在某些实施例中,为了进一步地保证清洗托盘20的清洁效果,清洗托盘20可拆卸式地与基座10连接,将清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来,可以在操作空间大的位置对清洗托盘20进行深度清洁,进一步地保证清洗托盘20的洁净。而且,在清洗托盘20由基座10上拆卸下来后,基座10内被清洗托盘20所遮挡的部件被暴露出来,以便于检修,提高工作效率。
在某些实施例中,为了降低成本,清洗托盘20与基座10一体成型,减少了加工工序,提高了加工效率,同时,也保证了清洗托盘20与基座10连接的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,为了实现动力传动,清洁基站1000还包括传动装置,传动装置至少部分安装于清洗托盘20,传动装置与驱动组件和刮洗清洁件30连接,传动装置可以将驱动组件的动力传递给刮洗清洁件30,以带动刮洗清洁件30转动。

根据本申请一个或多个实施例提供的清洁控制方法,在刮洗清洁件执行清洁任务时,确定刮洗清洁件是否按照清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。也就是说,在刮洗清洁件进行动作以对清洗托盘进行清洁的过程中,当刮洗清洁件被污渍内的异物卡住,导致刮洗清洁件无法正常动作时,确定刮洗清洁件未按照清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,控制刮洗清洁件按照第一预设幅值执行回退,控制刮洗清洁件再次按照清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。也就是说,在刮洗清洁件被异物卡住时,控制刮洗清洁件按第一预设幅值回退,并且再次按照清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,在摩擦力的作用下,以使异物与刮洗清洁件分离,使得异物不再卡住刮洗清洁件,保证刮洗清洁件可正常动作,以实现对清洗托盘的清洁,保证了清洗托盘的清洁效果。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者多个特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种清洁控制方法,应用于清洁基站(1000),所述清洁基站(1000)包括清洗托盘(20)和可活动设于所述清洗托盘(20)内的刮洗清洁件(30),所述刮洗清洁件(30)用于清洁所述清洗托盘(20),所述清洁控制方法包括:
    在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作;
    当所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退;以及
    控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)再次按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁控制方法,还包括:
    在所述刮洗清洁件(30)再次执行所述清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作;
    当所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第二预设幅值执行回退;
    控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)再次按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁控制方法,其中:
    对刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,进行计数,得到计数值;
    判断所述计数值是否大于等于设定数值;
    若计数值大于等于所述设定数值,输出报警信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述报警信号可被智能终端所接收。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可转动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设角度值;
    所述控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退包括:
    控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照预设角度值执行回转。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可摆动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设摆动值;
    所述控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退包括:
    控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照预设摆动值执行回摆。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可移动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设移动值;
    所述控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退包括:
    控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照预设移动值执行回移。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作的驱动组件,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作包括:
    在所述驱动组件驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作时,获取所述驱动组件的驱动电流;
    当所述驱动电流大于设定电流值,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括触发件(40)、检测件(50)和清洗肋(90),所述触发件(40)和检测件(50)其中一个设于所述刮洗清洁件(30),所述触发件(40)和检测件(50)中另一个设于所述清洗托盘(20)或清洗肋(90),在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作包括:
    在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述检测件(50)在预设时间内是否感测到所述触发件(40);
    当所述检测件(50)未感测到所述触发件(40),确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作的驱动器和用于计算所述驱动器转动次数的计数器,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作包括:
    在所述驱动器驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作时,所述计数器获取所述驱动器的转动圈数;
    确定所述驱动器转动圈数在预设时间内是否增加;
    当所述驱动器转动圈数没有增加时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的清洁控制方法,其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括清洗肋(90)和光遮断传感器(60),所述光遮断传感器(60)包括光发射器和光接收器;所述光发射器设于所述清洗托盘(20)和所述清洗肋(90)中之一上,所述光接收器设置于所述清洗托盘(20)和所述清洗肋(90)中另一个上,所述光发射器和所述光接收器彼此相对设置,所述刮洗清洁件在动作过程中可经过所述光发射器和所述光接收器彼此间的光路,所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作包括:
    在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,在预设时间内,确定光遮断传感器是否产生感测信号;
    当所述光遮断传感器(60)未产生感测信号时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  12. 一种清洁控制装置,应用于清洁基站(1000),所述清洁基站(1000)包括清洗托盘(20)和可活动设于所述清洗托盘(20)内的刮洗清洁件(30),所述刮洗清洁件(30)用于清洁所述清洗托盘(20),所述清洁控制装置包括:
    判断模块,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)执行清洁任务时,确定所述刮洗清洁件(30)是否按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作;
    第一控制模块,当所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退;以及
    第二控制模块,控制所述刮洗清洁件(30)再次按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  13. 一种清洁基站(1000),包括控制器,所述控制器用于执行权利要求1-11中任一项所述的清洁控制方法。
  14. 一种清洁基站(1000),包括:
    清洗托盘(20);
    刮洗清洁件(30),可活动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20),用于清洁所述清洗托盘(20);以及
    驱动组件,与所述刮洗清洁件(30)连接,用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作;
    其中,所述驱动组件用于当所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)按照第一预设幅值执行回退,以使所述刮洗清洁件(30)再次按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,在所述刮洗清洁件未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)能够按照第二预设幅值回退,并能够按照所述清洁任务的预设方法动作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述清洁基站还包括控制器;
    在计数值大于等于所述设定数值时,控制器输出报警信号;
    其中,所述计数值为所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作,进行计数所得到的。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述控制器与智能终端通信连接,以使所述智能终端能够接收所述控制器输出的报警信号。
  18. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可转动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设角度值,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可按照预设角度值回转。
  19. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可摆动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设摆动值,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可按照预设摆动值回转。
  20. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可移动式地设于所述清洗托盘(20)内,所述第一预设幅值包括预设移动值,在所述刮洗清洁件(30)未按照所述清洁任务的预设方法执行动作的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)可按照预设移动值回转。
  21. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,在所述驱动组件的驱动电流大于设定电流值的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)能够按照所述第一预设幅值回退。
  22. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括触发件(40)、检测件(50)和清洗肋(90),所述触发件(40)和检测件(50)其中一个设于所述刮洗清洁件(30),所述触发件(40)和检测件(50)中另一个设于所述清洗托盘(20)或清洗肋(90);
    其中,在所述检测件(50)未在预设时间内感测到所述触发件(40)的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)能够按照所述第一预设幅值回退。
  23. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述驱动组件包括用于驱动所述刮洗清洁件(30)动作的驱动器,所述清洁基站(1000)包括用于计算所述驱动器转动次数的计数器;
    其中,在所述驱动器转动圈数在预设时间内没有增加的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)能够按照所述第一预设幅值回退。
  24. 根据权利要求14-17中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),其中,所述清洁基站(1000)包括清洗肋(90)和光遮断传感器(60),所述光遮断传感器(60)包括光发射器(601)和光接收器(602);所述光发射器(601)设于所述清洗托盘(20)和所述清洗肋(90)中之一上,所述光接收器(602)设置于所述清洗托盘(20)和所述清洗肋(90)中另一个上,所述光发射器(601)和所述光接收器(602)彼此相对设置,所述刮洗清洁件在动作过程中可经过所述光发射器(601)和所述光接收器(602)彼此间的光路;
    其中,在所述光遮断传感器(60)未产生感测信号的条件下,所述刮洗清洁件(30)能够按照所述第一预设幅值回退。
  25. 一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备和如权利要求13-24中任一项所述的清洁基站(1000),所述清洁设备可位于所述清洁基站(1000)的清洗托盘(20)上。
