背景技术
现有的智能清洁设备都带有清洁基站。智能清洁设备回到清洁基站后,可在清洁基站的清洗托盘中清洗清洁件。然而,清洁件清洗后的脏污容易残留在清洗托盘的清洗槽上,若不及时清理,会形成顽固的污渍。
发明内容
本申请提供一种清洁基站及清洁系统。
在本申请的第一方面,提供一种清洁基站,包括:基座;清洗托盘,与所述基座连接;刮洗清洁件,可转动式地与所述清洗托盘连接,用于清洁所述清洗托盘;清洗肋,架设于所述刮洗清洁件上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件;其中,所述刮洗清洁件与所述清洗肋相互独立。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗托盘可拆卸式地与所述基座连接,或,所述清洗托盘与所述基座固定连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗肋可拆卸式地与所述清洗托盘连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述刮洗清洁件可拆卸式地与所述清洗托盘连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洁基站还包括传动装置,所述传动装置至少部分安装于所述清洗托盘,所述刮洗清洁件可拆卸式地与所述传动装置连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述刮洗清洁件和所述传动装置其中一个设有第一卡扣,另一个开设有第一卡槽,所述第一卡扣可卡设于所述第一卡槽内。

请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,本申请第一方面实施例,提供一种清洁基站1000包括:基座10、清洗托盘20、刮洗清洁件30和清洗肋160。清洗托盘20与基座10连接。刮洗清洁件30可转动式地与清洗托盘20连接,用于清洁清洗托盘20。清洗肋160架设于刮洗清洁件30上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。刮洗清洁件30与清洗肋160相互独立,彼此之间没有连接关系和或彼此间可以相对运动。
清洗肋160可以与刮洗清洁件30间隔设置,清洗肋160也可以与刮洗清洁件30相贴。
清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制。
清洁元件可以为拖布。
由于清洗托盘20与基座10连接,因此,基座10能够支撑清洗托盘20。由于刮洗清洁件30可转动式地与清洗托盘20连接,用于清洁清洗托盘20,因此,在刮洗清洁件30转动的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。由于清洗肋160架设于刮洗清洁件30上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件,因此,在清洁设备行驶到基座10上时,清洗肋160可以挤压清洁设备的清洁元件,从而在清洁元件转动清洗过程中,能够将清洁元件的杂物及时清除,以达到清洁清洁元件的目的。由于刮洗清洁件30与清洗肋160相互独立,因此,可以避免清洗肋160干涉刮洗清洁件30的转动,以保证刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20的清洗效果。
在某些实施例中,为了进一步地保证清洗托盘20的清洁效果,清洗托盘20可拆卸式地与基座10连接,将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,可以在操作空间大的位置对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁,进一步地保证清洗托盘20的洁净,而且,在清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来后,基座10内被清洗托盘20所遮挡的部件被暴露出来,以便于检修,提高工作效率。
在某些实施例中,为了降低成本,清洗托盘20与基座10固定连接,减少了加工工序,提高了加工效率,同时,也保证了清洗托盘20与基座10连接的稳定性。其中,清洗托盘20可与基座10一体成型。
请参阅图1,在清洗肋160对清洁设备的清洁元件清洁完毕后,清洗肋160上可能残留有污物在某些实施例中,为了实现对清洗肋160的清洁,清洗肋160可拆卸式地与清洗托盘20连接,在清洗肋160上残留有污物时,可以将清洗肋160由清洗托盘20上拆卸下来,可以在空间充裕的地方对清洗肋160的清洁,也保证了对清洗肋160的清洁效果。
由于刮洗清洁件30在使用一段时间后,会存在磨损,在某些实施例中,刮洗清洁件30可拆卸式地与清洗托盘20连接,在需要对刮洗清洁件30进行更换或检修时,将磨损的或旧的刮洗清洁件30由清洗托盘20上拆卸下来,再将检修完毕或更换后的刮洗清洁件30安装在清洗托盘20上即可,不需要将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,操作简便,便于更换或检修,提高效率。
请参阅图1,在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20开设有清洗槽201,刮洗清洁件30可以与清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁接触,动作的刮洗清洁件30能够利对清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁进行清洁,从而提高对清洗槽201的清洗效果。
在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,清洁基站1000还包括传动装置,传动装置至少部分安装于清洗托盘20,刮洗清洁件30可拆卸式地与传动装置连接,传动装置可以将动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以带动刮洗清洁件30转动。
在某些实施例中,为了便于更换将刮洗清洁件30,可以将刮洗清洁件30由传动装置上拆卸下来,以便于对刮洗清洁件30进行检修或更换。
请参阅图20、图21和图22,在某些实施例中,为了便于刮洗清洁件30在传动装置上的拆装,刮洗清洁件30和传动装置其中一个设有第一卡扣306,另一个开设有第一卡槽110,第一卡扣306可卡设于第一卡槽110内,当要将刮洗清洁件30由传动装置上拆卸下来时,将第一卡扣306与第一卡槽110分离,使得刮洗清洁件30可以与传动装置分离,当要将刮洗清洁件30安装在传动装置上时,将第一卡扣306卡设于第一卡槽110,使得刮洗清洁件30可以与传动装置连接,降低了拆装难度,提高了拆装效率。
在某些实施例中,刮洗清洁件30可以设有第一卡扣306,传动装置可以开设有第一卡槽110。当然,在其它某些实施例中,传动装置可以设有第一卡扣306,刮洗清洁件30可以开设有第一卡槽110。
请参阅图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10、图11和图12,在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,传动装置包括:第一传动接头40、第二传动接头50和传动组件120。第一传动接头40设于清洗托盘20,并与刮洗清洁件30连接,以使刮洗清洁件30转动。第二传动接头50设于基座10,并可分离式地与第一传动接头40连接。传动组件120与第二传动接头50连接。

在某些实施例中,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,通过第二腔室2022的腔壁对第二限位件100进行限位,可以避免第一传动件401沿第一传动件401的轴向脱离第一限位件202,保证了第一传动件401安装的稳定性,同时,第二限位件100可活动式地设于第一腔室2021内,也就是说,在第一传动件401动作的过程中,第二限位件100通过第二连接件90会随着第一传动件401的动作而动作,可以避免干涉第一传动件401的动作,保证了第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,第二连接件90设于第二腔室2022内,通过第二腔室2022的内壁对第二连接件90进行限位,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,避免第二连接件90与第一传动件401脱离,保证了第二连接件90安装的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了避免干涉第一传动件401的动作,第二连接件90可活动式地设于第二腔室2022内,也就是说,在第一传动件401通过第一连接件402带动刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,第二连接件90可以随着第一传动件401的动作而动作,保证了刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性。
请参阅图5和图9,在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动件401与第二传动接头50的连接和分离,第二连接件90可与第一传动件401卡接,也就是说,第二连接件90和第一传动件401其中一个设有第二卡扣,另一个开设有第二卡槽,在第一传动件401与第二传动接头50连接时,第二卡扣卡设于第二卡槽内,在第一传动件401与第二传动接头50分离时,第二卡扣与第二卡槽分离。
在某些实施例中,第二连接件90可以设有第二卡扣,第一传动件401可以开设有第二卡槽。当然,在其它某些实施例中,第一传动件401可以设有第二卡扣,第二连接件90可以开设有第二卡槽。
请参阅图9、图18、图19和图20,在某些实施例中,为了实现第一传动接头40带动刮洗清洁件30转动,刮洗清洁件30还包括与第一联动件301,第一传动接头40还包括第二联动件403,第一联动件301和第二联动件403其中一个开设有传动槽4031,另一个嵌设于传动槽4031内。其中,第二联动件403与第一传动件401连接。
请参阅图20,在某些实施例中,当需要刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20进行清洁时,第一联动件301和第二联动件403其中一个开设有传动槽4031,另一个嵌设于传动槽4031内,第一传动接头40将动力通过第二联动件403和传动槽4031的槽壁将动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以实现刮洗清洁件30的转动。
在某些实施例,为了保证动力传递的稳定性,传动槽4031的形状为非圆形,如方形、扇形、椭圆形、三角形或多边形。
在某些实施例中,第一联动件301可以开设有传动槽4031,第二联动件403可嵌设于传动槽4031内。当然,在其它一些实施例中,第二联动件403可以开设有传动槽4031,第一联动件301可嵌设于传动槽4031内。
请参阅图10、图11和图12,在某些实施例中,为了保证清洗托盘20的清洗空间,第二传动接头50位于清洗托盘20的底部,可以避免第二传动接头50侵占清洗托盘20的清洗空间,使得清洗托盘有足够的清洗空间容纳清洁设备的清洁元件,保证清洗托盘可以充分清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。

在某些实施例中,在将清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,以实现第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接。在将清洗托盘20与基座10分离时,凸起60与凹槽70分离,以实现第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离。
在某些实施例中,通过凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,凸起60和凹槽70不仅实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,也实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的定位,进一步地便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,同时,凸起60和凹槽70实现了一件两用,降低了成本。
在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接和分离,第一传动接头40具有朝向第二传动接头50的第一端面,第二传动接头50具有朝向第一传动接头40的第二端面,凸起60和凹槽70其中一个设于第一端面,另一个设于第二端面。
在某些实施例中,凸起60的数目可以为一个或多个,凹槽70的数目可以为一个或多个。
在某些实施例中,在凸起60和凹槽70的数目为多个时,沿第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50径向,第一端面和第二端面其中一个设有多个凸起60,另一个开设有多个凹槽70,以便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接。
在某些实施例中,第一端面可以设置凸起60,第二端面可以设置凹槽70。当然,在其它某些实施例中,第一端面可以设置凹槽70,第二端面可以设置凸起60。
在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,第一传动接头40的第一传动件401和第二传动接头50的第二传动件501其中一个设有凸起60,另一个设有凹槽70。
请参阅图3和图15,在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,基座10和清洗托盘20其中一个设有第三定位件203,另一个开设有定位槽103,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,第三定位件203嵌设于定位槽103内,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接。
在某些实施例中,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,第三定位件203嵌设于定位槽103内,以保证清洗托盘20在基座10上的安装位置确定,以便于清洗托盘20的安装,提高了工作效率,同时,可以保证第一传动接头40的位置确定,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,进一步地提高了工作效率。
在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20可以设有第三定位件203,基座10可以开设有定位槽103。当然,在其它某些实施例中,基座10可以设有第三定位件203,清洗托盘20可以开设有定位槽103。
在某些实施例中,第三定位件203和定位槽103的数目可以为一个或多个。在第三定位件203和定位槽103的数目为多个时,第三定位件203可嵌设于相对应的定位槽103内。
请参阅图1,为避免抽吸管件在排污时发生堵塞,清洁基站1000还包括:抽吸管件和过滤件170。抽吸管件一端伸入至清洗托盘20内。过滤件170设于清洗托盘20内,且连通清洗托盘20和抽吸管件,抽吸管件的至少部分伸入至过滤件170的内侧,经过过滤件170过滤后的液体进入过滤件170内侧,再通过抽吸管件排出。
请参阅图1和图17,在某些实施例中,基座10上设有用于将清洁设备引导至清洗托盘20处的导引坡面104,该导引坡面104自清洗托盘20的一侧顶缘处斜向下延伸,导引坡面104的坡度优选为10~30°。导引坡面104上设有防滑纹105,该防滑纹105对应于清洁设备的驱动轮设置,用以增加导引坡面104与清洁设备之间的摩擦力,提升清洁设备在导引坡面104的行走稳定性。
请参阅图5、图14和图19,在某些实施例中,为了实现刮洗清洁件30在清洗托盘20上的进行转动,清洗托盘20具有第一限位件202,刮洗清洁件30具有第四连接件302,第四连接件302套设于第一限位件202,也就是说,第四连接件302与第一限位件202没有连接关系,以保证刮洗清洁件30可以在清洗托盘20上转动顺畅,同时,第一限位件202可以对第四连接件302进行限位,在刮洗清洁件30的径向上实现对刮洗清洁件30的限位,以保证刮洗清洁件30在清洗托盘20上转动的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了保证清洗托盘30的清洁效果,刮洗清洁件30的数目为一个或多个,通过一个或多个刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20进行清洁。
在某些实施例中,在刮洗清洁件30的数目为多个时,多个刮洗清洁件30的结构相同,也就是说,多个刮洗清洁件30的部件可以进行互换,以降低成本。
请参阅图18、图19、图20、图21和图22,在某些实施例中,为了实现清洁清洗托盘20,刮洗清洁件30包括:支撑件303、第四连接件302和刮洗件304。支撑件303可拆卸式地与传动装置连接。第四连接件302与支撑件303连接。刮洗件304与第四连接件302连接,刮洗件304与清洗托盘20相接触,刮洗件304向远离支撑件303中部的方向延伸。
在某些实施例中,将支撑件303安装于传动装置上,刮洗件304与清洗托盘20相接触,传动装置将动力传递给支撑件303,支撑件303通过第四连接件302带动刮洗件304在清洗托盘20内转动,在刮洗件304转动的过程中,刮洗件304能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。
在某些实施例中,当需要对支撑件303、第四连接件302和/或刮洗件304进行检修或更换时,可以将支撑件303直接由传动装置上拆卸下来,不需要将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,然后,将检修完成或更换后的支撑件303、第四连接件302和/或刮洗件304进行安装,减少了拆装步骤,提高了拆装效率。
在某些实施例中,支撑件303的形状可以为圆形,刮洗件304沿支撑件303的径向向远离支撑件303中部的方向延伸。
请参阅图21和图22,在某些实施例中,为了保证刮洗件304对清洗托盘20的清洁效果,刮洗件304朝向清洗托盘20的端面上开设有凹口3041,凹口3041的两侧均设有并列间隔的多个凸包305。
在某些实施例中,在支撑件303通过第四连接件302带动刮洗件304转动的过程中,凹口3041的两侧中的一侧会与清洗托盘20接触,以对清洗托盘20进行清洁,另一侧的多个凸包305会与清洗托盘20接触,以使凹口3041内的水通过每两个相邻的凸包305之间的间隙流出,保证了刮洗件304对清洗托盘20的清洁效果。
在某些实施例,刮洗件304可以为柔性刮洗件,其材质可以为橡胶或塑料。
本申请第二方面实施例,提供一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和的清洁基站1000。
在某些实施例中,清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种清洁基站,包括:
    基座;
    清洗托盘,与所述基座连接;
    刮洗清洁件,可转动式地与所述清洗托盘连接,用于清洁所述清洗托盘;
    清洗肋,架设于所述刮洗清洁件之上,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件;
    其中,所述刮洗清洁件与所述清洗肋相互独立。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗托盘可拆卸式地与所述基座连接,或,所述清洗托盘与所述基座固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗肋可拆卸式地与所述清洗托盘连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件可拆卸式地与所述清洗托盘连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洁基站还包括传动装置,所述传动装置至少部分安装于所述清洗托盘,所述刮洗清洁件可拆卸式地与所述传动装置连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件和所述传动装置其中一个设有第一卡扣,另一个开设有第一卡槽,所述第一卡扣可卡设于所述第一卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,所述传动装置包括:
    第一传动接头,设于所述清洗托盘,并与所述刮洗清洁件连接,以使所述刮洗清洁件转动;
    第二传动接头,设于所述基座,并可与所述第一传动接头可分离式地连接;
    传动组件,与所述第二传动接头连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一传动接头包括:
    第一传动件,设于所述清洗托盘内,并与所述第二传动接头连接;
    第一连接件,与所述第一传动件连接,并可拆卸式地与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗托盘具有第一限位件,所述第一传动件设于所述第一限位件内,所述第一连接件穿设于所述第一限位件与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁基站,其中,沿所述第一传动件的轴向,所述第一限位件具有第一腔室和与所述第一腔室连通的第二腔室,所述第一腔室的直径大于所述第二腔室的直径,所述第一腔室与所述第二传动接头之间的间距小于所述第二腔室与所述第二传动接头之间的间距,所述清洁基站还包括:
    第二连接件,与所述第一传动件连接;
    第二限位件,可活动式地设于所述第一腔室内,并与所述第二连接件连接,所述第二限位件的外径大于所述第二腔室的直径。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件还包括与第一联动件,所述第一传动接头还包括第二联动件,所述第一联动件和所述第二联动件其中一个开设有传动槽,另一个嵌设于所述传动槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第二传动接头位于所述清洗托盘的底部。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第二传动接头包括:
    第二传动件,与所述第一传动接头连接;
    第三连接件,与所述第二传动件连接,并穿设于所述基座与所述传动组件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述传动组件包括多个第三传动件,多个第三传动件并排设置。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一传动接头和所述第二传动接头其中一个设有至少一个凸起,另一个开设有至少一个凹槽,在所述清洗托盘与所述基座连接时,所述凸起可嵌设于所述凹槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗托盘具有第一限位件,所述刮洗清洁件具有第四连接件,所述第四连接件套设于所述第一限位件。
  17. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件的数目为一个或多个。
  18. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件包括:
    支撑件,可拆卸式地与传动装置连接;
    第四连接件,与所述支撑件连接;
    刮洗件,与所述第四连接件连接,并与所述清洗托盘相接触。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗件朝向清洗托盘的端面上开设有凹口,所述凹口的两侧均设有并列间隔的多个凸包。
  20. 一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和如权利要求1-19任一项所述的清洁基站。
