Abstract
本公开实施例提供一种扬声器箱及电子设备,扬声器箱包括上盖板、与上盖板组配形成收容腔室的第一下盖板以及收容于收容腔室内的扬声器单体和马达模组,扬声器单体将收容腔室分隔成前腔和背腔,马达模组设置于扬声器单体背离上盖板的一侧,上盖板包括顶壁和多个侧壁,其中至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,扬声器箱还包括多个第二下盖板,多个第二下盖板分别与上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,多个补偿腔与背腔相连通。扬声器箱的上盖板中至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,适用各种外形的电子设备,适应性强,应用广泛;多个补偿腔与背腔相连通,可增加整体的背腔空间,提升扬声器单体的低频性能,从而可以提升扬声器单体的发声效果。
Description
本公开实施例属于电声设备技术领域,具体涉及一种扬声器箱及电子设备。
如图1和图2所示,现有的扬声器箱外形比较规则,尾腔17设置在一侧,上盖支架12与上盖钢片11通过胶水固定并组装扬声器单体13,马达模组14与尾腔盖板15通过打胶分别与上盖钢片11固定,马达模组14与上盖支架12、尾腔17之间缝隙通过胶水密封,此种方式比较适用于规则的扬声器箱外形,做标准扬声器箱、金属扬声器箱等方案。现有的标准扬声器箱的结构适用范围小,对于具有不规则外形的扬声器箱无法适用。
针对上述问题,有必要提出一种设计合理且可以有效改善上述问题的扬声器箱及电子设备。
本公开实施例旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种扬声器箱及电子设备。
本公开实施例的一方面提供一种扬声器箱,包括上盖板、与所述上盖板组配形成收容腔室的第一下盖板以及收容于所述收容腔室内的扬声器单体和马达模组,所述扬声器单体将所述收容腔室分隔成前腔和背腔,所述马达模组设置于所述扬声器单体背离所述上盖板的一侧,所述上盖板包括顶壁和多个侧壁,其中至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,所述扬声器箱还包括多个第二下盖板,所述多个第二下盖板分别与所述上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,所述多个补偿腔与所述背腔相连通。
可选的,所述上盖板包括沿其长度方向相对设置的第一侧壁和沿其宽度方向相对设置的第二侧壁;其中,
所述第二侧壁的长度大于其投影长度。
可选的,所述上盖板的侧壁朝向所述第二下盖板的端部设置有支撑台阶;
所述第二下盖板包括底壁以及与所述底壁相连接的侧壁,所述第二下盖板的侧壁朝向所述上盖板的端部设置有凸台;
所述凸台嵌设于所述支撑台阶。
可选的,所述第二下盖板通过超声波焊接固定于所述上盖板的边缘区域。

本公开实施例扬声器箱及电子设备,扬声器箱包括包括上盖板、与上盖板组配形成收容腔室的第一下盖板以及收容于收容腔室内的扬声器单体和马达模组,扬声器单体将收容腔室分隔成前腔和背腔,马达模组设置于扬声器单体背离上盖板的一侧,上盖板包括顶壁和多个侧壁,其中,至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,扬声器箱还包括多个第二下盖板,多个第二下盖板分别与上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,多个补偿腔与背腔相连通。本公开实施例的扬声器箱,扬声器箱的上盖板至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,也即上盖板具有不规则形状,可以适用于不同外形的扬声器箱,进而适用于各种外形的电子设备,适应性强,应用广泛;多个第二下盖板分别与上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,多个补偿腔与背腔相连通,通过多个补偿腔可以起到增加背腔整体空间的作用,提升扬声器单体的低频性能,从而可以提升扬声器单体的发声效果。

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开实施例的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图3、图4和图5所示,本公开实施例的一方面提供一种扬声器箱100,包括上盖板110、与上盖板110组配形成收容腔室120的第一下盖板130以及收容于收容腔室内的扬声器单体140和马达模组150,扬声器单体140将收容腔室分隔成前腔121和背腔122,马达模组150设置于扬声器单体140背离上盖板110的一侧,上盖板110包括顶壁112和多个侧壁113,其中,至少一个侧壁113的长度大于其正投影长度。也就是说,上盖板110的形状并不是现有技术中的矩形,上盖板110的至少一个侧壁113是不规则形状的。
扬声器箱100还包括多个第二下盖板160,多个第二下盖板160分别与上盖板110的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔170,多个补偿腔170与背腔122相连通。也就是说,第二下盖板160的形状要与上盖板110的形状相匹配。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,如图5和图6所示,第二下盖板160的个数为两个,分别盖设在沿上盖板110的长度方向的两侧,也就是图5和图6中的扬声器箱100的左右两侧。对于第二下盖板160的数量和形状本实施例均不进行限定,可以根据实际需要进行选择。
也就是说,在本实施例中,根据承载扬声器箱100的电子设备的形状,将扬声器箱100的上盖板110的至少一个侧壁设置为侧壁113的长度大于其正投影长度,也即上盖板110的边缘区域是不规则形状。这样,上盖板110与第一下盖板130进行组合后,不可避免会存在除了扬声器单体140和马达模组150之外的剩余空间,也即上盖板110的边缘区域会剩余空间。根据上盖板110边缘区域的形状,将上盖板110的边缘区域的剩余空间与多个第二下盖板160组配形成多个补偿腔170,多个补偿腔170与背腔122相连通。
本公开实施例的扬声器箱,扬声器箱的上盖板至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,也即上盖板具有不规则形状,可以适用于不同外形的扬声器箱,进而适用于各种外形的电子设备,适应性强,应用广泛;多个第二下盖板分别与上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,多个补偿腔与背腔相连通,通过多个补偿腔可以起到增加背腔整体空间的作用,提升扬声器单体的低频性能,从而可以提升扬声器单体的发声效果。
示例性的,如图7和图8所示,上盖板110包括沿其长度方向相对设置的第一侧壁和沿其宽度方向相对设置的第二侧壁。其中,第二侧壁的长度大于其投影长度。也就是说,在本实施例中,只有上盖板110沿其宽度方向相对设置的第二侧壁是不规则形状的。
具体的,如图7和图8所示,在本实施例中,上盖板110的第二侧壁中的其中一者为向扬声器单体140方向凹陷的阶梯状,另一侧的侧壁向扬声器单体140方向凹陷形成一个夹角。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,对于上盖板110的侧壁113的具体形状不做具体限定,可以根据用于承载扬声器箱100的电子设备(例如手机等)的具体形状进行选择。例如,可以根据手机外壳的形状来设置扬声器箱100的形状,也即设置上盖板110的侧壁的形状。
示例性的,如图8所示,上盖板110包括顶壁112以及与顶壁112相连接的侧壁113。上盖板110的侧壁113朝向第二下盖板160的端部设置有支撑台阶114。
如图9所示,第二下盖板160包括底壁161以及与底壁161相连接的侧壁162。在本实施例中,第二下盖板160的侧壁162的形状与上盖板110边缘区域的形状相匹配。第二下盖板160的侧壁162朝向上盖板110的端部设置有凸台163。凸台163嵌设于支撑台阶114。
以上实施例中,第二下盖板160通过其侧壁162上的凸台163嵌设在上盖板110侧壁113上的支撑台阶114内。一方面可以防止灰尘等落入补偿腔内,另一方面可以增加补偿腔170的空间,进而增加背腔122的整体空间进一步提升扬声器单体的低频性能。
示例性的,在本实施例中,第二下盖板160通过超声波焊接固定于上盖板110的边缘区域。
在以上实施例中,第二下盖板160通过其侧壁162上的凸台163嵌设在上盖板110侧壁113上的支撑台阶114内后,将第二下盖板160通过超声波焊接固定于上盖板110的边缘区域,可以使第二下盖板160更加可靠的固定于上盖板110的边缘区域,进而增加了扬声器箱100的可靠性,并且操作过程简单。
示例性的,优选的,在本实施例中,多个补偿腔170之间相互连通。
在以上实施例中,多个补偿腔170之间可以相互连通,可以进一步增加整体的背腔空间,进一步提升扬声器单体的低频效果。
示例性的,如图5至图8所示,扬声器箱100还包括安装孔111,安装孔111设置于上盖板110的边缘区域并且位于补偿腔170的外侧,安装孔111用于将扬声器箱100固定于电子设备。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,安装孔111可以为螺丝孔,也可以是其他类型的安装孔,本实施例不做具体限定。对于安装孔111的数量和形状以及尺寸等参数不做具体限定,可以根据电子设备(例如手机壳)的形状及尺寸等进行具体选择。
在以上实施例中,在上盖板110上设置安装孔111,可以将扬声器箱100固定于电子设备,例如手机的外壳等,可以适用于各种形状的电子设备,增加了扬声器箱100的适应性。
示例性的,如图8所示,上盖板110朝向扬声器单体140的一侧设置有安装槽115,安装槽115内容置有扬声器单体140,其中,安装槽115和上盖板110为注塑一体结构。进一步的,安装孔111、安装槽115与上盖板110均为注塑一体结构。也就是说,可以将安装孔111、安装槽115或者其他的复杂外形结构均一体成型做在上盖板110上。进一步优选的,在本实施例中,安装槽115和上盖板110为注塑钢片一体结构。
在本实施例中,安装槽115和上盖板110为注塑一体结构,可集成模块,结构简单,方便安装。
示例性的,如图5所示,在本实施例中,第一下盖板130复用为马达模组150的外壳。也就是说,在本实施例中,马达模组150的外壳与上盖板100组配形成收容腔室120。
在本实施例中,所述马达模组150包括外壳(图中未标出),马达模组150的外壳复用为第一下盖板130。
在以上实施例中,将马达模组150的外壳复用为第一下盖板130,不需要额外添加单独的第一下盖板130,可以降低扬声器箱100所占用的高度空间,满足电子设备小型化的需求。
示例性的,如图6所示,第一下盖板130和第二下盖板160之间的缝隙处以及第一下盖板130和上盖板110之间的缝隙处均设置有密封条(图中未示出)。在本实施例中,密封条的材料可以采用使用密封胶水,当然,密封条也可以采用其他的材料,本实施例不做具体限定。
在以上实施例中,在第一下盖板130和第二下盖板160之间的缝隙处以及第一下盖板130和上盖板110之间的缝隙处均设置有密封条,可以增加第一下盖板130和第二下盖板160之间、第一下盖板130和上盖板110之间的密封性,进而增加扬声器箱100的密封性。
示例性的,如图3、图5和图6所示,扬声器箱100还包括电路板180,电路板180的第一端分别与扬声器单体140和马达模组150电连接,所述电路板180的第二端用于与外部电路电连接。在本实施例中,电路板180采用柔性电路板。
在以上实施例中,扬声器单体140和马达模组150通过电路板180与外部电路电连接,可以分别实现扬声器单体140的发生和马达模组150的振动。
本公开实施例的另一方面提供一种电子设备,包括前文所述的扬声器箱100。对于扬声器箱100的具体结构前文已经进行详细描述,在此不再赘述。其中,电子设备可以为手机、平板和笔记本电脑等等。
本实施例中的电子设备,采用前文所述的扬声器箱,扬声器箱的上盖板至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,也即上盖板具有不规则形状,可以适用于各种外形的电子设备,适应性强,应用广泛;扬声器箱中多个第二下盖板分别与上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,多个补偿腔与背腔相连通,可以增加整体的背腔空间,提升扬声器单体的低频性能,从而可以提升扬声器单体的发声效果,从而可以提升电子设备的发声效果,提升用户的使用体验。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开实施例的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开实施例并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开实施例的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开实施例的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器箱,包括上盖板、与所述上盖板组配形成收容腔室的第一下盖板以及收容于所述收容腔室内的扬声器单体和马达模组,所述扬声器单体将所述收容腔室分隔成前腔和背腔,所述马达模组设置于所述扬声器单体背离所述上盖板的一侧,其特征在于,所述上盖板包括顶壁和多个侧壁,其中至少一个侧壁的长度大于其正投影长度,所述扬声器箱还包括多个第二下盖板,所述多个第二下盖板分别与所述上盖板的边缘区域组配形成多个补偿腔,所述多个补偿腔与所述背腔相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖板包括沿其长度方向相对设置的第一侧壁和沿其宽度方向相对设置的第二侧壁;其中,所述第二侧壁的长度大于其投影长度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖板的侧壁朝向所述第二下盖板的端部设置有支撑台阶;所述第二下盖板包括底壁以及与所述底壁相连接的侧壁,所述第二下盖板的侧壁朝向所述上盖板的端部设置有凸台;所述凸台嵌设于所述支撑台阶。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第二下盖板通过超声波焊接固定于所述上盖板的边缘区域。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述多个补偿腔之间相互连通。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括安装孔;所述安装孔设置于所述上盖板的边缘区域并且位于所述补偿腔的外侧;所述安装孔,用于将所述扬声器箱固定于电子设备。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖板朝向所述扬声器单体的一侧设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内容置有所述扬声器单体,其中,所述安装槽和所述上盖板为注塑一体结构。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述马达模组包括外壳,所述马达模组的外壳复用为所述第一下盖板。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一下盖板和所述第二下盖板之间的缝隙处以及所述第一下盖板和所述上盖板之间的缝隙处均设置有密封条。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的扬声器箱。
