Abstract
The invention relates to a bidirectional symmetrical fence post for use in the construction sector applications such as physical security systems, perimeter protection systems and wire fence systems.
Description
BIDIRECTIONAL SYMMETRICAL FENCE POST
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bidirectional symmetrical fence post for use in the construction sector applications such as physical security systems, perimeter protection systems and wire fence systems.
State of the Art
In the technical field, the unidirectional fence posts are widely used in the construction sector. The front and rear parts of said fence posts are different and asymmetrical. This reduces the assembly alternatives, allowing the use only in certain types of systems. It is an important disadvantage that the fence posts can be used in one type of the fence systems. For assembly, the processes such as making holes and riveting are applied to different parts of the fence post. This leads to an increase in the production costs and production times.
The fence posts currently used in the technical field are not symmetrical, causing a resistance problem against the impacts or wind effect coming from the inside and outside. The reason for this is that the post cannot exhibit the same resistance to the blow or wind coming from the front and the rear. In addition, since a single type of fence system can be assembled on said fence posts, it is necessary to use materials such as additional accessories and apparatus for other fence systems to be used, and this requirement increases the cost and brings the assembly difficulties.
As a result, it was deemed necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field due to the above-mentioned disadvantages and the inadequacy of the existing solutions on the subject.
Summary of the Invention
The current situations provide the inspiration for the invention and the object of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages.
The main object of the invention is to develop a balanced fence post, which, due to its symmetrical structure, provides the same resistance against the impact or wind effect from inside and outside. Due to the oval shape of its front and rear surfaces, said fence post reduces the wind intensity and ensures that the wind effect is removed before reaching the system. In addition, due to its balanced structure, the high resistance is obtained even in less thicknesses.
Another object of the invention is to reduce the economic cost. Due to its geometric structure, the fence post according to the invention provides low machine costs as well as fewer stations in the roll form line to be produced, the simplification of the welding joint and ease of manufacture.
Due to its internal structure, the fence post according to the invention offers a suitable geometric design for the optional process of making hole. Due to its symmetrical structure, it provides the balanced stacking in packaging, brings the volume advantage and reduces the transportation costs.
Another important advantage of the balanced stacking in packaging is that the post is prevented from moving due to the vibrations that may occur during transportation and that the paint is not damaged. As a result, the corrosion resistance is maximized.
The use of the invention in harmony with the different fence systems constitutes another advantageous aspect of the post.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly thanks to the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should also be made considering these figures and detailed description.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.
The invention relates to a bidirectional symmetrical fence post (1 ) for use in the construction sector applications such as physical security systems, perimeter protection systems and wire fence systems. Fig. 1 shows the perspective view of the fence post (1 ) according to the invention.
The fence post (1 ) according to the invention comprises two opposed outer bodies (2) which are positioned symmetrically to each other and have a circular form. The apex of said circular forms are on the outside of the fence post (1 ). Similarly, the bottom parts (diameter) of the circular forms are inside. In this sense, the fence post (1 ) according to the invention has a bidirectional structure and its outer bodies (2) are symmetrical to each other.
A fence fixing region (3) is configured so as to be located between the outer bodies (2) configured symmetrically to each other and to be substantially or completely
perpendicular to the outer bodies (2). The fence systems (5) in which the fence post (1 ) will be used are connected to the fence post (1 ) through the fence fixing region (3).
In the different embodiments of the invention, the wire fence or wooden fence can be used as the fence system (5).
The clips for mounting purposes are fixed on the corners of the bottom parts of the circular outer bodies (2). In this sense, at least one clip fixing region (4) is located at the corners of the bottom parts of the outer bodies (2). There are two clip fixing regions (4) at the two corners of the bottom of the circular form of an outer body (2).
