Description
本申请要求于2023年06月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为202310708992.2、申请名称为“连接结构、电池模组、储能装置及用电设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及储能装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接结构、电池模组、储能装置及用电设备。
电池系统中,为了提高电池系统的能量密度,通常设置多个电池模组,并通过导电件实现电池模组与电池模组之间的电连接。通常将导电件与电池模组采用螺栓固定的方式固定导电件。在电池系统运作过程中,螺栓容易松动,连接阻抗会逐渐增大,导致导电件与电池模组的电连接处发热增大,造成该电连接处过热起火,引起电池系统起火爆炸。
发明内容
本申请提供一种连接结构、电池模组、储能装置及用电设备。
第一方面,本申请实施方式提供一种连接结构,所述连接结构包括连接组件和导电件。所述连接组件包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件包括第一弯折部、第一连接部和第二连接部。第一连接部和第二连接部相对设置,第一连接部的一端通过所述第一弯折部与所述第二连接部的一端连接,所述第一连接部、所述第一弯折部和所述第二连接部围合形成插装槽。所述第二连接件安装于所述插装槽内并弹性抵接于所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部。所述第二连接件包括桥接部、第一板体和第二板体,所述第一板体和所述第二板体相对设置,所述桥接部的两端部分别连接所述第一板体和所述第二板体,所述桥接部、所述第一板体和所述第二板体围合形成容纳腔,所述第一板体和所述第二板体均设有弹性部,所述弹性部设有第一子段,所述第一子段朝向所述容纳腔内凸起,沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,设于所述第一板体的第一子段与设于所述第二板体的第一子段之间具有第一间隙。所述导电件安装于所述容纳腔,所述导电件沿高度方向上的一端部抵接于所述桥接部,所述第一间隙的第一宽度D1小于所述导电件的第一厚度H1,且所述导电件沿厚度方向的相对两面分别弹性抵接于所述第一板体的第一子段和所述第二板体的第一子段。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述弹性部还设有第二子段,所述第二子段相对所述第一子段朝背离所述容纳腔的方向凹陷,所述容纳腔形成有开口,沿所述第二连接件的高度方向所述第二子段位于所述第一子段与所述开口之间;沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,所述第一板体的第二子段与所述第二板体的第二子段之间具有第二间隙,所述第二间隙的第二宽度D2满足:1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1,且所述第二间隙的第二宽度D2大于所述第一间隙的第一宽度D1。
沿第二连接件的厚度方向,第二间隙的第二宽度D2大于第一间隙的第一宽度D1,且第一间隙的第一宽度D1小于导电件的第一厚度H1。沿第二连接件的高度方向上,第二子段位
于第一子段和开口之间,当导电件从开口插接入容纳腔内时,导电件经过第二间隙时,导电件不会接触到靠近开口的第二子段,避免第一板体的第二子段和第二板体的第二子段刮损导电件。若第二间隙的第二宽度D2大于1.5*D1,而第二连接件插接于第一连接件形成的插装槽内,第二间隙的第二宽度D2过宽,插装槽的第三宽度D3也会相应变大,导致第一连接件整体在电池模组中的占用空间过大,电池模组的能量密度降低。导电件需要经第二间隙安装到第一间隙内,若第二间隙的第二宽度D2小于1.3*D1,导电件刮蹭到第二子段的可能性增大,安装导电件需要较高的安装精度,装配效率低下。本申请中,沿第二连接件的厚度方向,第二间隙的第二宽度D2还满足:1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1,避免第二间隙的第二宽度D2过宽导致第一连接件的厚度过大有效减小第一连接件在电池模组中的占用空间,提升电池模组的能量密度;同时,避免第二间隙的第二宽度D2过窄,导电件插接于容纳腔内时,能够降低刮蹭到第二子段的可能性,安装导电件的安装精度低,提升装配效率,有利于提高产线自动化效率,加快生产节拍。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一板体的第二厚度H2等于所述第二板体的第二厚度H2,沿所述第一连接件的厚度方向上,所述插装槽的第三宽度D3满足:D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2。
若插装槽的第三宽度D3小于D2+2.3*H2,插装槽的第三宽度D3过小,第二连接件安装难度大,若插装槽的第三宽度D3大于D2+2.5*H2,插装槽的第三宽度D3过大,第二连接件安装于插装槽内时,第一连接部和第二连接部对第二连接件的夹持程度小,第二连接件与第一连接件的连接稳定性差,若要确保第一连接部和第二连接部对第二连接件具有一定的夹持力,第二连接件的宽度会相应增大,进而导致连接结构占用空间大。本申请中,沿第一连接件的厚度方向上,插装槽的第三宽度D3满足:D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2,第二连接件卡接于插装槽内时,确保第一连接部和第二连接部能够稳定地夹持住第二连接件,提升第二连接件与第一连接件的连接稳定性,且能够有效解决连接结构占用空间大的问题。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接部设有第一定位孔,所述第一板体包括第一端部,所述第一端部设有第一定位部,所述第一定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折,所述第一定位部插设于所述第一定位孔内。
第一定位部相对第一板体朝背离第二板体的方向弯折,第一定位部插设于第一定位孔内,第一定位部能够抵接于第一定位孔的周壁上,如此,实现第一连接件与第二连接件的电连接,第一连接件与第二连接件连接方式简单,可快速完成第一连接件与第二连接件的电连接,提高产线自动化效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折的第一角度大于等于45°且小于80°。
若第一定位部相对第一板体朝背离第二板体的方向弯折的第一角度小于45°,第一定位部插接于第一定位孔内时,第一定位部容易从第一定位孔脱落,第二连接件与第一连接部的连接稳定性较差;若第一定位部相对第一板体朝背离第二板体的方向弯折的第一角度大于80°,由于第二连接件能够导电,安装或拆卸第二连接件时尽量避免刮蹭磨损第二连接件,因此,掰开第一连接部或第二连接部以使第一连接部和第二连接部之间的宽度会相应增大,而过度掰开第一连接件部或第二连接部,容易出现断裂,影响第一连接件的结构寿命。本申请将第一定位部相对第一板体朝背离第二板体的方向弯折的第一角度大于等于45°且小于80°,如此,确保第一定位部能够稳定地插接于第一定位孔内,保证第一连接件与第二连接件的连接稳定性,且安装或拆卸第二连接件时,能够避免过度掰开第一连接部或第二连接部,
保证第一连接件的结构寿命。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接部还设有第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔位于所述第一定位孔的远离所述第一弯折部的一侧,所述第二连接部设有第二固定孔,沿所述第一连接件的厚度方向,所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔相对,所述连接结构还包括紧固件,所述紧固件依次穿设所述第二固定孔和所述第一固定孔,以固定连接第一连接部和第二连接部,沿所述第一连接件的高度方向,所述第二连接件位于所述第一弯折部和所述紧固件之间。
在第一连接部远离第一弯折部的一侧设置第一固定孔,相应的,在第二连接部远离第一弯折部的一侧设置第二固定孔,且第一固定孔与第二固定孔相对,紧固件依次穿设第二固定孔和第一固定孔安装于第一连接部和第二连接部上,确保第一连接部和第二连接部能够稳定夹持第二连接件,且紧固件能够对插装槽内的第二连接件进行限位,防止第二连接件从插装槽内脱离,保证第二连接件与第一连接件的连接可靠性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接部还设有第二定位孔,所述第二定位孔与所述第一定位孔位于所述第一连接部沿高度方向的相对两端,所述第一板体还包括第二端部,所述第二端部与所述第一端部位于所述第一板体的相对两端,所述第二端部设有第二定位部,所述第二定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折,所述第二定位部插设于所述第二定位孔内。
第二定位部相对第一板体朝背离第二板体的方向弯折,第二定位部插设于第二定位孔内,第二定位部能够抵接于第二定位孔的周壁上,如此,通过第一定位部和第二定位部对第二连接件进行高度方向上的限位,加固第一连接件与第二连接件的连接稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第二定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折的第二角度大于等于45°且小于80°。

在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第二连接部设有第三定位孔,所述第二板体包括第三端部,所述第三端部与所述第一端部相对,所述第三端部与所述第一端部之间形成所述容纳腔的开口,所述第三端部设有第三定位部,所述第三定位部相对所述第二板体背离所述容纳腔弯折,所述第三定位部插设于所述第三定位孔内。
第二连接部上设置第三定位孔,且第三定位孔与第一定位孔相对,当第二连接件插装到插装槽内时,可掰动第二连接部,将第二连接件竖向插装入插装槽,当第二定位部插入第二定位孔时,第一定位部相应地对准插入第一定位孔内,且第三定位部也相应地对准插入第三定位孔内,当将导电件插入容纳腔内并与两侧的第一子段抵接时,第一定位部和第二定位部的限位能够避免第二连接件受到插入导电件所施加的力的影响出现脱落现象,保证第一连接件和第二连接件的连接稳定性,基于此,在第二板体上设置第三定位部,使得第二板体卡接
于第二连接部上,保证第一板体和第二板体的相对平衡,第三定位部的限位能够避免第二板体受到插入导电件所施加的力的影响而出现第二板体相对第一板体倾斜,加固第一连接件与第二连接件连接的稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第二板体还包括第四端部,所述第四端部与所述第三端部位于所述第二板体的相对两端,所述第四端部与所述第二端部相对,所述桥接部的一端与所述第四端部连接,所述桥接部的另一端与所述第二端部连接。
桥接部设置于容纳腔的与开口相对的一端,桥接部除了连接第一板体和第二板体之后,桥接部能够支撑导电件的一端部,将导电件限定于容纳腔内,导电件能够始终位于容纳腔内,保证导电件与第二连接件连接的可靠性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一板体的第二厚度H2等于所述第二板体的第二厚度H2,所述第二连接件处于自由状态下,沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,所述第一定位部的端部和所述第三定位部的端部之间具有第三间隙,所述第三间隙的第四宽度D4满足:D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2。
可以理解,当第一定位部插入第一定位孔内,第三定位部插入第三定位孔内时,第一定位部和第三定位部均处于自由状态。第三间隙的第四宽度D4为:在第二连接件的厚度方向上,第一定位部的端部的最远离第一板体的端点与第三定位部的端部的最远离第二板体的端点之间的间距。若第三间隙的第四宽度D4小于D2+6.3*H2,第三间隙的第四宽度D4过小,即,第一定位部和/或第三定位部弯折程度过小,第一定位部容易从第一定位孔内脱落,同样,第三定位部容易从第三定位孔脱落,第一连接件与第二连接件连接可靠性差;若第三间隙的第四宽度D4大于D2+7.5*H2,第一定位部和/或第二定位部弯折程度过大,第一定位部插入第一定位孔内、第三定位部插入第三定位孔内时,或者将第二连接件从第一连接件上拆卸下来时,第二连接部的掰开程度也会相应增大,才能确保第一定位部插入第一定位孔、第三定位部插入第三定位孔内,容易出现第二连接部掰动过度,第二连接部与第一弯折部出现断裂的现象。本申请中,沿第二连接件的厚度方向,第三间隙的第四宽度D4满足:D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2,第一定位部能够稳定地卡接在第一定位孔,以及第三定位部能够稳定地卡接在第三定位孔内,保证第一连接件与第二连接件连接的可靠性。且第一定位部插入第一定位孔内、第三定位孔插入第三定位孔内时,装配便捷,有利于提高产线自动化效率。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接件还包括焊接部,所述焊接部与所述第一连接部的远离所述第一弯折部的一端连接。
第一连接件的焊接部可以与电池模组中的电池单体焊接,以将第一连接件与电池单体电连接。焊接部与电池单体焊接,可以避免整个连接结构从电池单体掉落,保证连接结构与电池单体的连接稳定性。其中,焊接部的延伸方向可以与第一连接部的延伸方向相同,或者焊接部的延伸方向与第一连接部的延伸方向不同,如,两者的延伸方向垂直。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一连接件还包括第二弯折部,所述第二弯折部位于所述焊接部与所述第一连接部之间,所述焊接部通过所述第二弯折部与所述第一连接部弯折连接。
焊接部通过第二弯折部与第一连接部弯折连接,如此,第一连接部和第二连接部可以安装于电池模组的侧部,通常电池模组的侧部安装冷却结构的接口,会相对电池模组的侧部凸出,第一连接部和第二连接部安装于该部分,可以充分利用电池模组的内部空间。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述连接组件包括底座和盖板,所述第一连接件安装于所述底座,所述盖板盖合于所述底座,并遮挡所述连接组件。
第一连接件的部分结构可安装于底座上,底座可以起到绝缘作用,第一连接件未与电池单体电连接的部分与电池单体保持绝缘,并通过盖板将连接组件盖合于盖板和底座之间,对连接组件进行绝缘保护。
第二方面,本申请提供一种电池模组,所述电池模组包括至少两个电池单体和如第一方面任一项所述的连接结构,每个所述第一连接部与一个所述电池单体电连接,所述导电件安装于相邻两个所述第二连接件的容纳腔内,并与相邻两个所述第二连接件电连接。
第三方面,本申请提供一种储能装置,所述储能装置包括如第二方面所述的电池模组。
第四方面,本申请提供一种用电设备。所述用电设备包括如第三方面所述的储能装置,所述储能装置为所述用电设备供电。
本申请的连接结构、电池模组、储能装置及用电设备中,连接结构应用于电池模组,在第二连接件中设置弹性部,将第二连接件插接在第一连接件的插装槽内后,可将导电件沿第一板体的弹性部和第二板体的弹性部插装于第一间隙处,并与第一板体的第一子段和第二板体的第一子段弹性抵接,实现导电件与第二连接件的电连接。或者,将导电件沿第一板体的弹性部和第二板体的弹性部插装于第一间隙处,并与第一板体的第一子段和第二板体的第一子段弹性抵接,再将导电件和第二连接件一起安装到第一连接件的插装槽中。第一间隙的第一宽度D1小于导电件的第一厚度H1,导电件插装到第一间隙处时,导电件会对两侧的第一子段施加推力,由于第一子段为弹性部的一部分,第一子段受到到导电件的推力后要恢复形变会对导电件挤压,使得第一板体的第一子段朝向第一间隙的一面、以及第二板体的第一子段朝向第一间隙的一面夹紧导电件,另外,第一板体和第二板体之间的桥接部对导电件的一端部起到支撑的作用,防止导电件从第一间隙掉落,确保导电件与第二连接件电连接的稳定性;另外,第二连接件抵接于第一连接部和第二连接部,实现第二连接件与第一连接件的电连接,从而实现导电件、第二连接件以及第一连接件的电连接。本申请的连接结构无需螺栓连接,避免了因螺栓连接导致的螺栓扭矩衰减造成过热起火,确保电池模组的安全性,同时,第二连接件快插连接的形式有利于提高产线自动化效率,提高生产效率。

请参阅图3和图4,本申请实施方式提供的连接结构100包括连接组件10和导电件30。连接组件10包括第一连接件11和第二连接件13。第一连接件11包括第一弯折部111、第一连接部112和第二连接部113,第一连接部112和第二连接部113相对设置,第一连接部112的一端通过第一弯折部111与第二连接部113的一端连接,第一连接部112、第一弯折部111和第二连接部113围合形成插装槽114。第二连接件13安装于插装槽114内并弹性抵接于第一连接部112和第二连接部113;第二连接件13包括桥接部135、第一板体131和第二板体132。第一板体131和第二板体132相对设置,桥接部135的两端部分别连接第一板体131和第二板体132,桥接部135、第一板体131和第二板体132围合形成容纳腔133,第一板体131和第二板体132均设有弹性部134,弹性部134设有第一子段1342,第一子段1342朝向容纳腔133内凸起,沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,设于第一板体131的第一子段1342与设于第二板体132的第一子段1342之间具有第一间隙1332。导电件30安装于容纳腔133,导电件30沿高度方向上的一端部抵接于桥接部135,第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30的第一厚度H1,且导电件30沿厚度方向的相对两面分别弹性抵接于第一板体131的第一子

可以理解,第二连接件13安装于插装槽114内后,第二连接件13处于弹性压缩状态,第一板体131和第二板体132受到弹力会往第一连接部112和第二连接部113挤压,从而第二连接件13能够稳固地安装于插装槽114中,并与第一连接部112和第二连接部113抵接,以实现第二连接件13与第一连接件11的电连接。
示例的,第一板体131和第二板体132均收容于插装槽114内。
具体的,每个第一连接部112与一个电池单体200电连接,导电件30的部分结构安装于相邻两个第二连接件13的容纳腔133内,并与相邻两个第二连接件13电连接。
可以理解,每个电池单体200均安装有一个连接组件10,导电件30连接相邻两个连接组件10中的第二连接件13,以实现电池单体200之间的电连接。
本申请的连接结构100和电池模组1000中,在第二连接件13中设置弹性部134,将第二连接件13插接在第一连接件11的插装槽114内后,可将导电件30沿第一板体131的弹性部134和第二板体132的弹性部134插装于容纳腔133内,并与第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342弹性抵接,即,导电件30容纳于第一间隙1332处,实现导电件30与第二连接件13的电连接。或者,将导电件30沿第一板体131的弹性部134和第二板体132的弹性部134插装于容纳腔133内,并与第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342弹性抵接,再将导电件30和第二连接件13一起安装到第一连接件11的插装槽114中。且第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30的第一厚度H1,导电件30插装到第一间隙1332处时,导电件30会对两侧的第一子段1342施加推力,由于第一子段1342为弹性部134的一部分,第一子段1342受到导电件30的推力后要恢复形变会对导电件30挤压,使得第一板体131的第一子段1342朝向第一间隙1332的一面、以及第二板体132的第一子段1342朝向第一间隙1332的一面夹紧导电件30,另外,第一板体131和第二板体132之间的桥接部135对导电件30的一端部起到支撑的作用,防止导电件30从第一间隙1332掉落,确保导电件30与第二连接件13电连接的稳定性;另外,第二连接件13抵接于第一连接部112和第二连接部113,实现第二连接件13与第一连接件11的电连接,从而实现导电件30、第二连接件13以及第一连接件11的电连接。本申请的连接结构100无需螺栓连接,避免了因螺栓连接导致的螺栓扭矩衰减造成过热起火,确保电池模组1000的安全性,同时,第二连接件13快插连接的形式有利于提高产线自动化效率,提高生产效率。
请参阅图4,第一弯折部111位于第一连接件11的端部,第一弯折部111弯折连接第一连接部112和第二连接部113,第一连接部112、第一弯折部111和第二连接部113整体为U型结构,并形成有插装槽114,如图4所示,插装槽114沿高度方向的一侧为开放端,第二连接件13可以从该开放端安装于插装槽114内,导电件30也可从该开放端安装到容纳腔133内。插装槽114沿长度方向的相对两侧也为开放端,便于导电件30连接相邻两个第一连接件11上的第二连接件13。第一弯折部111的设置,使得第一连接部112相对第二连接部113掰开时更省力,或者,第二连接部113相对第一连接部112掰开时更省力。
请参阅图4、图5和图6,第一板体131的弹性部134与第二板体132的弹性部134结构相同,第一板体131的弹性部134和第二板体132的弹性部134关于容纳腔133的沿高度方向的中轴线对称设置,使得导电件30安装在容纳腔133后,导电件30沿厚度方向相对设置的两个表面均能够与弹性部134贴合,保证导电件30与弹性部134的连接稳定性,进而确保
导电件30与第二连接件13电连接的稳定性。
如图4所示,弹性部134设有多个弹性段1341,多个弹性段1341间隔设置,且多个弹性段1341的结构相同。每个弹性段1341均包括第一子段1342,第一子段1342朝向容纳腔133内凸起。第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342之间形成有第一间隙1332。
可以理解,第一间隙1332为容纳腔133的一部分。
示例的,当容纳腔133内安装有导电件30时,第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1等于导电件30的第一厚度H1,其中,导电件30各处的厚度均一;或者,当容纳腔133内安装有导电件30时,第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30位于第一间隙1332部分的第一厚度H1。容纳腔133内未安装有导电件30时,第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30的第一厚度H1,如此,导电件30安装到容纳腔133内与弹性部134弹性抵接时,弹性部134因受到导电件30力的作用发生弹性形变,然而弹性部134恢复弹性形变会对导电件30施加反向的力,进而使得两侧的弹性部134夹紧导电件30,避免导电件30从弹性部134处滑落,保证导电件30与第二连接件13电连接的稳定性。
可选的,弹性部134还设有第二子段1343,第二子段1343相对第一子段1342朝背离容纳腔133的方向凹陷,容纳腔133形成有开口1331,沿第二连接件13的高度方向,第二子段1343位于第一子段1342和开口1331之间。
第二子段1343相比第一子段1342背离容纳腔133的方向凹陷会形成导向段1344,该导向段1344位于第一子段1342和第二子段1343之间,如,第一子段1342和第二子段1343的连接处为圆弧段,该圆弧段形成导向段1344。第一板体131上的导向段1344和第二板体132上的导向段1344共同形成导向部,导电件30从开口1331安装到第一板体131的第二子段1343和第二板体132的第二子段1343的导向后,再经导向部进行二次导向插接到第一间隙1332内,并弹性抵接于第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342上。
例如,第一子段1342沿高度方向的一侧设置有第二子段1343时,第二子段1343更靠近开口1331,导电件30安装入容纳腔133内时,依次经过开口1331、第二子段1343和第一子段1342,最终与第一子段1342抵接。
还例如,第一子段1342沿高度方向的两侧均设置有第二子段1343,也即是说,在第一板体131或第二板体132上,第一子段1342位于两个第二子段1343之间,其中一个第二子段1343相较于第一字段更靠近开口1331。导电件30安装入容纳腔133内时,依次经过开口1331、其中一个第二子段1343和第一子段1342,最终与第一子段1342抵接。
请结合图7,沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,第一板体131的第二子段1343和第一板体131的第二子段1343之间具有第二间隙1333,第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2满足:1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1,且第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2大于第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1。
沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2大于第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1,且第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30的第一厚度H1。沿第二连接件13的高度方向上,第二子段1343位于第一子段1342和开口1331之间,当导电件30从开口1331插接入容纳腔133内时,导电件30经过第二间隙1333时,导电件30不会接触到靠近开口1331的第二子段1343,避免第一板体131的第二子段1343和第二板体132的第二子段1343刮损导电件30。若第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2大于1.5*D1,而第二连接件13插接于第一连接件11形成的插装槽114内,第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2过宽,插装槽114的宽度也会相应变大,导致第一连接件11整体在电池模组1000中的占用空间过大,电池模组1000的能
量密度降低。导电件30需要经第二间隙1333安装到第一间隙1332内,若第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2小于1.3*D1,导电件30刮蹭到第二子段1343的可能性增大,安装导电件30需要较高的安装精度,装配效率低下。本申请中,沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2还满足:1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1,避免第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2过宽导致第一连接件11的厚度过大有效减小第一连接件11在电池模组1000中的占用空间,提升电池模组1000的能量密度;同时,避免第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2过窄,导电件30插接于容纳腔133内时,能够降低刮蹭到第二子段1343的可能性,安装导电件30的安装精度低,提升装配效率,有利于提高产线自动化效率,加快生产节拍。
请结合图7,示例的,第一板体131的第二厚度H2等于第二板体132的第二厚度H2,沿第一连接件11的厚度方向上,插装槽114的第三宽度D3满足:D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2。
若插装槽114的第三宽度D3小于D2+2.3*H2,插装槽114的第三宽度D3过小,第二连接件13安装难度大,若插装槽114的第三宽度D3大于D2+2.5*H2,插装槽114的第三宽度D3过大,第二连接件13安装于插装槽114内时,第一连接部112和第二连接部113对第二连接件13的夹持程度小,第二连接件13与第一连接件11的连接稳定性差,若要确保第一连接部112和第二连接部113对第二连接件13具有一定的夹持力,第二连接件13的宽度会相应增大,进而导致连接结构100占用空间大。本申请中,沿第一连接件11的厚度方向上,插装槽114的第三宽度D3满足:D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2,第二连接件13卡接于插装槽114内时,确保第一连接部112和第二连接部113能够稳定地夹持住第二连接件13,提升第二连接件13与第一连接件11的连接稳定性,且能够有效解决连接结构100占用空间大的问题。
请参阅图4和图8,示例的,第一连接部112设有第一定位孔1121,第一板体131包括第一端部1311,第一端部1311设有第一定位部1312,第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折,第一定位部1312插设于第一定位孔1121内。
第一定位孔1121为通孔,第一定位孔1121的数量可以是一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,其中,第一定位部1312的数量与第一定位孔1121的数量相同。本申请中,第一定位孔1121的数量为两个,两个第一定位孔1121间隔设置于第一连接部112上,两个第一定位部1312设置于第一端部1311且位于第一端部1311的相对两侧,设置两个第一定位孔1121和两个第一定位部1312,确保导电件30安装到第二连接件13上之后第二连接件13不会出现倾斜现象,保证导电件30与第二连接件13连接稳定性。
第一定位孔1121为多个时,多个第一定位孔1121位于第一连接部112的同一高度上,相应的,多个第一定位部1312位于第一板体131的同一高度上。
请结合图7,第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折,第二连接件13安装到插装槽114内时,第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝向第一连接部112,第一定位部1312与第一定位孔1121可插接连接,第一定位部1312能够抵接于第一定位孔1121的周壁上,实现第一连接件11与第二连接件13的电连接,第一连接件11与第二连接件13连接方式简单,可快速完成第一连接件11与第二连接件13的电连接,提高产线自动化效率。
第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第一角度α1大于等于45°且小于80°。
若第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第一角度α1小
于45°,第一定位部1312插接于第一定位孔1121内时,第一定位部1312容易从第一定位孔1121脱落,第二连接件13与第一连接部112的连接稳定性较差。若第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折第一角度α1大于80°,由于第二连接件13能够导电,安装或拆卸第二连接件13时尽量避免刮蹭磨损第二连接件13,因此,掰开第一连接部112或第二连接部113,容易出现断裂,影响第一连接件11的结构寿命。本申请,将第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第一角度α1大于等于45°且小于80°,如此,确保第一定位部1312能够稳定地插接于第一定位孔1121内,保证第一连接件11与第二连接件13的连接稳定性,且安装或拆卸第二连接件13时,能够避免过度掰开第一连接部112或第二连接部113,保证第一连接件11的结构寿命。
请参阅图4和图8,第一连接部112还设有第一固定孔1122,第一固定孔1122位于第一定位孔1121的远离第一弯折部111的一侧,第二连接部113设有第二固定孔1131,沿第一连接件11的厚度方向,第一固定孔1122与第二固定孔1131相对,连接结构100还包括紧固件50,紧固件50依次穿设第二固定孔1131和第一固定孔1122,以固定连接第一连接部112和第二连接部113,沿第一连接件11的高度方向,第二连接件13位于第一弯折部111和紧固件50之间。
第一固定孔1122和第二固定孔1131均为通孔,如,第一固定孔1122和第二固定孔1131均可以是圆孔,相对的第一固定孔1122与第二固定孔1131的中轴线同轴。第一固定孔1122的数量可以是一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,其中,第二固定孔1131的数量与第一固定孔1122的数量相同。本申请中,第一固定孔1122的数量为两个,两个第一固定孔1122间隔设置于第一连接部112上,相应的,两个第二固定孔1131间隔设置于第二连接部113上。
请结合图7,在第一连接部112远离第一弯折部111的一侧设置第一固定孔1122,相应的,在第二连接部113远离第一弯折部111的一侧设置第二固定孔1131,且第一固定孔1122与第二固定孔1131相对,紧固件50依次穿设第二固定孔1131和第一固定孔1122安装于第一连接部112和第二连接部113上,确保第一连接部112和第二连接部113能够稳定夹持第二连接件13,且紧固件50能够对插装槽114内的第二连接件13进行限位,防止第二连接件13从插装槽114内脱离,保证第二连接件13与第一连接件11的连接可靠性。其中,紧固件50可以是螺栓或其他连接件。
请参阅图4和图8,进一步地,第一连接部112还可以设有第二定位孔1123,第二定位孔1123与第一定位孔1121位于第一连接部112沿高度方向的相对两端,第一板体131还包括第二端部1313,第二端部1313与第一端部1311位于第一板体131的相对两端,第二端部1313设有第二定位部1314,第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折,第二定位部1314插设于第二定位孔1123内。
相应的,第二定位孔1123为通孔,第二定位孔1123的数量可以是一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,其中,第二定位部1314的数量与第二定位孔1123的数量相同。本申请中,第二定位孔1123的数量为两个,两个第二定位孔1123间隔设置于第二连接部113上,两个第二定位部1314设置于第二端部1313且位于第二端部1313的相对两侧,设置两个第二定位孔1123和两个第二定位部1314,确保导电件30安装到第二连接件13上之后第二连接件13不会出现倾斜现象,保证导电件30与第二连接件13连接稳定性。
类似的,第二定位孔1123为多个时,多个第二定位孔1123位于第一连接部112的同一高度上,相应的,多个第一定位部1312位于第一板体131的同一高度上,第一连接部112上同时设有多个第一定位孔1121和多个第二定位孔1123时,将第二连接件13安装到插装槽114
内的过程中,多个第二定位部1314同时插入相对的第二定位孔1123内,同时,多个第一定位部1312也相应插入相对的第一定位孔1121内。
请结合图6和图7,第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折,第二连接件13安装到插装槽114内时,第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝向第一连接部112,第二定位部1314插设于第二定位孔1123内,第二定位部1314能够抵接于第二定位孔1123的周壁上,如此,通过第一定位部1312和第二定位部1314对第二连接件13进行高度方向上的限位,加固第一连接件11与第二连接件13的连接稳定性。
第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第二角度α2大于等于45°且小于80°。
若第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第二角度α2小于45°,第二定位部1314插接于第二定位孔1123内时,第二定位部1314容易从第二定位孔1123脱落,第二连接件13与第一连接部112的连接稳定性较差;若第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第二角度α2大于80°,由于第二连接件13能够导电,安装或拆卸第二连接件13时尽量避免刮蹭磨损第二连接件13,因此,掰开第一连接部112或第二连接部113以使第一连接部112和第二连接部113之间的宽度会相应增大,而过度掰开第一连接件11部或第二连接部113,容易出现断裂,影响第一连接件11的结构寿命。本申请将第二定位部1314相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第二角度α2大于等于45°且小于80°,如此,确保第二定位部1314能够稳定地插接于第二定位孔1123内,保证第一连接件11与第二连接件13的连接稳定性,且安装或拆卸第二连接件13时,能够避免过度掰开第一连接部112或第二连接部113,保证第一连接件11的结构寿命。
可选的,当第二连接件13安装到插装槽114内再安装导电件30时,将导电件30安装到第二连接件13的容纳腔133内时,可以适当掰动第二连接部113将导电件30安装到容纳腔133内,其中,掰动第二连接部113时确保第一定位部1312始终未脱离第一定位孔1121、以及第二定位部1314始终未脱离第二定位孔1123,避免第二连接件13的第二子段1343的内壁刮蹭导电件30。
可选的,可将导电件30先安装到第二连接件13的容纳腔133内,安装导电件30到容纳腔133内时,可以掰开第一板体131,以使容纳腔133的开口1331变大,第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2相应变大,避免导电件30刮蹭到靠近开口1331的第二子段1343,导电件30安装到第一间隙1332处时,松开第一板体131,使第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342夹持导电件30沿厚度方向的两个表面,此时,第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342被撑开,再将导电件30和第二连接件13整体安装到插装槽114内。
请参阅图4和图7,示例的,第二连接部113设有第三定位孔1132,第二板体132包括第三端部1321,第三端部1321与第一端部1311相对,第三端部1321与第一端部1311之间形成容纳腔133的开口1331,导电件30可以从开口1331伸入容纳腔133内。第三端部1321设有第三定位部1322,第三定位部1322相对第二板体132朝背离第一板体131的方向弯折,第三定位部1322插设于第三定位孔1132内。
第二连接部113上设置第三定位孔1132,且第三定位孔1132与第一定位孔1121相对,当第二连接件13插装到插装槽114内时,可掰动第二连接部113,将第二连接件13竖向插装入插装槽114,当第二定位部1314插入第二定位孔1123时,第一定位部1312相应地对准插入第一定位孔1121内,且第三定位部1322也相应地对准插入第三定位孔1132内,当将导
电件30插入第一间隙1332处并与两侧的第一子段1342抵接时,第一定位部1312和第二定位部1314的限位能够避免第二连接件13受到插入导电件30所施加的力的影响出现脱落现象,保证第一连接件11和第二连接件13的连接稳定性,基于此,在第二板体132上设置第三定位部1322,使得第二板体132卡接于第二连接部113上,保证第一板体131和第二板体132的相对平衡,第三定位部1322的限位能够避免第二板体132受到插入导电件30所施加的力的影响而出现第二板体132相对第一板体131倾斜,加固第一连接件11与第二连接件13连接的稳定性。
可选的,第三定位部1322相对第二板体132朝背离第一板体131的方向弯折的第三角度α3的取值范围可以等于第一定位部1312相对第一板体131朝背离第二板体132的方向弯折的第一角度α1的取值范围。如此,安装或拆卸第二连接件13时,能够避免过度掰开第二连接部113或第一连接部112,确保第一连接件11的结构寿命。
例如,第一定位部1312的第一角度α1、第二定位部1314的第二角度α2和第三定位部1322弯折的第三角度α3均可以是45°,如此,第一连接部112相对第二连接部113掰开的程度能够适当减小,确保第一连接件11的结构寿命,第二连接件13安装到第一连接件11的插装槽114内的过程也更加便捷。
本申请中,第一定位部1312和第三定位部1322的弯折设置,第二连接件13安装在第一连接件11后,沿第一连接件11的厚度方向,第一板体131与第一连接部112之间存在第一间隔,第二板体132与第二连接部113之间存在第二间隔,第一间隔和第二间隔之和记为S1,则S1满足:0.3*H2≤S1≤0.5*H2。第一间隔和第二间隔可以相同,也可以不相同。第二连接件13插接于插装槽114内,则插装槽114的第三宽度D3等于第二间隙1333的第二宽度D2、第一板体131的第二厚度H2、第二板体132的第二厚度H2、第一间隔以及第二间隔的总和。其中,第一连接部112会将第一定位部1312朝向第三定位部1322的一侧挤压,第二连接部113会将第三定位部1322朝向第一定位部1312的一侧挤压,从而,第二连接件13的弹性部134处于弹性压缩状态,第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342挤压导电件30沿厚度方向的两个表面。示例的,第二板体132还包括第四端部1323,第四端部1323与第三端部1321位于第二板体132的相对两端,第四端部1323与第二端部1313相对,桥接部135的一端与第四端部1323连接,桥接部135的另一端与第二端部1313连接。
桥接部135设置于容纳腔133的与开口1331相对的一端,桥接部135除了连接第一板体131和第二板体132之后,桥接部135能够支撑导电件30的一端部,将导电件30限定于容纳腔133内,导电件30能够始终位于容纳腔133内,保证导电件30与第二连接件13连接的可靠性。
请结合图7,第一板体131的第二厚度H2等于第二板体132的第二厚度H2,第二连接件13处于自由状态下,沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,第一定位部1312的端部和第三定位部1322的端部之间具有第三间隙1334,第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4满足:D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2。
可以理解,当第一定位部1312插入第一定位孔1121内,第三定位部1322插入第三定位孔1132内时,第一定位部1312和第三定位部1322均处于自由状态。第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4为:在第二连接件13的厚度方向上,第一定位部1312的端部的最远离第一板体131的端点与第三定位部1322的端部的最远离第二板体132的端点之间的间距。若第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4小于D2+6.3*H2,第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4过小,即,第一定位部1312和/或第三定位部1322弯折程度过小,第一定位部1312容易从第一定位孔1121内脱落,同
样,第三定位部1322容易从第三定位孔1132脱落,第一连接件11与第二连接件13连接可靠性差,相应地,容纳腔133的宽度也会过小,导电件30的厚度需要减小,导电件30的结构强度较差;若第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4大于D2+7.5*H2,第一定位部1312和/或第二定位部1314弯折程度过大,第一定位部1312插入第一定位孔1121内、第三定位部1322插入第三定位孔1132内时,需要较大的力掰动第二连接部113,容易出现第二连接部113掰动过度,第二连接部113与第一弯折部111出现断裂的现象,相应地,容纳腔133的宽度也会过大,导致连接结构100占用空间变大。本申请中,沿第二连接件13的厚度方向,第三间隙1334的第四宽度D4满足:D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2,第一定位部1312能够稳定地卡接在第一定位孔1121,以及第三定位部1322能够稳定地卡接在第三定位孔1132内,保证第一连接件11与第二连接件13连接的可靠性。且第一定位部1312插入第一定位孔1121内、第三定位孔1132插入第三定位孔1132内时,装配便捷,有利于提高产线自动化效率。另外,还可以有效避免容纳腔133的宽度过大,减小连接结构100整体占用空间对电池模组1000体积的影响。
本申请中,第一连接部112的第三厚度H3可以等于第二连接部113的第三厚度H3,则第三厚度H3满足:2.0*H2≤H3≤2.5*H2。在安装第二连接件13过程中,需要掰动第二连接部113或第一连接部112,第三厚度H3满足:2.0*H2≤H3≤2.5*H2,避免第一连接部112的第三厚度H3、第二连接部113的第三厚度H3过厚或过薄,影响第二连接件13的安装。
请结合图9,可选的,第二连接部113还可以设有第四定位孔1133,沿第一连接件11的厚度方向,第四定位孔1133与第二定位孔1123相对,第二板体132的第四端部1323还设有第四定位部1324,第四定位部1324相对第二板体132朝背离第一板体131的方向弯折,第四定位部1324插设于第四定位孔1133内。
相应的,第四定位孔1133为通孔,第四定位孔1133的数量可以是一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,其中,第四定位部1324的数量与第四定位孔1133的数量相同。本申请中,第四定位孔1133的数量为两个,两个第四定位孔1133间隔设置于第二连接部113上,两个第四定位部1324设置于第四端部1323且位于第四端部1323的相对两侧,设置两个第四定位孔1133和两个第四定位部1324,进一步加固第二连接件13与第一连接件11连接稳定性。
类似的,第四定位孔1133为多个时,多个第四定位孔1133位于第二连接部113的同一高度上,相应的,多个第四定位部1324位于第二板体132的同一高度上,第二连接部113上同时设有多个第四定位孔1133和多个第三定位孔1132时,将第二连接件13安装到插装槽114内的过程中,多个第四定位部1324同时插入相对的第四定位孔1133内,同时,多个第三定位部1322也相应插入相对的第三定位孔1132内。
第四定位部1324相对第二板体132朝背离第一板体131的方向弯折,第二连接件13安装到插装槽114内时,第四定位部1324相对第二板体132朝向第二连接部113,第四定位部1324插设于第四定位孔1133内,第四定位部1324能够抵接于第四定位孔1133的周壁上,如此,通过第三定位部1322和第四定位部1324对第二连接件13进行高度方向上的限位,加固第一连接件11与第二连接件13的连接稳定性。
可选的,第四定位部1324相对第二板体132朝背离第一板体131的方向弯折的第四角度α4的取值范围,可以等于第三定位部1322的第三角度α3的取值范围。第四定位部1324相的第四角度α4的具体取值可以等于第三定位部1322第三角度α3的具体取值,如,第四定位部1324的第四角度的取值可以是45°。
示例的,第一连接件11还可以包括焊接部115,焊接部115与第一连接部112的远离第
一弯折部111的一端连接。
第一连接件11的焊接部115可以与电池模组1000中的电池单体200焊接,以将第一连接件11与电池单体200电连接。焊接部115与电池单体200焊接,可以避免整个连接结构100从电池单体200掉落,保证连接结构100与电池单体200的连接稳定性。其中,焊接部115的延伸方向可以与第一连接部112的延伸方向相同,如,焊接部115为第一连接部112的一部分,或者焊接部115的延伸方向与第一连接部112的延伸方向不同,如,两者的延伸方向垂直。
第一连接件11还包括第二弯折部116,第二弯折部116位于焊接部115与第一连接部112之间,焊接部115通过第二弯折部116与第一连接部112弯折连接。
本申请中,焊接部115与第一连接部112通过的第二弯折部116弯折连接,如此,第一连接部112和第二连接部113可以安装于电池模组1000的侧部,通常电池模组1000的侧部安装冷却结构的接口,会相对电池模组1000的侧部凸出,第一连接部112和第二连接部113安装于该部分,可以充分利用电池模组1000的内部空间。
请结合图8,示例的,第一连接件11还可以包括第三弯折部117,第三弯折部117与第二连接部113的远离第一弯折部111的一端连接。
请结合图10,连接组件10包括底座70和盖板90,第一连接件11安装于底座70,盖板90盖合于底座70,并遮挡连接组件10。
第一连接件11的部分结构可安装于底座70上,底座70可以起到绝缘作用,第一连接件11未与电池单体200电连接的部分与电池单体200保持绝缘,并通过盖板90将连接组件10盖合于盖板90和底座70之间,对连接组件10进行绝缘保护。
底座70可嵌套在电池单体200的一端,底座70遮挡电池单体200的一端,底座70中可设置通孔,以便于电池单体200通过通孔与焊接部115焊接。底座70与盖板90卡合连接,将第一连接件11的大部分和第二连接件13的遮挡在底座70与盖板90之间。其中,底座70与盖板90之间预留导电件30装配的开口1331,以便导电件30电连接相邻两个第二连接件13。
本申请实施方式还提供一种储能装置,储能装置包括本申请任一实施方式提供的电池模组1000。
可以理解的是,储能装置可以包括但不限于电池包、电池系统、电池柜、集装式储能装置等。
本申请实施方式还提供一种用电设备,该用电设备包括本申请实施方式提供的储能装置,储能装置为用电设备供电。
本申请实施例技术方案均适用于各种使用储能装置的用电设备,例如,电瓶车、电动玩具、电动工具、电动车辆、船舶和航天器、手机、便携式设备、掌上电脑、笔记本电脑等。
本申请的储能装置和用电设备中,在第二连接件13中设置弹性部134,将第二连接件13插接在第一连接件11的插装槽114内后,可将导电件30沿第一板体131的弹性部134和第二板体132的弹性部134插装于第一间隙1332处,并与第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342抵接,实现导电件30与第二连接件13的电连接。或者,将导电件30沿第一板体131的弹性部134和第二板体132的弹性部134插装于第一间隙1332处,并与第一板体131的第一子段1342和第二板体132的第一子段1342弹性抵接,再将导电件30和第二连接件13一起安装到第一连接件11的插装槽114中。第一间隙1332的第一宽度D1小于导电件30的第一厚度H1,导电件30插装到第一间隙1332处时,导电件30会对两
侧的第一子段1342施加推力,由于第一子段1342为弹性部134的一部分,第一子段1342受到导电件30的推力后要恢复形变会对导电件30挤压,使得第一板体131的第一子段1342朝向第一间隙1332的一面、以及第二板体132的第一子段1342朝向第一间隙1332的一面夹紧导电件30,另外,第一板体131和第二板体132之间的桥接部135对导电件30的一端部起到支撑的作用,防止导电件30从第一间隙1332掉落,确保导电件30与第二连接件13电连接的稳定性;另外,第二连接件13抵接于第一连接部112和第二连接部113,实现第二连接件13与第一连接件11的电连接,从而实现导电件30、第二连接件13以及第一连接件11的电连接。本申请的连接结构100无需螺栓连接,避免了因螺栓连接导致的螺栓扭矩衰减造成过热起火,确保电池模组1000的安全性,同时,第二连接件13快插连接的形式有利于提高产线自动化效率,提高生产效率。
以上是本申请的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (17)
- 一种连接结构,其特征在于,应用于电池模组,所述连接结构包括:连接组件,包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件包括第一弯折部、第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相对设置,所述第一连接部的一端通过所述第一弯折部与所述第二连接部的一端连接,所述第一连接部、所述第一弯折部和所述第二连接部围合形成插装槽;所述第二连接件安装于所述插装槽内并弹性抵接于所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部;所述第二连接件包括桥接部、第一板体和第二板体,所述第一板体和所述第二板体相对设置,所述桥接部的两端部分别连接所述第一板体和所述第二板体,所述桥接部、所述第一板体和所述第二板体围合形成容纳腔,所述第一板体和所述第二板体均设有弹性部,所述弹性部设有第一子段,所述第一子段朝向所述容纳腔内凸起,沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,设于所述第一板体的第一子段与设于所述第二板体的第一子段之间具有第一间隙;导电件,安装于所述容纳腔,所述导电件沿高度方向上的一端部抵接于所述桥接部,所述第一间隙的第一宽度D1小于所述导电件的第一厚度H1,且所述导电件沿厚度方向的相对两面分别弹性抵接于所述第一板体的第一子段和所述第二板体的第一子段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述弹性部还设有第二子段,所述第二子段相对所述第一子段朝背离所述容纳腔的方向凹陷,所述容纳腔形成有开口,沿所述第二连接件的高度方向,所述第二子段位于所述第一子段与所述开口之间;沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,所述第一板体的第二子段与所述第二板体的第二子段之间具有第二间隙,所述第二间隙的第二宽度D2满足:1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1,且所述第二间隙的第二宽度D2大于所述第一间隙的第一宽度D1。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一板体的第二厚度H2等于所述第二板体的第二厚度H2,沿所述第一连接件的厚度方向上,所述插装槽的第三宽度D3满足:D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部设有第一定位孔,所述第一板体包括第一端部,所述第一端部设有第一定位部,所述第一定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折,所述第一定位部插设于所述第一定位孔内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折的第一角度α1满足:45°≤α1<80°。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部还设有第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔位于所述第一定位孔的远离所述第一弯折部的一侧,所述第二连接部设有第二固定孔,沿所述第一连接件的厚度方向,所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔相对,所述连接结构还包括紧固件,所述紧固件依次穿设所述第二固定孔和所述第一固定孔,以固定连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部,沿所述第一连接件的高度方向,所述第二连接件位于所述第一弯折部和所述紧固件之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接部还设有第二定位孔,所述第二定位孔与所述第一定位孔位于所述第一连接部沿高度方向的相对两端,所述第一板体还包括第二端部,所述第二端部与所述第一端部位于所述第一板体的相对两端,所述第二端部设有第二定位部,所述第二定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折,所述第二定位部插设于所述第二定位孔内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二定位部相对所述第一板体朝背离所述第二板体的方向弯折的第二角度α2满足:45°≤α2<80°。
- 根据权利要求7所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接部设有第三定位孔,沿所述第一连接件的厚度方向,所述第三定位孔与所述第一定位孔相对,所述第二板体包括第三端部,所述第三端部与所述第一端部相对,所述第三端部与所述第一端部之间形成所述容纳腔的开口,所述第三端部设有第三定位部,所述第三定位部相对所述第二板体背离所述容纳腔弯折,所述第三定位部插设于所述第三定位孔内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二板体还包括第四端部,所述第四端部与所述第三端部位于所述第二板体的相对两端,所述第四端部与所述第二端部相对,所述桥接部的一端与所述第四端部连接,所述桥接部的另一端与所述第二端部连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一板体的第二厚度H2等于所述第二板体的第二厚度H2,所述第二连接件处于自由状态下,沿所述第二连接件的厚度方向,所述第一定位部的端部和所述第三定位部的端部之间具有第三间隙,所述第三间隙的第四宽度D4满足:D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件还包括焊接部,所述焊接部与所述第一连接部的远离所述第一弯折部的一端连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接件还包括第二弯折部,所述第二弯折部位于所述焊接部与所述第一连接部之间,所述焊接部通过所述第二弯折部与所述第一连接部弯折连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括底座和盖板,所述第一连接件安装于所述底座,所述盖板盖合于所述底座,并遮挡所述连接组件。
- 一种电池模组,其特征在于,包括:至少两个电池单体;权利要求1-14任一项所述的连接结构,每个所述第一连接部与一个所述电池单体电连接,所述导电件安装于相邻两个所述第二连接件的容纳腔内,并与相邻两个所述第二连接件电连接。
- 一种储能装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求15所述的电池模组。
- 一种用电设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求16所述的储能装置,所述储能装置为所述用电设备供电。
