技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、终端设备、基站、装置及介质。
背景技术
卫星通信系统以卫星作为中继站转发微波信号,在多个地面站之间通信,卫星通信的主要目的是实现对地面的“无缝隙”覆盖。由于星地之间距离较远,卫星一般采用窄波束进行信号传输。但是由于每个波束覆盖的角度有限,为了便于小区内不同波束对应的用户都能进行随机接入等服务,星载基站通常采用波束扫描方式来覆盖整个小区的服务范围。波束扫描是指在不同时刻,采用不同方向的波束发送物理信号或参考信号。一个小区通常需要发送多个同步信号块(Synchronization Signal Block,SSB)来完成一次波束扫描以使同步信号覆盖整个小区的服务范围。
目前,波束对应的配置信息是小区级的配置,即不同小区的波束对应的配置信息不同,但同一小区内的所有波束对应的配置信息相同。但是,小区级的配置无法适配小区内所有波束对应的实际通信场景和需求相匹配,可能会导致通信性能不佳的问题,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法、终端设备、基站、装置及介质。用于解决现有的小区级的配置无法适配小区内所有波束对应的实际通信场景和需求,可能会导致通信性能不佳的问题,影响用户体验。
本公开实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:
接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的信息;
基于下行消息,获取与终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息。
本公开实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:
获取与小区内的不同波束对应的配置信息;
向终端设备发送包括配置信息的下行消息,下行消息用于指示终端设备获取与当前波束对应配置的信息。
本公开实施例还提供了一种终端设备,包括:

本公开实施例中,终端设备能够接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的信息;基于下行消息获取与终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息。采用上述技术方案,波束对应配置的信息是波束级配置,即同一小区内的不同波束对应配置可以是不同的信息,使得波束对应配置的信息更具有灵活性,与波束对应的实际通信场景和需求更匹配,从而提高通信性能,提升用户体验。

申请人通过研究发现,同一个小区内的所有波束对应配置的信息相同,其中,波束对应配置的信息有多种,包括:SSB发射功率、SSB发送周期、SSB传输情况指示、SI广播状态、SI发送周期、SIB到SI的映射关系、用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息、寻呼周期、寻呼时机及寻呼位置信息等。下面以SSB发射功率为例进行说明。
示例性的,图1为SSB发射功率和小区之间的对应关系示意图。如图1所示,小区PCI0、小区PCI1、小区PCI2、小区PCI3、小区PCI4、小区PCI5和小区PCI6的SSB发射功率分别为SSB发射功率0、SSB发射功率1、SSB发射功率2、SSB发射功率3、SSB发射功率4、SSB发射功率5和SSB发射功率6,即不同小区的SSB发射功率不同,但是,同一小区内的所有波束的SSB发射功率相同。
在卫星通信系统中,小区的范围很大,同一小区内的波束数量也较多,因此同一个小区内不同波束之间的距离可能较远,相应地,不同波束对应的信道条件也千差万别,因此,同一小区内相同的SSB发射功率显然无法适配所有波束对应的实际通信场景和需求。比如,同一小区内不同波束的波束距离不同,具体地,针对同一小区内的波束,有的波束位于卫星星下点附近,即波束到卫星之间的距离较近,路径损耗较小;有的波束与卫星之间俯仰角较小,即波束到卫星之间的距离较远,路径损耗较大。若所有波束的SSB发射功率都是相同的,会导致距离较远的波束上的用户的SSB接收功率较低,从而影响终端设备对SSB的解码性能。由于SSB检测是随机接入流程中的关键步骤,当SSB解码性能较差时,接入时延等问题也会严重影响用户的通信体验。对于波束业务分布密度、波束优先级等其他因素同理,此处不再赘述。
此外,星上资源是非常昂贵的,有效利用星上资源可以提高整个卫星通信系统的性能,并使其在经济成本上相较其他通信方式更具竞争力。发射功率作为一种星上资源,需要得到充分高效地使用。在NTN系统中,卫星以单个点波束形式分时扫描,即同一时刻只服务一个特定区域,当有多个区域都在请求服务时,只能按优先级分时服务这些区域,通信响应时延较长,影响用户体验。为解决该问题,卫星未来极有可能采用多波束的工作机制,即多点波束可以同时点亮,以服务不同的区域,这可以极大提高卫星通信系统的灵活性,减少通信时延。但是星上功率资源本就非常稀缺,此时单个波束的发射功率势必受到影响,如何在多点波束之间进行功率分配也是需要解决的一个问题。
图2为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由信息处理装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在终端设备中。本公开实施例涉及的终端设备,可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备等。在不同的系统中,终端设备的名称可能也不相同,例如在5G系统中,终端设备可以称为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)。无线终端设备可以是USB存储设备、其他个人计算机内存设备和加密狗,也可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网(Core Network,CN)进行通信,无线终端设备可以是移动终端设备,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端设备的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(Personal Communication Service,PCS)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(Session Initiated Protocol,SIP)话机、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、个人计算机、平板电脑、机器类通信(Machine-type Communication,MTC)终端设备等设备。无线终端设备也可以称为系统、订户单元(subscriber unit)、订户站(subscriber station),移动站(mobile station)、移动台(mobile)、远程站(remote station)、接入点(access point)、远程终端设备(remote terminal)、接入终端设备(access terminal)、用户终端设备(user terminal)、用户代理(user agent)、用户装置(user device)以及满足本定义限制的无线接入器和路由器/调制解调器等,本公开实施例中并不限定。

对于SSB发送周期,根据不同波束的波束内业务需求、波束业务优先级、和/或信道质量等的不同,波束级配置不同的SSB发送周期。比如,波束内业务需求大的波束的SSB发送周期短于波束内业务需求小的波束的SSB发送周期;波束业务优先级高的波束的SSB发送周期短于波束业务优先级低的波束的SSB发送周期。

在又一些实施中,功率扩展数组的长度可以大于小区的波束总数,功率扩展数组中的部分元素为SSB发射功率,部分元素为空,一个SSB发射功率与一个波束对应。
在一个示例中,下行消息包括:SIB1消息,其中,功率扩展数组的长度是基于信令开销确定的。
例如,当采用SIB1来携带功率扩展数组时,为了与SIB1中的ssb-PositionsInBurst形式相匹配,SIB1中功率扩展数组的长度可以为8。基于信令开销确定功率扩展数组的长度,可使功率扩展数组的长度与信令开销相匹配,从而保证携带有功率扩展数组的SIB1消息的高效传输。
在另一个示例中,下行消息包括:RRC消息,其中,功率扩展数组的长度是基于当前小区的波束总数确定的。
例如,当采用RRC信令来携带功率扩展数组时,为了与RRC信令中的ssb-PositionsInBurst形式相匹配,功率扩展数组也不需要采用压缩的方式来指示,若当前小区的波束总数小于等于第一数量(比如4)时,使用shortPowerList指示SSB发射功率,此时功率扩展数组的长度较短;若当前小区的波束总数小于等于第二数量(比如8)时,使用mediumPowerList指示SSB发射功率,此时功率扩展数组的长度中等,其中,第二数量大于第一数量;若当前小区的波束总数小于等于第二数量(比如64)时,使用longPowerList指示SSB发射功率,此时功率扩展数组的长度较长,其中,第三数量大于第一数量。基于当前小区的波束总数确定功率扩展数组的长度,有利于使当前小区内的更多波束能够和功率扩展数组中的SSB发射功率一一对应,有利于提高SSB发射功率设置的灵活性和精度。
S320、基于预先获取的当前波束标识,从功率扩展数组中确定与当前波束标识对应的目标位置。

本公开实施例中,SSB发射功率是波束级配置的,即同一小区内的不同波束可以配置不同的SSB发射功率,使得SSB发射功率的配置更具有灵活性,有利于实现SSB发射功率与对应波束对应的实际通信场景和需求相匹配,从而提高通信性能,提升用户体验。

本公开实施例中,支持与SSB相关的信息的波束级灵活配置,有利于实现比如为距离基站的距离远、波束内业务需求大、波束业务优先级高的波束提供更高的SSB发射功率,为距离基站的距离近、波束内业务需求小、波束业务优先级低的波束提供更小的SSB发射功率;为波束内业务需求大、波束业务优先级高的波束提供更短的SSB发送周期、更多的SSB传输情况指示,从而允许这些波束有更多的随机接入机会或更多的RRM测量;为业务需求小、业务优先级低的波束提供更长的SSB周期、更少的SSB传输情况指示,避免时频域资源的浪费,提高时频域资源利用率。
情况四:SI广播状态(即si-BroadcastStatus)

可见,当终端设备从一个小区移动到另一个小区时,系统信息会发生变化,网络需要通过寻呼来通知终端设备接收系统信息更新消息,该种应用场景只会在小区边缘的波束发生。但是,现有协议通知寻呼配置时是小区级的,即认为小区内的所有波束寻呼配置情况相同,这显然会造成不必要的资源浪费。本公开实施例支持波束级的寻呼配置(寻呼周期、寻呼时机及寻呼位置信息等),即小区内不同波束上的寻呼配置可以各不相同,如此,可以为一些波束提供较长的寻呼周期、较稀疏的寻呼时机,为其他波束上提供较短的寻呼周期、较密集的寻呼时机,例如为小区边缘的波束提供较短的寻呼周期、较密集的寻呼时机,便于其及时接收新的系统信息。如此,可改善现有协议中存在的资源浪费问题。
本公开实施例还提供了一种应用于基站的信息处理方法。示例性的,图28为本公开实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由信息处理装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在基站中。根据具体应用场合不同,基站又可以称为接入点,或者可以是接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端设备通信的设备,或者其它名称。

下面结合几个详细示例对本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法进行详细说明。

1.终端设备进行小区搜索,对接收到的SSB信号进行解码,并得出SSB索引。

SSB传输情况指示:方案一:将SIB1信令中的ssb-PositionsInBurst数组改为标量(即当前波束对应的SSB传输情况指示),即只代表当前波束对应的SSB是否传输。方案二:将SIB1信令中的ssb-PositionsInBurst在FR2时的长度由16bit扩展为64bit,用于准确表示当前小区内各波位的SSB传输情况指示。
实施例十一:
SI广播状态:为一些波束提供SIB消息,在其他波束上关闭SIB消息广播。方案一:将现有协议中的SI广播状态标量扩展为广播状态数组,需要根据当前波束的SSB索引来索引到对应的SI广播状态。方案二:仍然保持现有协议中的SI广播状态标量,将其重新释义为当前波束对应的SI广播状态。
SI发送周期:为一些波束提供密集的SIB消息发送,在其他波束上提供稀疏的SIB消息发送。方案一:将现有协议中的SI发送周期标量扩展为周期扩展组,需要根据当前SSB索引来索引到当前波束对应的SI发送周期。方案二:保持现有协议中的SI发送周期标量,将其重新释义为当前波束对应的SI发送周期。方案三:下行消息中携带参考SI发送周期,以及当前波束对应的周期倍数(可以放在参考SI发送周期所在信令中,也可以放在PBCH空余2bit中)或,周期倍数数组(不同波束用各自的当前SSB索引去分别索引对应的周期倍数),当前波位对应的SSB发送周期为参考SI发送周期*当前波束对应的周期倍数。

si-Req终端设备stConfig:为一些波束的终端设备提供上行资源配置,为其他波束提供不同上行资源配置。方案一:将现有协议中的si-Req终端设备stConfig新增一个波束维度得到资源数组,需要根据当前SSB索引来索引对应的上行资源配置。方案二:将现有协议中的si-Req终端设备stConfig重新释义为当前波束对应的上行资源配置。

寻呼周期:方案一:将现有协议中的寻呼周期标量扩展为周期扩展数组,需要根据当前SSB索引来索引到对应的寻呼周期。方案二:保持现有协议中寻呼周期的标量形式,将其重新释义为当前波束的寻呼周期。方案三:下行消息中携带参考寻呼周期,以及当前波束对应的周期倍数(可以放在参考寻呼周期所在信令中,也可以放在PBCH空余2bit中)或,周期倍数数组(不同波束用各自的当前SSB索引去分别索引对应的周期倍数),当前波位对应的寻呼周期为参考寻呼周期*当前波束对应的周期倍数。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述波束包括:波束方向、系统级中的一个逻辑的服务范围或覆盖区域、或系统级中的一个逻辑的波束索引。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的与SSB相关的信息;和/或,
    所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的与SIBs相关的信息;和/或,
    所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的与寻呼相关的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述与SSB相关的信息包括以下一项:
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SSB发射功率;
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SSB发送周期;或者
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SSB传输情况指示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:功率扩展数组,其中,所述功率扩展数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SSB发射功率;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述功率扩展数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考SSB发射功率,以及功率偏移数组,其中,所述功率偏移数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SSB发射功率相对于所述参考SSB发射功率的SSB偏移值;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述功率偏移数组中获取与当前波束对应的SSB偏移值;
    根据所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述功率偏移数组包括:
    以分贝毫瓦dBm为单位的偏移值数组表示,其中,所述偏移值数组分别指示所述各波束对应的SSB发射功率相对于所述参考SSB发射功率的偏移值;
    所述根据所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率,包括:
    计算所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的以dBm为单位的偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述功率偏移数组包括:
    以分贝dB为单位的偏移值数组表示,其中,所述偏移值数组分别指示所述各波束对应的SSB发射功率相对于所述参考SSB发射功率的偏移值;
    所述根据所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率,包括:
    计算所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的以dB为单位的偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述功率偏移数组包括:
    以分贝毫瓦dBm为单位的偏移步长和偏移步长因子数组表示,其中,所述偏移步长因子数组分别指示所述各波束对应的SSB发射功率相对于所述参考SSB发射功率的偏移步长因子;
    所述根据所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率,包括:
    计算所述参考SSB发射功率,所述以dBm为单位的偏移步长以及与所述当前波束对应的偏移步长因子,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述功率偏移数组包括:
    以分贝dB为单位的偏移步长和偏移步长因子数组表示,其中,所述偏移步长因子数组分别指示所述各波束对应的SSB发射功率相对于所述参考SSB发射功率的偏移步长因子;
    所述根据所述参考SSB发射功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB偏移值,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率,包括:
    计算所述参考SSB发射功率,所述以dB为单位的偏移步长以及与所述当前波束对应的偏移步长因子,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SSB发射功率;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收所述基站针对所述终端设备进行波束切换后的新波束发送的下行消息,解析获取与所述新波束对应的SSB发射功率。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    获取与所述当前波束对应的SSB接收功率;
    根据所述当前波束对应的SSB接收功率和所述当前波束对应的SSB发射功率,估计出所述当前波束对应的路径损耗;
    根据所述当前波束对应的路径损耗,获取所述当前波束对应的上行功率控制值。
  14. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:周期扩展数组,其中,所述周期扩展数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SSB发送周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期扩展数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SSB发送周期。
  15. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考SSB发送周期,以及周期倍数数组,其中,所述周期倍数数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SSB发送周期相对于所述参考SSB发送周期的周期倍数;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期倍数数组中获取与当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    根据所述参考SSB发送周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发送周期。
  16. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考SSB发送周期,以及与所述终端设备的当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    根据所述参考SSB发送周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的SSB发送周期。
  17. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SSB发送周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SSB发送周期。
  18. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SSB传输情况指示;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SSB传输情况指示。
  19. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:传输指示数组,其中,所述传输指示数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SSB传输情况指示;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述传输指示数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SSB传输情况指示。
  20. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述与SIBs相关的信息包括以下一项:
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SI广播状态,所述SI对应承载所述SIBs;
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SI发送周期,所述SI对应承载所述SIBs;或者,
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的SIB到SI的映射关系;
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息,所述SI对应承载所述SIBs。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SI广播状态;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SI广播状态。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:广播状态数组,其中,所述广播状态数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SI广播状态;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述广播状态数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SI广播状态。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:周期扩展数组,其中,所述周期扩展数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SI发送周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期扩展数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SI发送周期。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考SI发送周期,以及周期倍数数组,其中,所述周期倍数数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SI发送周期相对于所述参考SI发送周期的周期倍数;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期倍数数组中获取与当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    根据所述参考SI发送周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的SI发送周期。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考SI发送周期,以及与所述终端设备的当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    根据所述参考SI发送周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的SI发送周期。
  26. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SI发送周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SI发送周期。
  27. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的SIB到SI的映射关系;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的SIB到SI的映射关系。
  28. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:映射关系数组,其中,所述映射关系数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的SIB到SI的映射关系;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述映射关系数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的SIB到SI的映射关系。
  29. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息。
  30. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:资源数组,其中,所述资源数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述资源数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的用于请求非广播性质SI的MSG1的资源配置信息。
  31. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于其中,所述与寻呼相关的信息包括:小区内的不同波束对应配置的寻呼周期;或者
    小区内的不同波束对应配置的寻呼时机及寻呼位置信息。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:周期扩展数组,其中,所述周期扩展数组用于表示与小区内各波束对应的寻呼周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期扩展数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的寻呼周期。

    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述周期倍数数组中获取与当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    根据所述参考寻呼周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的寻呼周期。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:参考寻呼周期,以及与所述终端设备的当前波束对应的周期倍数;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    根据所述参考寻呼周期和所述当前波束对应的周期倍数,获取与当前波束对应的寻呼周期。
  35. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述接收基站发送的下行消息,包括:
    接收基站针对所述终端设备的当前波束发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息包括:与所述当前波束对应的寻呼周期;
    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    解析所述下行消息获取与当前波束对应的寻呼周期。

    所述基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息,包括:
    基于预先获取的当前波束标识从所述寻呼信息数组中确定与所述当前波束标识对应的目标位置;
    从所述目标位置中获取与当前波束对应的寻呼时机及寻呼位置信息。
  38. 一种信息处理方法,其中,所述方法应用于基站,包括:
    获取与小区内的不同波束对应的配置信息;
    向终端设备发送包括所述配置信息的下行消息,所述下行消息用于指示所述终端设备获取与当前波束对应配置的信息。
  39. 一种终端设备,其中,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的信息;
    基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息。
  40. 一种基站,其中,包括:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    获取与小区内的不同波束对应的配置信息;
    向终端设备发送包括所述配置信息的下行消息,所述下行消息用于指示所述终端设备获取与当前波束对应配置的信息。
  41. 一种信息处理装置,其中,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收基站发送的下行消息,其中,所述下行消息用于指示小区内的不同波束对应配置的信息;
    第一获取模块,用于基于所述下行消息获取与所述终端设备所在的当前波束对应配置的信息。
  42. 一种信息处理装置,其中,包括:
    第二获取模块,用于获取与小区内的不同波束对应的配置信息;
    第一发送模块,用于向终端设备发送包括所述配置信息的下行消息,所述下行消息用于指示所述终端设备获取与当前波束对应配置的信息。
  43. 一种计算机存储介质,其中,所述处理器可读存储介质存储有程序,所述程序用于使所述处理器执行权利要求1至37任一项所述的方法,或者执行权利要求38所述的方法。
