Abstract

 特許文献1に開示されている吸着フィルタは、第1帯状体と、第2帯状体と、を備えている。各帯状体は、吸着剤を担持している。第1帯状体は、平板状である。第2帯状体は、当該第2帯状態の長さ方向に沿って周期的に凹凸が繰り返される波状である。第1帯状体及び第2帯状体は、互いに重ねられている。また、第1帯状体及び第2帯状体は、各帯状態の幅方向が中心軸線の方向に一致するように、巻かれている。これにより、第1帯状体及び第2帯状体の外形は、全体として円筒状になっている。また、吸着フィルタは、第1帯状体と第2帯状体との間に間隙を有する。当該間隙は、吸着フィルタの中心軸線方向において、吸着フィルタの第1端面から第2端面に向かって延びている。したがって、空気は、吸着フィルタの第1端面側から第2端面側に向かって、この間隙を通過する。このとき、空気と、各帯状体が担持している吸着剤とが接触することで、空気中に含まれる特定の被吸着物質が吸着剤に吸着される。
特開平8-141413号公報
 特許文献1に開示されている吸着フィルタにおいて、間隙の形状は、吸着フィルタの第1端面側から第2端面側に向かって直線的な形状である。そのため、空気は、吸着フィルタの第1端面側から第2端面側に向かって速やかに直進する。このように、空気が速やかに流れると、空気が帯状体の表面に接している時間が短くなるので、被吸着物質を効率的に吸着フィルタに吸着できない。
 上記課題を解決するため、本開示は、特定の物質を吸着可能な吸着剤を担持し、特定の中心軸を中心として巻き回された帯状体を備え、前記帯状体は、前記中心軸に直交する径方向に2層以上重なり合うように巻き回され、且つ前記中心軸に平行な軸方向に2周以上並ぶように巻き回されており、前記径方向に重なり合った前記帯状体は、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に並ぶ複数の間隙を区画しており、前記間隙は、前記軸方向に複数並んでおり、且つ前記軸方向に並ぶ前記複数の間隙は、互いに前記軸方向に繋がっており、前記軸方向を向いて視たとき、前記軸方向に並ぶ前記間隙の位置が前記周方向にずれており、前記軸方向に隣り合う2つの前記間隙が重なる領域の面積は、当該2つの前記間隙のそれぞれの面積より小さくなっている吸着フィルタである。
 被吸着物質を吸着剤に吸着させやすい。

 <吸着フィルタの一実施形態>
 以下、吸着フィルタの一実施形態を説明する。なお、図面は、理解を容易にするために構成要素を拡大して示している場合がある。構成要素の寸法比率は実際のものと、又は別の図面中のものと異なる場合がある。
 (装置の全体構成について)
 図1に示すように、装置10は、第1フレーム20と、第2フレーム30と、吸着フィルタ40と、を備えている。装置10の外形は、全体として中心軸CAに沿って延びる略円柱状である。すなわち、第1フレーム20、第2フレーム30、及び吸着フィルタ40は、いずれも直径が略同じ略円柱状の外形をしている。なお、以下では、上記中心軸CAに平行な方向のうち、特定の方向を正方向PDとする。中心軸CAに平行な方向のうち、正方向PDと反対方向を負方向NDとする。
 第1フレーム20は、装置10の負方向ND側の端を含んでいる。第1フレーム20は、略円筒状である。第1フレーム20の中心軸は、装置10の中心軸CAと一致している。第1フレーム20は、負方向ND側の端から正方向PD側の端まで貫通する複数の貫通孔を有する。具体的には、第1フレーム20は、円筒状の筒体Cと、3つの隔壁Wを有している。各隔壁Wは、筒体Cの内面から中心軸CAへ向かって延びている。各隔壁Wは、中心軸CAを中心として周方向に所定の間隔を空けて並んでいる。また、各隔壁Wの中心軸CA側の端は互いに連結している。その結果として、第1フレーム20は、複数の貫通孔として、第1流通路21、第2流通路22、及び第3流通路23を有する。図2に示すように、第1フレーム20の中心軸CAに沿う方向を向いて視たとき、各流通路は略扇形である。第1流通路21は、最も空間の体積が大きい貫通孔である。第1流通路21の扇型の中心角は、180度よりも大きくなっている。第2流通路22は、負方向NDを向いて視たときに、第1流通路21の反時計回り方向に隣接する貫通孔である。負方向NDを向いて視たときに、第3流通路23は、第2流通路22の反時計回り方向に隣接し、且つ、第1流通路21の時計回り方向に隣接する貫通孔である。つまり、第3流通路23は、第1流通路21及び第2流通路22の間に位置している。第3流通路23の扇形の中心角は、第2流通路22の扇形の中心角と略同じになっている。
 図1に示すように、第2フレーム30は、装置10の正方向PD側の端を含んでいる。図示は省略するが、第2フレーム30の形状は、第1フレーム20と同様である。すなわち、第2フレーム30は、略円筒状である。第2フレーム30の中心軸は、装置10の中心軸CAと一致している。第2フレーム30は、負方向ND側の端から正方向PD側の端まで貫通する複数の貫通孔を有する。具体的には、第2フレーム30は、複数の貫通孔として、第4流通路、第5流通路、及び第6流通路を有する。
 第4流通路の負方向ND側の開口の大きさ及び形状は、第1流通路21の正方向PD側の開口の大きさ及び形状と同じである。第4流通路の上記開口は、吸着フィルタ40を介して第1流通路21の上記開口に対向している。すなわち、第1流通路21及び第4流通路は、吸着フィルタ40を介して中心軸CAに平行な方向に並んでいる。
 第5流通路の負方向ND側の開口の大きさ及び形状は、第2流通路22の正方向PD側の開口の大きさ及び形状と同じである。第5流通路の上記開口は、吸着フィルタ40を介して第2流通路22の上記開口に対向している。すなわち、第2流通路22及び第5流通路は、吸着フィルタ40を介して中心軸CAに平行な方向に並んでいる。
 第6流通路の負方向ND側の開口の大きさ及び形状は、第3流通路23の正方向PD側の開口の大きさ及び形状と同じである。第6流通路の上記開口は、吸着フィルタ40を介して第3流通路23の上記開口に対向している。すなわち、第3流通路23及び第6流通路は、吸着フィルタ40を介して中心軸CAに平行な方向に並んでいる。
 吸着フィルタ40は、特定の物質を吸着可能な吸着剤を担持する担体である。本実施形態において、特定の物質とは、気化した有機溶剤である。吸着剤は、例えば当該有機溶剤を吸着可能な触媒である。図1に示すように、吸着フィルタ40の外形は、全体として略円柱状である。吸着フィルタ40は、第1フレーム20及び第2フレーム30の間に位置している。吸着フィルタ40の中心軸は、装置10の中心軸CAと一致している。吸着フィルタ40の第1端面41は、第1フレーム20側を向いている。吸着フィルタ40の第2端面42は、第2フレーム30側を向いている。
 なお、第1フレーム20は、貫通孔の正方向PD側の開口縁が吸着フィルタ40の第1端面41に対して間隔を空けて向かい合うように、吸着フィルタ40に取り付けられている。第2フレーム30は、貫通孔の負方向ND側の開口縁が吸着フィルタ40の第2端面42に対して間隔を空けて向かい合うように、吸着フィルタ40に取り付けられている。そして、吸着フィルタ40における第1端面41の外縁と第1フレーム20における正方向PD側の端面の外縁との間には、図示しないシール材が介在している。同様に、吸着フィルタ40における第2端面42の外縁と第2フレーム30における負方向ND側の端面の外縁との間には、図示しないシール材が介在している。したがって、第1フレーム20内、吸着フィルタ40内、第2フレーム30内を流通する気体が装置10外へと漏れることは防止されている。
 図示は省略するが、吸着フィルタ40は、例えば、歯車機構及びローラなどの動力伝達機構を介して、電動モータ等の駆動源に連結されている。駆動源からの動力に基づいて、吸着フィルタ40は、第1フレーム20及び第2フレーム30に対して、毎分5回転以上、毎分15回転以下の速度で中心軸CAを中心として相対回転可能である。回転の方向は、正方向PDを向いて視た場合に、時計回りの方向である。
 図3に示すように、吸着フィルタ40は、いわゆるハニカム構造を有している。すなわち、吸着フィルタ40は、内部に複数の間隙Gを有している。そして、当該複数の間隙Gは、第1端面41から第2端面42まで繋がっている。そのため、第1フレーム20及び第2フレーム30の各流通路を通る空気は、吸着フィルタ40の第1端面41側と第2端面42側との間を通過可能である。なお、図3において、第1端面41のハニカム構造となっている部分の図示を部分的に省略している。また、ここでいうハニカム構造とは、1種又は複数種の立体構造が複数並んだ構造を含むものである。この吸着フィルタ40のより詳細な構成については後述する。
 (乾燥炉との接続関係について)
 装置10は、乾燥炉に接続された状態で使用される。乾燥炉は、例えば、電子部品に塗布物を塗布したあとに、当該塗布物を乾燥させるための装置である。このとき、乾燥炉の乾燥室Rから排出される気体には、気化した有機溶剤等が含まれている。
 具体的には、図1に示すように、乾燥炉は、第1ダクトD1~第6ダクトD6を有している。第1ダクトD1は、第1フレーム20における第1流通路21の負方向ND側に接続している。第2ダクトD2は、第1フレーム20における第2流通路22の負方向ND側に接続している。第3ダクトD3は、第1フレーム20における第3流通路23の負方向ND側に接続している。第4ダクトD4は、第2フレーム30における第4流通路の正方向PD側に接続している。第5ダクトD5は、第2フレーム30における第5流通路の正方向PD側に接続している。第6ダクトD6は、第2フレーム30における第6流通路の正方向PD側に接続している。
 なお、図1においては、各フレームと各ダクトとの接続関係を模式的に図示している。実際には、第1ダクトD1は、蓋体、アダプタ、シール材などを介して、第1流通路21の負方向ND側の開口に接続されている。したがって、第1ダクトD1と第1流通路21の負方向ND側の開口との間に隙間はない。つまり、第1ダクトD1から第1流通路21へと気体が流通する際に、両者の間から気体が漏れることは防止されている。この点、他のダクトと流通路との接続関係についても同様である。これらの接続構成については、任意の公知の構成を適宜転用できる。
 乾燥炉は、第1送風機B1と、第2送風機B2と、ヒーターHEと、を備えている。
 第1送風機B1は、乾燥室Rから排気された有機溶剤を含む気体を第1ダクトD1に送風する。第1ダクトD1に送風された気体は、第1ダクトD1内を正方向PD側へ向かって流通する。したがって、当該気体は、第1ダクトD1の負方向ND側から、第1流通路21を経て吸着フィルタ40を通過する。そして、当該気体に含まれる有機溶剤の成分は、吸着フィルタ40を通過する際に、吸着剤に吸着する。その後、有機溶剤の成分が除去された気体は、第2フレーム30の第4流通路を経て第4ダクトD4へと排気される。
 第2送風機B2は、有機溶剤を含まない空気を、第2ダクトD2に送風する。第2ダクトD2に供給された気体は、第2ダクトD2内を正方向PD側へ向かって流通する。したがって、当該空気は、第2ダクトD2の負方向ND側から、第2流通路22、吸着フィルタ40、第5流通路、第5ダクトD5へ、この順番で通過する。なお、上記空気は、吸着フィルタ40の間隙Gを通過する際に、吸着フィルタ40の熱を吸収する。そのため、第5流通路及び第5ダクトD5を流通する空気の温度は、60度程度に上昇する。
 ヒーターHEには、第5ダクトD5を流通してきた空気が供給される。そして、ヒーターHEは、供給された気体を加熱する。これにより、当該空気は、200度程度の熱風となる。この熱風は、ヒーターHEから第6ダクトD6に供給される。そして、熱風は、第6ダクトD6を経て、第2フレーム30の第6流通路を通過した後、吸着フィルタ40の内部を通過する。このとき、吸着フィルタ40のうち、第2フレーム30の第6流通路に向かい合う部分は、第6流通路を流通する熱風に曝される。また、吸着フィルタ40は、第2フレーム30に対して相対回転している。そのため、吸着フィルタ40のうち、第2フレーム30の第6流通路に向かい合う部分は、第1ダクトD1からの気体に含まれる有機溶剤を吸着した状態にある。したがって、当該熱風は、吸着剤に吸着した有機溶剤を当該吸着剤から脱離させる。脱離した有機溶剤を含む熱風は、第3流通路23及び第3ダクトD3を経て、所定の回収装置に供給される。このように、装置10は、乾燥室Rから排気される気体から、有機溶剤を濃縮して回収可能である。
 (吸着剤について)
 以下では、吸着フィルタ40の中心軸CAに平行な方向を軸方向ADとする。なお、吸着フィルタ40の中心軸は、装置10の中心軸CAと一致する。そのため、以下では、吸着フィルタ40の中心軸と、装置10の中心軸CAとを区別せずに記載する。また、吸着フィルタ40の中心軸CAに直交する方向を径方向RDとする。径方向RDのうち、中心軸CAに向かう方向を内方向RD1、内方向RD1とは反対方向を外方向RD2とする。さらに、中心軸CAを中心とした円周に沿う方向を、周方向CDとする。なお、図4及び図5では、吸着フィルタ40の一部分を拡大して図示しているため、周方向CDを直線に近似して図示している。
 図3に示すように、吸着フィルタ40は、芯材43を備えている。芯材43は、略円柱状である。芯材43の中心軸は、吸着フィルタ40の中心軸CAに一致している。芯材43の軸方向ADの寸法は、吸着フィルタ40の軸方向ADの寸法40Tと略同一である。芯材43の直径は、吸着フィルタ40の直径に対して十分に小さい。なお、図3では芯材43を誇張して大きく図示している。
 本実施形態では、図4に示すように、吸着フィルタ40は、帯状体として第1帯状体44Aと第2帯状体44Bとを有する。各帯状体は、その表面で吸着剤を担持している。各帯状体の材質は、例えば鉄を主成分とする金属である。
 第1帯状体44Aは、周方向CDに凹凸が繰り返される形状である。換言すると、第1帯状体44Aは、内方向RD1に凸の形状と、外方向RD2に凸の形状とが、周方向CDに交互に繰り返される形状である。本実施形態では、軸方向ADを向いて視たときに、第1帯状体44Aは三角波状である。具体的には、第1帯状体44Aの径方向RDの高さ寸法Hの中央を通過し、且つ周方向CDに延びる基準線RLを仮想する。このとき、第1帯状体44Aは、当該基準線RLに対して外方向RD2側に位置する頂点Pと、内方向RD1側に位置する頂点Pと、を交互に有している。そして、軸方向ADに沿って平面視したとき、外方向RD2側の頂点Pと内方向RD1側の頂点Pとの間における第1帯状体44Aの形状は、直線状である。さらに、基準線RLから、当該基準線RLに対して外方向RD2側に位置する頂点Pまでの最短距離と、基準線RLから、当該基準線RLに対して内方向RD1側に位置する頂点Pまでの最短距離と、は略同じである。
 なお、周方向CDにおいて、外方向RD2に凸の形状の頂点Pの間隔LPは2mm以上5mm以下である。周方向CDにおいて、内方向RD1に凸の形状の頂点Pの間隔は、上記の間隔LPと略同じである。第1帯状体44Aの径方向RDの高さ寸法Hは、1mm以上3mm以下である。第1帯状体44Aの軸方向ADの寸法は、5mm以上50mm以下である。
 第2帯状体44Bは、概ね平板状である。第2帯状体44Bは、各種の接着物質により第1帯状体44Aの外方向RD2側の頂点Pに接続している。したがって、第1帯状体44Aと第2帯状体44Bとの間には、間隙Gが生じている。また、第2帯状体44Bの軸方向ADの寸法44Tは、第1帯状体44Aの軸方向ADの寸法と同一である。
 図3に示すように、各帯状体は、特定の中心軸を中心として、芯材43に巻き回されている。すなわち、各帯状体は、径方向RDに2層以上重なり合うように巻き回されている。具体的には、各帯状体は、径方向RDに数百層から千数百層程度、重なっている。また、吸着フィルタ40の径方向RDの最大寸法MDは、2000mm以下である。また、径方向RDに重なりあった第1帯状体44A及び第2帯状体44Bは、周方向CDに並ぶ複数の間隙Gを区画している。なお、各帯状体の形状、間隙Gの大きさ、及び巻き回し方等は、後述するシミュレーション工程により決定される。
 図1に示すように、各帯状体は、軸方向ADに2周以上並ぶように巻き回されている。具体的には、各帯状体は、軸方向ADに数周から数十周程度、巻き回されている。また、吸着フィルタ40の軸方向ADの寸法40Tは、120mm以上400mm以下である。したがって、図5に示すように、各帯状体が有する複数の間隙Gは、軸方向ADに並んでいる。なお、図5において、軸方向ADは紙面に対して垂直な方向である。そして、軸方向ADに並ぶ複数の間隙Gは、互いに軸方向ADに繋がっている。軸方向ADを向いて視たときに、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置は、周方向CDにずれている。具体的には、軸方向ADに隣り合う第1帯状体44Aの2箇所の部分において、外方向RD2に凸の形状の頂点Pが、周方向CDにずれている。このように間隙Gの位置がずれていることによって、軸方向ADを向いて平面視したとき、当該軸方向ADに隣り合う2つの間隙Gが重なる領域の面積は、当該2つの間隙Gのそれぞれの面積より小さくなっている。
 (吸着フィルタの製造方法について)
 次に、吸着フィルタ40の製造方法を説明する。吸着フィルタ40の製造方法は、シミュレーション工程と、準備工程と、成形工程とを有する。
 シミュレーション工程では、帯状体により区画される上記間隙Gの開口面積等を、有限要素法によるシミュレーションにより決定する。具体的には、中心軸CAに沿う方向の平面視において、間隙Gの形状が三角形となるようにモデリングする。当該シミュレーションによって、当該間隙Gの開口面積を小さくした場合に、間隙Gを通過する気体のレイノルズ数が増大することが分かった。具体的には、レイノルズ数が概ね2300を超えると空気の流れが乱れ始める。特に、レイノルズ数が概ね4000以上で顕著となり、いわゆる乱流となる。したがって、間隙Gの位置をずらすことや、吸着フィルタ40が担持する吸着剤の量を調整することによって、軸方向ADに隣り合う2つの間隙Gが重なる領域の面積を小さくして、レイノルズ数を増加させることができる。すなわち、間隙Gを流通する空気の流れを乱すことで、空気と吸着剤との接触時間を長くできる。
 次に、準備工程を行う。準備工程では、芯材43と、帯状体と、を準備する。芯材43は、円柱状である。ここでいう帯状体は、上述した構成と同じである。
 次に、成形工程を行う。成形工程では、帯状体が周方向CDに並ぶ複数の間隙Gを区画するように、芯材43の中心軸CAを中心として帯状体を巻き回す。また、成形工程では、複数の間隙Gが軸方向ADに並び、且つ軸方向ADに複数の間隙Gが互いに繋がるように帯状体を巻き回す。このとき、軸方向ADを向いて視た場合に、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置は、周方向CDにずれている。このようにして、帯状体を軸方向ADに所定の回数巻き回すことで、当該帯状体の1つの層を成形する。この結果、1つの層の帯状体は、円筒形の形状に成形されている。そして、帯状体の層が、径方向RDに重なるように、成形工程を繰り返す。
 より具体的には、各帯状体は、所定のケース等から帯状の状態で引き出される。このとき、第2帯状体44Bは、接着物質により第1帯状体44Aの外方向RD2側の頂点Pに接続した状態である。そして、各帯状体の端を芯材43に固定した後、中心軸CAを中心として芯材43を回転させることで、各帯状体を芯材43に巻き回していく。このとき、各帯状体を、芯材43に対して軸方向ADに沿って一方向に相対移動させることで、各帯状体が芯材43の外周面上で螺旋を描くように巻き回す。また、軸方向ADにおいて隣り合う各帯状体の間に隙間が生じないように、各帯状体を巻き回す。そして、芯材43の軸方向ADの寸法だけ帯状体を巻き回すことで、第1帯状体44A及び第2帯状体44Bからなる円筒状の帯状体の層を1つ成形する。次いで、各帯状体を、当該層を巻き回したときとは反対方向に相対移動させつつ、当該層を覆うように螺旋状に巻き回すことで、2つ目の層を成形する。すなわち、1つ目の層の形成する帯状体と2つ目の層を形成する帯状体とは、一つながりである。この成形工程を、必要な回数繰り返すことで、吸着フィルタ40を製造する。
 (本実施形態の効果について)
 (1)上記実施形態では、上述したシミュレーションに基づいて径方向RDに各帯状体が2周以上巻き回される形態をモデリングしている。これにより、周方向CDに隣り合う各帯状体が間隙Gを区画している。そして、帯状体が螺旋状にも巻き回されていることで、間隙Gは、軸方向ADに繋がっている。また、軸方向ADを向いて視たとき、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置が、周方向CDにずれている。これにより、間隙Gを流通する気体のレイノルズ数が増大する。すなわち、気体の流れが乱れることで、気体が吸着フィルタ40の第1端面41側から第2端面42側に向かって直進しにくい。その結果、気体が各帯状体の表面に接している時間が長くなるので、当該空気に含まれる被吸着物質を吸着剤に吸着しやすい。
 (2)上記実施形態において、第1帯状体44Aの形状は三角波状である。この形状であれば、複雑な巻き回し方で帯状体を巻き回さなくても、帯状体自体の形状で間隙Gを区画できる。そして、帯状体の三角波状の配置を周方向CDにずらすことで、簡便に、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置を周方向CDにずらすことができる。
 (3)上記実施形態において、軸方向ADに隣り合う第2帯状体44Bの2か所の部分において、外方向RD2に凸の形状における頂点Pは、周方向CDにずれている。これにより、軸方向ADを向いて視たときに、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置がずれている状態を確実に実現できる。
 (4)上記実施形態では、周方向CDにおける第2帯状体44Bの外方向RD2に凸の形状における頂点Pの間隔LPは、2mm以上5mm以下である。頂点Pの間隔LPがこの数値範囲内であれば、気体の流通を妨げにくく、且つ気体が帯状体の表面に接している時間を十分に確保できる。
 (5)上記実施形態において、吸着フィルタ40の径方向RDの最大寸法MDは2000mm以下である。吸着フィルタ40の軸方向ADの寸法40Tは120mm以上400mm以下である。帯状体の軸方向ADの寸法44Tは、5mm以上50mm以下である。吸着フィルタ40の最大寸法MDが2000mm以下の場合、吸着フィルタ40の軸方向ADの寸法40Tが120mmより小さいと、吸着フィルタ40を通過する空気を、十分に吸着剤に接触させにくい。また、吸着フィルタ40の軸方向ADの寸法40Tが400mm以下であれば、十分に吸着剤と空気とを接触させられる。帯状体の軸方向ADの寸法が5mmより小さいと、間隙Gが小さくなりやすい。すなわち、気体の流通を妨げるおそれがある。帯状体の幅が50mmより太いと、気体が直進しやすくなるため、気体が帯状体の表面に接している時間が短くなりやすい。
 (6)上記実施形態において、吸着フィルタ40を一層ずつ形成している。仮に、帯状体を無作為に巻き回した場合、吸着フィルタ40の場所によって間隙Gの大きさにばらつきが生じやすい。この場合、気体は、間隙Gが大きい部分や、間隙Gが直進的に繋がっている部分を流通しやすい。反対に、気体は、間隙Gが小さい部分や、間隙Gが軸方向ADに塞がれてしまっている部分を流通しにくい。したがって、被吸着物質を効率よく回収しにくい。
 吸着フィルタ40を一層ずつ形成することで、間隙Gが周方向CD、径方向RD、及び軸方向ADに略一様の大きさに区画されやすい。そのため、吸着フィルタ40の気体の流通経路に偏りが生じにくく、被吸着物質を効率よく回収しやすい。
 <変更例>
 上記実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
 ・装置10の形状は、上記実施形態の例に限られない。また、装置10の形状に合わせて、第1フレーム20、第2フレーム30、及び吸着フィルタ40の形状も適宜変更できる。
 ・吸着フィルタ40が有する吸着剤の種類は、上記実施形態の例に限られない。すなわち、被吸着物質は、有機溶剤に限られない。例えば、吸着フィルタ40を脱臭フィルタとして使用するために、吸着剤の種類を変更してもよい。
 ・吸着フィルタ40は、1種類の帯状体のみを有していてもよい。例えば、吸着フィルタ40は、第1帯状体44Aのみを有していてもよいし、第2帯状体44Bのみを有していてもよい。このような場合でも、帯状体を巻き回すことにより間隙Gを区画できればよい。さらに、吸着フィルタ40は、互いに形状の異なる3種類以上の帯状体を有していてもよい。
 ・第1帯状体44Aの凹凸は、三角波状でなくてもよい。例えば、第1帯状体44Aのうち、基準線RLに対して外方向RD2側に凸となる部分、基準線RLに対して内方向RD1側に凸となる部分は、矩形状であってもよい。換言すれば、第1帯状体44Aは、矩形波のような形状であってもよい。
 ・軸方向ADに隣り合う第1帯状体44Aの2か所の部分において、外方向RD2に凸の形状における頂点Pは、周方向CDにずれていなくてもよい。当該頂点Pの位置が軸方向ADに一致していたとしても、例えば、第1帯状体44Aの頂点Pどうしの間隔が部分的に異なっていれば、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置が周方向CDにずれる状態を実現できる。
 ・さらに、外方向RD2に凸となる面の頂点Pの間隔LPは一定でなくてもよく、箇所毎に異なっていてもよい。この場合、軸方向ADに隣り合う第1帯状体44Aの頂点Pが部分的に一定することがあるが、隣り合う第1帯状体44Aにおいて、互いの頂点Pが周方向CDにずれている箇所が部分的に存在していれば、間隙Gが周方向CDにずれることになる。
 ・吸着フィルタ40の各寸法、及び帯状体の各寸法は、それぞれ上記実施形態の例に限られない。吸着フィルタ40の用途や種類によって、適宜変更してもよい。
 ・帯状体を巻き回すにあたり、一つながりの帯状体で複数層に亘って巻き回してもよいし、例えば、1層毎に別の帯状体を巻き回してもよい。
 ・吸着フィルタ40の製造方法は、上記実施形態の例に限られない。芯材43に無作為に帯状体を巻くことにより、間隙Gが形成されやすく、且つ、軸方向ADに並ぶ間隙Gの位置が周方向CDにずれやすい。すなわち、気体が帯状体の表面に接している時間が長くなる。
 <付記>
 上記実施形態及び変更例から把握できる技術的思想について記載する。
 [1]特定の物質を吸着可能な吸着剤を担持し、特定の中心軸を中心として巻き回された帯状体を備え、前記帯状体は、前記中心軸に直交する径方向に2層以上重なり合うように巻き回され、且つ前記中心軸に平行な軸方向に2周以上並ぶように巻き回されており、前記径方向に重なり合った前記帯状体は、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に並ぶ複数の間隙を区画しており、前記間隙は、前記軸方向に複数並んでおり、且つ前記軸方向に並ぶ前記複数の間隙は、互いに前記軸方向に繋がっており、前記軸方向を向いて視たとき、前記軸方向に並ぶ前記間隙の位置が前記周方向にずれており、前記軸方向に隣り合う2つの前記間隙が重なる領域の面積は、当該2つの前記間隙のそれぞれの面積より小さくなっている吸着フィルタ。
 [2]前記帯状体として、形状の異なる複数種の前記帯状体を備え、複数種の前記帯状体のうちの1以上は、前記周方向に凹凸が繰り返される形状である[1]に記載の吸着フィルタ。
 [3]前記径方向のうち、前記中心軸に向かう方向を内方向、前記内方向とは反対方向を外方向としたとき、前記帯状体は、前記内方向に凸の形状と、前記外方向に凸の形状とが前記周方向に交互に繰り返される形状であり、前記軸方向に隣り合う前記帯状体の2箇所の部分において、前記外方向に凸の形状における頂点は、前記周方向にずれている[2]に記載の吸着フィルタ。
 [4]前記周方向において、前記外方向に凸の面形状における頂点の間隔は、2mm以上5mm以下である[3]に記載の吸着フィルタ。
 [5]前記径方向の最大寸法は2000mm以下であり、前記軸方向の寸法は120mm以上400mm以下であり、前記帯状体の前記軸方向の寸法は5mm以上50mm以下である[1]~[4]のいずれか一つに記載の吸着フィルタ。

Claims (5)

  1.  特定の物質を吸着可能な吸着剤を担持し、特定の中心軸を中心として巻き回された帯状体を備え、
     前記帯状体は、前記中心軸に直交する径方向に2層以上重なり合うように巻き回され、且つ前記中心軸に平行な軸方向に2周以上並ぶように巻き回されており、
     前記径方向に重なり合った前記帯状体は、前記中心軸を中心とする周方向に並ぶ複数の間隙を区画しており、
     前記間隙は、前記軸方向に複数並んでおり、且つ前記軸方向に並ぶ前記複数の間隙は、互いに前記軸方向に繋がっており、
     前記軸方向を向いて視たとき、前記軸方向に並ぶ前記間隙の位置が前記周方向にずれており、前記軸方向に隣り合う2つの前記間隙が重なる領域の面積は、当該2つの前記間隙のそれぞれの面積より小さくなっている
     吸着フィルタ。
  2.  前記帯状体として、形状の異なる複数種の前記帯状体を備え、
     複数種の前記帯状体のうちの1以上は、前記周方向に凹凸が繰り返される形状である
     請求項1に記載の吸着フィルタ。
  3.  前記径方向のうち、前記中心軸に向かう方向を内方向、前記内方向とは反対方向を外方向としたとき、
     前記帯状体は、前記内方向に凸の形状と、前記外方向に凸の形状とが前記周方向に交互に繰り返される形状であり、
     前記軸方向に隣り合う前記帯状体の2箇所の部分において、前記外方向に凸の形状における頂点は、前記周方向にずれている
     請求項2に記載の吸着フィルタ。
  4.  前記周方向において、前記外方向に凸の形状における頂点の間隔は、2mm以上5mm以下である
     請求項3に記載の吸着フィルタ。
  5.  前記径方向の最大寸法は2000mm以下であり、
     前記軸方向の寸法は120mm以上400mm以下であり、
     前記帯状体の前記軸方向の寸法は5mm以上50mm以下である
     請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の吸着フィルタ。
