リザーバは、光ファイバ母材の製造に用いられ、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプに熱拡散によりアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する際に、アルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を含む原料が設置されるリザーバであって、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が1500ppm以上20000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される。

Description

リザーバ、光ファイバの製造方法および光ファイバの製造装置
 本開示は、リザーバ、光ファイバの製造方法および光ファイバの製造装置に関する。
 本出願は、2023年6月6日出願の日本出願第2023-092938号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本出願に記載された全ての記載内容を援用するものである。
 シリカ系ガラスで構成されるコアがアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を含んでいると、粘性が低減されることにより、線引時に冷却速度が速くてもガラスのネットワーク構造が整いやすい。すなわち、ガラスのネットワーク構造における員環構造の員環数が揃いやすい。よって、光ファイバの伝送損失の大半を占めるレイリ散乱が低減される。この結果、光ファイバの伝送損失を低減することができる。
 特許文献1および特許文献2には、ガラスパイプにアルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素を熱拡散法により添加する手法が記載されている。熱拡散法では、原料設置部において原料を加熱することにより蒸発させ、原料蒸気をキャリアガスによりガラスパイプ内に導入しながら、ガラスパイプをバーナで加熱する。これにより、アルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素がガラスパイプに拡散添加される。この原料設置部は、リザーバと呼ばれる。原料がキャリアガスによりガラスパイプ内に飛散することを防ぐために、リザーバは、通常は受け皿状に形成される。
 さらに特許文献2には、アルカリ金属の結晶化を防ぐため、ガラスパイプおよびガラスパイプの内側に付着したガラスは塩素を本質的に含まないことが好ましいと記載されている。

 本開示の一態様に係るリザーバは、光ファイバ母材の製造に用いられ、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプに熱拡散によりアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する際に、アルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を含む原料が設置されるリザーバであって、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が1500ppm以上20000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される。

[本開示が解決しようとする課題]
 リザーバが塩素濃度の高いガラスで構成される場合、リザーバにおいて、塩素がアルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素と反応して結晶化する。その結晶が微粉としてガラスパイプに飛散すると、微粉を核としてガラスパイプでもシリカガラスの結晶化が発生する。その結果、光ファイバ母材用のコア材が不良となり、光ファイバの歩留が悪化するおそれがある。一方、塩素濃度が低すぎる場合、リザーバの形状制御が困難になったり、リザーバの製造中やリザーバを用いた拡散添加中にリザーバが割れたりするおそれがある。
 本開示は、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性を向上可能、かつ、リザーバの割れを低減可能なリザーバ、光ファイバの製造方法および光ファイバの製造装置を提供することを目的とする。
[本開示の効果]
 本開示によれば、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性を向上可能、かつ、リザーバの割れを低減可能なリザーバ、光ファイバの製造方法および光ファイバの製造装置が提供される。
[本開示の実施態様の説明]
 最初に、本開示の実施態様の内容を列記して説明する。
 (1)本開示の一態様に係るリザーバは、光ファイバ母材の製造に用いられ、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプに熱拡散によりアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する際に、アルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を含む原料が設置されるリザーバであって、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が1500ppm以上20000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される。
 このリザーバでは、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性を向上することができる。また、リザーバの割れを低減することができる。
 (2)上記(1)において、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が3500ppm以上18000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成されてもよい。この場合、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性をさらに向上することができる。また、リザーバの割れをさらに低減することができる。
 (3)上記(1)において、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が3500ppm以上13000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成されてもよい。この場合、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性をさらに向上することができる。また、リザーバの割れをさらに低減することができる。
 (4)上記(1)から(3)のいずれかにおいて、塩素濃度が20ppm以上であるシリカ系ガラスで構成されてもよい。この場合、リザーバの割れをさらに低減することができる。
 (5)上記(1)から(3)のいずれかにおいて、塩素濃度が50ppm以上であるシリカ系ガラスで構成されてもよい。この場合、リザーバの割れをさらに低減することができる。
 (6)上記(1)または(5)のいずれかにおいて、ガラスパイプとは別部材であり、ガラスパイプに溶融接続される接続端を有していてもよい。この場合、リザーバをガラスパイプから取り外し、別のガラスパイプに再び溶融接続して用いることができる。
 (7)本開示の一態様に係る光ファイバの製造方法は、上記(1)から(6)のいずれかのリザーバを用い、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプの内表面にアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する工程を含んでもよい。
 この場合、上記リザーバを用いるので、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性を向上することができる。また、リザーバの割れを低減することができる。
 (8)本開示の一態様に係る光ファイバの製造装置は、上記(1)から(6)のいずれかのリザーバであって、ガラスパイプに接続されるリザーバと、リザーバを加熱する熱源と、を備え、ガラスパイプの内表面にアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加してもよい。
 この場合、光ファイバの製造装置が上記リザーバを備えるので、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバの加工性を向上することができる。また、リザーバの割れを低減することができる。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本実施形態に係るリザーバおよび光ファイバの製造方法の具体例を、必要により図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されず、請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。以下の説明では、図面の説明において同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
 図1は、実施形態に係る光ファイバの製造方法を示すフローチャートである。光ファイバの製造方法は、準備工程S1、添加工程S2、縮径工程S3、エッチング工程S4、コラプス工程S5、延伸研削工程S6、ロッドインコラプス工程S7、OVD(Outside Vapor Deposition)工程S8、および、線引工程S9を含む。光ファイバは、これらの工程S1から工程S9をこの順に経て製造される。光ファイバの製造方法は、光ファイバの製造装置10(図2参照)を用いて実施される。
 準備工程S1は、ドーパントとしてアルカリ金属群を拡散させるべきガラスパイプを準備する工程である。ここで、アルカリ金属群は、アルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素の総称である。ガラスパイプは、シリカ(石英)系ガラスで構成される。シリカ系ガラスは、シリカを主成分とし、シリカを90%以上含む。シリカ系ガラスは、シリカを95%以上含んでもよい。このガラスパイプの元になるシリカ系ガラスロッドは、例えばVAD(Vapor phase axial deposition)法によって製造される。その円柱体に孔空けした後に延伸するなどしてパイプを製造する。ガラスパイプの元になるシリカ系ガラスロッドは、ある濃度の塩素およびフッ素を含む。その他のドーパントおよび不純物の質量分率は10ppm以下である。ここで、質量分率は、全体の質量に対する注目する元素の質量の割合であり、(注目する元素の質量)/(全体の質量)で示される。以下では、質量分率を「濃度」という。
 添加工程S2は、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプ2(図2参照)の内表面に拡散法によりアルカリ金属群を添加する工程である。アルカリ金属群のドーパントとしてカリウム(K)元素を添加する場合、アルカリ金属群を含む原料5(図2参照)として、例えば、臭化カリウム(KBr)を用いる。添加したいアルカリ金属群の種類によって、KBr、ヨウ化カリウム(KI)、臭化ルビジウム(RbBr)およびヨウ化ルビジウム(RbI)等の中から1つあるいは複数を原料5として用いてもよい。
 縮径工程S3は、アルカリ金属群が添加されたガラスパイプを縮径する工程である。エッチング工程S4は、ガラスパイプの内表面をエッチングする工程である。エッチング工程S4によれば、アルカリ金属群と共に添加された不純物を高濃度に含むガラスパイプの内表面を削り、不純物を除去することができる。コラプス工程S5は、ガラスパイプを中実化し、ガラスロッドを形成する工程である。
 延伸研削工程S6は、ガラスロッドを延伸すると共に、ガラスロッドの外周部を研削し、コア部となるコアロッドを形成する工程である。ロッドインコラプス工程S7は、コア部の外側に第1クラッド部を設ける工程である。OVD工程S8は、コア部および第1クラッド部が一体化されてなるロッドを延伸して所定径とした後、そのロッドの外側にフッ素を含む第2クラッド部をOVD法により合成する工程である。これにより、光ファイバ母材が製造される。線引工程S9は、光ファイバ母材を線引する工程である。これにより、光ファイバが製造される。
 図2は、実施形態に係る光ファイバの製造装置を用いた添加工程について説明する図である。実施形態に係る光ファイバの製造装置10は、リザーバ1、熱源3、および、熱源4を備える。光ファイバの製造装置10は、光ファイバの製造、具体的には、添加工程S2において用いられる。すなわち、実施形態に係るリザーバ1は、光ファイバの製造、具体的には、添加工程S2において用いられる。リザーバ1は、シリカ系ガラスで構成され、フッ素および塩素を含む。シリカ系ガラスは、シリカを主成分とし、シリカを90%以上含む。シリカ系ガラスは、シリカを95%以上含んでもよい。リザーバ1のガラスパイプの元になるシリカ系ガラスロッドは、例えばVAD(Vapor phase axial deposition)法によって製造される。その円柱体に孔空けした後に延伸するなどしてリザーバ1を製造する。リザーバ1におけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は1500ppm以上20000ppm以下である。これにより、光ファイバの歩留およびリザーバ1の加工性を向上することができる。また、リザーバ1の割れを低減することができる。リザーバ1におけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は3500ppm以上18000ppm以下であってもよく、3500ppm以上13000ppm以下であってもよい。リザーバ1における塩素濃度は、20ppm以上である。これにより、リザーバ1の割れをさらに低減することができる。リザーバ1における塩素濃度は、50ppm以上であってもよい。
 上述のように、リザーバ1が塩素濃度の高いガラスで構成される場合、リザーバ1において、塩素がアルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素と反応して結晶化する。その結晶が微粉としてガラスパイプ2に飛散すると、微粉を核としてガラスパイプ2でもシリカガラスの結晶化が発生する。その結果、光ファイバ母材用のコア材が不良となり、光ファイバの歩留が悪化するおそれがある。リザーバ1におけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は20000ppm以下であり、18000ppm以下、あるいは、13000ppm以下であってもよいため、光ファイバの歩留を向上させることができる。
 一般的に塩素濃度が低いガラス材は、塩素ガスによる不純物除去を十分に行わないか、フッ素系ガスにより塩素とフッ素を置換することにより製造される。前者のガラス材で構成されるリザーバを用いて製造した光ファイバでは、不純物起因の吸収損失により伝送損失が悪化する。後者のガラス材は、フッ素を多く含むので、リザーバの形状加工の際の加熱により、表面のフッ素が脱離する。フッ素が脱離しすぎると、表面のみで粘性が上昇し、引張応力が生じる。これにより、表面でクラックが発生し、リザーバの製造中や拡散添加中にリザーバが割れやすくなる。拡散添加中にリザーバが割れた場合、光ファイバ母材用のコア材の歩留が悪化し、ひいては光ファイバの歩留が悪化するおそれがある。
 リザーバ1におけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は1500ppm以上であり、3500ppm以上であってもよいため、塩素ガスによる不純物除去が不十分なことによる光ファイバの伝送損失の悪化が低減される。また、ハロゲン元素の脱離により、表面にクラックが発生することが低減される。よって、リザーバ1の割れが低減される。この結果、光ファイバの歩留の悪化が低減される。
 リザーバ1は、アルカリ金属群が添加されるガラスパイプ2と接続されたガラスパイプである。リザーバ1は、太径部11、細径部12、第1接続部13および第2接続部14を有している。リザーバ1は、ガラスパイプ2に熱拡散によりアルカリ金属群を添加する際に、アルカリ金属群を含む原料5が設置される設置部として機能する。リザーバ1では、主に太径部11に原料5が設置される。太径部11の外径は、ガラスパイプ2の外径と同等である。細径部12は、第1接続部13と第2接続部14との間に配置されている。細径部12の外径は、ガラスパイプ2の外径よりも小さく、太径部11の外径よりも小さい。
 第1接続部13は、太径部11と細径部12の第1端とを接続している。上述のように、細径部12の外径は、太径部11の外径よりも小さいので、第1接続部13は、段差を形成している。第1接続部13による段差の高さは、例えば、1mm程度である。第1接続部13は、テーパ形状を有している。第1接続部13の外径は、太径部11から細径部12に向かうにつれて徐々に小さくなる。
 第2接続部14は、細径部12の第2端とガラスパイプ2とを接続している。上述のように、細径部12の外径は、ガラスパイプ2の外径よりも小さいので、第2接続部14は、段差を形成している。第2接続部14による段差の高さは、第1接続部13による段差の高さと同等である。第2接続部14は、テーパ形状を有している。第2接続部14の外径は、ガラスパイプ2から細径部12に向かうにつれて徐々に小さくなる。
 本実施形態では、リザーバ1およびガラスパイプ2は、一部材で構成され、添加工程S2の前は互いに同じ組成を有している。リザーバ1およびガラスパイプ2は、たとえば、一本のガラスパイプから形成される。一本のガラスパイプにおいて、細径部12となる部分を加熱し、細径化する。これにより、リザーバ1およびガラスパイプ2が接続された状態で形成される。
 リザーバ1の外部には、熱源3が配置されている。熱源3は、リザーバ1を加熱するための外部熱源である。より具体的には、熱源3は、リザーバ1に設置された原料5を加熱するための外部熱源である。ガラスパイプ2の外部には、熱源4が配置されている。熱源4は、ガラスパイプ2を加熱するための外部熱源である。熱源3および熱源4は、例えば、酸水素バーナである。熱源3および熱源4は、誘導炉、または抵抗炉等であってもよい。
 添加工程S2では、原料5を熱源3により加熱して、原料蒸気を発生させる。加熱温度は、例えば、温度600℃以上1000℃以下である。発生させた原料蒸気をキャリアガスと共にガラスパイプ2の内部に導入しながら、ガラスパイプ2を熱源4によって外部から加熱する。キャリアガスは、例えば、酸素を含む。キャリアガスの流量は、1SLM(一分間あたりに流れる気体の標準状態(25℃、100kPa)における体積)以上3SLM以下とされる。リザーバ1では、太径部11のガラスパイプ2に近い方に段差をなす第1接続部13が存在するので、キャリアガスにより原料5がガラスパイプ2の内部に飛散することが低減される。
 添加工程S2では、熱源4をガラスパイプ2の長手方向に沿って移動させることにより、ガラスパイプ2が加熱される。ガラスパイプ2の加熱は、ガラスパイプ2の外表面の温度が1400℃以上2000℃以下となるように、熱源4を30mm/min以上60mm/min以下の速さでトラバースさせて合計8ターン以上15ターン以下で行われる。これにより、アルカリ金属群をガラスパイプ2の内表面に拡散添加させる。
 図3は、変形例に係る光ファイバの製造装置を用いた添加工程について説明する図である。変形例に係る光ファイバの製造装置10Aは、リザーバ1(図2参照)の代わりにリザーバ1Aを備える点で、光ファイバの製造装置10と相違している。変形例に係るリザーバ1Aは、リザーバ1とは異なる形状を有している。リザーバ1Aは、リザーバ1と同様の組成を有している。すなわち、リザーバ1Aは、シリカ系ガラスで構成され、フッ素および塩素を含む。リザーバ1Aにおけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は1500ppm以上20000ppm以下である。リザーバ1Aにおけるフッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和は3500ppm以上18000ppm以下であってもよく、3500ppm以上13000ppm以下であってもよい。リザーバ1Aにおける塩素濃度は、20ppm以上である。リザーバ1Aにおける塩素濃度は、50ppm以上であってもよい。
 リザーバ1Aは、太径部21、第1細径部22、第2細径部23、第1接続部24および第2接続部25を有している。リザーバ1Aにおいても、主に太径部21に原料5が設置される。太径部21の外径は、ガラスパイプ2の外径よりも大きい。第1細径部22および第2細径部23の外径は、ガラスパイプ2の外径と同等であり、太径部21の外径よりも小さい。第1細径部22は、ガラスパイプ2に接続されている。
 第1接続部24は、太径部21と第1細径部22とを接続している。上述のように、第1細径部22の外径は、太径部21の外径よりも小さいので、第1接続部24は、段差を形成している。第1接続部24による段差の高さは、例えば、1mm程度である。第1接続部24は、テーパ形状を有している。第1接続部24の外径は、太径部21から第1細径部22に向かうにつれて徐々に小さくなる。
 第2接続部25は、太径部21と第2細径部23とを接続している。上述のように、第2細径部23の外径は、太径部21の外径よりも小さいので、第2接続部25は、段差を形成している。第2接続部25による段差の高さは、例えば、1mm程度である。第2接続部25は、テーパ形状を有している。第2接続部25の外径は、太径部21から第2細径部23に向かうにつれて徐々に小さくなる。
 リザーバ1Aは、たとえば、一本のガラスパイプから形成される。一本のガラスパイプにおいて、太径部21となる部分を加熱しながら、ガラスパイプの内部のガス圧を上げることにより膨らませ、太径化する。これにより、リザーバ1Aが得られる。リザーバ1Aおよびガラスパイプ2は、別部材で構成される。リザーバ1Aは、第1細径部22がガラスパイプ2に溶融接続されることにより、ガラスパイプ2と一体化されている。第1細径部22は、ガラスパイプ2に溶融接続される接続端22aを有している。
 リザーバ1Aおよびガラスパイプ2は、添加工程S2前においても、互いに同じ組成を有しているとは限らず、異なる組成を有していてもよい。リザーバ1Aでは、太径部21のガラスパイプ2に近い方に段差をなす第1接続部24が存在するので、キャリアガスにより原料5がガラスパイプ2の内部に飛散することが低減される。添加工程S2後にリザーバ1Aをガラスパイプ2から取り外し、取り外したリザーバ1Aを別のガラスパイプ2に再び溶融接続して用いることができる。
 以下では、リザーバ形成時の加熱加工に伴う添加元素の濃度分布の変化の評価結果について説明する。図4は、リザーバ形成時の加熱加工に伴うフッ素の濃度分布の変化を示すグラフである。ここでは、作りやすさの観点から、リザーバ1Aを用いた。加工時の加熱温度は1000℃以上2000℃以下とした。この温度範囲とすることで、ガラスの粘性が下がり、ガラスの加工性が上がる。
 図4の縦軸は、フッ素濃度を示す。横軸は、リザーバの中心軸からの径方向位置とリザーバの内半径との差を、リザーバの厚さ(肉厚)で割った値である。横軸が0の位置は、リザーバの内表面に対応し、横軸が1の位置は、リザーバの外表面に対応する。図4に示されるように、加熱前のフッ素濃度は、リザーバの内表面で20000ppm程度であり、リザーバの外表面に向かうにつれてなだらかに減少し、リザーバの外表面で17500ppm程度となっている。
 これに対し、加熱後のフッ素濃度は、リザーバの内表面および外表面で0となっている。リザーバの内表面近傍および外表面近傍において、急激な濃度変化が生じている。このように、リザーバが加熱加工により高温とされることで、内表面および外表面におけるフッ素濃度が低減することが確認できる。図示を省略するが、加熱加工の前後における塩素の濃度分布の変化もフッ素の濃度分布の変化と同様であった。
 表1は、上記評価で用いたガラス材の添加元素の濃度およびリザーバの不良率を示す表である。添加元素は、塩素(Cl)、フッ素(F)、および、不純物添加されやすい分子としてOH(水酸基)である。表1では、塩素濃度およびフッ素濃度の総和がハロゲン濃度として示されている。リザーバの不良率(製造不良率)は、各濃度条件について、加熱加工によりリザーバを20回製造し、アルカリ金属群の添加用として使用不可能なリザーバが形成された確率を表している。

 図5は、ハロゲン濃度とリザーバの不良率との関係を示すグラフである。図5の縦軸は、リザーバの不良率を示し、横軸は、ハロゲン濃度、すなわち、フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和を示す。ハロゲン濃度が高濃度の領域では、リザーバの不良が増加した。これは、図4に示されるように、リザーバの表面近傍で急激な濃度差に起因したクラックが発生したためと推測される。ハロゲン濃度が低濃度の領域では、クラックではなく、形状の制御がうまくいかないことによるリザーバの不良が発生した。添加濃度が大きく低下した影響で、ガラス全体の粘性が上昇し、加工性が悪化したためと推測される。
 図5の結果から、リザーバにおけるハロゲン濃度は、1500ppm以上20000ppm以下であってもよく、3500ppm以上18000ppm以下であってもよく、3500ppm以上13000ppm以下であってもよいことが確認できる。
 図6は、塩素濃度とリザーバの不良率との関係を示すグラフである。図6の縦軸は、リザーバの不良率を示し、横軸は、塩素濃度を示す。図6では、不良率が高い条件1および条件10を除く、条件2から条件9についての結果が示されている。図6の結果から、塩素濃度が低い場合においても、不良率が増加するので、塩素濃度は、20ppm以上であってもよく、50ppm以上であってもよいことが確認できる。ハロゲン濃度が一定範囲内という条件下では、塩素が少なくなると、その分、フッ素の割合が高まることになる。塩素よりもフッ素の方が大きな粘性変動効果や熱膨張率変化を有するので、フッ素の割合が高まると、表面でのハロゲン元素の脱離による粘性変動効果や熱膨張率変化がより助長されて引張応力が増大し、クラックに起因する不良が増加すると推測される。
 以上、実施形態について説明してきたが、本開示は必ずしも上述した実施形態および変形例に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で様々な変更が可能である。

Claims (8)

  1.  光ファイバ母材の製造に用いられ、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプに熱拡散によりアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する際に、アルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を含む原料が設置されるリザーバであって、
     フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が1500ppm以上20000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される、
     リザーバ。
  2.  フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が3500ppm以上18000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される、
     請求項1に記載のリザーバ。
  3.  フッ素濃度および塩素濃度の総和が3500ppm以上13000ppm以下であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される、
     請求項1に記載のリザーバ。
  4.  塩素濃度が20ppm以上であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される、
     請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のリザーバ。
  5.  塩素濃度が50ppm以上であるシリカ系ガラスで構成される、
     請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のリザーバ。
  6.  前記ガラスパイプとは別部材であり、前記ガラスパイプに溶融接続される接続端を有している、
     請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のリザーバ。
  7.  請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項のリザーバを用い、シリカ系ガラスで構成されるガラスパイプの内表面にアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する工程を含む、
     光ファイバの製造方法。
  8.  請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項のリザーバであって、前記ガラスパイプに接続されるリザーバと、
     前記リザーバを加熱する熱源と、を備え、
     前記ガラスパイプの内表面にアルカリ金属元素またはアルカリ土類金属元素を添加する、
     光ファイバの製造装置。
