主机的距离,不小于所述主清洁件远离所述移动主机的最低点与所述移动主机的距离,以使所述挡板与待清洁面具有干涉。
- 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括:清洁设备,所述清洁设备为上述权利要求43-54中任一项所述的清洁设备;基站,所述清洁设备可选择性的停靠在所述基站。
