Abstract

鉄筋結束機は、ワイヤを鉄筋の周囲に巻き回す環状送り経路を構成するカール形成部と、鉄筋が突き当てられると共に、カール形成部を支持する先端ガイド部を備え、カール形成部は、ワイヤに巻き癖をつけるアーム部と、アーム部で巻き癖を付けられたワイヤを誘導するカールガイド部を備え、先端ガイド部は、鉄筋が突き当てられる突き当て部と、アーム部に支持されるアーム支持部と、カールガイド部に支持されるカールガイド支持部と、本体部に支持される本体支持部を備える。

Description

結束機
 本開示は、鉄筋等の結束物をワイヤで結束する結束機に関する。
 コンクリート建造物には強度を向上させるために鉄筋が使用されており、コンクリート打設時に鉄筋が所定の位置からずれないように、ワイヤで結束している。
 従来から、2本以上の鉄筋にワイヤを巻き、鉄筋に巻いたワイヤを捩じって当該2本以上の鉄筋をワイヤで結束する鉄筋結束機と称す結束機が提案されている。
 ワイヤで結束される鉄筋の径が大きくなると、鉄筋の周囲に環状に巻き回されるワイヤの送り経路の径を大きくする必要がある。そこで、環状に巻き回されるワイヤの送り経路の径が大きくなっても、ワイヤを結束部に確実に誘導できるようにした鉄筋結束機が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
日本国特許第7302302号公報
 環状となるワイヤの送り経路の径を大きくするためには、ワイヤに巻き癖をつけるカール形成部の径を、従来より大きくする必要があるが、径を大きくし、結束の安定性を保つためには、従来よりもカール形成部の先端部が長くなってしまう。しかし、カール形成部の長さが長くなると、カール形成部間の位置がずれる可能性が高まり、また、落下や衝突などによりカール形成部に加わる力が大きくなる。
 本開示は、カール形成部を強固に保持できるようにした結束機を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の一態様は、ワイヤを結束物の周囲に巻き回す結束機において、本体部と、本体部に取り付けられワイヤに巻き癖をつけるアーム部と、本体部に取り付けられアーム部で巻き癖をつけられたワイヤを結束部に誘導するカールガイド部と、を有し、アーム部と、カールガイド部との間の相対変位を規制する規制手段を備えた結束機である。
 また、本開示の他の一態様は、ワイヤを結束物の周囲に巻き回す結束機において、本体部と、本体部に取り付けられワイヤに巻き癖をつけるアーム部と、本体部に取り付けられるカールガイド部と、を有し、本体部と、アームとカールガイド部の少なくとも一方を、支持する支持部材を備えた結束機である。
 本開示では、アーム部と、カールガイド部との間の相対変位を規制できる。また、本開示では、アーム部、カールガイド部を強固に保持できる。また、結束時のワイヤの送り出し、ワイヤの受けに際し、アーム部、カールガイド部がグラつくなど、不用意に動くことが抑制され、安定して結束が可能である。さらに、落下や衝突などによりアーム部、カールガイド部に衝撃が加わっても、カール形成部が変形するなどの損傷を抑制できる。

 以下、図面を参照して、本開示の結束機の実施の形態としての鉄筋結束機の一例について説明する。
 <本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の構成例>
 図1は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す側面図、図2は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す要部斜視図、図3は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す側面から見た内部構成図である。
 鉄筋結束機1Aは、作業者が手に持って使用する形態であり、本体部10とハンドル部11を備える。また、鉄筋結束機1Aは、ワイヤWを矢印Fで示す正方向に送り、結束物である鉄筋Sの周囲に巻き回し、鉄筋Sの周囲に巻き回されたワイヤWを、矢印Rで示す逆方向に送って鉄筋Sに巻き付けた後、ワイヤWを捩じり、鉄筋SをワイヤWで結束する。鉄筋結束機1Aは、複数本のワイヤW、本例では、2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する。
 鉄筋結束機1Aは、上述した機能を実現するため、ワイヤWが収容されるマガジン2と、ワイヤWを送るワイヤ送り部3と、ワイヤ送り部3に送られるワイヤWをガイドするワイヤガイド部4を備える。また、鉄筋結束機1Aは、ワイヤ送り部3で送られるワイヤWを鉄筋Sの周囲に巻き回す環状送り経路を構成するカール形成部5と、鉄筋Sに巻き付けられたワイヤWを切断する切断部6を備える。更に、鉄筋結束機1Aは、鉄筋Sに巻き付けられたワイヤWを捩じる結束部7と、結束部7を駆動する駆動部8を備える。また、鉄筋結束機1Aは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられると共に、カール形成部5を支持する先端ガイド部9L、9Rを備える。
 鉄筋結束機1Aでは、駆動部8で駆動されて回転する結束部7の軸方向を矢印Xで示し、結束部7の軸方向に沿った矢印X方向を前後方向と称し、カール形成部5が設けられた側を前側と称す。また、鉄筋結束機1Aでは、結束部7の軸方向と交差する方向のうち、ハンドル部11の延伸する方向に沿った方向を矢印Zで示し、矢印Z方向を上下方向と称す。さらに、鉄筋結束機1Aでは、結束部7の軸方向と交差する方向のうち、ハンドル部11の延伸する方向と交差する方向を矢印Yで示し、矢印Y方向を左右方向と称す。
 マガジン2は収容部の一例で、長尺状のワイヤWが繰り出し可能に巻かれたリール20が回転、着脱可能に収納される。ワイヤWは、消耗品の一例である。ワイヤWは、塑性変形し得る金属線で構成されたワイヤ、金属線が樹脂で被覆されたワイヤ、あるいは撚り線のワイヤが使用される。2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する構成では、リール20は、2本のワイヤWが巻かれ、リール20から同時に2本のワイヤWを引き出せるようになっている。
 ワイヤ送り部3は、ワイヤWを挟持して送る一対の送りギア30を備える。ワイヤ送り部3は、図示しない送りモータの回転動作が送りギア30に伝達され、送りギア30が回転する。また、ワイヤ送り部3は、図示しない送りモータの回転方向の正逆を切り替えることで、送りギア30の回転方向が切り替えられ、ワイヤWの送り方向の正逆が切り替えられる。2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する構成では、ワイヤ送り部3は、2本のワイヤWを、ワイヤWの径方向に並べて送る。
 ワイヤガイド部4は、正方向に送られるワイヤWの送り方向に対し、送りギア30の上流側及び下流側に配置される。2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する構成では、ワイヤガイド部4は、進入してきた2本のワイヤWを、一対の送りギア30の並ぶ方向に沿って並列させて、一対の送りギア30の間にガイドする。
 カール形成部5は、ワイヤ送り部3で送られるワイヤWに巻き癖をつけるアーム部50と、アーム部50で巻き癖を付けられたワイヤWを結束部7に誘導するカールガイド部51を備える。カール形成部5は、ワイヤ送り部3で送られ、アーム部50を通過するワイヤWに、アーム部50で巻き癖を付けることで、アーム部50からカールガイド部51を通り結束部7に到達する二点鎖線で示すような環状送り経路Ruを形成する。
 アーム部50は、ワイヤWが通る幅を有した溝が、環状送り経路Ruの周方向に沿って形成される。2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する構成では、アーム部50は、進入してきた2本のワイヤWを、環状送り経路Ruの軸方向に沿って並ぶ方向に並列させる。また、アーム部50は、環状送り経路Ruの径方向に沿ってワイヤWを誘導するガイド面形成部50gを備える。ガイド面形成部50gは、環状送り経路Ruの径方向の外側に設けられる。
 カールガイド部51は、ワイヤWが通る幅を有した溝が、環状送り経路Ruの周方向に沿って形成される。カールガイド部51は、正方向に送られるワイヤWの送り方向に対して上流側の開口が下流側の開口に比べて開口面積が大きく構成され、開口の内面の少なくとも一部がテーパ状となっている。2本のワイヤWで鉄筋Sを結束する構成では、カールガイド部51は、進入してきた2本のワイヤWを、環状送り経路Ruの軸方向に沿って並ぶ方向に並列させる。また、カールガイド部51は、環状送り経路Ruの径方向に沿ってワイヤWを誘導するガイド面形成部51gを備える。ガイド面形成部51gは、環状送り経路Ruの径方向の外側に設けられる。
 切断部6は、固定刃部60と、固定刃部60との協働でワイヤWを切断する可動刃部61と、結束部7の動作を可動刃部61に伝達する伝達機構62を備える。切断部6は、固定刃部60を支点軸とした可動刃部61の回転動作でワイヤWを切断する。
 結束部7は、ワイヤWが係止されるワイヤ係止体70と、ワイヤ係止体70を作動させるスリーブ71を備える。駆動部8は、捩じりモータ80と、減速及びトルクの増幅を行う減速機81を備える。
 鉄筋結束機1Aは、ハンドル部11が本体部10から下方向に延在する。更に、ハンドル部11の下部にバッテリ15が着脱可能に取り付けられる。また、鉄筋結束機1Aは、マガジン2がハンドル部11の前方に設けられる。
 鉄筋結束機1Aは、ハンドル部11の前側にトリガ12が設けられ、ハンドル部11の内部にスイッチ13が設けられる。鉄筋結束機1Aは、トリガ12の操作で押されるスイッチ13の状態に応じて、制御部100が捩じりモータ80及び図示しない送りモータを制御する。
 図4Aは、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す一方の側方から見た要部側面図、図4Bは、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す一方の側方から見た先端ガイド部を取り外した状態の要部側面図である。また、図5Aは、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す他方の側方から見た要部側面図、図5Bは、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の一例を示す他方の側方から見た先端ガイド部を取り外した状態の要部側面図である。さらに、図6A、図6Bは、先端ガイド部の一例を示す斜視図であり、図6Aは、先端ガイド部9Lの一例を示し、図6Bは、先端ガイド部9Rの一例を示す。
 先端ガイド部9Lは規制手段または支持部材の一例で、本体部10の前側の端部であって、一方の側部に設けられる。先端ガイド部9Lは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられる突き当て部9Laと、アーム部50に支持されるアーム支持部90Lと、カールガイド部51に支持されるカールガイド支持部91Lと、本体部10に支持される本体支持部92Lを備える。
 突き当て部9Laは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51の間に設けられ、本体部10の前側の端部より前方に突出する。
 アーム支持部90Lは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Laからアーム部50に沿って前方に延伸する。アーム支持部90Lは、ネジ90sが挿入される穴部90Laを備える。穴部90Laは、アーム支持部90Lが延伸する方向に沿った複数個所に設けられる。
 カールガイド支持部91Lは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Laからカールガイド部51に沿って前方に延伸する。カールガイド支持部91Lは、ネジ91sが挿入される穴部91Laを備える。
 本体支持部92Lは第2の被支持部の一例で、アーム支持部90Lとカールガイド支持部91Lとの間を連結する。本体支持部92Lは、ネジ92Lsが挿入される穴部92Laを備える。
 アーム支持部90Lは、本体支持部92Lを基端として延伸し、本体支持部92Lから先端に向けて細くなる。すなわち、アーム支持部90Lは、基端が先端より太い形状である。また、アーム部50の延伸方向に沿ったアーム支持部90Lの長さは、アーム部50より短く構成される。よって、アーム支持部90Lは、アーム部50の先端から突出しない。
 先端ガイド部9Lは、アーム支持部90Lと本体支持部92Lとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Lと本体支持部92Lとの間に屈曲部93Lを備える。屈曲部93Lは、アーム支持部90Lと本体支持部92Lとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Lと本体支持部92Lとの間に段差が形成されるような曲げ部または曲面部などを設けて構成される。
 先端ガイド部9Rは規制手段または支持部材の一例で、本体部10の前側の端部であって、他方の側部に設けられる。先端ガイド部9Rは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられる突き当て部9Raと、アーム部50に支持されるアーム支持部90Rと、カールガイド部51に支持されるカールガイド支持部91Rと、本体部10に支持される本体支持部92Rを備える。
 突き当て部9Raは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51の間に設けられ、本体部10の前側の端部より前方に突出する。
 アーム支持部90Rは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Raからアーム部50に沿って前方に延伸する。アーム支持部90Rは、ネジ90sが締結されるネジ穴部90Raを備える。ネジ穴部90Raは、穴部90Laの配置に合わせて、アーム支持部90Rが延伸する方向に沿った複数個所に設けられる。
 カールガイド支持部91Rは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Raからカールガイド部51に沿って前方に延伸する。カールガイド支持部91Rは、ネジ91sが締結されるネジ穴部91Raを備える。ネジ穴部91Raは、穴部91Laの配置に合わせて設けられる。
 本体支持部92Rは第2の被支持部の一例で、アーム支持部90Rとカールガイド支持部91Rとの間を連結する。本体支持部92Rは、ネジ92Rsが挿入される穴部92Raを備える。
 アーム支持部90Rは、本体支持部92Rを基端として延伸し、本体支持部92Rから先端に向けて細くなる。すなわち、アーム支持部90Rは、基端が先端より太い形状である。また、アーム部50の延伸方向に沿ったアーム支持部90Rの長さは、アーム部50より短く構成される。よって、アーム支持部90Rは、アーム部50の先端から突出しない。
 先端ガイド部9Rは、アーム支持部90Rと本体支持部92Rとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Rと本体支持部92Rとの間に屈曲部93Rを備える。屈曲部93Rは、アーム支持部90Rと本体支持部92Rとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Rと本体支持部92Rとの間に段差が形成されるような曲げ部または曲面部などを設けて構成される。
 アーム部50は、ネジ90sが挿入される穴部50aを備える。穴部50aは、穴部90La及びネジ穴部90Raの配置に合わせて、アーム部50が延伸する方向に沿った複数個所に設けられる。穴部50aは、環状送り経路Ruの径方向の外側に設けられ、ガイド面形成部50gを貫通する。これにより、穴部50aは、環状送り経路Ruに露出しない。
 カールガイド部51は、ネジ91sが挿入される穴部51aを備える。穴部51aは、穴部91La及びネジ穴部91Raの配置に合わせて設けられる。穴部51aは、環状送り経路Ruの径方向の外側に設けられ、ガイド面形成部51gを貫通する。これにより、穴部51aは、環状送り経路Ruに露出しない。
 本体部10は、アーム部50が支持される本体側アーム支持部95と、カールガイド部51が支持される本体側カールガイド支持部96を備える。また、本体部10は、先端ガイド部9Lが支持される本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lと、先端ガイド部9Rが支持される本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rを備える。
 本体側アーム支持部95は、本体部10の前側の端部P1より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った後方で、ワイヤ送り部3、切断部6が設けられた側の反対側(結束部7の上側)に設けられる。本体側アーム支持部95は、ネジ95aでアーム部50が支持される。ネジ95aは第1の支持部の一例で、図示しない雌ネジ部に締結されることで、アーム部50を本体部10に支持する。
 本体側カールガイド支持部96は、本体部10の前側の端部P1より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った後方で、ワイヤ送り部3、切断部6が設けられた側(結束部7の下側)に設けられる。本体側カールガイド支持部96は、ネジ96La、96Raでカールガイド部51が支持される。ネジ96La、96Raは第1の支持部の一例で、図示しない雌ネジ部に締結されることで、カールガイド部51を本体部10に支持する。
 本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lは、本体部10の前側の端部P1より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った後方で、結束部7の軸方向と交差した一方の側方に設けられる。本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lは、ネジ92Lsで先端ガイド部9Lが支持される。ネジ92Lsは第3の支持部の一例で、本体部10に設けられた図示しない被締結部に締結されることで、先端ガイド部9Lを本体部10に支持する。
 本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rは、本体部10の前側の端部P1より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った後方で、結束部7の軸方向と交差した他方の側方に設けられる。本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rは、ネジ92Rsで先端ガイド部9Rが支持される。ネジ92Rsは第3の支持部の一例で、本体部10に設けられた図2に示す被締結部97Rbに締結されることで、先端ガイド部9Rを本体部10に支持する。被締結部97Rbは、ナットが本体部10に埋め込まれる形態でもよい。
 先端ガイド部9Lが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lに支持されると、アーム支持部90Lは、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、先端ガイド部9Lが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lに支持されると、アーム支持部90Lは、アーム部50に対し、結束部7の軸方向と交差した一方の側方に位置する。
 また、先端ガイド部9Rが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rに支持されると、アーム支持部90Rは、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、先端ガイド部9Rが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rに支持されると、アーム支持部90Rは、アーム部50に対し、結束部7の軸方向と交差した他方の側方に位置する。
 よって、先端ガイド部9Lのアーム支持部90Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのアーム支持部90Rは、アーム部50の両側面に設けられ、アーム部50は、先端ガイド部9Lのアーム支持部90Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのアーム支持部90Rとの間に挟まれる。
 アーム支持部90Lは、穴部90Laからネジ90sが通される。ネジ90sは第2の支持部の一例で、穴部90Laから通されたネジ90sは、アーム部50の穴部50aを通り、アーム支持部90Rのネジ穴部90Raに締結される。
 これにより、アーム部50は、先端ガイド部9Lのアーム支持部90Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのアーム支持部90Rとの間に挟まれた形態で、アーム支持部90L、90Rにネジ90sを介して支持される。
 したがって、アーム部50は、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、先端ガイド部9Lがネジ90sによりアーム支持部90Lを介して支持される。また、アーム部50は、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、先端ガイド部9Rがネジ90sによりアーム支持部90Rを介して支持される。
 さらに、先端ガイド部9Lが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lに支持されると、カールガイド支持部91Lは、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Laより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、先端ガイド部9Lが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lに支持されると、カールガイド支持部91Lは、カールガイド部51に対し、結束部7の軸方向と交差した一方の側方に位置する。
 また、先端ガイド部9Rが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rに支持されると、カールガイド支持部91Rは、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Raより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、先端ガイド部9Rが本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rに支持されると、カールガイド支持部91Rは、カールガイド部51に対し、結束部7の軸方向と交差した他方の側方に位置する。
 よって、先端ガイド部9Lのカールガイド支持部91Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのカールガイド支持部91Rは、カールガイド部51の両側面に設けられ、カールガイド部51は、先端ガイド部9Lのカールガイド支持部91Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのカールガイド支持部91Rとの間に挟まれる。
 カールガイド支持部91Lは、穴部91Laからネジ91sが通される。ネジ91sは第2の支持部の一例で、穴部91Laから通されたネジ91sは、カールガイド部51の穴部51aを通り、カールガイド支持部91Rのネジ穴部91Raに締結される。
 これにより、カールガイド部51は、先端ガイド部9Lのカールガイド支持部91Lと、先端ガイド部9Rのカールガイド支持部91Rとの間に挟まれた形態で、カールガイド支持部91L、91Rにネジ91sを介して支持される。
 したがって、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Laより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、先端ガイド部9Lがネジ91sによりカールガイド支持部91Lを介して支持される。また、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Raより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、先端ガイド部9Rがネジ91sによりカールガイド支持部91Rを介して支持される。ここで、支持とは、アーム部50と本体部10、カールガイド部51と本体部10、アーム部50とカールガイド部51とが、X、Y、Z方向の移動、回転移動などにより相対移動しないことを意図し、物体同士を固定することも含んでいる。但し、不可避の移動や機能に影響を与えない移動は含んでもよい。
 <本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の作用効果例>
 アーム部50は、上述したように、本体側アーム支持部95でネジ95aにより本体部10に支持されると共に、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、ネジ90sによりアーム支持部90Lを介して先端ガイド部9Lに支持される。先端ガイド部9Lは、本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lでネジ92Lsにより本体部10に支持される。これにより、アーム部50は、本体側アーム支持部95より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方の部位が、先端ガイド部9Lを介して本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lにより本体部10に支持される。
 また、アーム部50は、本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、ネジ90sによりアーム支持部90Rを介して先端ガイド部9Rに支持される。先端ガイド部9Rは、本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rでネジ92Rsにより本体部10に支持される。これにより、アーム部50は、本体側アーム支持部95より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方の部位が、先端ガイド部9Rを介して本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rにより本体部10に支持される。
 したがって、カール形成部5を構成するアーム部50は、複数の支持部であるネジ90s、95aで支持される。よって、アーム部50を強固に保持できる。また、結束時のワイヤWの送り出しに際し、アーム部50がグラつくなど、不用意に動くことが抑制され、安定して結束が可能である。さらに、落下や衝突などによりアーム部50に衝撃が加わっても、アーム部50が変形するなどの損傷を抑制できる。
 また、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96でネジ96La、96Raにより本体部10に支持されると共に、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96La、96Raより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、ネジ91sによりカールガイド支持部91Lを介して先端ガイド部9Lに支持される。先端ガイド部9Lは、本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lでネジ92Lsにより本体部10に支持される。これにより、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方の部位が、先端ガイド部9Lを介して本体側先端ガイド支持部97Lにより本体部10に支持される。
 また、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96La、96Raより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方で、ネジ91sによりカールガイド支持部91Rを介して先端ガイド部9Rに支持される。先端ガイド部9Rは、本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rでネジ92Rsにより本体部10に支持される。これにより、カールガイド部51は、本体側カールガイド支持部96より、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方の部位が、先端ガイド部9Rを介して本体側先端ガイド支持部97Rにより本体部10に支持される。
 したがって、カール形成部5を構成するカールガイド部51は、複数の支持部であるネジ91s、96La、96Raで支持される。よって、カールガイド部51を強固に保持できる。また、結束時のワイヤWの受けに際し、カールガイド部51がグラつくなど、不用意に動くことが抑制され、安定して結束が可能である。さらに、落下や衝突などによりカールガイド部51に衝撃が加わっても、カールガイド部51が変形するなどの損傷を抑制できる。
 また、カール形成部5を構成するアーム部50と本体部10との間の相対変位が、支持手段であるネジ90s、95aと、規制手段である先端ガイド部9L、9Rで規制される。また、カール形成部5を構成するカールガイド部51と本体部10との間の相対変位が、支持手段であるネジ91s、96La、96Raと、規制手段である先端ガイド部9L、9Rで規制される。さらに、アーム部50とカールガイド部51との間の相対変位が、規制手段である先端ガイド部9L、9Rで規制される。
 よって、アーム部50及びカールガイド部51を強固に保持できる。また、結束時のワイヤWの送り出し、ワイヤWの受けに際し、アーム部50及びカールガイド部51がグラつくなど、不用意に動くことが抑制され、安定して結束が可能である。さらに、落下や衝突などによりアーム部50及びカールガイド部51に衝撃が加わっても、アーム部50及びカールガイド部51が変形するなどの損傷を抑制できる。
 また、先端ガイド部9Lは、アーム支持部90Lと本体支持部92Lとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Lと本体支持部92Lとの間に屈曲部93Lを備え、先端ガイド部9Rは、アーム支持部90Rと本体支持部92Rとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Rと本体支持部92Rとの間に屈曲部93Rを備えることで、落下や衝突などによりアーム部50及びカールガイド部51に衝撃が加わった際に、屈曲部93L、93Rの弾性変形により衝撃を吸収できる。
 先端ガイド部9Lは、ネジ92Lsで本体部10に支持され、ネジ90sでアーム部50に支持され、ネジ91sでカールガイド部51に支持される。また、先端ガイド部9Rは、ネジ92Rsで本体部10に支持され、ネジ90sでアーム部50に支持され、ネジ91sでカールガイド部51に支持される。先端ガイド部9Lに設けられる突き当て部9Laと、先端ガイド部9Rに設けられる突き当て部9Raは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられることで、摩耗する可能性がある。そこで、先端ガイド部9L、9Rを、ネジなどの締結部材で本体部10、アーム部50、カールガイド部51に着脱可能に支持することで、交換が容易を容易に行うことができる。
 <本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の変形例>
 先端ガイド部9Lは、突き当て部9Laとアーム支持部90Lを備え、カールガイド支持部91Lを備えていない構成としてもよい。また、先端ガイド部9Lは、突き当て部9Laとカールガイド支持部91Lを備え、アーム支持部90Lを備えていない構成としてもよい。先端ガイド部9Rについても同様である。
 また、先端ガイド部9L、9Rは、金属で構成されても良いし、樹脂で構成されてもよい。先端ガイド部9L、9Rとアーム部50が金属で構成されている場合、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとアーム部50を溶接などで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよい。同様に、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとカールガイド部51が金属で構成されている場合、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとカールガイド部51を溶接などで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよい。さらに、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとアーム部50を接着などで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよく、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとカールガイド部51を接着などで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよい。また、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとアーム部50をリベット、カシメなどで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよく、先端ガイド部9L、9Rとカールガイド部51をリベット、カシメなどで着脱を考慮せずに支持してもよい。
 また、本体部10の一部を延伸する形態として、アーム支持部90L、90Rを本体部10と一体で構成してもよく、カールガイド支持部91L、91Rを本体部10と一体で構成してもよい。
 鉄筋結束機1Aにおいて、カールガイド部51が本体側カールガイド支持部96を支点に回動可能に支持され、かつ、カールガイド部51がバネなどの付勢部材で所定の方向に付勢されている構成が知られている。但し、鉄筋Sの周囲に巻き回す環状送り経路Ruの径が大きくなってくると、アーム部50で巻き癖を付けられたワイヤWを、カールガイド部51に接するようにして結束部7に誘導するため、カールガイド部51は支持されている方が望ましい。これに対し、ワイヤWが接した際にカールガイド部51が動かない程度の力でカールガイド部51が付勢される構成であれば、カールガイド部51が可動してもよい。この場合、カールガイド部51を可動に支持する軸などを、先端ガイド部9L、9Rで支持する構成とするとよい。
 図7は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機の他の例を示す一方の側方から見た要部側面図である。鉄筋結束機1Bは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51との間の相対変位を規制する支持部材98Lを備える。なお、他方の側方にも同様の支持部材を備えているが、他方の側方における支持部材は図示されない。
 支持部材98Lは規制手段の一例で、アーム部50に支持されるアーム支持部98aと、カールガイド部51に支持されるカールガイド支持部98bと、アーム支持部98aとカールガイド支持部98bを連結する連結部98cを備える。
 支持部材98Lは、アーム支持部98aが、図5A、図5Bに示す本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、支持部材98Lは、カールガイド支持部98bが、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Laより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。さらに、支持部材98Lは、鉄筋結束機1Bの一方の側方に設けられ、図示しない支持部材は、鉄筋結束機1Bの他方の側方に設けられる。これにより、アーム部50は、一対の支持部材のアーム支持部98aの間に挟まれる。また、カールガイド部51は、一対の支持部材のカールガイド支持部98bの間に挟まれる。アーム支持部98aは、ネジ98s1でアーム部50に支持される。また、カールガイド支持部98bは、ネジ98s2でカールガイド部51に支持される。ネジ98s1による支持箇所は、図5A、図5Bに示す本体側アーム支持部95及びネジ95aより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。また、ネジ98s2による支持箇所は、本体側カールガイド支持部96及びネジ96Laより、結束部7の軸方向に沿った前方に位置する。
 支持部材98Lは、アーム支持部98aと連結部98cとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部98bと連結部98cとの間に屈曲部98eを備える。
 鉄筋結束機1Bは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられる突き当て部98dを備える。突き当て部98dは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51の間に設けられ、本体部10の前側の端部より前方に突出する。突き当て部98dは、ネジ98dsで本体部10に支持される。鉄筋結束機1Bは、支持部材98Lと突き当て部98dが、別の部品で構成される。
 図8は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機のさらに他の例を示す一方の側方から見た要部側面図である。鉄筋結束機1Cは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられると共に、カール形成部5を支持する先端ガイド部9L(9R)を備える。図8では、先端ガイド部9Rは図示されない。
 先端ガイド部9Lは支持部材の一例で、本体部10の前側の端部であって、一方の側部に設けられる。先端ガイド部9Lは、鉄筋Sが突き当てられる突き当て部9Laと、アーム部50に支持されるアーム支持部90Lと、カールガイド部51に支持されるカールガイド支持部91Lと、本体部10に支持される本体支持部92Lを備える。
 突き当て部9Laは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51の間に設けられ、本体部10の前側の端部より前方に突出する。
 アーム支持部90Lは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Laからアーム部50に沿って前方に延伸する。アーム支持部90Lは、ネジ90sでアーム部50に支持される。アーム支持部90Lは、鉄筋Sが当接可能な当接部99Laを備える。当接部99Laは、アーム部50において、カールガイド部51と対向する対向面50hより、カールガイド部51側に突出する。なお、当接部99Laは、対向面50hと同一面となっていてもよい。
 カールガイド支持部91Lは第1の被支持部の一例で、突き当て部9Laからカールガイド部51に沿って前方に延伸する。カールガイド支持部91Lは、ネジ91sでカールガイド部51に支持される。カールガイド支持部91Lは、鉄筋Sが当接可能な当接部99Lbを備える。当接部99Lbは、突き当て部9Laからカールガイド部51に沿って前方に延伸し、カールガイド部51において、アーム部50と対向する対向面51hより、アーム部50側に突出する。なお、当接部99Lbは、対向面51hと同一面となっていてもよい。
 本体支持部92Lは第2の被支持部の一例で、アーム支持部90Lとカールガイド支持部91Lとの間を連結する。本体支持部92Lは、ネジ92Lsで本体部10に支持される。
 先端ガイド部9Lは、アーム支持部90Lと本体支持部92Lとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Lと本体支持部92Lとの間に屈曲部93Lを備える。屈曲部93Lは、アーム支持部90Lと本体支持部92Lとの間、及び、カールガイド支持部91Lと本体支持部92Lとの間に段差が形成されるような曲げ部または曲面部などを設けて構成される。
 鉄筋結束機1Cでは、アーム部50とカールガイド部51との間に鉄筋Sが入れられる際に、鉄筋Sが当接部99La、99Lbに当接する場合がある。当接部99La、99Lbを備えることで、鉄筋Sがアーム部50及びカールガイド部51に当接することが抑制される。また、鉄筋Sが当接することで、当接部99La、99Lbが摩耗した場合、先端ガイド部9Lを交換すればよく、アーム部50及びカールガイド部51の摩耗を抑制できる。当接部99Laと当接部99Lbは、どちらか一方を備えていてもよい。
 図9は、本実施の形態の鉄筋結束機のさらに他の例を示す一方の側方から見た要部側面図である。
 鉄筋結束機1Dでは、先端ガイド部99Lは、逃げ部99Lcを有している。逃げ部99Lcは結束部7により捩られたワイヤWの捩じり部が結束部7から離れる際、先端ガイド部99Lにワイヤが引っ掛からないように、より詳しくは捩り部よりもワイヤ端部が先端ガイド部99Lに引っ掛かって抜け出ることを阻害されないように、両側面の先端ガイド同士の最短距離寸法を大きくするための空間である。逃げ部99Lcは他方の側面に設けられた先端ガイド部(不図示)にも設けられていてもよく、また、前述の実施例の全てに適用してもよい。さらには、円弧状の空隙で逃げ部99Lcを示したが、両側面に設けた先端ガイドの当接部間の距離を大きくすることで逃げ部を形成してもよい。
 なおアーム部50は、本体部10に対して別体に取り付けられていても、本体部10に対して一体に設けられていてもよい。例えば、アーム部50は本体部10から延出していてもよい。
 本出願は、2024年2月9日付で出願された日本国特許出願(特願2024-018379)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 本開示によると、カール形成部を強固に保持できるようにした結束機を提供することができる。

Claims (14)

  1.  ワイヤを結束物の周囲に巻き回す結束機において、
     本体部と、
     前記本体部に取付けられ前記ワイヤに巻き癖をつけるアーム部と、
     前記本体部に取付けられ前記アーム部で巻き癖をつけられたワイヤを結束部に誘導するカールガイド部と、を有し、
     前記アーム部と、前記カールガイド部との間の相対変位を規制する規制手段を備えた結束機。
  2.  前記規制手段は、前記本体部と前記アーム部と前記カールガイド部とは異なる部材である
     請求項1に記載の結束機。
  3.  前記規制手段は、前記アーム部と、前記カールガイド部と、前記本体部との間の相対変位を規制する
     請求項1に記載の結束機。
  4.  ワイヤを結束物の周囲に巻き回す結束機において、
     本体部と、
     前記本体部に取付けられ前記ワイヤに巻き癖をつけるアーム部と、
     前記本体部に取付けられるカールガイド部と、を有し、
     前記本体部と、前記アーム部と前記カールガイド部の少なくとも一方を、支持する支持部材とを備えた
     結束機。
  5.  前記支持部材により前記アーム部と、前記カールガイド部がそれぞれ前記本体部に支持される
     請求項4に記載の結束機。
  6.  前記支持部材により前記アーム部と、前記カールガイド部と、前記本体部と、が支持される
     請求項5に記載の結束機。
  7.  前記支持部材は、屈曲部を備えた

  8.  前記支持部材は、前記アーム部よりも前記カールガイド部に向かって、または/あるいは、前記カールガイド部よりも前記アーム部に向かって突出する当接部を備えた

  9.  前記支持部材は、前記本体部と前記アーム部または/あるいは前記カールガイド部との支持箇所を基端として延伸し、前記基端から前記アーム部または/あるいは前記カールガイド部の延伸方向における先端に向けて細くなる

  10.  前記支持部材は、前記本体部と前記アーム部または/あるいは前記カールガイド部との支持箇所を基端として延伸し、前記基端から前記アーム部または/あるいは前記カールガイド部の延伸方向における先端を備え、前記基端が前記先端より太い

  11.  前記支持部材と前記アーム部または/あるいは前記カールガイド部との支持箇所はワイヤの経路とは異なる箇所に設けられる
