Abstract

セキュリティシステムは、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を通信線により接続するシステムに用いられる。このセキュリティシステムは、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号変形部と、信号変形部により変形された信号波形を補正する信号補正部とを含む。

Description

セキュリティシステム
 本開示は、セキュリティシステム、ワイヤハーネス、コネクタ、および、車載装置に関する。
 本出願は、2023年6月28日出願の日本出願第2023-105866号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本出願に記載された全ての記載内容を援用するものである。
 車両には、種々の車載装置が搭載されている。車載装置は、ステアリング、および、ブレーキといった車両に必要な機能をつかさどる種々のECU(Electronic Control Unit)を含む。これらECUは互いに接続されることによりネットワークを形成している。各ECUはこのネットワークを介して互いに通信を行うことにより、「走る」「曲がる」「止まる」といった車両における基本的な機能を実現する。車載装置間の接続には、通常、ワイヤハーネスが用いられる。
 こうした車載装置においては、当該車載装置(ECU)に対するハッキングまたはデータ改ざんを防ぐための技術が求められる。後掲の特許文献1は、ワイヤハーネスと意図しない機器との通信を防ぐためのコネクタシステムを提案する。
 特許文献1に記載のコネクタシステムは、第1のコネクタとこれに接続される第2のコネクタとを含む。第2のコネクタは検証用情報を作成して第1のコネクタに送信する処理を行う処理部を含む。第1のコネクタは、第2のコネクタから受信した検証用情報に基づいて第2のコネクタを検証する検証部を含む。検証部は、検証用情報を受信できない場合、検証失敗と判断する。第1のコネクタはさらに、第2のコネクタと接続された状態において、第1のコネクタ内の伝送線と第2のコネクタ内の伝送線とを電気的に接続するか否かを切替えるスイッチと、検証部の検証結果に基づいてスイッチを制御する制御部とを含む。
 第2のコネクタが不正なコネクタである場合、第1のコネクタの検証部は検証失敗と判断する。第1のコネクタの制御部はスイッチをオフ状態に維持する。これにより、第1のコネクタの伝送線と第2のコネクタの伝送線との電気的な接続が遮断される。ワイヤハーネスと意図しない機器との通信を防ぐことができるので、機器間の通信のセキュリティを確保できる。

[本開示が解決しようとする課題]
 特許文献1に記載のコネクタシステムは、セキュリティ確保の点において優れたシステムである。しかし、処理部、検証部、および制御部は、電子デバイスにより実現され、かつ、電子デバイスおよびスイッチがコネクタに内蔵されるため、構成を簡易化し難い。そのため、製造コストが高価になり易い。
 本開示は、このような課題を解決するためになされたものであり、本開示の1つの目的は、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できるセキュリティシステム、ワイヤハーネス、コネクタ、および、車載装置を提供することである。
[本開示の効果]
 本開示によれば、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できるセキュリティシステム、ワイヤハーネス、コネクタ、および、車載装置を提供できる。
 [本開示の実施形態の説明]
 本開示の好適な実施形態を列記して説明する。以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組合せてもよい。
 (1)本開示の第1の局面に係るセキュリティシステムは、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を通信線により接続するシステムに用いられるセキュリティシステムであって、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号変形部と、信号変形部により変形された信号波形を補正する信号補正部とを含む。
 信号変形部は、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する。信号補正部は、変形された信号波形を補正する。信号変形部と信号補正部とを含む場合、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信は正常に行われる。一方、第1通信部または第2通信部に不正な機器が接続された場合、信号変形部および信号補正部のいずれかが介在しなくなる。例えば、信号変形部が介在し、信号補正部が介在しない場合、通信信号の信号波形は補正されない。また例えば、信号変形部が介在せずに、信号補正部が介在する場合、通信信号の信号波形は過補正となる。いずれの場合も信号品質が劣化するため、不正な機器に対して、正常な通信を抑制することができる。さらに、信号変形部および信号補正部は、構成を簡易化し易い。したがって、本セキュリティシステムによれば、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 (2)上記(1)において、信号変形部は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部を含み、信号補正部は、信号フィルタ部により変形された信号波形を補正する信号波形補正回路を含む構成であってもよい。これにより、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 (3)上記(2)において、信号フィルタ部は、第1通信部が送信する通信信号をフィルタし、第2通信部は、信号波形補正回路を含む構成であってもよい。これにより、信号波形補正回路の実装が容易になるので、容易に、信号波形補正回路を備えた構成とすることができる。
 (4)上記(1)において、信号変形部は、通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路を含み、信号補正部は、信号波形変形回路により変形された信号波形をフィルタする信号フィルタ部を含む構成であってもよい。これにより、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 (5)上記(4)において、第1通信部は、信号波形変形回路を含み、信号波形変形回路は、第1通信部が送信する通信信号の信号波形を変形し、信号フィルタ部は、第2通信部が通信信号を受信するまでの伝送線路上に設けられる構成であってもよい。これにより、信号波形変形回路の実装が容易になるので、容易に、信号波形変形回路を備えた構成とすることができる。
 (6)上記(2)から(5)のいずれかにおいて、信号フィルタ部は、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む構成であってもよい。これにより、容易に信号フィルタ部を形成することができる。
 (7)上記(2)から(6)のいずれかにおいて、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信はワイヤハーネスにより接続され、ワイヤハーネスは、通信線と、通信線の端部に接続されるコネクタとを含み、信号フィルタ部は、通信線、またはコネクタに設けられる構成であってもよい。これによっても、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 (8)上記(7)において、ワイヤハーネスは、通信線を保持する、シート状の保持部材をさらに含む構成であってもよい。これにより、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる、扁平状のワイヤハーネスを得ることができる。
 (9)上記(2)から(6)のいずれかにおいて、信号フィルタ部は、第1通信部が実装される第1電装基板、第1電装基板に設けられるコネクタ、第2通信部が実装される第2電装基板、および第2電装基板に設けられるコネクタの少なくともいずれかに設けられる構成であってもよい。これによっても、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 (10)本開示の第2の局面に係るワイヤハーネスは、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を接続するワイヤハーネスであって、通信線と、通信線の端部に接続されるコネクタと、通信線、またはコネクタに設けられ、通信において送信される通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部とを含む。
 信号フィルタ部は、通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合、信号波形の変形を補正することができ、通信信号の信号波形が変形されていない場合、通信信号の信号波形を変形させることができる。例えば、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合、このワイヤハーネスを用いることによって、信号波形の変形を補正できる。さらに、例えば、第1通信部および第2通信部が信号波形の変形を補正する機能を有する場合、信号フィルタ部によって信号波形が変形されても、第1通信部および第2通信部はその信号波形の変形を補正して通信信号を受信できる。したがって、このような構成の場合、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信は正常に行われる。
 一方、第1通信部または第2通信部に不正な機器が接続された場合、不正な機器は、ワイヤハーネスの信号フィルタ部によって変形された通信信号を受信することになる。また、例えば、このワイヤハーネスが取り外されて、第1通信部または第2通信部に不正な機器が接続された場合であっても、通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合、不正な機器は、変形された通信信号を受信することになる。したがって、このような場合に、不正な機器に対して、正常な通信を抑制することができる。したがって、本ワイヤハーネスを用いることにより、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 (11)上記(10)において、信号フィルタ部は、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む構成であってもよい。これにより、容易に信号フィルタ部を形成することができる。
 (12)上記(10)または(11)において、通信線を保持する、シート状の保持部材をさらに含む構成であってもよい。これにより、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる、扁平状のワイヤハーネスを得ることができる。
 (13)本開示の第3の局面に係るコネクタは、第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を通信線により接続するシステムに用いられるコネクタであって、ハウジングと、ハウジング内に設けられ、通信において送信される通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部とを含む。
 本コネクタを用いることにより、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 (14)本開示の第4の局面に係る車載装置は、通信線を介して他の車載装置と通信する車載装置であって、他の車載装置と通信する通信部を含み、通信部は、他の車載装置から送信された通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合に、信号波形の変形を補正する信号波形補正回路を含む。
 本車載装置によれば、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 (15)上記(14)において、他の車載装置に送信する送信信号の信号波形を変形させるためにフィルタする信号フィルタ部をさらに含む構成であってもよい。これにより、通信セキュリティをより向上できる。
 (16)本開示の第5の局面に係る車載装置は、通信線を介して他の車載装置と通信する車載装置であって、他の車載装置と通信する通信部を含み、通信部は、他の車載装置に送信する送信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路を含む。
 本車載装置によっても、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 (17)上記(16)において、他の車載装置から送信された通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合に、信号波形の変形を補正するためにフィルタする信号フィルタ部をさらに含む構成であってもよい。これにより、通信セキュリティをより向上できる。
 [本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示の実施形態に係るセキュリティシステム、ワイヤハーネス、コネクタ、または、車載装置の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、以下の実施の形態では、同一の部品には同一の参照番号を付してある。それらの機能および名称も同一である。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明は繰返さない。
 (第1の実施の形態)
 [全体構成]
 図1を参照して、本実施の形態に係るセキュリティシステム50は、車載装置間の通信(例えばECU1とECU2との間の通信)を通信線20(伝送線路)により接続するシステムに用いられる。このセキュリティシステム50は、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号変形部100と、信号変形部100により変形された信号波形を補正する信号補正部120とを含む。
 なお、本開示において「通信帯域」とは機器間の通信に用いる周波数帯域であって、例えばIEEE802.3(登録商標)等の標準規格における周波数特性を満たす帯域を意味する。
 信号変形部100は、信号フィルタ部102を含む。信号フィルタ部102は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である上記通信信号をフィルタする。
 信号フィルタ部102は信号歪みフィルタ104を含む。すなわち、本セキュリティシステム50においては、信号フィルタ部102は信号歪みフィルタ104として用いられる。信号歪みフィルタ104は、ECU1とECU2との通信における伝送線路上に設けられる。ECU1からの送信信号、およびECU2からの送信信号は、信号歪みフィルタ104によって信号波形が変形される。
 信号補正部120は、信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)により変形された信号波形を補正する信号波形補正回路122を含む。信号波形補正回路122は、ECU1に設けられる信号波形補正回路122aおよびECU2に設けられる信号波形補正回路122bを含む。信号波形補正回路122aおよび信号波形補正回路122bを総称する場合は「信号波形補正回路122」と呼ぶ。信号波形補正回路122は、ECU1およびECU2のいずれか一方にのみ設けられる構成であってもよい。ここでは、ECU1およびECU2の両方に信号波形補正回路122が設けられる例について説明する。
 ECU1は、入出力バッファとしてのアンプ130およびアンプ132をさらに含む。ECU1はアンプ130を介して送信信号(通信信号)をECU2に送信し、アンプ132を介してECU2からの送信信号(通信信号)を受信する。同様に、ECU2も、入出力バッファとしてのアンプ140およびアンプ142をさらに含む。ECU2はアンプ140を介して送信信号(通信信号)をECU1に送信し、アンプ142を介してECU1からの送信信号(通信信号)を受信する。
 ECU1において、信号波形補正回路122aの入力はアンプ132の出力と接続されている。ECU2からの送信信号はアンプ132を介して信号波形補正回路122aに入力される。ECU2からの送信信号は信号歪みフィルタ104によって信号波形が変形されており、信号波形補正回路122aはその信号波形の変形を補正する。ECU1は、信号波形補正回路122aによって補正された後の通信信号を受信信号として受信する。
 ECU2においても、ECU1と同様である。すなわち、ECU2において、信号波形補正回路122bの入力はアンプ142の出力と接続されている。ECU1からの送信信号はアンプ142を介して信号波形補正回路122bに入力される。ECU1からの送信信号は信号歪みフィルタ104によって信号波形が変形されており、信号波形補正回路122bはその信号波形の変形を補正する。ECU2は、信号波形補正回路122bによって補正された後の通信信号を受信信号として受信する。
 (信号フィルタ部102)
 信号フィルタ部102は、Low Passの特性を持つフィルタであるローパスフィルタ、または、Band Rejectの特性を持つフィルタであるバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。すなわち、本実施の形態においては、信号歪みフィルタ104として、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタが用いられる。
 図2を参照して、ローパスフィルタ150は、例えば伝送線路に形成されたパターンフィルタとすることができる。パターンフィルタは例えば伝送線路の幅を小さくした箇所を設けたり、伝送線路の幅を大きくした箇所を設けたりすることによって形成される。図3は、ローパスフィルタにおける周波数特性の一例を示す図である。図3において、横軸は周波数を示し、縦軸は透過損失を示す。図3を参照して、ローパスフィルタは、遮断周波数f1以上の高周波電力を減衰させる。
 図4を参照して、バンドリジェクトフィルタ152は、例えば伝送線路に形成されたオープンスタブフィルタ154とすることができる。オープンスタブフィルタ154は、伝送線路に設けられる狭帯域フィルタであって、電気長aを有している。オープンスタブフィルタ154は、特定の周波数(共振周波数)において短絡特性を示す帯域除去フィルタ(Band Reject Filter)となる。図5は、オープンスタブフィルタにおける周波数特性の一例を示す図である。図5において、横軸は周波数を示し、縦軸は透過損失を示す。図5を参照して、オープンスタブフィルタは、共振周波数f2において短絡特性を示し、当該周波数の電力を減衰させる。
 共振周波数f2は、オープンスタブフィルタの電気長a(図4参照)によって制御され、その帯域幅および深さは、オープンスタブフィルタの幅によって制御される。オープンスタブフィルタの形状は、予め定められた帯域に共振周波数f2が位置するように設定される。
 このように、ローパスフィルタ、およびバンドリジェクトフィルタは、高周波成分を遮断する。そのため、これらのフィルタによって通信信号は信号の立上り、立下りが歪む。すなわち、遮断周波数f1および共振周波数f2は、通信信号の信号波形を所定量歪ませるように設定される。
 (通信信号の信号波形)
 再び図1を参照して、セキュリティシステム50は、上記のように、信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)および信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)を含む。信号変形部100において変形された通信信号の信号波形は、信号補正部120によって補正される。
 図6は、通信信号における信号波形の変化を説明するための図である。ここでは、ECU1から送信される通信信号をECU2にて受信する場合を考える。ただし、信号の送受信はこの逆であってもよい。図6において、上から順に、送信波形、信号歪みフィルタ104(図1参照)に入力される直前の波形、信号歪みフィルタ104(図1参照)により変形された信号波形、ECU2(信号波形補正回路122(図1参照))への入力波形、すなわち、信号補正前の波形、および信号波形補正回路122(図1参照)により補正された信号波形(受信波形)の各波形例を示す。各波形図において、横軸は時間を示し、縦軸は電圧(V)を示す。信号波形の図については、以下、同様の形式である。
 図6を参照して、例えば、送信波形が矩形波の通信信号が送信されたとする。この通信信号は、信号歪みフィルタ104に入力されるまでに減衰し、信号歪みフィルタ104に入力される直前の通信信号は矩形波が減衰した波形となる。減衰した通信信号が信号歪みフィルタ104に入力されると、信号歪みフィルタ104により信号の立上り、および立下りが歪められる。これにより、信号歪みフィルタ104を経た通信信号は信号波形が変形する。信号歪みフィルタ104により波形が歪められた通信信号は信号波形補正回路122に入力される。信号波形補正回路122に入力される信号の波形(入力波形)は、変形され、かつ減衰したものとなる。信号波形補正回路122は、信号歪みフィルタ104による信号波形の変形(歪み)を補正する。したがって、受信波形は、減衰した矩形波となる。すなわち、送信波形に応じた矩形波を受信可能となる。
 このように、セキュリティシステム50においては、信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)および信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)を含むため、正常な通信が可能となる。信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)と信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)との組合せを正しい組合せ(適正な組合せ)とした場合、これ以外の組合せ(不適正な組合せ)の場合には正常な通信が困難となる。例えば、信号歪みフィルタ104および信号波形補正回路122のいずれかが介在しない場合、過補正または歪んだ信号が受信されることになる。
 [システム構成]
 図7を参照して、セキュリティシステム50が用いられるシステム40は、第1車載装置60と、第2車載装置70と、ワイヤハーネス80とを含む。ワイヤハーネス80は、第1車載装置60と第2車載装置70との間の通信を接続する。ワイヤハーネス80は、第1車載装置60と第2車載装置70との間を直接接続する構成であってもよいし、他の通信線を介して間接的に接続する構成であってもよい。第1車載装置60から見て、例えば、第2車載装置70は他の車載装置であり、第2車載装置70から見て、例えば、第1車載装置60は他の車載装置である。
 ワイヤハーネス80は、通信線82と、通信線82の第1端部に接続された第1コネクタ84と、通信線82の第2端部に接続された第2コネクタ86とを含む。第1コネクタ84はハウジング84aを含み、第2コネクタ86はハウジング86aを含む。
 第1車載装置60は、第1通信部62と、第1通信部62が実装される第1電装基板64と、第1電装基板64に設けられるコネクタ66とを含む。コネクタ66は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80の第1コネクタ84と接続される。第1電装基板64には、第1通信部62とコネクタ66とを電気的に接続する通信線68(伝送線路)が設けられている。 
 第2車載装置70は、第2通信部72と、第2通信部72が実装される第2電装基板74と、第2電装基板74に設けられるコネクタ76とを含む。コネクタ76は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80の第2コネクタ86と接続される。第2電装基板74には、第2通信部72とコネクタ76とを電気的に接続する通信線78(伝送線路)が設けられている。
 第1車載装置60および第2車載装置70はいずれもECUであるとする。この場合、第1通信部62および第2通信部72は、PHY(PHYsical layer)を含む。PHYは、ECUに実装された、信号の送受信を行うチップ(通信制御IC(Integrated Circuit))により構成されている。なお、第1車載装置60は、例えば、上記したECU1に対応させることができ、第2車載装置70は、例えば、上記したECU2に対応させることができる。
 第1通信部62は、信号波形補正回路122aを含む。第2通信部72は、信号波形補正回路122bを含む。第1通信部62および第2通信部72にそれぞれ設けられる通信制御ICには、信号波形を補正するためのDSP(Digital Signal Processor)回路が設けられている。そのため、第1車載装置60に設けられる信号波形補正回路122aとして、第1通信部62における通信制御ICの補正回路(DSP回路)を用いてもよい。同様に、第2車載装置70に設けられる信号波形補正回路122bとして、第2通信部72における通信制御ICの補正回路(DSP回路)を用いてもよい。これにより、第1車載装置60への信号波形補正回路122aの実装が容易になるとともに、第2車載装置70への信号波形補正回路122bの実装が容易になる。
 第1通信部62と第2通信部72との間の通信は、通信線20により接続される。通信線20は、通信線68、通信線78および通信線82を含む。
 上記した信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80の第2コネクタ86に設けられる。図8を参照して、第2コネクタ86は、上記したハウジング86a(コネクタ本体)と、ハウジング86a内に設けられた信号フィルタ部102を含む。ハウジング86a内には通信線82の端部が位置しており、信号フィルタ部102は例えばハウジング86a内の通信線82に設けられる。
 信号フィルタ部102は、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。本実施の形態においては、第2コネクタ86に、バンドリジェクトフィルタの一種であるオープンスタブフィルタ154が設けられている。ただし、第2コネクタ86に設けられる信号フィルタ部102は、オープンスタブフィルタ154に限定されず、例えば、ローパスフィルタ等であってもよい。なお、信号フィルタ部102は、ワイヤハーネス80の第1コネクタ84に設けられていてもよいし、ワイヤハーネス80の通信線82に設けられていてもよい。
 信号波形補正回路122aの補正量は、信号歪みフィルタ104によって変形された信号波形を適切に補正できるように設定されている。同様に、信号波形補正回路122bの補正量も、信号歪みフィルタ104によって変形された信号波形を適切に補正できるように設定されている。信号波形補正回路122aおよび信号波形補正回路122bの各補正量は、固定(固定値)とすることができる。
 第1車載装置60または第2車載装置70に対して不正な機器が接続された場合、信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)および信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)の組合せが不適正となる。不適正な組合せの一例として、例えば、信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)が介在しないことが挙げられる。この場合、受信信号の信号波形(受信波形)は、信号波形補正回路122による過補正となる。図9は、信号変形部100(信号歪みフィルタ104)が介在しない場合の受信波形の一例を示す図である。図9を参照して、過補正によって通信信号の信号波形が変形し、信号品質が劣化する。不適正な組合せの他の例として、例えば、信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)が介在しないことが挙げられる。この場合、受信波形は補正不足となる。図10は、信号補正部120(信号波形補正回路122)が介在しない場合の受信波形の一例を示す図である。図10を参照して、補正不足によって通信信号の信号波形が変形し、この場合も、信号品質が劣化する。
 より具体的には、例えば、第1車載装置60に対して不正アクセスするために、ワイヤハーネス80の第2コネクタ86に不正な機器が接続されたとする。この場合、不正な機器は、信号歪みフィルタ104による信号波形の変形を適切に補正できないため(補正不足)、第1車載装置60との正常な通信が抑制される。一方、ワイヤハーネス80が取り外されて、別のワイヤハーネスにより第1車載装置60に対して不正な機器が接続された場合、信号歪みフィルタ104が介在しなくなる。この場合、第1車載装置60の信号波形補正回路122aにより、不正な機器からの送信信号の信号波形が過補正となる。第1車載装置60の第1通信部62は、信号品質が劣化した信号を不正な機器から受信することになるので、不正な機器との通信が抑制される。換言すると、この場合も、不正な機器は、第1車載装置60との正常な通信が抑制される。不正な機器が第2車載装置70に接続された場合も、上記と同様、正常な通信が抑制される。
 このように、本実施の形態に係るセキュリティシステム50においては、信号変形部100は、通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する。信号補正部120は、変形された信号波形を補正する。信号変形部100と信号補正部120とを含む場合、第1通信部62と第2通信部72との間の通信は正常に行われる。一方、第1通信部62または第2通信部72に不正な機器が接続された場合、信号変形部100および信号補正部120のいずれかが介在しなくなる。例えば、信号変形部100が介在し、信号補正部120が介在しない場合、通信信号の信号波形は補正されない(補正不足)。また例えば、信号変形部100が介在せずに、信号補正部120が介在する場合、通信信号の信号波形は過補正となる。いずれの場合も信号品質が劣化するため、不正な機器に対して、正常な通信を抑制することができる。さらに、信号変形部100および信号補正部120は、構成を簡易化し易い。したがって、本セキュリティシステム50によれば、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 信号変形部100は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部102を含み、信号補正部120は、信号フィルタ部102により変形された信号波形を補正する信号波形補正回路122を含む構成とすることができる。これにより、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 さらに、信号フィルタ部102は、第1通信部62が送信する通信信号をフィルタし、第2通信部72は、信号波形補正回路122bを含む構成とすることができる。同様に、信号フィルタ部102は、第2通信部72が送信する通信信号をフィルタし、第1通信部62は、信号波形補正回路122aを含む構成とすることもできる。これにより、信号波形補正回路122を別途設ける必要がなくなるので、容易に、信号波形補正回路122を備えた構成とすることができる。
 信号フィルタ部102が、ローパスフィルタ150、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタ152を含む構成とすることによって、容易に信号フィルタ部102を形成することができる。こうした信号フィルタ部102は、ワイヤハーネス80の通信線82、第1コネクタ84または第2コネクタ86に容易に設けることができる。そのため、このように構成することによっても、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 (第2の実施の形態)
 図11を参照して、本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス200は、扁平状のフラットケーブルを用いたハーネスであって、通信線210と、通信線210を保持する、シート状の保持部材220と、第1コネクタ230と、第2コネクタ240とを含む。
 シート状の保持部材220は、例えば絶縁性の樹脂材料(樹脂シート)から構成されている。通信線210は、保持部材220の長手方向に沿って伸びるように配線されている。 
 第1コネクタ230は通信線210の第1端部に接続されており、第2コネクタ240は通信線210の第2端部に接続されている。
 ワイヤハーネス200はさらに、上記した信号フィルタ部102(図1参照)と同様の信号フィルタ部250を含む。信号フィルタ部250は信号歪みフィルタ252として用いられる。信号歪みフィルタ252は、オープンスタブフィルタ254を含む。
 本実施の形態においては、オープンスタブフィルタ254は通信線210に形成されている。信号歪みフィルタ252は、オープンスタブフィルタ254に代えて、例えば、ローパスフィルタ等をであってもよい。信号フィルタ部250(信号歪みフィルタ252)は、通信線210以外の箇所に設けられていてもよい。例えば、信号フィルタ部250(信号歪みフィルタ252)は、ワイヤハーネス200の第1コネクタ230または第2コネクタ240に設けられていてもよいし、ワイヤハーネス200の通信線210に設けられていてもよい。
 なお、フラットケーブルを用いたワイヤハーネスとして、e-STEALTH(登録商標)等の集合ハーネスが知られている。本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス200は、そうした集合ハーネスを用いて構成することもできる。
 本実施の形態によれば、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる、扁平状のワイヤハーネス200を得ることができる。なお、本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス200は、第1の実施の形態におけるワイヤハーネス200(図4参照)に代えて、またはワイヤハーネス200とともに用いることができる。
 その他の構成は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。
 (第3の実施の形態)
 [全体構成]
 図12を参照して、本実施の形態に係るセキュリティシステム300は、信号変形部100(図1参照)に代えて、信号変形部160を含み、信号補正部120(図1参照)に代えて、信号補正部180を含む。
 信号変形部160は、送信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路162を含む。信号波形変形回路162は、ECU1に設けられる信号波形変形回路162aおよびECU2に設けられる信号波形変形回路162bを含む。信号波形変形回路162aおよび信号波形変形回路162bを総称する場合は「信号波形変形回路162」と呼ぶ。信号波形変形回路162は、ECU1およびECU2のいずれか一方にのみ設けられる構成であってもよい。ここでは、ECU1およびECU2の両方に信号波形変形回路162が設けられる例について説明する。
 ECU1は、アンプ130を介して送信信号(通信信号)をECU2に送信し、アンプ132を介してECU2からの送信信号(通信信号)を受信する。ECU2はアンプ140を介して送信信号(通信信号)をECU1に送信し、アンプ142を介してECU1からの送信信号(通信信号)を受信する。
 ECU1において、信号波形変形回路162aの出力はアンプ130の入力と接続されている。そのため、ECU1からの送信信号は信号波形変形回路162aによってその信号波形が変形された後にECU2に対して送信される。
 ECU2においても、ECU1と同様である。すなわち、信号波形変形回路162bの出力はアンプ140の入力と接続されている。そのため、ECU2からの送信信号は信号波形変形回路162bによってその信号波形が変形された後にECU1に対して送信される。
 信号補正部180は、信号フィルタ部182を含む。信号フィルタ部182は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である上記通信信号をフィルタする。
 本セキュリティシステム300においては、信号フィルタ部182は信号補正フィルタ184として用いられる。すなわち、信号フィルタ部182(信号補正部180)は、信号波形変形回路162(信号変形部160)により変形された信号波形を補正する。信号補正フィルタ184は、ECU1とECU2との通信における伝送線路上に設けられる。ECU1からの送信信号、およびECU2からの送信信号は、信号補正フィルタ184によって信号波形が補正される。
 具体的には、ECU1からの送信信号は信号波形変形回路162によってその信号波形が変形され、信号補正フィルタ184によって信号波形が補正される。ECU2は、信号補正フィルタ184によって補正された後の通信信号を受信信号として受信する。同様に、ECU2からの送信信号は信号波形変形回路162によってその信号波形が変形され、信号補正フィルタ184によって信号波形が補正される。ECU1は、信号補正フィルタ184によって補正された後の通信信号を受信信号として受信する。
 (信号フィルタ部182)
 信号フィルタ部182は、第1の実施の形態における信号フィルタ部182(図1参照)と同様の構成を有する。すなわち、信号フィルタ部182は、ローパスフィルタ、または、バンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。より具体的には、本実施の形態においては、信号補正フィルタ184として、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタが用いられる。
 本実施の形態においては、信号フィルタ部182に入力される通信信号は信号波形変形回路162によってその信号波形が変形されている。そのため、信号フィルタ部182における信号波形を歪ませる機能は信号波形の変形を補正する機能として利用される。
 (通信信号の信号波形)
 セキュリティシステム300は、上記のように、信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)および信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)を含む。信号変形部160において変形された通信信号の信号波形は、信号補正部180によって補正される。
 図13は、通信信号における信号波形の変化を説明するための図である。ここでは、ECU1から送信される通信信号をECU2にて受信する場合を考える。ただし、信号の送受信はこの逆であってもよい。図13において、上から順に、送信波形、信号波形変形回路162(図12参照)により変形された信号波形、信号補正フィルタ184(図12参照)に入力される直前の波形、信号補正フィルタ184(図12参照)により補正された信号波形、および受信波形の各波形例を示す。図13を参照して、例えば、送信波形が矩形波の通信信号が送信されたとする。この通信信号は、信号波形変形回路162によりその信号波形が変形される。信号波形変形回路162により波形が変形された通信信号は信号補正フィルタ184に入力されるまでに減衰する。
 信号歪みフィルタ104に入力されるまでに減衰し、信号歪みフィルタ104に入力される直前の通信信号は矩形波が減衰した波形となる。減衰した通信信号が信号歪みフィルタ104に入力されると、そのため、信号補正フィルタ184に入力される直前の通信信号の波形は、歪んだ波形が減衰したものとなる。信号補正フィルタ184は、信号波形変形回路162による信号波形の変形を補正する。信号補正フィルタ184による補正後の信号波形は減衰した矩形波となる。したがって、受信波形も、減衰した矩形波となる。すなわち、送信波形に応じた矩形波を受信可能となる。
 このように、セキュリティシステム300においては、信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)および信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)を含むため、正常な通信が可能となる。信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)と信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)との組合せを正しい組合せとした場合、これ以外の組合せ(不正な組合せ)の場合には正常な通信が困難となる。例えば、信号波形変形回路162および信号補正フィルタ184のいずれかが介在しない場合、過補正または歪んだ信号が受信されることになる。
 [システム構成]
 図14を参照して、セキュリティシステム300が用いられるシステム40Aは、第1車載装置60Aと、第2車載装置70Aと、ワイヤハーネス80Aとを含む。ワイヤハーネス80Aは、第1車載装置60Aと第2車載装置70Aとの間の通信を接続する。ワイヤハーネス80Aは、第1車載装置60Aと第2車載装置70Aとの間を直接接続する構成であってもよいし、他の通信線を介して間接的に接続する構成であってもよい。第1車載装置60Aから見て、例えば、第2車載装置70Aは他の車載装置であり、第2車載装置70Aから見て、例えば、第1車載装置60Aは他の車載装置である。
 ワイヤハーネス80Aは、通信線82と、通信線82の第1端部に接続された第1コネクタ84と、通信線82の第2端部に接続された第2コネクタ86とを含む。第1コネクタ84はハウジング84aを含み、第2コネクタ86はハウジング86aを含む。
 第1車載装置60Aは、第1通信部62Aと、第1通信部62Aが実装される第1電装基板64と、第1電装基板64に設けられるコネクタ66とを含む。コネクタ66は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80Aの第1コネクタ84と接続される。第1電装基板64には、第1通信部62Aとコネクタ66とを電気的に接続する通信線68(伝送線路)が設けられている。
 第2車載装置70Aは、第2通信部72Aと、第2通信部72Aが実装される第2電装基板74と、第2電装基板74に設けられるコネクタ76とを含む。コネクタ76は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80Aの第2コネクタ86と接続される。第2電装基板74には、第2通信部72Aとコネクタ76とを電気的に接続する通信線78(伝送線路)が設けられている。
 第1車載装置60Aおよび第2車載装置70AはいずれもECUであるとする。この場合、第1通信部62Aおよび第2通信部72Aは、PHYを含む。PHYは、ECUに実装された、信号の送受信を行うチップ(通信制御IC)により構成されている。なお、第1車載装置60Aは、例えば、上記したECU1に対応させることができ、第2車載装置70Aは、例えば、上記したECU2に対応させることができる。
 第1通信部62Aは、信号波形変形回路162aを含む。第2通信部72Aは、信号波形変形回路162bを含む。第1通信部62Aおよび第2通信部72Aにそれぞれ設けられる通信制御ICには、信号波形を変形するためのDSP(Digital Signal Processor)回路が設けられている。そのため、第1車載装置60Aに設けられる信号波形変形回路162aとして、第1通信部62Aにおける通信制御ICの変形回路(DSP回路)を用いてもよい。同様に、第2車載装置70Aに設けられる信号波形変形回路162bとして、第2通信部72Aにおける通信制御ICの変形回路(DSP回路)を用いてもよい。これにより、第1車載装置60Aへの信号波形変形回路162aの実装が容易になるとともに、第2車載装置70Aへの信号波形変形回路162bの実装が容易になる。
 第1通信部62Aと第2通信部72Aとの間の通信は、通信線20により接続される。通信線20は、通信線68、通信線78および通信線82を含む。
 上記した信号フィルタ部182(信号補正フィルタ184)は、例えば、ワイヤハーネス80Aの第2コネクタ86に設けられる。図15を参照して、第2コネクタ86は、ハウジング86a(コネクタ本体)と、ハウジング86a内に設けられた信号フィルタ部182(信号補正フィルタ184)を含む。ハウジング86a内には通信線82の端部が位置しており、信号フィルタ部182は例えばハウジング86a内の通信線82に設けられる。
 信号フィルタ部182は、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。本実施の形態においては、第2コネクタ86に、バンドリジェクトフィルタの一種であるオープンスタブフィルタ154が設けられている。ただし、第2コネクタ86に設けられる信号フィルタ部182は、オープンスタブフィルタ154に限定されず、例えば、ローパスフィルタ等であってもよい。なお、信号フィルタ部182は、ワイヤハーネス80Aの第1コネクタ84に設けられていてもよいし、ワイヤハーネス80Aの通信線82に設けられていてもよい。
 信号波形変形回路162による変形量は、信号補正フィルタ184によって適切に補正可能な値に設定されている。同様に、信号波形変形回路162の変形量も、信号補正フィルタ184によって適切に補正可能な値に設定されている。信号波形変形回路162および信号波形変形回路162の各変形量は、固定(固定値)とすることができる。
 第1車載装置60Aまたは第2車載装置70Aに対して不正な機器が接続された場合、信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)および信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)の組合せが不適正となる。不適正な組合せの一例として、例えば、信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)が介在しない場合、補正不足となる。図16は、信号補正部180(信号補正フィルタ184)が介在しない場合の受信波形の一例を示す図である。図16を参照して、補正不足によって通信信号の信号波形が変形し、信号品質が劣化する。不適正な組合せの他の例として、例えば、信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)が介在しない場合、信号補正フィルタ184による過補正となる。図17は、信号変形部160(信号波形変形回路162)が介在しない場合の受信波形の一例を示す図である。図17を参照して、過補正によって通信信号の信号波形が変形し、この場合も、信号品質が劣化する。
 より具体的には、例えば、第1車載装置60Aに対して不正アクセスするために、ワイヤハーネス80Aの第2コネクタ86に不正な機器が接続されたとする。この場合、不正な機器は、信号波形変形回路162が搭載されていないため、不正な機器からの送信信号の信号波形は、信号補正フィルタ184によって過補正となる。第1車載装置60Aの第1通信部62Aは、信号品質が劣化した信号を不正な機器から受信することになるので、不正な機器との通信が抑制される。換言すると、この場合、不正な機器は、第1車載装置60Aとの正常な通信が抑制される。一方、ワイヤハーネス80Aが取り外されて、別のワイヤハーネスにより第1車載装置60Aに対して不正な機器が接続された場合、信号補正フィルタ184が介在しなくなる。この場合、不正な機器は、信号波形変形回路162による信号波形の変形を適切に補正できないため(補正不足)、第1車載装置60Aとの正常な通信が抑制される。不正な機器が第2車載装置70Aに接続された場合も、上記と同様、正常な通信が抑制される。
 このように、本実施の形態に係るセキュリティシステム300においても、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 信号変形部160は、通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路162を含み、信号補正部180は、信号波形変形回路162により変形された信号波形をフィルタする信号フィルタ部182を含む構成とすることができる。これにより、容易に、より簡易な構成とすることができる。
 さらに、第1通信部62Aは、信号波形変形回路162を含み、この信号波形変形回路162は、第1通信部62Aが送信する通信信号の信号波形を変形するように構成することができる。同様に、第2通信部72Aは、信号波形変形回路162を含み、この信号波形変形回路162は、第2通信部72Aが送信する通信信号の信号波形を変形するように構成することができる。これにより、信号波形変形回路162の実装が容易になるので、容易に、信号波形変形回路162を備えた構成とすることができる。この場合、信号フィルタ部182は、第2通信部72Aが第1通信部62Aからの通信信号を受信するまでの伝送線路上、または、第1通信部62Aが第2通信部72Aからの通信信号を受信するまでの伝送線路上に設けられる構成とすることができる。
 その他の構成は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。
 なお、本実施の形態においても、第2の実施の形態において示した扁平状のワイヤハーネスを用いることができる。
 (第4の実施の形態)
 上記第1の実施の形態においては、信号変形部(信号歪みフィルタ)をワイヤハーネスに設けた例について示した。しかし、本開示はそのような実施の形態には限定されない。信号変形部は例えば車載装置に設ける構成であってもよい。
 図18を参照して、信号変形部を含む車載装置の例について説明する。本実施の形態に係る車載装置400はECUである。車載装置400は、信号変形部410を含む点を除き、第1の実施の形態におけるECU1またはECU2と同様の構成を有している。
 信号変形部410は、第1の実施の形態における信号変形部100(図1参照)と同様の構成を有している。すなわち、信号変形部410は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部102を含む。信号フィルタ部102は、例えば、ローパスフィルタ、または、バンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。この信号フィルタ部102は、信号歪みフィルタ104として用いられる。
 車載装置400が他の車載装置と通信する場合、信号変形部410(信号歪みフィルタ104)は車載装置400に設けられていればよい。
 図19を参照して、車載装置400は、信号変形部410(信号歪みフィルタ104)が設けられる点を除き、例えば第1車載装置60(図7参照)と同様の構成を有している。具体的には、車載装置400は、通信部462と、通信部462が実装される電装基板464と、電装基板464に設けられるコネクタ466とを含む。電装基板464には、通信部462とコネクタ466とを電気的に接続する通信線468(伝送線路)が設けられている。コネクタ466は、ハウジング466a(コネクタ本体)を含む。
 通信部462は、信号波形補正回路122を含む。車載装置400はさらに、上記した信号歪みフィルタ104を含む。信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)は、例えば、コネクタ466のハウジング466a内に設けられる。より具体的には、コネクタ466のハウジング466a内には通信線468の端部が位置しており、信号フィルタ部102は例えばハウジング466a内の通信線468に設けられる。信号歪みフィルタ104は、ローパスフィルタ、および、バンドリジェクトフィルタのいずれであってもよい。
 車載装置400をこのように構成した場合でも、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 その他の構成は、第1の実施の形態と同様である。
 (変形例)
 信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)は、コネクタ466以外の部分、例えば電装基板464に設けられる構成であってもよい。図20を参照して、変形例に係る車載装置400Aは、信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)が設けられる位置が車載装置400(図19参照)とは異なる。車載装置400Aのその他の構成は、車載装置400と同様である。
 車載装置400Aにおいては、信号フィルタ部102(信号歪みフィルタ104)が、電装基板464の通信線468に設けられている。なお、信号歪みフィルタ104は、ローパスフィルタ、および、バンドリジェクトフィルタのいずれであってもよい。
 変形例に係る車載装置400Aにおいても、第4の実施の形態と同様の効果を有する。
 (第5の実施の形態)
 上記第3の実施の形態においては、信号補正部(信号補正フィルタ)をワイヤハーネスに設けた例について示した。しかし、本開示はそのような実施の形態には限定されない。信号補正部は例えば車載装置に設ける構成であってもよい。
 図21を参照して、信号補正部を含む車載装置の例について説明する。本実施の形態に係る車載装置500はECUである。車載装置500は、信号補正部510を含む点を除き、第3の実施の形態におけるECU1またはECU2と同様の構成を有している。
 信号補正部510は、第3の実施の形態における信号補正部180(図12参照)と同様の構成を有している。すなわち、信号補正部510は、通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部182を含む。信号フィルタ部182は、例えば、ローパスフィルタ、または、バンドリジェクトフィルタを含む。この信号フィルタ部182は、信号補正フィルタ184として用いられる。
 車載装置500が他の車載装置と通信する場合、信号補正部510(信号補正フィルタ184)は他の車載装置にも設けられていてもよい。
 信号補正フィルタ184は、ローパスフィルタ、および、バンドリジェクトフィルタのいずれであってもよい。信号補正フィルタ184は、第4の実施の形態において示したように、車載装置500のコネクタに設けられる構成であってもよいし、車載装置500の電装基板に設けられる構成であってもよい。
 車載装置500をこのように構成した場合でも、より簡易な構成により通信セキュリティを向上できる。
 その他の構成は、第3の実施の形態と同様である。
 (変形例)
 上記実施の形態において、通信線の本数は複数本であってもよい。
 上記実施の形態においては、車載装置(ECU)のアンプがバッファ回路(入出力バッファ)として機能する例について示したが、本開示はそのような実施の形態には限定されない。車載装置(ECU)のアンプは、例えば増幅回路として機能する構成であってもよい。その場合、車載装置(ECU)の送受信回路については、増幅回路PA(Power Amplifier)/LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)としてもよい。具体的には、車載装置における送信回路のアンプをPA、受信回路のアンプをLANとしてもよい。
 上記実施の形態においては、車載装置がECUである構成について示したが、本開示はそのような実施の形態には限定されない。車載装置はECU以外の装置であってもよい。
 上記実施の形態においては、信号波形補正回路、または、信号波形変形回路を通信部に設ける例について示したが、本開示はそのような実施の形態には限定されない。信号波形補正回路、または、信号波形変形回路は通信部以外に設けられる構成であってもよい。
 上記で開示された技術を適宜組合せて得られる実施形態についても、本開示の技術的範囲に含まれる。

  1.  第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を通信線により接続するシステムに用いられるセキュリティシステムであって、
     前記通信において送信される通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号変形部と、
     前記信号変形部により変形された前記信号波形を補正する信号補正部とを含む、セキュリティシステム。
  2.  前記信号変形部は、前記通信に用いられる通信帯域内の信号である前記通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部を含み、
     前記信号補正部は、前記信号フィルタ部により変形された前記信号波形を補正する信号波形補正回路を含む、請求項1に記載のセキュリティシステム。
  3.  前記信号フィルタ部は、前記第1通信部が送信する前記通信信号をフィルタし、
     前記第2通信部は、前記信号波形補正回路を含む、請求項2に記載のセキュリティシステム。
  4.  前記信号変形部は、前記通信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路を含み、
     前記信号補正部は、前記信号波形変形回路により変形された前記信号波形をフィルタする信号フィルタ部を含む、請求項1に記載のセキュリティシステム。
  5.  前記第1通信部は、前記信号波形変形回路を含み、

  9.  前記信号フィルタ部は、前記第1通信部が実装される第1電装基板、前記第1電装基板に設けられるコネクタ、前記第2通信部が実装される第2電装基板、および前記第2電装基板に設けられるコネクタの少なくともいずれかに設けられる、請求項2から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティシステム。
  10.  第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を接続するワイヤハーネスであって、
     通信線と、
     前記通信線の端部に接続されるコネクタと、

  11.  前記信号フィルタ部は、ローパスフィルタ、またはバンドリジェクトフィルタを含む、請求項10に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  12.  前記通信線を保持する、シート状の保持部材をさらに含む、請求項10または請求項11に記載のワイヤハーネス。
  13.  第1通信部と第2通信部との間の通信を通信線により接続するシステムに用いられるコネクタであって、
     ハウジングと、
     前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記通信において送信される通信信号をフィルタする信号フィルタ部とを含む、コネクタ。
  14.  通信線を介して他の車載装置と通信する車載装置であって、
     前記他の車載装置と通信する通信部を含み、
     前記通信部は、前記他の車載装置から送信された通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合に、前記信号波形の変形を補正する信号波形補正回路を含む、車載装置。
  15.  前記他の車載装置に送信する送信信号の信号波形を変形させるためにフィルタする信号フィルタ部をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の車載装置。
  16.  通信線を介して他の車載装置と通信する車載装置であって、
     前記他の車載装置と通信する通信部を含み、
     前記通信部は、前記他の車載装置に送信する送信信号の信号波形を変形する信号波形変形回路を含む、車載装置。
  17.  前記他の車載装置から送信された通信信号の信号波形が変形されている場合に、前記信号波形の変形を補正するためにフィルタする信号フィルタ部をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の車載装置。
