- spatial relative terms may be used herein to describe the relationship of one element or feature relative to another element or feature as shown in the figure, such as “inside”, “outside”, “inner side”, “outer side”, “below”, “below”, “above”, “above”, etc.
- Such spatial relative terms are intended to include different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figure. Therefore, the example term “below" can include both upper and lower orientations.
- the device can be oriented otherwise (rotated 90 degrees or in other directions) and the spatial relative descriptors used in the text are interpreted accordingly.
- a method for calculating a target temperature is proposed.
- the method for calculating a target temperature is used for an air conditioner. Specifically, during the operation of the air conditioner, the target temperature set by the control device is calculated. Specifically, the method for calculating a target temperature includes the following steps:
- Step S101 obtaining a control signal of a control device after the air conditioner is started;
- Step S102 determining a correction value according to a control signal
- Step S103 obtaining a first temperature of the environment in which the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located at a first moment;
- Step S104 determining the target temperature as the sum of the first temperature and the correction value.
- the control device sends a temperature-reaching shutdown signal to the air conditioner. If the actual value of the indoor temperature is much lower than the target temperature, the control device sends a signal to the air conditioner to increase the output power, such as turning on the electric auxiliary heating device. Therefore, when the relationship between the actual value of the indoor temperature and the target temperature is different, the control device sends different control signals to the air conditioner based on its own set control logic, so as to control the operation of the air conditioner based on the target temperature and the actual temperature in the room, so as to meet the needs of users.
- correction value is related to the control logic of the control device and is not specifically limited here.
- step S103 and step S104 when the air conditioner receives a control signal, the first temperature of the environment in which the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located at the same time as the control signal is received is obtained.
- the first temperature can be the temperature at the return air outlet of the indoor unit, that is, the return air temperature of the indoor unit, or the indoor temperature of the space in which the indoor unit is located.
- the target temperature can be calculated by calculating the sum of the first temperature and the correction coefficient, so that the air conditioner can operate according to the calculated target temperature, so as to facilitate the intelligent and precise control of the operation of each component in the air conditioner in the subsequent operation, so as to respond to user needs in a timely and effective manner and improve user experience.
- Step S201 obtaining a control signal of a control device after the air conditioner is started
- Step S203 determining whether an output change signal is received, if yes, determining that the correction value is the second correction value, if no, executing step S204;
- Step S204 obtaining the output state signal at the last moment in the first time period, and determining the correction value to be a third correction value;
- Step S205 obtaining a first temperature of the environment in which the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located at the same time as the control signal is received;
- Step S206 Determine the target temperature as the sum of the first temperature and the correction value.
- step S201 is the same as step S101, and steps S205 to S206 are the same as steps S103 to S104, which will not be described in detail herein.
- step S202 within the first time period after the air conditioner is started, it is first determined whether a temperature-reaching shutdown signal is received. If a temperature-reaching shutdown signal is received, it means that after the air conditioner is turned on, at the moment the temperature-reaching shutdown signal is received, the indoor temperature has reached the target temperature. Therefore, the first temperature of the environment in which the air conditioner is located at the temperature-reaching shutdown moment is obtained, and the correction value is determined to be the first correction value corresponding to the temperature-reaching shutdown signal.
- the target temperature can be deduced by calculating the sum of the first temperature and the first correction value.
- the control device In cooling mode, if the target temperature set by the control device is T1S’ and the indoor temperature is T1’, the control device will issue a temperature-reaching shutdown command only when T1S’-T1’ ⁇ X (X>0, X can be set to 1°C, 2°C, 3°C, 4°C, 5°C, etc.), and the first correction value is set to X.
- step S203 if the temperature reaching shutdown signal is not received within the first time period, it means that the indoor temperature of the air conditioner has not reached the target temperature after running for the first time period. Therefore, it is determined whether the output change signal is received within the first time period.
- the output change signal is a control signal issued by the control device based on the difference between the current indoor temperature and the target temperature to change the cooling or heat output state of the air conditioner. For example, if the difference between the indoor temperature and the target temperature is large, it means that the current cooling or heat output capacity of the air conditioner is far from meeting the actual demand. Therefore, the control device will issue a control signal to increase the output power of the air conditioner to improve the cooling or heat output capacity of the air conditioner.
- the control device In cooling mode, if the target temperature set by the control device is set to T1S' and the indoor temperature is T1', the control device will issue a temperature-reaching shutdown command only when T1'-T1S' ⁇ Y (Y>0, Y can be set to 1°C, 2°C, 3°C, 4°C, 5°C, etc.).
- the second correction value It is set to -Y.
- the first temperature of the environment where the air conditioner is located is T1
- the target temperature T1S T1-Y.
- step S204 if neither the temperature-reaching shutdown signal nor the output change signal is received within the first time period, it means that the cooling or heat output state of the air conditioner within the first time period remains unchanged, and the indoor temperature has not reached the target temperature within the first time period. Therefore, the output state signal at the last moment in the first time period is obtained, and the difference between the indoor temperature and the target temperature is judged according to the different output states of the air conditioner. The greater the cooling or heat output efficiency of the air conditioner, the greater the absolute value of the third correction value.
- the value range of the first time period t is 0.1 hours to 24 hours.
- the first time period is based on the output capacity of the air conditioner and the volume of the building space where the air conditioner is located.
- the first time period t can be set to 0.1 hours, 0.2 hours, 0.5 hours, 0.8 hours, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, etc.
- the output transition signal includes the indoor fan operating at a low gear, the indoor fan operating at a high gear, the electric auxiliary heating device operating at a low gear, and the electric auxiliary heating device operating at a high gear.
- the wind gear of the indoor fan must be maintained at a high position to ensure the safety of the operation of the electric auxiliary heating device.
- the electric auxiliary heating device is operated at a high position, it means that the air conditioner has a higher heat output efficiency.
- the output transition signal includes: the indoor fan is shifted up, the indoor fan is shifted down, the electric auxiliary heating device is turned off, the electric auxiliary heating device is turned on, the electric auxiliary heating device is shifted down, and the electric auxiliary heating device is shifted up.
- the electric auxiliary heating device In cooling mode, the electric auxiliary heating device is not turned on.
- the indoor fan In the first time period, when the indoor fan is shifted up (i.e., the indoor fan is shifted from a low gear to a high gear), when the control device sends a control signal for the indoor fan to be shifted up, the difference between the actual value of the indoor temperature and the target temperature is large, and the cooling output efficiency of the air conditioner needs to be improved to meet the user's needs.
- the control device sends a control signal for the indoor unit fan to shift up, the difference between the actual value of the indoor temperature and the target temperature is large, and the heat output efficiency of the air conditioner needs to be improved to meet user needs.
- the electric auxiliary heating device downshifts that is, the electric auxiliary heating device changes from high-gear operation to low-gear operation
- the method for estimating the target temperature includes the following steps:
- Step S301 Control the air conditioner to start and run in a preset mode according to a power-on instruction or a mode switching instruction
- Step S302 obtaining a control signal of a control device after the air conditioner is started;
- Step S303 determining a correction value according to the control signal
- Step S303 Obtain the first temperature of the environment in which the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located at the first moment.
- Step S305 Determine the target temperature as the sum of the first temperature and the correction value.
- steps S302 to S305 are the same as steps S101 to S104 and are not described in detail herein.
- step S301 the air conditioner is started according to the power-on command issued by the control device and runs in a preset mode.
- the air conditioner By running the air conditioner in the preset mode, without obtaining the target temperature data, it is ensured that the air conditioner can run stably and that the air conditioner can stably output cooling or heat to the room.
- the indoor temperature On the one hand, it meets the user's cooling or heating needs, and on the other hand, by continuously supplying cooling or heating to the room, the indoor temperature is quickly made to reach the target temperature, so that the control device sends a control signal to the air conditioner based on the change in the indoor temperature, which is conducive to quickly calculating the target temperature based on the control signal sent by the control device and the first temperature of the environment in which the indoor unit of the air conditioner is currently located.
- controlling the preset mode operation of the air conditioner includes: controlling the indoor fan to start at a high wind speed, and controlling the output power of the compressor 30 to be adjusted to an upper limit value, so that the air conditioner can maintain the maximum cooling or heat output efficiency, shorten the target temperature calculation cycle, and achieve the purpose of quickly calculating the target temperature.

步骤S101:获取空调器启动后的控制设备的控制信号;
步骤S102:根据控制信号确定修正值;
步骤S103:获取第一时刻的空调器的内机所处环境的第一温度;
步骤S201:获取空调器启动后的控制设备的控制信号;
步骤S202:判断空调器启动后的第一时间段内是否接收到达温停机信号,若是则确定修正值为第一修正值,若否则执行步骤S203;
步骤S203:判断是否接收到输出转变信号,若是则确定修正值为第二修正值,若否则执行步骤S204;
步骤S204:获取第一时间段中的最后时刻的输出状态信号,并确定修正值为第三修正值;
步骤S205:获取与接收控制信号相同时刻的空调器的内机所处环境的第一温度;
本实施方式中,|a’|≥|b’|≥|a|≥|b|。
