本发明属于生命科学技术领域,涉及一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置。
在人类生命科学发展史,实验动物是生命科学研究的重要组成部分,实验动物(大小鼠)微生物控制的高质量,对科学研究的开展至关重要,而微生物控制水平的高低,与我们日常动物进入消毒环节息息相关,目前国内的科研院所及高校所需实验用大小鼠,来源主要为国内有生产资质的企事业单位,出售的动物由生产设施屏障内打包封装,然后通过航空或陆运抵达用户设施,用户设施工作人员一般将所采购动物批量运进动物设施检疫室附近,再统一用消毒剂擦拭外表面,或通过其他方式进行消毒后,动物连同运输盒传入设施屏障内检疫间内,拆箱并将动物分笼饲养检疫,检疫合格后动物再进入不同的饲养间进行后续科学研究。
在实验动物行业,实验动物从生产或用户,到用户设施之间流动十分常见,运输过程中环境相对较复杂,因此,运输笼达在到用户的目的设施时,运输包装盒外表面可能存在被污染的风险,虽然动物在专业的运输包装盒内,可以确保其微生物的控制水平,然而,包装盒外表面在运输过程中可能存在被污染的风险,如果缺少设施管理人员运输盒外边面消毒环节,外来病原微生物极有可能在不知不觉中被带入设施大楼内,此将对大楼内的工作人员带来将有潜在健康危险,更严重者可能危及设施屏障内现有动物的安全,影响正在进行的科学实验的开展。
综上所述,运输包装盒外表面的消毒环节,对于维持一个设施微生物控制水平的高低至关重要。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,此装置可以有效的解决,运输笼进入目的设施大楼时,运输包装盒的外表面的消毒问题,相较于传统的擦拭消毒,它不仅可以将运输盒外表面病原微生物,消除在动物设施大楼之外,降低设施污染的风险,消除设施大楼工作人员健康危险,而且,通过此装置,也可以高通量的自动化消毒一批动物运输笼盒,可以提高单位时间内设施工作人员的工作效率。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特殊之处在于:
包括前端支撑组件、后端支撑组件和消毒机构;
所述前端支撑组件、后端支撑组件分别设置在消毒机构的两端,用于支撑消毒机构;
所述消毒机构包括底部框架、上部框架和消毒仓组件,所述底部框架、上部框架均为矩形结构,上部框架位于底部框架上部,且二者平行设置,所述底部框架、上部框架的前后两端分别与前端支撑组件、后端支撑组件连接,所述上部框架的左右边框之间设有多个平行设置的滚筒,相邻两个滚筒之间存在空隙;
所述消毒仓组件包括仓体,所述仓体为一前后开口的箱体,所述箱体的底部设置在底部框架的上表面,上部框架穿过箱体内部,所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有紫外灯;箱体的底板上设有两个挡板,两个挡板分别位于底板的前后两端,箱体的前后开口端分别设置挡光帘,所述箱体内部的四个面均为反光面,所述箱体内部靠近前后开口处均设置有上挡光板和下挡光板。
进一步地,所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有多个梯形槽,紫外灯设置在梯形槽内,并且所述梯形槽上还设有用于防护紫外灯的网罩,避免实验动物运输笼撞击紫外灯造成紫外灯损坏。
进一步地,所述挡板的高度低于底部框架的底面高度,箱体内部靠近前后开口的上档光板垂直设置,其顶部与箱体的顶板固定,下端与上部框架存在一定距离,下挡光板垂直设置,其底部固定在箱体的底板上,并且下挡光板与上档光板对应设置。
进一步地,所述上挡光板和下挡光板为棕色塑料料板。
进一步地,所述箱体的四个面为镜面304不锈钢。
进一步地,位于箱体内上部的紫外灯为无极紫外灯,且无极紫外灯波长为254nm。
进一步地,位于箱体内下部和两侧的紫外灯为脉冲氙光紫外灯,且脉冲氙光紫外灯波长为254nm。
进一步地,所述前端支撑组件、后端支撑组件均包括两个支撑腿,所述支撑腿的底部设有万向轮。
进一步地,所述滚筒通过轴承安装在上部框架上,滚筒的一端设有从动链轮,上部框架设有电机,电机输出轴安装主动链轮,主动链轮和各从动链轮通过链条连接。
进一步地,还包括控制开关,所述控制开关用于控制电机的转动以及紫外灯的开启,控制开关可以设置在前端支撑组件或后端支撑组件上。

本发明提供了一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,此装置可以有效的解决运输笼进入目的设施大楼时,运输包装盒的外表面的消毒问题,相较于传统的擦拭消毒,它不仅可以将运输盒外表面病原微生物,消除在动物设施大楼之外,降低设施污染的风险,消除设施大楼工作人员健康危险,而且,通过此装置,也可以高通量的自动化消毒一批动物运输笼盒,可以提高单位时间内设施工作人员的工作效率。

实验动物大小鼠屏障外跨区域和跨单位流动在行业内十分常见,在运输过程中动物包装盒外表面,传统的擦拭消毒不全面,且效率低,可能存在被污染的风险,因此,本申请提出一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置。
参见图1-图4,所述实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置包括:前端支撑组件1、后端支撑组件2和消毒机构3,所述前端支撑组件1、后端支撑组件2分别设置在消毒机构3的两端,用于支撑消毒机构3。
具体地,参见图2,所述消毒机构3包括底部框架4、上部框架5和消毒仓组件,所述底部框架4、上部框架5均为水平设置的矩形结构,上部框架5位于底部框架4的上部。所述底部框架4、上部框架5的前后两端分别与前端支撑组件1、后端支撑组件2固定连接。所述上部框架5的左右边框之间设有多个平行设置的滚筒6,相邻两个滚筒6之间存在一定空隙。
具体地,参见图2、图3和图4,所述消毒仓组件包括仓体7,所述仓体7为一前后开口的箱体,所述箱体的底部固定在底部框架4的上表面,上部框架5穿过箱体内部,从箱体的前后开口端穿出。所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有紫外灯8,紫外灯8发出的光用于对运输笼外表进行消毒。所述箱体内部的四个面均为反光面,用于反射紫外灯8发出的光。所述箱体内部靠近前后开口处均设置有上挡光板11和下挡光板12,主要用于阻挡紫外灯8发出的光射出仓体7外部。箱体的底板上设有两个挡板9,两个挡板9分别位于底板的前后两端,所述箱体的前后开口端分别设置挡光帘10,挡光帘10的上端固定在箱体的顶板上,挡光帘的下部贴住滚筒,挡光帘10与挡板9的位置相对应,挡光帘依靠自身重力自然下垂,挡光帘在不动时,可以实现对滚筒上部的进出口进行密封。两个挡板9和挡光帘10主要用于阻挡紫外灯8发出的光射出仓体7外部。
实验动物运输笼放入滚筒6上,滚筒6滚动,带动其从仓体7的前端进入仓体7内部,紫外灯8发出的光照射运输笼外表进行消毒,相邻两个滚筒6之间存在一定空隙,不会阻碍仓体7下部的紫外灯8发出的光向上射出,实验动物运输笼消毒后,从仓体7的后端输出,完成消毒。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有多个梯形槽13,紫外灯8设置在梯形槽13内,所述梯形槽13上还设有用于防护紫外灯8的网罩,这样可以避免实验动物运输笼撞击紫外灯造成紫外灯损坏。并且,梯形槽13内壁面同样为镜面,起到反射光的良好作用。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2所述挡板9的高度低于底部框架4的底面高度,箱体内部靠近前后开口的上档光板垂直设置,其顶部与箱体的顶板固定,下端与上部框架5存在一定距离,下挡光板12垂直设置,其底部固定在箱体的底板上,并且下挡光板12与上档光板对应设置,上挡板至滚动之间的距离要保证实验动物运输笼通过。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2所述上挡光板11和下挡光板12为棕色塑料料板,起到良好的挡光作用。参见图4,挡光帘10为多个条形帘组成,相连两个条形帘之间的空隙尽量小,挡光帘10的宽度可以大于仓体7的前后口。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,所述仓体7内部的四个面为镜面304不锈钢,其具有耐磨、反光的作用,实现对实验动物运输笼良好的消毒作用。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,位于箱体内上部紫外灯为无级紫外灯。位于箱体内下部和两侧的紫外灯8为脉冲氙光紫外灯。无级紫外灯的长度为300mm,功率为250W,波长254nm,箱体内上部平均分布四根;脉冲氙光紫外灯的灯长度为160mm,功率是15W,波长254nm,箱体内下部和两侧中,每一面平均分布10根。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图1和图2,所述前端支撑组件1、后端支撑组件2均包括两个支撑腿,所述支撑腿的底部设有万向轮15,可以根据需要,对整个装置进行移动,万向轮15具有自锁功能,当到达设定位置后,开启万向轮15的自锁功能,对其装置进行固定。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,所述滚筒6通过轴承安装在上部框架5上,滚筒6的一端设有从动链轮,上部框架5上安装电机,电机输出轴安装主动链轮,主动链轮和各从动链轮通过链条连接。通过电机驱动主动链轮转动,主动链轮再通过链条驱动滚筒6转动,实现对实验动物运输的传输。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图1,还包括控制开关14,所述控制开关14用于控制电机的转动以及紫外灯8的开启,控制开关14可以设置在前端支撑组件1或后端支撑组件2上。所述电机采用步进电机,控制开关14可以控制其步进电机的转速,从而控制实验动物运输的传输速度,具体实施时,滚筒的传输的速度控制在9~12mm/s。
综上所述,本发明提出一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,可以有效的解决运输笼进入目的设施大楼时,运输包装盒的外表面的消毒问题,相较于传统的擦拭消毒,它不仅可以将运输盒外表面病原微生物,消除在动物设施大楼之外,降低设施污染的风险,消除设施大楼工作人员健康危险,而且,通过此装置,也可以高通量的自动化消毒一批动物运输笼盒,可以提高单位时间内设施工作人员的工作效率。

Claims (10)
- 一种实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:包括前端支撑组件(1)、后端支撑组件(2)和消毒机构(3);所述前端支撑组件(1)、后端支撑组件(2)分别设置在消毒机构(3)的两端,用于支撑消毒机构(3);所述消毒机构(3)包括底部框架(4)、上部框架(5)和消毒仓组件,所述底部框架(4)、上部框架(5)均为矩形结构,上部框架(5)位于底部框架(4)上部,且二者平行设置,所述底部框架(4)、上部框架(5)的前后两端分别与前端支撑组件(1)、后端支撑组件(2)连接,所述上部框架(5)的左右边框之间设有多个平行设置的滚筒(6),相邻两个滚筒(6)之间存在空隙;所述消毒仓组件包括仓体(7),所述仓体(7)为一前后开口的箱体,所述箱体的底部设置在底部框架(4)的上表面,上部框架(5)穿过箱体内部,所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有紫外灯(8);箱体的底板上设有两个挡板(9),两个挡板(9)分别位于底板的前后两端,箱体的前后开口端分别设置挡光帘(10),所述箱体内部的四个面均为反光面,所述箱体内部靠近前后开口处均设置有上挡光板(11)和下挡光板(12)。

权利要求1所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述箱体内部的四个面分别设有多个梯形槽(13),紫外灯(8)设置在梯形槽(13)内,所述梯形槽(13)上还设有用于防护紫外灯(8)的网罩。 - 根据权利要求2所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(9)的高度低于底部框架(4)的底面高度,箱体内部靠近前后开口的上档光板垂直设置,其顶部与箱体的顶板固定,下端与上部框架(5)存在一定距离,下挡光板(12)垂直设置,其底部固定在箱体的底板上,并且下挡光板(12)与上档光板对应设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述上挡光板(11)和下挡光板(12)为棕色塑料料板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述箱体的四个面为镜面304不锈钢。
- 根据权利要求5所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:位于箱体内上部的紫外灯(8)为无极紫外灯,且无极紫外灯波长为254nm。
- 根据权利要求6所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:位于箱体内下部和两侧的紫外灯(8)为脉冲氙光紫外灯,且脉冲氙光紫外灯波长为254nm。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述前端支撑组件(1)、后端支撑组件(2)均包括两个支撑腿,所述支撑腿的底部设有万向轮(15)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒(6)通过轴承安装在上部框架(5)上,滚筒(6)的一端设有从动链轮,上部框架(5)设有电机,电机输出轴安装主动链轮,主动链轮和各从动链轮通过链条连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的实验动物运输笼高通量自动消毒装置,其特征在于:还包括控制开关(14),所述控制开关(14)用于控制电机的转动以及紫外灯(8)的开启,控制开关(14)可以设置在前端支撑组件(1)或后端支撑组件(2)上。
