本申请涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种衣物处理组件及衣物处理设备。
在相关技术中,干衣机中设置有香料座,香料座的内部腔体设有香味挥发件,香味挥发件会挥发香味物质来为衣物增香,香料座的壁体上设置有通孔,通孔与香料座内部腔体和干衣机的衣物容纳筒均直接连通,导致香味物质的流通路径短,处理后的衣物香味浓度大,使用寿命短。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理组件,所述衣物处理组件可以延长衣物处理物质的流通路径长度,使得扩散至衣物处理筒内的衣物处理物质浓度不会过高,并具有较长的使用寿命。
本申请的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述衣物处理组件的衣物处理设备。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理组件,包括:安装座,所述安装座适于与衣物处理设备的衣物处理筒连接,所述安装座限定出沿其轴向延伸的安装槽;功能盒,所述功能盒设于所述安装槽且具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于容纳功能件;其中,所述安装座具有通道,所述通道用于连通所述衣物处理筒的内腔和所述容纳腔。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理组件,一方面,通过在安装座上设置安装槽,功能盒至少部分设于安装槽中,从而使得功能盒在运动的衣物的冲击下,不易与安装座分离而损坏;另一方面,通过在安装座上设置通道,从而使得功能件产生的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,降低衣物处理物质扩散速度,进而降低衣物处理筒内的衣物处理物质浓度,延长功能件的使用寿命,减少功能盒的更换频次。

参照图1-图39所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理组件100包括安装座101和功能盒102。安装座101适于与衣物处理设备400的衣物处理筒300连接,例如,安装座101可以与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200连接,或者,安装座101可以与衣物处理筒300的筒侧壁连接。衣物处理筒300限定出具有衣物取放口的衣物处理腔,用户可以从衣物取放口向衣物处理腔中取放衣物,功能盒102中的功能件30产生的物质会进入到衣物处理腔中以衣物接触,对衣物进行处理。
如图2所示,功能盒102具有容纳腔1023,容纳腔1023用于容纳功能件30,需要说明的是,功能件30需做广义理解,即功能件30可以产生气体,以实现衣物杀菌、熏香、柔顺等效果中的至
少一种,例如功能件30可以为臭氧生成器,或者,功能件30可以整体可挥发,也可以含有可挥发的物质等,或者。并且,功能件30的挥发物可以实现衣物杀菌、熏香、柔顺等效果中的至少一种,例如,功能件30可以为可挥发出挥发物的香薰,这都在本申请的保护范围之内。
如图2至图4所示,安装座101限定出沿其轴向延伸的安装槽1013,具体地,例如安装槽1013可以为圆柱形安装槽,或者可以为六棱柱形安装槽,或者可以为四棱柱形安装槽。功能盒102设于安装槽1013,通过设置安装槽1013来安装功能盒102,即功能盒102会至少部分位于安装座101中,可以理解的是,衣物处理设备400运行过程中,衣物处理筒300会不断转动,从而衣物会不断冲击衣物处理组件100,相比于采用功能盒102的一端直接与安装座101的一端连接的设计,本申请通过在安装座101上设置安装槽1013,将功能盒102设于安装槽1013中,一方面,可以使得功能盒102的体积可以相对较大,可以容纳体积更大的功能件30,从而延长功能件30的使用寿命,降低用户更换功能盒102或衣物处理组件100的频次;另一方面,功能盒102在受到衣物缠绕、冲击等作用时,更不易与安装座101分离或发生损坏,且有利于使得功能盒102可以方便地拆卸下来进行更换。
其中,安装座101具有通道70,通道70用于连通衣物处理筒300的内腔和容纳腔1023。也就是说,功能件30产生的衣物处理物质会进入到容纳腔1023中,然后经由通道70进入到衣物处理腔中与衣物接触,对衣物进行处理。相比于只在功能盒上设置直接与衣物处理腔连通的通孔,本申请中功能件30产生的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,扩散速度更慢,从而使得衣物处理筒300内的衣物处理物质的浓度不会过高,功能件30使用寿命更长。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理组件100,一方面,通过在安装座101上设置安装槽1013,功能盒102至少部分设于安装槽1013中,从而使得功能盒102在运动的衣物的冲击下,不易与安装座101分离而损坏;另一方面,通过在安装座101上设置通道70,从而使得功能件30产生的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,降低衣物处理物质扩散速度,进而降低衣物处理筒300内的衣物处理物质浓度,延长功能件30的使用寿命,减少功能盒102的更换频次。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图4所示,安装座101具有第一过孔1012、第二过孔1014,第一过孔1012和第二过孔1014分别位于安装座101的轴向两端,第一过孔1012用于连通衣物处理筒300的内腔,第二过孔1014设于安装槽1013的槽底壁且与容纳腔1023连通,通道70连通第一过孔1012和第二过孔1014,这样功能件30产生的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,降低衣物处理物质扩散速度,进而降低衣物处理筒300内的衣物处理物质浓度,延长功能件30的使用寿命,减少功能盒102的更换频次。但不限于此,第二过孔1014也可以设于安装槽1013的槽侧壁,第一过孔1012和第二过孔1014也分别位于安装座101的径向两侧,或者第一过孔1012和第二过孔1014其中的一个可以设于安装座101的径向一侧,第一过孔1012和第二过孔1014中的另一个可以设于安装座101的轴向一侧。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3所示,通道70环绕在安装槽1013的外侧。这样,通道70的空间可以尽量地大,衣物处理物质更易排出,且即使毛絮等杂质进入通道70,也不易堵塞通道70。通道70可以环绕在安装槽1013的外侧,但不限于此,通道70也可以只设置在安装槽1013的一侧,或者在安装槽1013的周向间隔开地布置有多个通道70,或者,通道70呈螺旋形布置在安装槽1013的外侧。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2至图4所示,安装座101包括第一筒体1017、第二筒体1016和环形连接体1011,第一筒体1017、第二筒体1016和环形连接体1011构成座本体10,第一筒体1017套设在第二筒体1016的外侧且第二筒体1016限定出安装槽1013;环形连接体1011连接在第一筒体1017和第二筒体1016之间,环形连接体1011与第一筒体1017的周壁、第二筒体1016的周壁之间限定出通道70的至少一部分,第一过孔1012设于环形连接体1011。采用上述结构设计,一方面,座本体10的结构强度高,另一方面,通道70的空间大,利于保证扩散效果,第三,加工难度低,座本体10的质量较轻。
在一些实施例中,如图17所示,环形连接体1011环绕安装槽1013的槽口,环形罩20套设在功能盒102的外侧,环形罩20与环形连接体1011配合。这样,外观更加美观。
在一些实施例中,如图13和图14所示,座本体10设有沿环形连接体1011的周向延伸的环形凸筋1015,环形凸筋1015止挡在环形罩20的外侧。在环形罩20的外侧设置环形凸筋1015,一方面,环形凸筋1015可以对环形罩20起到限位作用,降低环形罩20沿径向方向发生大幅晃动的可能;另一方面,当安装座101为柱体件且环形连接体1011设于安装座101的轴向一端时,相比于不设置环形凸筋1015,环形罩20与安装座101之间的缝隙的开口的朝向径向方向,本申请中的环形凸筋1015和环形罩20之间的缝隙的开口的朝向轴向方向,环形罩20与安装座101之间的缝隙更不易缠绕毛发、毛絮等。
在一些实施例中,如图13和图14所示,环形凸筋1015远离安装座101的一端与环形罩20远离安装座101的一端平滑相接,这样外观更加美观,且毛发、毛絮等不易缠绕至环形罩20和环形凸筋1015之间的缝隙中。
在一些实施例中,如图13和图14所示,功能盒102的外周面具有多个沿其周向排布的配合凸起1025,多个配合凸起1025与环形罩20的内周面配合。可以理解的是,在功能盒102的外周面上设置配合凸起1025可以减小功能盒102外周面与安装槽1013的侧壁之间的间距,若功能盒102的侧壁相对于安装槽1013的侧壁发生晃动,则可晃动范围更小,因此配合凸起1025可以对功能盒102起到限位的作用,降低功能盒102发生大幅晃动的可能,从而有利于降低功能盒102从安装座1013上脱离的可能。
在一些实施例中,如图13和图14所示,环形罩20的内周面包括沿其轴向排布的第一环形面203、环形连接面204和第二环形面205,第二环形面205设于第一环形面203的外侧,环形连接面204连接在第一环形面203和第二环形面205之间,第一环形面203、环形连接面204和第二环形面205中的至少一个与功能盒102的外周面配合。需要说明的是,与功能盒102的外周面配合的第一环形面203、环形连接面204和第二环形面205中的至少一个与功能盒102的外周面之间的间隙远远小于安装槽1013的侧壁与功能盒102的外周面之间的间隙,例如第一环形面203、环形连接面204和第二环形面205中的至少一个与功能盒102的外周面之间的间隙可以为0.02cm-0.04cm,从而若功能盒102的侧壁相对于环形罩20的内周面发生晃动,则可晃动范围更小,因此环形罩20可以对功能盒102起到限位的作用,降低功能盒102发生大幅晃动的可能,从而有利于降低功能盒102从安装座1013上脱离的可能。
在功能盒102包括盒本体1021和盖体1022,盒本体1021的至少一端具有敞开口;盖体1022盖设于敞开口以与盒本体1021配合以限定出容纳腔1023的实施例中,如图13和图14所示,第一环形面203、环形连接面204均与盒本体1021的外周面配合,第二环形面205与盖体1022的外周面配合。第二环形面205与盖体1022的外周面配合,也就是说,功能盒102的大部分结构均位于环形罩20和安装座101限定出的安装空间中,只有小部分凸出安装空间,同时,第二环形面205与盖体1022的外周面配合,可以进一步降低功能盒102发生大幅晃动的可能,例如,当功能盒102与安装座101通过磁吸的方式连接时,可以降低功能盒102和安装座101之间发生脱落的风险。
在一些实施例中,环形连接体1011与第一筒体1017和第二筒体1016一体成型,这样,可以减少装配步骤和组装难度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3所示,安装座101还包括环形罩20,环形罩20设于环形连接体1011背向通道70的一侧,环形罩20设有第一通孔201,第一过孔1012连通第一通孔201和通道70。也就是说,本申请通过将环形罩20与包括第一筒体1017、第二筒体1016和环形连接体1011的座本体10单独成型,并且将第一通孔201设于环形罩20上,相对于相关技术中将与衣物处理腔直接连通的通孔成型于盒体上,盒体用于容纳可挥发的香薰件,本申请中的环形罩20的体积较小,在环形罩20上成型孔径较小的第一通孔201的难度更低,因此用于成型环形罩20和座本体10的模具结构复杂程度都更低,因此可以降低环形罩20和座本体10的生产成本。
此外,由于环形罩20单独成型,环形罩20上的第一通孔201可以设置成沿环形罩20轴向延伸的孔,也可以设置成沿环形罩20径向延伸的孔,或第一通孔201入口的朝向方向与第一通孔201出口的朝向方向不同,或第一通孔201入口在自身径向方向的尺寸与第一通孔201出口在自身径向方向的尺寸不同,即环形罩20上的第一通孔201的设置方式更加灵活,可以满足不同的外观和设计要求。
其次,由于环形罩20与座本体10为分体式设计,因此可以方便地将环形罩20和座本体10加工成具有不同的颜色的结构件,例如,环形罩20为红色,座本体10为灰色或黑色,从而使得本申请的衣物处理组件100的外观更为醒目,更具有辨识度,用户可以更容易区分本申请的衣物处理设备400与其他带有衣物处理组件的衣物处理设备400。
另外,由于环形罩20与座本体10为分体式设计,因此,例如,可以使得环形罩20可拆卸地与座本体10连接,从而当第一通孔201处堵塞或缠绕有毛发、毛絮时,可以将环形罩20从座本体10上拆卸下来,方便用户对第一通孔201处的毛发、毛絮进行更加方便和更加彻底的清理。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图11所示,第一通孔201包括多个,多个第一通孔201在第二筒体1016的周向排布。这样,流通面积更大。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图12所示,第一过孔1012与第一通孔201相对设置且第一过孔1012的通流面积大于第一通孔201的通流面积。这样,毛絮、毛发等不易进入到衣物处理组件100内部,有利于降低衣物处理组件100内部发生堵塞的风险,又使得流通阻力不会过大,有利于保证衣物处理组件100的使用效果。
在一些实施例中,如图12所示,第一通孔201的尺寸小于第一过孔1012的尺寸。这样,毛絮、毛发等不易进入到衣物处理组件100内部,有利于降低衣物处理组件100内部发生堵塞的风险,又使得流通阻力不会过大,有利于保证衣物处理组件100的使用效果。
在一些实施例中,如图12所示,环形罩20与环形连接体1011可拆卸地连接。这样,安装便捷,并且当环形罩20可拆卸下来时,便于对环形罩20进行清理。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图12所示,环形罩20具有卡接部202,如图12所示,卡接部202与第一过孔1012卡接,可以理解的是,环形罩20与安装座101通过卡接部202卡接连接,环形罩20与安装座101之间的连接速度更快,装配更加方便。此外,环形罩20与安装座101通过卡接部202卡接连接,环形罩20安装在环形连接体1011上后,还可从环形连接体1011上拆卸下来,以便于对环形罩20上的第一通孔201进行清理。卡接部202与第一过孔1012卡接,也就是说,第一过孔1012不仅用于连通第一通孔201和容纳腔1023,还用于与环形罩20的卡接部202卡接,从而无需单独在环形连接体1011上设置与卡接部202适配的卡接结构,有利于简化环形连接体1011的结构的复杂度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图12所示,第一过孔1012包括多个,多个第一过孔1012沿功能盒102的周向间隔布置,这样,流通面积更大。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图28至图30所示,环形罩20具有多个卡接部202,如图12所示,多个卡接部202与多个第一过孔1012中的一部分卡接配合。这样,卡接连接更加稳定,且不会过多地占用多个第一过孔1012的初始流通面积。通过设置多个第一过孔1012与多个卡接部202卡接,有利于使得环形罩20与环形连接体1011之间卡接更加稳定。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图12、图17和图18所示,第一过孔1012为沿环形连接体1011的周向延伸的弧形孔,这样,在保证环形连接体1011的结构强度的基础上,流通面积更大。如图27和图30所示,卡接部202包括第一卡钩2021和第二卡钩2022,第一卡钩2021和第二卡钩2022在弧形孔的延伸方向上排布且二者的钩头部相背设置,如图12所示,第一卡钩2021和第二卡钩2022分别与弧形孔的两个相对设置的孔边沿卡接。这样,环形罩20与环形连接体1011之间的卡接更加稳定,环形罩20不易与环形连接体1011脱离。
在一些具体的实施例中,卡接部202设有奇数个,奇数个第一卡钩2021呈非轴对称以及非中心对称布置;奇数个第二卡钩2022呈非轴对称以及非中心对称布置,这样,环形罩20相对于环形连接体1011发生移动的范围更小,环形罩20与环形连接体1011之间的卡接更加稳定,环形罩20更不易与环形连接体1011脱离。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,功能盒102具有容纳腔1023和第二通孔1024,容纳腔1023用于容纳功能件30,第二通孔1024连通容纳腔1023和衣物处理腔。也就是说,功能件30产生的衣物处理物质会进入到容纳腔1023中,然后经由第二通孔1024进入到衣物处理腔中与衣物接触,对衣物进行处理。
在一些实施例中,第二筒体1016的底壁适于与衣物处理筒300之间限定出通道70的至少一部分,从而使得设于所述安装槽1013的槽底壁的第二过孔1014可以与所述通道70连通。功能盒102靠近第二筒体1016的底壁的一侧设有第二通孔1024,第二通孔1024连通第二过孔1014和容纳腔1023。也就是说,功能件30产生的衣物处理物质会依次经由第二通孔1024、第二过孔1014、通道70和第一过孔1012和第一通孔201进入衣物处理腔与衣物接触。相比于相关技术中,直接在功能盒102上设置与衣物处理腔直接连通的通孔,本申请中的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,扩散速度更慢,可以使得衣物处理物质的浓度不会过高,并延长功能盒102的使用寿命。将第二通孔1024设于功能盒102靠近第二筒体1016的底壁的一侧,这样,有利于降低加工第二筒体1016时脱模难度。
在一些实施例中,如图4至图6所示,第二过孔1014设于安装槽1013的槽底壁处,第二通孔1024设于功能盒102的侧壁处,第二过孔1014与第二通孔1024连通。
更为具体地,如图6和图35所示,第二筒体1016靠近衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200的一端设有多个安装凸柱104,第二筒体1016的底壁与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200之间间隔开形成通道70的一部分,如图16所示,相邻两个安装凸柱104之间限定出开口区域,第二筒体1016的底壁与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200之间间隔开形成的通道70的一部分通过开口区域与环形连接体1011与第一筒体1017的周壁、第二筒体1016的周壁之间限定出通道70的一部分连通。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图20至图22所示,功能盒102包括盒本体1021和盖体1022,盒本体1021的至少一端具有敞开口;盖体1022盖设于敞开口以与盒本体1021配合以限定出容纳腔1023;这里包括,功能盒102包括盒本体1021和一个盖体1022,盒本体1021的两端中的一端封闭一端具有敞口,盖体1022盖设于敞口,例如盒本体1021与盖体1022的一端卡接或螺纹连接;
如图20至图22所示,功能盒102包括盒本体1021和两个盖体1022,盒本体1021的两端均设有敞口,盒本体1021的两端的敞口分别与两个盖体1022连接,例如盒本体1021的两端分别与两个盖体1022卡接或螺纹连接。当功能盒102包括盒本体1021和一个盖体1022时,一个盖体1022既可以位于安装槽1013中,也可以位于安装槽1013外。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2至图4所示,盖体1022从槽口伸出以形成凸出部1026的至少一部分,凸出部1026的外侧壁面包括该盖体1022的外侧壁面。也就是说,凸出部1026的外侧壁面可以包括盒本体1021的部分外侧壁面和盖体1022的外侧壁面,还可以仅包括盖体1022的外侧壁面。可以理解的是,用户可以通过把握盖体1022来使功能盒102和安装座101分离,相比于在盖体1022上设置拉环等拉手件,直接拉动盖体1022来使功能盒102和安装座101分离,更不易出现断裂、损坏的问题,使用寿命更长,且结构的复杂程度也低。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,功能盒102具有从安装槽1013的槽口伸出的凸出部1026,用户可以通过把握并操作凸出部1026以将功能盒102和安装座101分离,凸出部1026和/或安装座101的外部具有过渡面103,也就是说,过渡面103既可以形成于凸出部1026上,也可以形成于安装座101上,还可以同时形成于凸出部1026和安装座101上。过渡面103位于凸出部1026的外侧壁面和安装座101的外侧壁面之间且与凸出部1026的外侧壁面和安装座101的外侧壁面中的任一个不共面,从而凸出部1026的外侧壁面和安装座101的外侧壁面之间会形成一个明显的过渡区域,当用户需要将功能盒102从安装槽1013上拆卸下来时,手可以明显感知到过渡区域的存在,从而可以很容易地通过过渡面103判断手把握的是功能盒102还是安装座101,因此,不易出现误拆安装座101,损坏安装座101的问题。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,凸出部1026的外侧壁面位于安装座101的外侧壁面沿其轴向延伸的延展面S的内侧,过渡面103的至少一部分形成为从外至内朝凸出部1026的外侧壁面延伸的曲面。这样,一方面,凸出部1026与安装座101之间的过渡更加明显,用户更容易区分功能盒102和安装座101;另一方面,凸出部1026和安装座101之间的区域更不易缠绕毛絮、毛发等,外观也更加美观。
在一些实施例中,过渡面103也可以为斜面、平面等等。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3、图4、图11、图14所示,过渡面103形成在环形罩20上,也就是说,第一通孔201设置在环形罩20上。
在一些实施例中,过渡面103设有多个第一通孔201,第一通孔201与容纳腔1023连通。
在一些具体的例子中,第一筒体1017的外侧壁面可以为圆柱形面、棱柱形面,第一筒体1017的外侧壁面还可以部分为锥形面,部分为圆柱形面。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2和图3所示,环形连接体1011连接在第一筒体1017与第二筒体1016靠近槽口的一端之间;环形罩20设于环形连接体1011的外侧且与环形连接体1011可拆卸地连接,过渡面103形成在环形罩20背向环形连接体1011的一侧。这样,结构简单,加工方便。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2所示,第一筒体1017的内侧壁面和/或第二筒体1016的外侧壁面设有加强筋40。可以理解的是,通过设置加强筋40可以使得第一筒体1017和第二筒体1016不易发生变形,提高第一筒体1017和第二筒体1016的使用强度。
在一些具体的例子中,如图2所示,第一筒体1017的内侧壁面设有多个第一加强筋401,多个第一加强筋401均沿第一筒体1017的轴向延伸且绕第一筒体1017的周向间隔开布置,第二筒体1016的外侧壁面设有多个第二加强筋402,多个第二加强筋402均沿第一筒体1017的轴向延伸且绕第二筒体1016的周向间隔开布置。
在一些具体的例子中,如图2所示,第一加强筋401靠近槽口的一端和第二加强筋402靠近槽口的一端相互连接。但不限于此,例如,加强筋40还可以沿第一筒体1017的径向延伸,加强筋40的两端分别与第一筒体1017和第二筒体1016连接。
在一些具体的例子中,如图2所示,加强筋40与环形连接体1011连接。
在一些具体的例子中,盒本体1021的外壁面呈圆柱形,但不限于此,盒本体1021的外壁面也可以呈棱柱形、圆柱形和棱柱形的组合等等。
在一些具体的例子中,如图5至图7和图39所示,功能盒102包括盒本体1021和两个盖体1022,两个盖体1022分别盖设与盒本体1021的两个敞开口处,两个盖体1022均与盒本体1021可拆卸连接,以便于从盒本体1021的两端均可向容纳腔1023填装功能件30。
在一些实施例中,如图8所示,功能盒102还包括功能件30,功能件30可拆卸地设于容纳腔1023内,以便于对功能件30进行更换。
在一些实施例中,如图8所示,功能件30包括杀菌件301和/或香薰块302。可以理解的是,杀菌件301用于对衣物进行杀菌处理,杀菌件301可以包含杀菌成分,杀菌成分包括但不限于合成
化工合成的胺类、杀菌留香精油(即芬多精)等。香薰块302挥发出的物质可以对衣物进行增香处理。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3至图4所示,功能件30包括基座305,基座305具有与容纳腔1023连通的腔室。基座305既可以仅用于固定其他香薰块302或杀菌件301,以使用户在更换功能件30不会与香薰块302和杀菌件301直接接触,或者,基座305本身也可以为杀菌件301或香薰块302。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图20至图22所示,盒本体1021的两端均具有敞开口,盖体1022包括分别盖设于两端敞开口的第一盖体1022a和第二盖体1022b;以便于从盒本体1021的两端均可向容纳腔1023填装功能件30。
其中,基座305为柱状结构,如图4所示,基座305的轴向两端分别与第一盖体1022a、第二盖体1022b相抵或间隙配合以固定基座305,如图5和图39所示,基座305的至少一端设有缺口以连通腔室和容纳腔1023,这样当基座305的腔室中设有杀菌件301或香薰块302时,杀菌件301或香薰块302产生的物质可以进入容纳腔1023中,腔室内壁产生的物质也可以进入容纳腔1023中。
根据本申请的一些实施例,基座305为杀菌件301,杀菌件301包括芬多精。即,杀菌件301能够挥发出具有杀菌功能的芬多精,芬多精利于与衣物进行接触进而实现对衣物的杀菌处理。并且,芬多精为天然化合物,其来源广泛,而且环保安全,对环境和人体友好。此外,在一些实施例中,杀菌件301可以包括非挥发材质的基体,即使芬多精全部挥发,杀菌件301的形状也不会发生改变。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4所示,功能件30包括隔挡部304,隔挡部304位于腔室内以将腔室分隔成多个子腔室,这样,一方面,挥发面积较大,可以保证衣物处理效果,另一方面,子腔室还可以用于容纳其他物体,实现其他功能,隔挡部304设有连通孔以连通相邻两个子腔室,以使子腔室之间的衣物处理物质可以相互流通。例如,隔挡部304沿自身周向设有多个连通孔。更为具体地,腔室内壁设有多个限位筋303,相邻限位筋303之间限定出的槽部与多个连通孔连为一体,一方面可以使得连通面积更大,另一方面,也可以起到加强功能件30的结构强度的目的。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3所示,功能件30还包括香薰块302,香薰块302可分离地设于腔室内,从而用户可以根据需求选择在腔室中放置香薰块302和不放置香薰块302。在基座305为普通结构件的实施例中,包括香薰块302的功能件30只具有增香功能,在基座305为杀菌件301例如为芬多精杀菌件的实施例中,功能件30既具有杀菌功能又具有增香功能。
在一些实施例中,其中,如图4所示,腔室的内周壁设有多个在周向间隔布置的限位筋303,限位筋303用于与香薰块302相抵,从而可以很好地将香薰块302固定住,使得香薰块302不易发生晃动,同时限位筋303还可以起到加强功能件30的结构强度的目的。
根据本申请的一些实施例,功能盒102与安装座101可拆卸连接,从而当功能件30使用完或失效后,可以通过将功能盒102从安装座101上拆卸下来以填装新的功能件30或更换新的功能盒102。
根据本申请的一些实施例,安装座101与功能盒102磁吸配合。这样,将功能盒102安装在安装座101上时,以及将功能盒102从安装座101上拆卸下来时,都更加快捷方便,便于用户更换功能盒102。具体地,例如,如图25所示,可以在安装座101和功能盒102中的其中一个上设置第一磁性件50,在功能盒102和安装座101中的其中另一个上设有第二磁性件60,第一磁性件50和第二磁性件60磁吸配合;其中,第一磁性件50和第二磁性件60中至少有一个为磁性件,例如磁铁件,另一个可以为磁铁件也可以为铁材质件。
在一些实施例中,第一磁性件50和第二磁性件60可以通过粘胶层与功能盒102和安装座101连接,也可以采用卡接连接的方式与功能盒102和安装座101固定,也可以采用螺栓连接的方式与功能盒102和安装座101固定,或者,还可以采用注塑嵌设的方式嵌设于功能盒102和安装座101中,实现与功能盒102和安装座101的固定。
在一些实施例中,功能件30与安装座101也可以采用螺栓连接、卡接连接的方式相互连接。
在一些具体的实施例中,环形罩20为圆环形,相对于具有尖锐弯折部的环形罩20,圆环形的环形罩20更不易划伤衣物。
在一些实施例中,如图18所示,第二筒体1016的内侧壁设有沿轴向延伸的加强槽1019,加强槽1019的一端位于第二筒体1016的槽底壁处,这样一方面可以增大槽底壁的面积,提供第二筒体1016与衣物处理设备400连接的连接位置,以保证第二筒体1016的槽底壁有足够的面积设置第二通孔1024等其他功能孔;另一方面还可以起到增强第二筒体1016结构强度的作用。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图17和图18所示,安装槽1013的槽底壁设有第一定位结构1018,如图3所示,功能盒102朝向安装槽1013的槽底壁的位置设有第一定位配合结构106,第一定位结构1018与第一定位配合结构106配合。可以理解的是,由于座本体10会跟随衣物处理筒300转动,通过使第一定位结构1018与第一定位配合结构106配合,从而可以降低功能盒102相对于安装槽
1013发生转动的风险,有利于功能盒102和安装座101之间的稳定连接,降低功能盒102与安装座101意外脱离的风险。
在安装槽1013和功能盒102通过磁吸配合的实施例中,设置相互配合的第一定位结构1018与第一定位配合结构106,可以降低功能盒102相对于安装槽1013发生转动,从而导致磁吸效果变差,功能盒102与安装槽1013发生脱离的风险,可以增加安装槽1013和功能盒102之间采用磁吸配合的方式相互连接的连接稳定性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一定位配合结构106为多个且多个第一定位配合结构106在一圆周方向上间隔布置;第一定位结构1018为一个;或者,第一定位结构1018为多个且多个第一定位结构1018和多个第一定位配合结构106一一对应配合。可以理解的是,当功能盒102安装在安装槽1013后,需要使第一定位结构1018和第一定位配合结构106达到配合状态,但将功能盒102置于安装槽1013后,可能会出现第一定位配合结构106与第一定位结构1018的位置不对应的情况,此时需要旋转功能盒102,以使第一定位配合结构106与第一定位结构1018的位置对应。若第一定位结构1018和第一定位配合结构106均设置有一个,此时,旋转功能盒102使第一定位结构1018和第一定位配合结构106相互配合时,可能需要旋转180度以上,而通过将第一定位结构1018设置一个或多个,在一圆周方向上间隔布置多个第一定位配合结构106,例如设置三个,此时,功能盒102最多需要旋转120°便可以使得第一定位配合结构106与第一定位结构1018对应配合,从而可以缩短用户将功能盒102安装在安装座101上的安装时长,操作体验感更好。
在一些具体的实施例中,第一定位结构1018和第一定位配合结构106中的一个为第一定位柱且另一个为与第一定位柱插接配合的第一定位孔,结构简单,易于加工成型。
在一些实施例中,安装槽1013的槽周壁设有第三定位结构,功能盒102的外周壁上设有第三定位配合结构,第三定位结构与第三定位配合结构配合。例如,第三定位配合结构和第三定位配合结构中的一个为凹槽部,且另一个为凸出结构。
在一些实施例中,第三定位配合结构为多个且多个第三定位配合结构在圆周方向上间隔布置;第三定位结构为一个;或者,第三定位结构为多个且多个第三定位结构和多个第三定位配合结构一一对应配合。
如图36至图38所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备400包括根据上述实施例的衣物处理组件100。这里的衣物处理设备400可以为干衣机、衣物烘干机、衣物杀菌机、衣物护理机,还可以为洗干一体机等等。衣物处理设备400也可以为洗衣机,功能盒102也可以用于放置清洁颗粒。
由于根据本申请实施例的衣物处理组件100具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备400也具有上述技术效果,一方面,通过在安装座101上设置安装槽1013,功能盒102至少部分设于安装槽1013中,从而使得功能盒102在运动的衣物的冲击下,不易与安装座101分离而损坏;另一方面,通过在安装座101上设置通道70,从而使得功能件30产生的衣物处理物质的流通路径L更长,降低衣物处理物质扩散速度,进而降低衣物处理筒300内的衣物处理物质浓度,延长功能件30的使用寿命,减少功能盒102的更换频次。
在一些具体的实施例中,衣物处理设备400可以为空气循环类的干衣机,例如热泵干衣机、冷凝干衣机,也可为直接排风型的干衣机。
如图38所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备400还包括可转动的衣物处理筒300,衣物处理筒300限定出具有衣物取放口的衣物处理腔;用户可以从衣物取放口取放衣物,如图32至图35所示,衣物处理组件100的设于衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200。需要说明的是,一般而言,衣物处理设备400中的热风通常从筒底壁200吹向衣物取放口,将衣物处理组件100设于衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200,当烘干衣物时,筒底壁200处温度较高的热空气会首先与衣物处理组件100接触,因此更有利于衣物处理物质的扩散,衣物处理物质可以跟衣物充分混合,最后,热空气从衣物取放口的出风口处流出,相比于放置于衣物取放口处的香料投放装置,本申请的衣物处理组件100更不易集聚绒毛且香气释放效果更好。
其次,将衣物处理组件100设于衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200,还可以在衣物处理筒300转动过程中降低衣物集中的程度,起到使衣物分散的作用,以防止衣物缠绕、打结。具体地说,衣物处理筒300转动时,衣物处理筒300内的衣物从高处向低处下落时会经过衣物处理组件100,衣物处理组件100可以打散衣物,降低衣物缠绕或打结的可能,由此可以使衣物的烘干更加均匀,从而可以大幅提高衣物的烘干效果。因此,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备400具有能够防止衣物缠绕、提高烘干效果等优点。
在一些实施例中,根据功能件30的扩散能力,例如当功能件30的扩散能力较差时,可以通过在衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200设置进气孔,进气孔与容纳腔1023连通,从而可以达到增加功能件30的扩散速度的效果。
在一些实施例中,如图1至图4、图36至图38所示,衣物处理筒300包括与衣物取放口正对设置的筒底壁200,安装座101可以设于衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200且沿衣物处理筒300的轴向延伸,安装座101限定出沿其轴向延伸且朝向衣物取放口开口的安装槽1013。功能盒102可分离地设于安装槽1013内且具有容纳腔1023和第二通孔1024,容纳腔1023用于容纳功能件30,第二通孔1024连通容纳腔1023和衣物处理腔。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图32至图35所示,安装座101包括座本体10和环形罩20,座本体10安装座101沿衣物处理筒300的轴向延伸且限定出安装槽1013和通道70的至少一部分,座本体10的轴向一端与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200连接,座本体10的轴向另一端设有与通道70连通的第一过孔1012;环形罩20设于座本体10的轴向另一端,第一通孔201设于环形罩20且与第一过孔1012连通。
在一些实施例中,如图32至图35所示,安装座101的轴向一端与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200中部连接。这样衣物处理筒300在旋转时,受力相对更加均匀,不易发生晃动,使用寿命更长,对衣物处理筒300转动的影响更小,而且可以进一步提高衣物处理组件100对衣物的打散效果,以进一步防止衣物缠绕。
在一些实施例中,安装座101的外周面为锥形面,锥形面的径向尺寸沿远离衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200的方向逐渐减小。这样,衣物不易缠绕至安装座101上,且对衣物的打散的效果更好。
更为具体地,安装座101的外周面可以为圆锥形面。这样可以在保证衣物不缠绕的情况下,防止衣物被衣物处理组件100划伤。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图6和图35所示,第二筒体1016靠近衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200的一端设有多个安装凸柱104且安装凸柱104设有安装孔1041,衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200设有多个配合孔2001,安装座101和衣物处理筒300通过多个紧固件连接且每个紧固件穿设于对应的安装孔1041与配合孔2001,从而实现安装座101与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200的固定连接,连接稳定,不易与衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200脱离。具体地,例如,安装孔1041和/或配合孔2001可以为螺纹孔,紧固件可以为螺栓紧固件。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图15、图16、图35所示,第二筒体1016靠近衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200的一端设有第二定位结构105,衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200设有第二定位配合结构2002,第二定位结构105与第二定位配合结构2002配合。这样,在将第二筒体1016安装在衣物处理筒300的筒底壁200上时,首先将第二定位结构105与第二定位配合结构2002达到配合状态,再将紧固件穿设于对应的安装孔1041与配合孔2001中,这样有利于快速定位,安装操作更加简单方便。例如第二定位结构105为棱柱,第二定位配合结构2002为对应的矩形孔或多边形孔。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图16所示,第二定位结构105和第二定位配合结构2002分别包括多个,多个第二定位结构105和多个第二定位配合结构2002一一对应配合;这样,定位效果更好。
在一些实施例中,第二定位结构105和第二定位配合结构2002中的一个为第二定位柱且另一个为与第二定位柱插接配合的第二定位孔。可以理解的是,采用这样的配合结构,结构简单,加工方便,配合连接速度快。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“实施例”、“具体实施例”、“示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (28)
- 一种衣物处理组件,其中,包括:安装座,所述安装座适于与衣物处理设备的衣物处理筒连接,所述安装座限定出沿其轴向延伸的安装槽;功能盒,所述功能盒设于所述安装槽且具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于容纳功能件;其中,所述安装座具有通道,所述通道用于连通所述衣物处理筒的内腔和所述容纳腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述安装座还具有第一过孔和第二过孔,所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔分别位于所述安装座的轴向两端;所述第一过孔用于连通所述衣物处理筒的内腔,所述第二过孔设于所述安装槽的槽底壁且与所述容纳腔连通,所述通道连通所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述通道环绕在所述安装槽的外侧。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述安装座包括:第一筒体和第二筒体,所述第一筒体套设在所述第二筒体的外侧且所述第二筒体限定出所述安装槽;环形连接体,所述环形连接体连接在所述第一筒体和所述第二筒体之间,所述环形连接体与所述第一筒体的周壁、所述第二筒体的周壁之间限定出所述通道的至少一部分,所述第一过孔设于所述环形连接体。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述第一过孔包括多个,多个所述第一过孔在所述第二筒体的周向排布。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述安装座还包括:环形罩,所述环形罩设于所述环形连接体背向所述通道的一侧,所述环形罩设有第一通孔,所述第一过孔连通所述第一通孔和所述通道。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述第一通孔包括多个,多个所述第一通孔在所述第二筒体的周向排布;和/或,所述第一过孔与所述第一通孔相对设置且所述第一过孔的通流面积大于所述第一通孔的通流面积。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述环形罩具有卡接部,所述卡接部与所述第一过孔卡接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述第一过孔为沿所述环形连接体的周向延伸的弧形孔,所述卡接部包括第一卡钩和第二卡钩,所述第一卡钩和所述第二卡钩在所述弧形孔的延伸方向上排布且二者的钩头部相背设置,所述第一卡钩和所述第二卡钩分别与所述弧形孔的两个相对设置的孔边沿卡接。
- 根据权利要求4-9任一项所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述第二筒体的底壁适于与所述衣物处理筒之间限定出所述通道的至少一部分,所述功能盒靠近所述第二筒体的底壁的一侧设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔连通所述第二过孔和所述容纳腔。
- 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述功能盒包括:盒本体,所述盒本体的至少一端具有敞开口;盖体,所述盖体盖设于所述敞开口以与所述盒本体配合以限定出所述容纳腔;功能件,所述功能件可拆卸地设于所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述功能件包括基座,所述基座具有与所述容纳腔连通的腔室。
- 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述盒本体的两端均具有所述敞开口,所述盖体包括分别盖设于两端所述敞开口的第一盖体和第二盖体;其中,所述基座为柱状结构,所述基座的轴向两端分别与所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体相抵或间隙配合,所述基座的至少一端设有缺口以连通所述腔室和所述容纳腔。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述基座为杀菌件,所述杀菌件包括芬多精;和/或,所述功能件包括隔挡部,所述隔挡部位于所述腔室内以将所述腔室分隔成多个子腔室,所述隔挡部设有连通孔以连通相邻两个所述子腔室;和/或,所述功能件还包括香薰块,所述香薰块可分离地设于所述腔室内;其中,所述腔室的内周壁设有多个在周向间隔布置的限位筋,所述限位筋用于与所述香薰块相抵。
- 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的衣物处理组件,其中,所述功能盒与所述安装座可拆卸连 接。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其中,包括根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的衣物处理组件。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其中,包括:可转动的衣物处理筒,所述衣物处理筒限定出具有衣物取放口的衣物处理腔,所述衣物处理筒包括与所述衣物取放口正对设置的筒底壁;安装座,所述安装座设于所述筒底壁且沿所述衣物处理筒的轴向延伸,所述安装座限定出沿其轴向延伸且朝向所述衣物取放口开口的安装槽;功能盒,所述功能盒可分离地设于所述安装槽内且具有容纳腔和第二通孔,所述容纳腔用于容纳功能件,所述第二通孔连通所述容纳腔和所述衣物处理腔。
- 根据权利要求17所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述安装座的轴向一端与所述筒底壁中部连接;和/或,所述安装座与所述功能盒磁吸配合。
- 根据权利要求17或18所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述安装槽的槽底壁设有第一定位结构,所述功能盒朝向所述安装槽的槽底壁的位置设有第一定位配合结构,所述第一定位结构与所述第一定位配合结构配合。
- 根据权利要求19所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述第一定位配合结构为多个且多个所述第一定位配合结构在一圆周方向上间隔布置;所述第一定位结构为一个;或者,所述第一定位结构为多个且多个所述第一定位结构和多个所述第一定位配合结构一一对应配合;和/或,所述第一定位结构和所述第一定位配合结构中的一个为第一定位柱且另一个为与所述第一定位柱插接配合的第一定位孔。
- 根据权利要求17-20中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述安装座的外周面为锥形面,所述锥形面的径向尺寸沿远离所述筒底壁的方向逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求17-21中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述安装座自身或者所述安装座与所述筒底壁之间限定出通道,所述安装座具有第一通孔且所述第一通孔连通所述通道和所述衣物处理腔;其中,所述安装槽的槽底壁设有第二过孔,所述第二通孔设于所述功能盒与所述安装槽的槽底壁相对的位置,所述第二过孔连通所述第二通孔和所述通道。
- 根据权利要求22所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述安装座包括:座本体,所述座本体沿所述衣物处理筒的轴向延伸且限定出所述安装槽和所述通道的至少一部分,所述座本体的轴向一端与所述筒底壁连接,所述座本体的轴向另一端设有与所述通道连通的第一过孔;环形罩,所述环形罩设于所述座本体的轴向另一端,所述第一通孔设于所述环形罩且与所述第一过孔连通。
- 根据权利要求23所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述第一过孔包括多个,多个所述第一过孔沿所述功能盒的周向间隔布置,所述环形罩具有多个卡接部,多个所述卡接部与多个所述第一过孔中的一部分卡接配合;和/或,所述第一通孔包括多个,多个所述第一通孔沿所述功能盒的周向间隔布置,所述第一通孔的尺寸小于所述第一过孔的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求23或24所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述座本体包括:第一筒体和第二筒体,所述第一筒体套设在所述第二筒体的外侧且所述第二筒体限定出所述安装槽;环形连接体,所述环形连接体连接在所述第一筒体和所述第二筒体之间,所述环形连接体与所述第一筒体的周壁、所述第二筒体的周壁之间限定出所述通道的一部分,所述第二筒体的底壁与所述筒底壁之间限定出所述通道的一部分,所述第一过孔设于所述环形连接体。
- 根据权利要求25所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述第二筒体靠近所述筒底壁的一端设有多个安装凸柱且所述安装凸柱设有安装孔,所述筒底壁设有多个配合孔,所述安装座和所述衣物处理筒通过多个紧固件连接且每个所述紧固件穿设于对应的所述安装孔与所述配合孔。
- 根据权利要求25所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述第二筒体靠近所述筒底壁的一端设有第二定位结构,所述筒底壁设有第二定位配合结构,所述第二定位结构与所述第二定位配合结构配合。
- 根据权利要求27所述的衣物处理设备,其中,所述第二定位结构和所述第二定位配合结构分别包括多个,多个所述第二定位结构和多个所述第二定位配合结构一一对应配合;和/或,所述第二定位结构和所述第二定位配合结构中的一个为第二定位柱且另一个为与所述第二定位柱插接配合的第二定位孔。
