- EL organic electroluminescence
- the negative photosensitive resin composition disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a small absolute value of the difference in the pattern formation width relative to the mask design width (hereinafter, may be referred to as "mask bias”), but has a high taper angle after curing due to low reflowability in the curing process, and also has a problem that the margin (tolerance range) for the pre-bake temperature conditions is insufficient due to the thermal crosslinking group, resulting in the generation of minute development residues at the openings of the pixel division layer, i.e., on the ITO electrode surface.
- mask bias the difference in the pattern formation width relative to the mask design width
- the negative photosensitive colored resin composition disclosed in Patent Document 2 has a problem with the development form in which, depending on the development method, the film in the unexposed area is removed from the ITO electrode surface in an alkaline developer solution so that it peels off into pieces, and there is a large risk of contamination of the development tank and clogging of the pipes due to the discharge of alkaline development waste solution containing countless coarse, amorphous films, and there is room for improvement.

Description

光学濃度 = log10(I0/I)
光学濃度 = log10(I0/I)
