Abstract

본 발명은 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 마스터 몰드에 소프트 리소그래피(Soft lithography) 방법으로 초탄성재료를 전사하여, 소프트 몰드를 성형하는 소프트 몰드준비단계, 상기 소프트 몰드에 레진을 도포하는 레진도포단계, 상기 소프트 몰드의 상면에 수직 압력을 가하고, 수직 압력에 의한 포아송 효과를 이용해 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시키는 압축단계, 형태가 변형된 상기 소프트 몰드에 열 또는 자외선을 가해 상기 레진을 경화시켜 상기 3D 미세구조물을 생성하는 레진 경화단계 및 상기 소프트 몰드에 수직 압력을 제거하여 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 복원시키고, 상기 3D 미세구조물을 이형시키는 이형단계를 포함하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법을 제공할 수 있다.

Description

포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법
본 발명은 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 3차원적 미세구조체를 복제하는 과정에서 동일한 형태의 미세구조를 동일한 방법으로 반복 복제하여 3차원적 미세구조의 양산이 가능한 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 3차원 구조체를 제작하기 위해서는 3차원 구조체의 형상을 만들어 낼 수 있는 금형을 제작해야 한다.
이를 위해 목형을 제작하고, 다수의 공정을 거쳐 최종적으로 금형을 만들어 3차원 구조체를 생산하게 된다.
이때, 3차원 구조체의 금형을 만들어 내기 위해서 쾌속 조형 공정을 이용할 수 있다.
여기서, 쾌속 조형 공정이란 종이, 왁스, ABS 및 플라스틱 등의 재료를 사용하여 3차원 캐드 데이터로부터 금형없이 직접 3차원 형상의 시작품을 성형하는 것을 말한다.
이와 같은 신속성형 공정분야로, 한국공개특허 제10-2000-0054896호 '금속박판의 전기식 롤러용접을 이용한 3차원 시작품 제작방법 및 장치'가 공개되어 있다.
종래 기술은, 같이 금속박판에 형상부를 제작하고, 형상부가 형성된 금속박판을 적층하여 용접롤러로 금속박판을 서로 용착시킴으로써, 원하는 형상의 시작품을 만들 수 있다.
그러나, 종래 기술과 같은 3차원 구조체의 제조방법에서는, 금속박판의 두께를 줄이는 데 한계가 있고, 금속박판을 수 나노미터 내지 수십 나노미터의 두께로 작게 형성하는 경우, 금속박판을 롤러에 권취하기 어려운 문제가 발생할 수 있다.
또한, 미세한 3차원 구조체에 대한 구조의 복제가 극히 제한되고, 생산성이 낮아 3차원 구조체의 양산이 힘들었다.
따라서, 3차원 미세구조를 제작하고, 작업의 공정 수 및 복잡도를 감소시킴으로써, 양산이 가능한 미세구조 복제방법에 대한 개발이 필요하다.
상기와 같은 문제를 해결하고자, 본 발명은 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조물의 복제방법으로, 작업의 공정 수 및 복잡도를 감소시켜 효율적이고 정밀한 3D 미세구조물의 복제 및 양산 기술을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법은 마스터 몰드에 소프트 리소그래피(Soft lithography) 방법으로 초탄성재료를 전사하여, 소프트 몰드를 성형하는 소프트 몰드준비단계, 상기 소프트 몰드에 레진을 도포하는 레진도포단계, 상기 소프트 몰드의 상면에 수직 압력을 가하고, 수직 압력에 의한 포아송 효과를 이용해 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시키는 압축단계, 형태가 변형된 상기 소프트 몰드에 열 또는 자외선을 가해 상기 레진을 경화시켜 상기 3D 미세구조물을 생성하는 레진 경화단계 및 상기 소프트 몰드에 수직 압력을 제거하여 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 복원시키고, 상기 3D 미세구조물을 이형시키는 이형단계를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 소프트 몰드준비단계는 상기 마스터 몰드가 상측으로 이동할수록 좁아지는 형태로 형성된 격벽 및 상기 격벽의 외면에 형성된 돌출돌기를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 소프트 몰드준비단계는 상기 소프트 몰드가 상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 이격공간 및 상기 돌출돌기에 의해 형성된 공간인 레진 캐비티를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 압축단계는 포아송 효과에 의해 상기 이격공간이 좁혀지고 상기 이격공간을 중심으로 이웃하여 위치한 상기 레진 캐비티가 연통된 상태가 되어 상기 3D 미세구조물을 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 압축단계는 하기 [수학식 1]을 통해 상기 이격공간의 현재 너비 변화에 따른 수직 변형률을 산출하고, 이 중 목표 수직 변형률 값을 선택하여 상기 목표 수직 변형률까지 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시킬 수 있다.

상기와 같은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법은 포아송 효과에 의한 몰드의 형태 변형을 유도함으로써, ㎛ 단위의 너비를 가지는 3D 구조물의 미세구조를 복제할 수 있다.
또한, 포아송 효과를 적용할 수 있는 소프트 몰드를 사용하여 작업의 공정 수 및 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 대면적, 연속적 생산으로 동일한 형태의 3D 미세구조물을 정확도 높게 양산할 수 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법은 ㎛ 단위의 너비를 가지는 3D 미세구조물을 복제하는 방법으로, 소프트 몰드준비단계(S10), 레진도포단계(S20), 압축단계(S30), 레진 경화단계(S40) 및 이형단계(S50)를 포함할 수 있다.
먼저, 소프트 몰드준비단계(S10)는 마스터 몰드(10)에 소프트 리소그래피(Soft lithography) 방법으로 초탄성재료를 전사하여, 소프트 몰드(20)를 성형하는 단계이다.
여기서, 도 2를 참조하면 마스터 몰드(10)는 상측으로 이동할수록 좁아지는 형태로 형성된 격벽(11) 및 격벽(11)의 외면에 형성된 돌출돌기(12)를 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 마스터 몰드(10)는 두 개의 광자와 펄스 레이저를 이용하여 펄스 레이저가 초점이 맞는 부분에 두 개의 광자가 흡수되어 화학반응을 일으키고, 화학반응에 의해 생성되는 물질의 적층으로 물체를 출력하는 3D 프린팅 방식인 2PP(2 Photon Polymerization) 방식으로 제작될 수 있다.
이에, 마스터 몰드(10)를 세밀하게 제작할 수 있다.
또한, 격벽(11)은 복제하고자 하는 3D 미세구조물의 너비와 같거나 넓은 너비를 가질 수 있다.
이에, 3D 미세구조물은 격벽(11)에 의해 형성되는 이격공간(21)으로부터 안정적으로 이형될 수 있다.
또한, 돌출돌기(11)는 사용자가 복제하고자 하는 3D 미세구조물의 형태에 따라 형태가 달라질 수 있다.
구체적으로 돌출돌기(11)는 3D 미세구조물의 일부 형태로, 복수의 돌출돌기(11)가 모여 하나의 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 이룰 수 있다.
예를 들면, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 하프 링(Half ring) 형태의 3D 미세구조물을 복제할 경우, 돌출돌기(11)는 하프 링이 좌, 우 대칭을 이루도록 나누어진 형태로 형성될 수도 있다.
소프트 리소그래피 방법은 유연한 유기물질을 사용하여 패턴이나 구조물을 만드는 전사법이다.
구체적으로 소프트 리소그래피 방법은 레플리카 몰딩, 모세관 힘 리소그래피, 모세관-미세몰딩, 미세전사몰딩, 액체중재전사몰딩 등의 몰딩 방법이 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 유연한 무유기물질로는 초탄성재료가 이용될 수 있다.
여기서, 초탄성재료는 물체의 변형이 약 500% 이상이 발생하더라도, 하중을 제거하였을 때, 초기 상태로 되돌아가는 재료를 뜻하는 것이다.
이러한 초탄성재료는 실리콘, 고무 등이 사용될 수 있다.
이에, 소프트 몰드(20)는 수직 압력(VP)에 의해 형태가 변형되어도 초기 형태로 되돌아올 수 있어, 재사용이 가능하고, 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 일관성 있게 제작할 수 있다.
또한, 도 3을 참조하면 소프트 몰드(20)는, 소프트 몰드(20)가 격벽(11)에 의해 형성된 이격공간(21) 및 돌출돌기(12)에 의해 형성된 공간인 레진 캐비티(22)를 포함할 수 잇다.
구체적으로, 이격공간(21)은 격벽(11)으로 인해, 하측이 개방되고, 상측으로 이동할수록 좁아지는 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이에, 소프트 몰드(20)는 포아송 효과(PE)가 적용될 수 있는 이격공간(21)이 마련될 수 있다.
또한, 레진 캐비티(22)는 돌출돌기(12)로 인해, 돌출돌기(12)의 형태로 함몰된 공간을 형성할 수 있다.
즉, 소프트 몰드(20)는 마스터 몰드(10)의 역상으로 형성될 수 있다.
다음으로, 레진도포단계(S20)는 소프트 몰드(20)에 레진을 도포하는 단계이다.
구체적으로, 레진도포단계(S20)는 이격공간(21) 및 레진 캐비티(22)에 레진을 도포할 수 있다.
이때, 레진도포단계(S20)는 이격공간(21) 및 레진 캐비티(22)에 3D 미세구조물이 형태를 이룰 수 있을 정도의 레진을 도포할 수 있다.
또한, 레진도포단계(S20)는 사용자의 요구에 따라 열 경화성 레진 또는 자외선 경화성 레진을 사용할 수 있다.
다음으로, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 상면에 수직 압력(VP)을 가하고, 수직 압력(VP)에 의한 포아송 효과(PE)를 이용해 소프트 몰드(20)의 형태를 변형시키는 단계이다.
이때, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 상면과 하면에 기판(미도시)을 대고, 수직 압력(VP)을 가할 수 있다.
여기서, 기판은 유리, 실리콘 웨이퍼, 필름 등이 사용될 수 있다.
이에, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 상면에 대는 기판으로 소프트 몰드(20)의 전체 면적에 동일한 세기의 수직 압력(VP)을 가할 수 있다.
또한, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 하면에 대는 기판에 레진을 도포하여, 소프트 몰드(20)의 형태 변형 시 소프트 몰드(20)와의 마찰에 의해 발생할 수 있는 형태 변형 방해, 마모, 열 등의 문제를 줄일 수 있다.
또한, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)에 수직 압력(VP)을 가함으로써, 소프트 몰드(20)에 포아송 효과(PE)를 발생시킬 수 있다.
여기서, 포아송 효과(PE)는 물체가 한 방향으로 압축되는 경우, 압축되는 방향과 직각을 이루는 방향으로 확장하려는 성질이다.
이에, 압축단계(S30)는 소프트 몰드(20)에 수직 압력(VP)을 가해 수직 압력(VP)과 직각을 이루며 수평방향으로 발생하는 힘을 발생시킴으로써, 소프트 몰드(20)를 변형시켜 이격공간(21)을 좁힐 수 있다.
구체적으로, 도 4를 참조하면, 도 4a는 레진도포단계(S20) 이후, 레진이 도포된 소프트 몰드(20)의 단면 상태를 나타낸 것이다.
또한, 도 4b 는 도 4a 상태에서 소프트 몰드(20)에 수직 압력(VP)을 가한 상태이다.
이때, 소프트 몰드(20)가 포아송 효과(PE)에 의해 이격공간(21)이 내측으로 힘을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 도 4c는 도 4b의 상태에서, 수직 압력(VP)이 계속 가해져 포아송 효과(PE)를 받아 이격공간(21)이 좁혀진 상태를 나타낸 것이다.
이에, 이격공간(21)을 중심으로 이웃하여 위치한 레진 캐비티(22)가 연통된 상태가 되어 도포된 레진이 레진 캐비티(22)에 채워져 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 이룬 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 도 5 및 도 6a 내지 도 6c를 참조하면, 도 6a는 압축단계(S30)가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 복제되는 3D 구조물의 형태를 나타낸 것이다.

다음으로, 레진 경화단계(S40)는 형태가 변형된 소프트 몰드(20)에 열 또는 자외선을 가해 레진을 경화시켜 3D 미세구조물을 생성할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 레진 경화단계(S40)는 소프트 몰드(20)에 수직 압력이 제거되지 않은 상태에서, 열 경화성 레진일 경우, 열을 가해 열 경화성 레진을 경화시킬 수 있다.
또한, 자외선 경화성 레진일 경우, 자외선을 가해 자외선 경화성 레진을 경화시킬 수 있다.
더욱 구체적으로, 열 경화성 레진일 경우, 20℃이상, 100℃이하의 온도로 열 경화성 레진을 경화시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 열 경화성 레진은, 사용하는 열 경화성 레진의 종류에 따라 열 경화를 위한 온도가 20℃이상, 100℃이하의 범위 내에서 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 레진 경화단계(S40)는 20℃미만의 온도로 경화할 경우, 열 경화성 레진이 완전히 경화되지 않아, 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 유지하기 어려울 수 있고, 100℃ 초과의 온도로 경화할 경우, 과하게 경화되어 3D 미세구조물의 수축이 일어날 수 있다.
또한, 자외선 경화성 레진일 경우, 광대역 자외선을 10mW/cm2이상, 1000mW/cm2이하의 세기로 1분 이상, 10분 이하로 조사하여 경화시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 자외선 경화성 레진은, 사용하는 자외선 경화성 레진의 종류에 따라 자외선 경화를 위한 적정 광량이 10mW/cm2이상, 1000mW/cm2이하의 범위 내에서 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 레진 경화단계(S40)는 광대역 자외선을 10mW/cm2미만의 세기로 경화할 경우, 자외선 경화성 레진이 완전히 경화되지 않아, 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 유지하기 어려울 수 있고, 1000mW/cm2초과의 세기로 경화할 경우, 과하게 경화되어 3D 미세구조물의 수축이 일어날 수 있다.
또한, 레진 경화단계(S40)는 광대역 자외선을 1분 미만으로 조사할 경우, 자외선 경화성 레진이 완전히 경화되지 않아, 3D 미세구조물의 형태를 유지하기 어려울 수 있고, 10분 초과로 조사할 경우, 이미 충분히 경화된 상태로 작업의 비효율을 발생시킬 수 있다.
다음으로, 이형단계(S50)는 소프트 몰드(20)에 수직 압력을 제거하여 소프트 몰드(20)의 형태를 복원시키고, 3D 미세구조물을 이형시키는 단계이다.
이때, 이형단계(S50)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 이격공간(21) 너비가 3D 미세구조물의 너비보다 넓은 초기 상태로 복원되면서, 3D 미세구조물이 안전하게 이형될 수 있다.
또한, 이형단계(S50)는 소프트 몰드(20)의 형태에 따라, 다수의 3D 미세구조물을 이형시킬 수 있다.
상기에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법은 포아송 효과(PE)를 이용하여 3D 미세구조물을 복제함으로써, 기존 미세구조물 복제 대비 더욱 정밀한 형태의 3D 미세구조물을 복제할 수 있다.
또한, 포아송 효과(PE)를 적용할 수 있는 초탄성재료로 형성된 소프트 몰드(20)를 사용하여 작업의 공정 수 및 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 소프트 몰드(20)의 재사용으로 대면적, 연속적 생산으로 동일한 형태의 3D 미세구조물을 정확도 높게 양산할 수 있다.
또한, 도 7a와 같이 사용자의 요구에 따른 3D 미세구조물의 타겟 패턴에 따라 도 7b 및 도 7c와 같이 3D 공간을 활용하여 면적 대비 밀도 높은 3D 미세구조물의 배열을 제작할 수 있다.
또한, 도 8a와 같이 종래의 기술로 복제하기 힘들었던 연결된 고리 형태의 타겟 패턴을 가진 3D 미세구조물을 도 8b 및 도 8c와 같이 복제할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법은 미세 박막, 초발수성 표면 등의 건축자재, 전자용 부재, 화장품 등 넓은 산업분야에 적용되는 3D 미세구조물을 복제할 수 있다.
이하, 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다.
단, 하기 실시 예는 본 발명을 예시하는 것일 뿐, 본 발명의 내용이 하기 실시 예에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니다.
[실시 예]

10㎛ 너비를 가진 3D 미세구조물을 복제하기 위해, 15㎛ 초기 너비의 이격공간 및 그물 형태의 레진 캐비티가 형성된 소프트 몰드를 준비하고, 소프트 몰드의 캐비티와 이격공간에 자외선 경화성 레진인 MINS 311RM을 도포하였으며, 목표 수직 변형률 값을 약 0.292로 하여 목표 수직 변형률 값에 도달할 때까지 수직 압력을 가해, 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시켰고, 100mW/cm2세기의 광대역 자외선을 1분간 조사하여 MINS 311RM를 경화시켰으며, 이후, 수직 압력을 제거하고, 3D 미세구조물을 복제하였다.

실시 예 1과 동일한 방법으로 복제되되, 목표 수직 변형률 값을 약 0.224로 하여 3D 미세구조물을 복제하였다.
[비교 예 2]
실시 예 1과 동일한 방법으로 복제되되, 목표 수직 변형률 값을 약 0.252로 하여 3D 미세구조물을 복제하였다.
[비교 예 3]
실시 예 1과 동일한 방법으로 복제되되, 목표 수직 변형률 값을 약 0.324로 하여 3D 미세구조물을 복제하였다.
[실험 예 1] 3D 미세구조물의 복제 형태 평가
본 실험에서는 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)를 사용하여 실시 예 1의 3D 미세구조물을 촬영하고, 복제 형태를 평가하였다.
이때, 비교를 위해, 실시 예 1과 동일하게 비교 예 1 내지 비교 예 3의 3D 미세구조물을 촬영하고, 복제 형태를 평가하였다.
먼저, 10㎛ 너비를 가진 3D 미세구조물을 바람직한 형태로 복제하기 위한, 목표 수직 변형률 값의 범위는 0.275 내지 0.295이다.
이때, 목표 수직 변형률 값의 범위는, 10㎛ 너비를 가진 3D 미세구조물을 복제할 경우 필요한 목표 수직 변형률의 범위일 뿐, 이에 한정하지 않고, 복제하고자 하는 3D 미세구조물의 형태에 따라 다양하게 형성될 수 있다.
실시 예 1은 도 9c와 같이, 3D 미세구조물이 그물의 형태가 서로 끊기지 않고, 완전히 연결되며, 그 형태가 정확하고 단단하게 형성된 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 비교 예 1은 도 9a와 같이, 3D 미세구조물이 그물의 형태를 이루는 레진 캐비티의 형태보다는, 이격공간의 형태와 가까운 형태이며, 그 형태가 온전하게 형성되지 않은 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 비교 예 2는 도 9b와 같이, 3D 미세구조물이 그물의 형태가 서로 끊겨 있고, 부분적으로는 이격공간의 형태와 가까운 형태이며, 그 형태가 온전하게 형성되지 않은 것을 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 비교 예 3은 도 9d와 같이 3D 미세구조물이 부분적으로는 그물의 형태를 형성하나, 서로 끊긴 부분이 많은 것을 확인할 수 있으며, 그 형태가 온전하게 형성되지 않은 것을 확인할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 바람직한 목표 수직 변형률 범위에 포함되는 목표 수직 변형률로 복제되는 실시 예 1의 3D 미세구조물이, 바람직한 목표 수직 변형률 범위를 벗어나는 목표 수직 변형률로 복제되는 비교 예 1 내지 비교 예 3의 3D 미세구조물에 비해 그 형태가 온전하게 복제되는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
나아가, 포아송 효과를 이용하여 사용자가 복제하고자 하는 3D 미세구조물을 정확도 높게 복제할 수 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명의 실시 예는 방법을 통해서만 구현이 되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 실시 예의 구성에 대응하는 기능을 실현하기 위한 방법, 그 방법에 포함된 구성 등을 통해 구현될 수도 있으며, 이러한 구현은 앞서 설명한 실시 예의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 전문가라면 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 이상에서 본 발명의 실시 예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 마스터 몰드에 소프트 리소그래피(Soft lithography) 방법으로 초탄성재료를 전사하여, 소프트 몰드를 성형하는 소프트 몰드준비단계;
    상기 소프트 몰드에 레진을 도포하는 레진도포단계;
    상기 소프트 몰드의 상면에 수직 압력을 가하고, 수직 압력에 의한 포아송 효과를 이용해 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시키는 압축단계;
    형태가 변형된 상기 소프트 몰드에 열 또는 자외선을 가해 상기 레진을 경화시켜 상기 3D 미세구조물을 생성하는 레진 경화단계 및
    상기 소프트 몰드에 수직 압력을 제거하여 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 복원시키고, 상기 3D 미세구조물을 이형시키는 이형단계를 포함하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    소프트 몰드준비단계는,
    상기 마스터 몰드가 상측으로 이동할수록 좁아지는 형태로 형성된 격벽 및 상기 격벽의 외면에 형성된 돌출돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    소프트 몰드준비단계는,
    상기 소프트 몰드가 상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 이격공간 및 상기 돌출돌기에 의해 형성된 공간인 레진 캐비티를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 압축단계는,
    포아송 효과에 의해 상기 이격공간이 좁혀지고 상기 이격공간을 중심으로 이웃하여 위치한 상기 레진 캐비티가 연통된 상태가 되어 상기 3D 미세구조물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 압축단계는,
    하기 [수학식 1]을 통해 상기 이격공간의 현재 너비 변화에 따른 수직 변형률을 산출하고, 이 중 목표 수직 변형률 값을 선택하여 상기 목표 수직 변형률까지 상기 소프트 몰드의 형태를 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 포아송 효과를 이용한 3D 미세구조 복제방법.
