背景技术
现有的智能清洁设备都带有清洁基站。智能清洁设备回到清洁基站后,可在清洁基站的清洗托盘中清洗清洁件。然而,清洁件清洗后的脏污容易残留在清洗托盘的清洗槽上,若不及时清理,会形成顽固的污渍。
发明内容
本申请提供一种清洁基站及清洁系统。
在本申请的第一方面,提供一种清洁基站包括:基座;清洗托盘,设置于所述基座;清洗肋,设置于所述清洗托盘,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件;刮洗清洁件,可活动式地设置于所述清洗肋上,用于清洁所述清洗托盘;驱动组件,设于所述基座,用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件相对于所述清洗肋动作,并清洁所述清洗托盘。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗肋开设有容纳槽,所述刮洗清洁件具有安装件,所述安装件可转动式地设于所述容纳槽内。
在一些实施方式中,所述刮洗清洁件和所述清洗肋其中一个开设有与所述容纳槽连通的环形槽,另一个具有限位件,所述限位件可滑动式地设于所述环形槽内。
在一些实施方式中,所述清洗肋包括:清洗件;支撑件,可拆卸式地与所述清洗件连接,所述环形槽或所述限位件设于所述支撑件。

请参阅图1、图2和图3,本申请第一方面实施例,提供一种清洁基站1000包括:基座10、清洗托盘20、清洗肋130、刮洗清洁件30及驱动组件。清洗托盘20设置于基座10。清洗肋130设置于清洗托盘20,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。刮洗清洁件30可活动式地设置于清洗肋130上,用于清洁清洗托盘20。驱动组件设于基座10,用于驱动刮洗清洁件30相对于清洗肋130动作,并清洁清洗托盘20。
清洁设备可以是洗地机、扫地机器人、扫地机等,本申请实施例不做限制。
清洁元件可以为拖布。
由于清洗托盘20设置于基座10,因此,基座10能够支撑清洗托盘20。由于清洗肋130设置于清洗托盘20,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件,因此,在清洁设备行驶到基座10上时,清洗肋130可以挤压清洁设备的清洁元件,从而在清洁设备的清洁元件转动清洗过程中,能够将清洁设备的清洁元件的杂物及时清除,以达到清洁清洁设备的清洁元件的目的。由于刮洗清洁件30可活动式地设置于清洗肋130上,用于清洁清洗托盘20,驱动组件设于基座10,用于驱动刮洗清洁件30相对于清洗肋130动作,并清洁清洗托盘20,因此,当要清洁清洁托盘时,驱动组件驱动刮洗清洁件30相对于清洗肋130动作,在刮洗清洁件30动作的过程中,刮洗清洁件30能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作,提升了用户体验。
请参阅图4、图5、图6和图7,在某些实施例中,为了使得刮洗清洁件30可活动式地设置于清洗肋130,清洗肋130开设有容纳槽1301,刮洗清洁件30具有安装件301,安装件301可转动式地设于容纳槽1301内,通过容纳槽1301容纳安装件30,使得安装件301可以在容纳槽1301内转动,以保证驱动组件可以驱动刮洗清洁件30相对于清洗肋130动作。
请参阅图6,在某些实施例中,在安装件30的径向上,容纳槽1301的槽壁可以实现对安装件30的限位,避免安装件301的位置方向变化,保证安装件301转动的稳定性,保证了刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20的清洁效果。
请参阅图6,在某些实施例中,为了进一步地实现对刮洗清洁件30的限位,刮洗清洁件30和清洗肋130其中一个开设有与容纳槽1301连通的环形槽1302,另一个具有限位件302,限位件302可滑动式地设于环形槽1302内,环形槽1302的槽壁可以实现对限位件302的限位,避免限位件302的位置方向变化,保证限位件302转动的稳定性,保证了刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20的清洁效果,同时,环形槽1302使得限位件302可以相对于清洗肋130转动,以保证刮洗清洁件30转动的稳定性。
请参阅图6,在某些实施例中,清洗肋130可以开设有与容纳槽1301连通的环形槽1302,刮洗清洁件可以30具有限位件302。当然,在其它一些实施例中,刮洗清洁件30可以开设有与容纳槽1301连通的环形槽1302,清洗肋130可以具有限位件302。
请参阅图6,在某些实施例中,为了实现支撑刮洗清洁件30,清洗肋130包括:清洗件1303和支撑件1304。支撑件1304可拆卸式地与清洗件1303连接,环形槽1302或限位件302设于支撑件1304。
在某些实施例中,在将安装件301安装于容纳槽1301内时,可以将支撑件1304与清洗件1303连接,以使支撑件1304可以支撑刮洗清洁件30,避免刮洗清洁件30沿安装件301的轴向掉落,保证刮洗清洁件30安装的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,支撑件1304可通过卡扣与清洗件1303连接,以便于支撑件1304与清洗件1303的拆装,提高了安装效率。
请参阅图1,在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20开设有清洗槽201,刮洗清洁件30可以与清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁接触,动作的刮洗清洁件30能够利对清洗槽201的底壁和/或侧壁进行清洁,从而提高对清洗槽201的清洗效果。
在某些实施例中,为了清洁清洗托盘20,刮洗清洁件30的动作方式包括转动、移动和/或摆动,刮洗清洁件30通过转动、移动和/或摆动的动作方式,能够对清洗托盘20进行清洁,能够及时清理清洗托盘20内的脏污,避免脏污残留在清洗托盘20内形成顽固污渍,保证了清洗托盘20的洁净,从而减少了用户的清洗工作。
在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,清洁基站1000还包括传动装置,传动装置至少部分安装于清洗肋130内,传动装置与驱动组件和刮洗清洁件30连接,传动装置可以将驱动组件的动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以带动刮洗清洁件30转动。
请参阅图1、图2、图3、图7、图9、图13、图14和图15,在某些实施例中,为了实现动力的传递,传动装置包括:第一传动接头40、第二传动接头50和传动组件120。第一传动接头40设于清洗肋130,并与刮洗清洁件30连接,以使刮洗清洁件30转动。第二传动接头50设于基座10,并与第一传动接头40连接。传动组件120与第二传动接头50连接。

请参阅图3和图7,在某些实施例中,为了实现密封性,清洁基站1000还包括:密封件80。密封件80与清洗肋130连接,用于封闭容纳槽1301的开口,可以避免清洗托盘20内的污水和/或杂质通过容纳槽1301的开口进入容纳槽1301内,避免污水和/或杂质侵蚀齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和涡轮组4023,保证齿轮组4021、连杆组4022和涡轮组4023的使用寿命,同时,也提升了用户体验。
请参阅图9、图10和图11,在某些实施例中,为了保证清洗托盘20的清洗空间,第二传动接头50位于清洗托盘20的侧部,可以避免第二传动接头50侵占清洗托盘20的清洗空间,使得清洗托盘有足够的清洗空间容纳清洁设备的清洁元件,保证清洗托盘可以充分清洁清洁设备的清洁元件。
请参阅图9、图10、图11、图13、图14、图15和图17,在某些实施例中,为了将动力传递至第一传动接头40,第二传动接头50包括:第二传动件501和第二连接件502。第二传动件501可分离式地与第一传动接头40连接。第二连接件502与第二传动件501连接,并穿设于基座10与传动组件120连接。
在某些实施例中,传动组件120将动力传递给第二连接件502,第二连接件502通过第二传动件501将动力传递给第一传动接头40,以使第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。
请参阅图1,在某些实施例中,基座10的底部开设有安装槽102,以降低清洗托盘20在基座10上高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
请参阅图9、图10和图11,某些实施例中,为了降低清洗托盘20在基座10上的高度,传动组件120包括多个第三传动件1201,多个第三传动件1201位于清洗托盘20外,以减小多个第三传动件1201在基座10的高度方向上侵占清洗托盘20的安装空间,在清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,可以降低清洗托盘20的高度,便于清洁设备行走至清洗托盘20的上方。
在某些实施例中,多个第三传动件1201中一个第三传动件1201与第二传动接头50连接,以将动力传递给第二传动接头50,多个第三传动件1201中每相邻的两个第三传动件1201连接,以实现动力的传递。其中,第三传动件1201可以为传动轴,每两个相邻的传动轴之间可通过连接带实现连接,以实现动力的传递。
请参阅图12,在某些实施例中,在某些实施例中,转轴上设有摩擦区域1202,连接带套设于摩擦区域1202上,以增大摩擦,保证转轴动作的稳定性。其中,转轴上具有多个凸出,以形成摩擦区域1202。
在某些实施例中,为了保证清洗托盘30的清洁效果,刮洗清洁件30的数目为一个或多个,通过一个或多个刮洗清洁件30对清洗托盘20进行清洁。
在某些实施例中,在刮洗清洁件30的数目为多个时,多个刮洗清洁件30的结构相同,也就是说,多个刮洗清洁件30的部件可以进行互换,以降低成本。
请参阅图1,在某些实施例中,为了驱动刮洗清洁件30动作,清洁基站1000还包括:驱动器100和减速器90。驱动器100设于基座10上,并与减速器90连接。减速器90与传动组件120连接。
在某些实施例中,当要清洁清洗托盘20时,启动驱动器100,驱动器100的动力通过减速器90传递给传动组件120,传动组件120可以将动力通过第二传动接头50传递至第一传动接头40,使得第一传动接头40可以带动刮洗清洁件30动作。

在某些实施例中,在将清洗托盘20安装于基座10时,凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,以实现第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接。在将清洗托盘20与基座10分离时,凸起60与凹槽70分离,以实现第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离,不需要进行的过多的动作,以便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50的分离。
在某些实施例中,通过凸起60嵌设于凹槽70内,凸起60和凹槽70不仅实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,也实现了第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的定位,进一步地便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50的连接,同时,凸起60和凹槽70实现了一件两用,降低了成本。
在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40和第二传动接头50之间的连接和分离,第一传动接头40具有朝向第二传动接头50的第一端面,第二传动接头50具有朝向第一传动接头40的第二端面,凸起60和凹槽70其中一个设于第一端面,另一个设于第二端面。
在某些实施例中,凸起60的数目可以为一个或多个,凹槽70的数目可以为一个或多个。

在清洗肋130对清洁设备的清洁元件清洁完毕后,清洗肋130上可能残留有污物,在某些实施例中,为了实现对清洗肋130的清洁,清洗肋130可拆卸式地与清洗托盘20固定连接,在清洗肋130上残留有污物时,可以将清洗肋130由清洗托盘20上拆卸下来,可以在空间充裕的地方对清洗肋130的清洁,也保证了对清洗肋130的清洁效果,在清洗肋130安装在清洗托盘20上时,清洗肋130相对于清洗托盘20固定,也就是说,清洗肋130相对于清洗托盘20不会发生动作,保证刮洗清洁件30动作的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了进一步地保证清洗托盘20的清洁效果,清洗托盘20可拆卸式地与基座10连接,将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,可以在操作空间大的位置对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁,进一步地保证清洗托盘20的洁净,而且,在清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来后,基座10内被清洗托盘20所遮挡的部件被暴露出来,以便于检修,提高工作效率。
在某些实施例中,为了便于第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,基座10和清洗托盘20其中一个设有定位件,另一个开设有定位槽,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,定位件嵌设于定位槽内,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接。
在某些实施例中,在清洗托盘20与基座10连接时,定位件嵌设于定位槽内,以保证清洗托盘20在基座10上的安装位置确定,以便于清洗托盘20的安装,提高了工作效率,同时,可以保证第一传动接头40的位置确定,使得第一传动接头40能够与第二传动接头50连接,进一步地提高了工作效率。
在某些实施例中,清洗托盘20可以设有定位件,基座10可以开设有定位槽。当然,在其它某些实施例中,基座10可以设有定位件,清洗托盘20可以开设有定位槽。
在某些实施例中,定位件和定位槽的数目可以为一个或多个。在定位件和定位槽的数目为多个时,定位件可嵌设于相对应的定位槽内。
请参阅图1,为避免抽吸管件150在排污时发生堵塞,清洁基站1000还包括:抽吸管件150和过滤件140。抽吸管件150一端伸入至清洗托盘20内。过滤件140设于清洗托盘20内,并与清洗肋130连接,且连通清洗托盘20和抽吸管件150,抽吸管件150的至少部分伸入至过滤件140的内侧,经过过滤件140过滤后的液体进入过滤件140内侧,再通过抽吸管件150排出。
请参阅图1,在某些实施例中,基座10上设有用于将清洁设备引导至清洗托盘20处的导引坡面103,该导引坡面103自清洗托盘20的一侧顶缘处斜向下延伸,导引坡面103的坡度优选为10~30°。导引坡面103上设有防滑纹101,该防滑纹101对应于清洁设备的驱动轮设置,用以增加导引坡面103与清洁设备之间的摩擦力,提升清洁设备在导引坡面103的行走稳定性。
本申请第二方面实施例,提供一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和的清洁基站1000。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种清洁基站,包括:
    基座;
    清洗托盘,设置于所述基座;
    清洗肋,设置于所述清洗托盘,用于清洁清洁设备的清洁元件;
    刮洗清洁件,可活动式地设置于所述清洗肋上,用于清洁所述清洗托盘;
    驱动组件,设于所述基座,用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件相对于所述清洗肋动作,并清洁所述清洗托盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗肋开设有容纳槽,所述刮洗清洁件具有安装件,所述安装件可转动式地设于所述容纳槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件和所述清洗肋其中一个开设有与所述容纳槽连通的环形槽,另一个具有限位件,所述限位件可滑动式地设于所述环形槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗肋包括:
    清洗件;
    支撑件,可拆卸式地与所述清洗件连接,所述环形槽或所述限位件设于所述支撑件。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清洁基站,所述清洁基站还包括传动装置,所述传动装置至少部分安装于所述清洗肋,所述传动装置与所述驱动组件和所述刮洗清洁件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁基站,其中,所述传动装置包括:
    第一传动接头,设于所述清洗肋,并与所述刮洗清洁件连接,以使所述刮洗清洁件转动;
    第二传动接头,设于所述基座,并可分离式地与所述第一传动接头连接;
    传动组件,与所述第二传动接头连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一传动接头包括:
    第一传动件,设于所述清洗肋,并与所述第二传动接头连接;
    第一连接件,与所述第一传动件连接,并与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第一连接件包括:
    齿轮组,设于所述清洗肋内,并与所述第一传动件连接;
    连杆组,设于所述清洗肋内,并与所述齿轮组连接;
    涡轮组,设于所述清洗肋内,并与所述连杆组连接,所述涡轮组与所述刮洗清洁件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,所述第二传动接头位于所述清洗托盘的侧部。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁基站,其中,所述第二传动接头包括:
    第二传动件,可分离式地与所述第一传动接头连接;
    第二连接件,与所述第二传动件连接,并与所述传动组件连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗肋可拆卸式地与所述清洗托盘连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述清洗托盘可拆卸式地与所述基座连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清洁基站,其中,所述刮洗清洁件的动作方式包括转动、移动和/或摆动。
  14. 一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和如权利要求1-13任一项所述的清洁基站。
