バルブユニット(10)は、弁室(34)の水を圧力室(40)に導く第1パイロット流路(42A)の異なる位置に、フィルタ取付孔(46)と、オリフィス取付孔(56)とが設けられており、フィルタ取付孔(46)にはフィルタユニット(48)が取り付けられ、オリフィス取付孔(56)にはオリフィスユニット(54)が取り付けられる。

Description

バルブユニット
 本開示は、パイロット式のバルブユニットに関する。
 水の供給制御に、パイロット式のバルブユニット(2ポートバルブ)が広く用いられている。このバルブユニットは、出口ポートに連通する弁座が設けられた弁室と、パイロット流路としての水が供給される圧力室とを、ダイヤフラムで仕切った構造を有している。ダイヤフラムは、圧力室と弁室との差圧で駆動される。圧力室の圧力が高まると、ダイヤフラムは弁座に当接してバルブユニットを閉弁させる。圧力室へのパイロット流体の給排は、パイロット流路及びパイロット流路に設けられた電磁弁によって制御される。
 パイロット流路は、弁室の水を圧力室に導く上流部分と、圧力室の水を出口ポートに排出する下流部分と、を有する。上流部分には、圧力室に流入する水の流量を絞るオリフィスが設けられる場合も有る。オリフィスは、パイロット流体の流量を規制して弁が閉じるのを遅くすることで弁閉時の衝撃(ウォーターハンマー)を緩和する。そのため、強度が低い樹脂製ボディを採用するバルブユニットでは、オリフィスが広く用いられる。また、地下水や農業用水等の供給制御に用いられるバルブユニットでは、上流部分の入口に異物を除去するフィルタが設けられており、オリフィスの目詰まりを防ぐ構造となっている場合がある(例えば、実開昭56-47977号公報、特開平1-224585号公報)。
 このようなバルブユニットにおいて、安定した動作を維持するために、フィルタ及びオリフィスの目詰まりを取り除くための清掃作業が必要とされる。ところが、従来のバルブユニットでは、フィルタとオリフィスとが一体的に組み付けられている場合や、オリフィスのみを容易に取り出せない構造となっている。そのため、フィルタのみを清掃したい場合に、オリフィスとともにフィルタを取り出して、オリフィスをフィルタから取り外す分解作業が必要であり、簡便かつ迅速に清掃が行えない。また、オリフィスのみを取り出したい場合であっても、オリフィス以外の他の部材を取り出す作業が必要となり、オリフィスのメンテナンス作業を迅速に行えないという問題があった。
 本発明は、上記した課題を解決することを目的とする。
 本開示の態様は、水が流入する入口流路と、水が流出する出口流路と、前記入口流路と連通する弁室と、前記弁室の内部に向けて突出し前記出口流路と連通する筒状の弁座と、前記弁室と向かい合う圧力室と、を有する本体部と、前記弁室と前記圧力室とを仕切り、前記弁室と前記圧力室との圧力差によって駆動されて前記弁座を開閉するダイヤフラムと、前記本体部に形成され、前記弁室の水を前記圧力室に導く第1パイロット流路と、前記圧力室の水を前記出口流路に排出する第2パイロット流路と、前記第2パイロット流路を開閉する電磁弁と、を備え、前記第1パイロット流路には、前記弁室に開口するフィルタ取付孔と、前記フィルタ取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、水に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタを有するフィルタユニットと、前記フィルタ取付孔の下流に設けられたオリフィス取付孔と、前記オリフィス取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記第1パイロット流路を流れる水の流量を絞るオリフィスユニットと、を有する、バルブユニットである。
 上記の態様のバルブユニットは、フィルタのみ又はオリフィスユニットのみを取り出して、フィルタ又はオリフィスユニットの清掃を容易に行え、迅速な復旧を可能とする。
 上記の目的、特徴及び利点は、添付した図面を参照して説明される以下の実施の形態の説明から容易に了解されるであろう。

 図1、図2A及び図2Bに示される本実施形態のバルブユニット10は、2ポートバルブであり、給水用の配管Tが接続されて使用される。配管Tは、例えば、農場の灌漑設備の給水系統又は公園等の公共施設の散水用の配管系統の一部である。バルブユニット10は、配管Tを流れる水を供給又は停止させる。配管Tには、地下水又は、河川及び湖沼等から汲み上げた農業用水等の異物を含む水が流通する場合がある。バルブユニット10は、異物を含む水の供給制御にも使用できる。
 以下、バルブユニット10の構造の詳細について説明が行われる。バルブユニット10の説明の便宜のために、第1方向、第2方向及び第3方向との用語が使用される。第1方向は、後述する弁座36の突出方向であり、上方向又は下方向とも呼ばれる。第2方向は、幅方向とも呼ばれ、第1方向及び第3方向と直交する方向である。第2方向は、後述するフィルタユニット48の軸線方向と一致する。第3方向は、第1方向及び第2方向と直交する方向である。第3方向は、入口ポート12及び出口ポート14の中心軸の延在方向と一致する。なお、本明細書において、上方向、下方向及び幅方向との用語は、バルブユニット10の構成の配置関係を説明する意味で使用されており、バルブユニット10の配置方向はこれらの用語に限定されない。
 バルブユニット10は、入口ポート12と出口ポート14とが設けられた本体部16と、本体部16に取り付けられた電磁弁18と、を備える。入口ポート12及び出口ポート14は、例えばユニオン継手である。入口ポート12には、配管Tのユニオンエンドを保持する第1ユニオンナット12aが設けられている。また、出口ポート14にも配管Tのユニオンエンドを保持する第2ユニオンナット14aが設けられている。入口ポート12及び出口ポート14は、それらの中心軸が同軸に揃って配置されている。
 本体部16は、ボディ20と、ボディ20の上部を覆うボンネット22と、を有する。ボディ20は、入口ポート12及び出口ポート14と一体的に形成されている。ボディ20は、さらに基部24と接続部26とを有する。基部24は、入口ポート12及び出口ポート14との間に位置し、後述する弁室34及び弁座36等を内蔵する。接続部26は基部24の上部に位置し、円板状の形状を有する部分である。接続部26は、基部24と一体的に形成されている。
 ボンネット22は、円板状の部材であり、ボンネット22の外径は接続部26の外径と同程度である。ボンネット22は、ネジ止め等の方法により、ボディ20の接続部26の上面に連結されている。ボンネット22の上部には、電磁弁18と流量調整ネジ28とが取り付けられている。電磁弁18は出口ポート14寄りに位置する。流量調整ネジ28は、ボンネット22の中心部に位置し、第1方向に突出する。
 図3に示すように、ボディ20の内部には、入口流路30と、出口流路32と、弁室34と、弁座36と、パイロット流路42の一部とが設けられている。弁室34は、ボディ20の中央部に位置する空室であり、上方(第1方向)から見て円形の形状を有する。弁室34の中心部には、弁座36が形成されている。弁室34は、弁座36の周囲を取り囲むように形成されている。弁室34は第1方向の上方に向けて延び、ボディ20の上端に開口する。
 弁座36は、弁室34の中心部分に位置する。弁座36は、第1方向の上方に向けて筒状に延びる。弁座36の中心軸線は第1方向に延在する。弁座36は、その上端に後述するダイヤフラム38と当接する円環状の当接面36aを有する。当接面36aは、平滑に形成されており、ダイヤフラム38と当接することで、弁座36の内部の出口流路32と弁室34とを液密に仕切ることができる。弁座36の上端の位置は、ボディ20の上端の位置よりもわずかに下方に位置する。
 入口流路30は、入口ポート12の中心軸に沿って第3方向に延びる。入口流路30は、弁室34に開口し、入口ポート12と弁室34とを連通させる。出口流路32は、上流部32aと下流部32bとを有する。下流部32bは、出口ポート14の中心軸に沿って第3方向に延びる。出口流路32の上流部32aは、弁座36の内部に形成されている。上流部32aは、弁座36の側部で下流部32bと接続されている。上流部32aは、下流部32bに対して90°屈曲しており、弁座36の内部を第1方向の上方に向けて延びる。上流部32aは、弁座36の上端において開口する。なお、出口流路32の下流部32bは、隔壁32cによって弁室34から隔離されている。弁座36がダイヤフラム38を塞いでいない状態では、出口流路32は弁室34を通じて入口流路30と連通する。
 ボンネット22には、圧力室40が設けられている。圧力室40は、ボンネット22に形成された凹状の空室であり、弁室34及び弁座36の上方に位置する。圧力室40は、ダイヤフラム38に覆われていない状態において、ボンネット22の下方に向けて開口する。圧力室40の下端はダイヤフラム38で覆われる。圧力室40は、ダイヤフラム38を挟んで弁室34と向かい合う。
 ダイヤフラム38は、ボディ20とボンネット22との間に配置されている。ダイヤフラム38は、ゴム又はエラストマ等の弾性変形可能な可撓性膜を含んで構成される。ダイヤフラム38の外周部38aは、ボディ20とボンネット22とによって挟持される。ダイヤフラム38は、ボンネット22の圧力室40と、ボディ20の弁室34とを液密及び気密に仕切る。ダイヤフラム38は、弁室34と圧力室40との差圧に応じて第1方向に弾性変形する。
 圧力室40の圧力が出口流路32の圧力よりも高い場合には、ダイヤフラム38が第1方向の下方に変位し、弁座36と当接して、弁室34と出口流路32との連通を阻止する。また、圧力室40の圧力が弁室34の圧力よりも十分に低くなると、ダイヤフラム38が第1方向の上方に変位し、弁座36から離間する。ダイヤフラム38が弁座36から離間すると、入口流路30と出口流路32とが弁室34を介して連通し、バルブユニット10が水を流通させる弁開状態となる。
 流量調整ネジ28は、ボンネット22の貫通孔22aを挿通して圧力室40に向けて突出する。流量調整ネジ28は、貫通孔22aのネジ構造(図示せず)と螺合しており、流量調整ネジ28をボンネット22に対して回動させることで、その下端28aの位置を第1方向において変更可能である。流量調整ネジ28は、ダイヤフラム38の上面38bと当接して、ダイヤフラム38の上方への変位を阻止する。流量調整ネジ28は、ダイヤフラム38と弁座36との最大離間距離を規制することで、バルブユニット10を通過する水の流量を調節する。
 流量調整ネジ28の周囲には、バルブスプリング44が取り付けられている。バルブスプリング44は、上端がボンネット22の取付座22bに固定され、下端がダイヤフラム38の上面38bに当接する。バルブスプリング44は、ダイヤフラム38を下方に向けて付勢する。バルブスプリング44は、弁室34と圧力室40との差圧が生じない状態において、ダイヤフラム38を弁座36に当接させて弁閉状態とする。
 パイロット流路42は、図4に示される第1パイロット流路42Aと、図3に示される第2パイロット流路42Bと、を有する。第1パイロット流路42Aは、弁室34から圧力室40にパイロット流体としての水を導く流路である。第2パイロット流路42Bは、圧力室40の水を出口流路32に排出する流路である。
 図4に示されるように、第1パイロット流路42Aは、ボディ20及びボンネット22の内部に形成されている。第1パイロット流路42Aは、第3方向から見て直角に屈曲したU字型に形成され、上流部421と中間部422と下流部423とを有する。上流部421は、ボディ20に形成されており、バルブユニット10の幅方向(第2方向)に延在する。本実施形態において、上流部421は、フィルタ取付孔46によって構成されている。フィルタ取付孔46は、幅方向(第2方向)に延びてボディ20の外側部を貫通し、弁室34に至る。フィルタ取付孔46は、後述するフィルタユニット48によって塞がれる。
 フィルタ取付孔46は、弁室34からボディ20の外側部に向けて、順に、開口流路部46aと、フィルタ収容部46bと、第1ネジ部46cとを有する。開口流路部46aは、その内端が弁室34に開口する流路を有する。開口流路部46aの外端はフィルタユニット48の先端と当接する当接座46dを有している。開口流路部46aの内径は、フィルタ取付孔46の中で最も小さく、後述するフィルタユニット48のフィルタ50の外径よりも小さい。
 フィルタ収容部46bは、開口流路部46aの外側に位置する。フィルタ収容部46bは、フィルタ50を収容する。フィルタ収容部46bは、フィルタユニット48のフィルタ50の外径よりも大きな内径を有している。したがって、フィルタ収容部46bの内周面は、フィルタ50から離間しており、フィルタ50で濾過された水が通過する流路を形成する。第1ネジ部46cは、フィルタ収容部46bの外側に位置し、フィルタユニット48のホルダ部52と螺合するネジ溝を有する。
 図5Aに示されるように、フィルタユニット48は、フィルタ50と、ホルダ部52とを有する。フィルタ50は、円筒状に形成されたメッシュフィルタであり、先端が開口している。フィルタ50の基端はホルダ部52によって保持されている。図4に示されるように、フィルタユニット48をフィルタ取付孔46に取り付けると、フィルタ50の先端が、開口流路部46aの当接座46dに当接する。これにより、開口流路部46aから第1パイロット流路42Aに流入する水の略全量がフィルタ50を通過することとなり、水に含まれる異物はフィルタ50で除去される。
 図5Aに示されるように、フィルタ50の先端部は開放されているため、フィルタユニット48をバルブユニット10から取り外すと、フィルタ50の内周面50a及び外周面50bが露出するため、両面の清掃を容易に行える。
 ホルダ部52は、フィルタ50を支持する円柱状の部材である。図4に示されるように、ホルダ部52の一方の端部は、バルブユニット10に取り付けた状態において、ボディ20の外部に突出する。工具を使用せずにフィルタユニット48を取り外し可能とするべく、図5Aに示されるように、ホルダ部52の基端部にはツマミ52aが形成されている。ホルダ部52の所定箇所には、第1ネジ部46cと螺合するネジ山52bが形成されている。ツマミ52aとネジ山52bとの境界部分には、外径が変化する段部52cが形成されている。段部52cには、ホルダ部52とボディ20との隙間を封止するパッキン52dが取り付けられている。パッキン52dは、フィルタ取付孔46を通じたボディ20の外部への水の漏洩を阻止する。
 第1パイロット流路42Aの中間部422は、第1方向に延びている。中間部422は、その下端がフィルタ収容部46bに開口する。中間部422の上端は、第1パイロット流路42Aの後述するオリフィス取付孔56に開口する。中間部422は、フィルタ50を通過した水を第1パイロット流路42Aのオリフィス取付孔56に導く。
 オリフィス取付孔56は、下流部423に隣接して形成されており、下流部423と同軸に第2方向に延びる。オリフィス取付孔56には、オリフィスユニット54が着脱可能に取り付けられる。バルブユニット10において、オリフィス取付孔56は、フィルタ取付孔46と同一の側部に上下方向に並んで配置される。このような配置は、オリフィスユニット54の取り外し作業と、フィルタユニット48の取り外し作業とを同一の側面から行うことができ、メンテナンス作業を容易にする。
 図5Bに示されるように、オリフィス取付孔56は、段部56aと、シャフト収容部56bと、第2ネジ部56cとを有する。シャフト収容部56bは、下流部423よりも大きな内径を有する。段部56aは、オリフィス取付孔56と下流部423との接続部分に形成されている。段部56aは、下流部423の延在方向(第2方向)に対して垂直な端面を有する。シャフト収容部56bは、下流部423と同軸に位置し、第2方向に延在する。シャフト収容部56bは、オリフィスユニット54のシャフト62を収容する。シャフト収容部56bの所定位置には、中間部422が開口している。
 第2ネジ部56cは、オリフィス取付孔56に隣接して形成されている。第2ネジ部56cは、ボンネット22の外側部に開口する。第2ネジ部56cの内周面には、後述するオリフィスユニット54の頭部64と螺合するネジ溝が形成されている。
 図4に示されるように、下流部423は、オリフィス取付孔56に隣接して形成されており、第2方向(幅方向)に延在する。下流部423は、オリフィス取付孔56を介して中間部422と連通する。下流部423は、圧力室40に開口し、後述するオリフィスユニット54を通過した水を圧力室40に導く。
 図5Bに示されるように、オリフィスユニット54は、シャフト62と頭部64とを有する。頭部64は、外周面にネジ山64aが形成されている。頭部64の端部64bは、ボンネット22の外側部に露出する。端部64bは、ドライバー又は六角レンチ等の工具と係合する係合凹部64cを有している。シャフト62は、頭部64から突出する略円柱状の部材である。シャフト62の外径は、オリフィス取付孔56のシャフト収容部56bの内径よりも小さく、かつ、下流部423の内径よりも大きい。シャフト62の外周部とシャフト収容部56bの内周面との間には、中間部422から流入した水が流通する流路56dが形成される。シャフト62の先端62aは、テーパー状に形成されており、シャフト62の先端62aは、一部が下流部423に挿入されつつ、段部56aの角部と当接する。先端62aと段部56aとの当接部分は、シャフト収容部56bとシャフト62の外周との間に形成される流路56dを閉塞する。
 シャフト62の内部には、絞り流路66が形成されている。絞り流路66は、シャフト62を径方向に貫通する径孔66aと、シャフト62の中心軸に沿って延び、シャフト62の先端62aに開口する軸孔66bとを有する。軸孔66bは、径孔66aと交差する。中間部422から流入した水は、径孔66a及び軸孔66bを通じて、圧力室40に向かって流れる。
 軸孔66bには、断面積が他の部分よりも小さく絞られた絞部66cが設けられている。絞部66cは、径孔66aに隣接する部分の軸孔66bの断面積を他の部分よりも狭くすることで形成されている。絞部66cにより、圧力室40に流れる水(パイロット流体)の流量が規制され、バルブユニット10の動作特性が調整される。オリフィスユニット54は、ボンネット22から取り外した状態で、径孔66a又は軸孔66bに洗浄水を吹き付けることで、絞部66cに詰まった異物を除去できる。なお、絞部66cは、径孔66aに設けられてもよい。
 径孔66aと頭部64との間のシャフト62の外周部には、第2パッキン62bが取り付けられている。第2パッキン62bは、シャフト収容部56bとオリフィスユニット54との隙間を液密及び気密に封止することで、オリフィス取付孔56の外部への水の漏洩を阻止する。
 図3に示されるように、第2パイロット流路42Bは、圧力室40と電磁弁18とを接続する第2上流部424と、電磁弁18と出口流路32とを接続する第2下流部425とを有する。電磁弁18は、電気信号により、第2パイロット流路42Bを開通又は閉塞させる。ボンネット22には、バルブユニット10を手動操作するためのマニュアル操作部68が設けられている。マニュアル操作部68を回すと、電磁弁18が機能しない非通電状態においても、電磁弁18の可動鉄心を強制的に持ち上げることができ、第2パイロット流路42Bを開通させることができる。したがって、マニュアル操作部68は、非通電時において手動でバルブユニット10を開通させることができる。
 本実施形態のバルブユニット10は以上のように構成される。バルブユニット10は、以下のように動作する。
 図3及び図4に示されるように、入口ポート12に接続された配管Tには、水の供給源が接続され、出口ポート14に接続された配管Tには、水の供給対象が接続される。入口ポート12には、出口ポート14よりも高い水圧が加わる。入口ポート12からは、入口流路30を通じて弁室34に水が流入する。流入した水の一部は、第1パイロット流路42Aを通じて圧力室40に流れ込む。第1パイロット流路42Aに流れ込む水は、フィルタユニット48によって異物が除去され、オリフィスユニット54によって所定の流量に絞られつつ圧力室40に流入する。
 第2パイロット流路42Bが電磁弁18によって閉塞されている場合には、圧力室40に水が流入して圧力室40の圧力が高まり、弁座36の出口流路32と圧力室40との圧力差によってダイヤフラム38が弁座36に押圧される。その結果、入口流路30と出口流路32との連通が阻止され、バルブユニット10が閉塞する。
 電磁弁18が第2パイロット流路42Bを開通させると、圧力室40の水が出口流路32に排出される。第1パイロット流路42Aを通じて圧力室40に流入する水の流量よりも、第2パイロット流路42Bを通じて圧力室40から排出される水の流量が多い。したがって、電磁弁18を開通させると、圧力室40の内圧が低下し、最終的に圧力室40の内圧が弁室34の圧力よりも低くなる。その結果、ダイヤフラム38が上方に変形して入口流路30と出口流路32とが連通し、バルブユニット10が開通する。
 以上のようなバルブユニット10において、フィルタユニット48又はオリフィスユニット54に異物が詰まると、圧力室40の内部に流入する水の流量が低下し、バルブユニット10が閉塞されるまでの時間が長くなってしまう。このような場合には、使用者がフィルタユニット48又はオリフィスユニット54を本体部16から取り外して清掃作業を行うことで、目詰まりによるバルブユニット10の動作の支障を解消できる。その際に、バルブユニット10は、フィルタユニット48及びオリフィスユニット54のいずれか一方を個別に取り外せる。このため、例えば、比較的高い頻度で目詰まりを起こすフィルタユニット48の清掃を行う場合には、使用者は、フィルタユニット48のみを取り外すことで、効率よくフィルタユニット48のメンテナンス作業を行える。また、バルブユニット10は、オリフィスユニット54のみを、他の部品の取り外し作業を行うことなく取り出すことができるため、オリフィスユニット54の清掃作業を効率よく行える。

 本開示のバルブユニット(10)は、水が流入する入口流路(30)と、水が流出する出口流路(32)と、前記入口流路と連通する弁室(34)と、前記弁室の内部に向けて突出し前記出口流路と連通する筒状の弁座(36)と、前記弁室と向かい合う圧力室(40)と、を有する本体部(16)と、前記弁室と前記圧力室とを仕切り、前記弁室と前記圧力室との圧力差によって駆動されて前記弁座を開閉するダイヤフラム(38)と、前記本体部に形成され、前記弁室の水を前記圧力室に導く第1パイロット流路(42A)と、前記圧力室の水を前記出口流路に排出する第2パイロット流路(42B)と、前記第2パイロット流路を開閉する電磁弁(18)と、を備え、前記第1パイロット流路には、前記弁室に開口するフィルタ取付孔(46)と、前記フィルタ取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、水に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタ(50)を有するフィルタユニット(48)と、前記フィルタ取付孔の下流に設けられたオリフィス取付孔(56)と、前記オリフィス取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記第1パイロット流路を流れる水の流量を絞るオリフィスユニット(54)と、を有する。上記のバルブユニットは、オリフィスユニットのみを取り出してオリフィスユニットの清掃を容易に行える。

 付記1に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記第1パイロット流路は、前記弁座の突出方向である第1方向に延びる中間部(422)と、前記中間部と垂直な第2方向に延びる下流部(423)と、を有し、前記オリフィス取付孔は、前記中間部と前記下流部との接続部に設けられ、前記第2方向に延びてもよい。上記のバルブユニットは、側部からオリフィスユニットの着脱を行うことができる。

 付記2に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記オリフィスユニットは、外周部にネジ溝が形成され、前記オリフィス取付孔を封止するシャフト(62)と、前記シャフトを径方向に貫通し前記中間部に連通する径孔(66a)と、前記シャフトの中心軸に沿って延在し、前記径孔と前記下流部とを接続するする軸孔(66b)と、を有し、前記径孔及び前記軸孔の少なくとも一方に、前記第1パイロット流路よりも小さな断面積を有する絞部(66c)を有してもよい。上記のバルブユニットは、オリフィスユニットの径孔又は軸孔に洗浄水を吹き付けることで容易に目詰まりを除去できるため、洗浄作業を効率よく行える。

 付記2に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタ取付孔は、前記第2方向に延び、前記第1パイロット流路は前記フィルタ取付孔を介して前記弁室に連通してもよい。上記のバルブユニットは、オリフィスユニットと同様に側部からフィルタユニットを取り外すことができ、作業性に優れる。

 付記4に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタユニットは、外周にネジ溝が形成されたホルダ部(52)を有し、前記フィルタは、前記ホルダ部に支持され、かつ前記第2方向に延びた筒状に形成されてもよい。上記のバルブユニットは、フィルタユニットの先端にフィルタが露出するため、洗浄水をフィルタに当てる事が容易であり、洗浄作業を効率よく行える。
(付記6)
 付記5に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタ取付孔は、前記フィルタを収容するフィルタ収容部(46b)と、前記フィルタの先端に当接して筒状の前記フィルタの内周部と外周部とを液密に仕切る開口流路部(46a)と、を備えてもよい。上記のバルブユニットは、フィルタの内面及び外面を容易に洗浄でき、洗浄作業を効率よく行える。
 本開示について詳述したが、本開示は上記した個々の実施形態に限定されるものではない。これらの実施形態は、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、又は、請求の範囲に記載された内容とその均等物から導き出される本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の追加、置き換え、変更、部分的削除等が可能である。また、これらの実施形態は、組み合わせて実施することもできる。例えば、上記した実施形態において、各動作の順序や各処理の順序は、一例として示したものであり、これらに限定されるものではない。また、上記した実施形態の説明に数値又は数式が用いられている場合も同様である。

Claims (6)

  1.  水が流入する入口流路(30)と、水が流出する出口流路(32)と、前記入口流路と連通する弁室(34)と、前記弁室の内部に向けて突出し前記出口流路と連通する筒状の弁座(36)と、前記弁室と向かい合う圧力室(40)と、を有する本体部(16)と、
     前記弁室と前記圧力室とを仕切り、前記弁室と前記圧力室との圧力差によって駆動されて前記弁座を開閉するダイヤフラム(38)と、
     前記本体部に形成され、前記弁室の水を前記圧力室に導く第1パイロット流路(42A)と、
     前記圧力室の水を前記出口流路に排出する第2パイロット流路(42B)と、
     前記第2パイロット流路を開閉する電磁弁(18)と、を備え、前記第1パイロット流路には、
     前記弁室に開口するフィルタ取付孔(46)と、
     前記フィルタ取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、水に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタ(50)を有するフィルタユニット(48)と、
     前記フィルタ取付孔の下流に設けられたオリフィス取付孔(56)と、
     前記オリフィス取付孔に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記第1パイロット流路を流れる水の流量を絞るオリフィスユニット(54)と、を有する、バルブユニット(10)。
  2.  請求項1に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記第1パイロット流路は、前記弁座の突出方向である第1方向に延びる中間部(422)と、前記中間部と垂直な第2方向に延びる下流部(423)と、を有し、
     前記オリフィス取付孔は、前記中間部と前記下流部との接続部に設けられ、前記第2方向に延びる、バルブユニット。
  3.  請求項2に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記オリフィスユニットは、
     外周部にネジ溝が形成され、前記オリフィス取付孔を封止するシャフト(62)と、
     前記シャフトを径方向に貫通し前記中間部に連通する径孔(66a)と、
     前記シャフトの中心軸に沿って延在し、前記径孔と前記下流部とを接続するする軸孔(66b)と、を有し、
     前記径孔及び前記軸孔の少なくとも一方に、前記第1パイロット流路よりも小さな断面積を有する絞部(66c)を有する、バルブユニット。
  4.  請求項2に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタ取付孔は、前記第2方向に延び、前記第1パイロット流路は前記フィルタ取付孔を介して前記弁室に連通する、バルブユニット。
  5.  請求項4に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタユニットは、
     外周にネジ溝が形成されたホルダ部(52)を有し、
     前記フィルタは、前記ホルダ部に支持され、かつ前記第2方向に延びた筒状に形成されている、バルブユニット。
  6.  請求項5に記載のバルブユニットであって、前記フィルタ取付孔は、
     前記フィルタを収容するフィルタ収容部(46b)と、
     前記フィルタの先端に当接して筒状の前記フィルタの内周部と外周部とを液密に仕切る開口流路部(46a)と、を備える、バルブユニット。
