Abstract
本实用新型提供的发声器件包括盆架、磁路系统以及设于所述磁路系统两侧的第一振动系统和第二振动系统;所述磁路系统还包括第一内磁轭、主磁钢、固定于盆架的边磁钢以及固定于所述边磁钢的第一边磁轭;所述第一振动系统包括第一振膜、第一音圈以及第一电路板;所述第一电路板包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定部、与所述第一音圈焊接的第一焊接部以及第一弹性部,所述第一弹性部与所述第一边磁轭沿振动方向间隔设置,所述第一焊接部固定于所述第一边磁轭朝向所述第一振膜的表面。通过将所述第一焊接部固定于所述第一边磁轭,有效提升了所述发声器件的磁场性能。
Description
本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于便携式移动终端的发声器件。
随着便携式移动终端技术的发展,人们对便携式移动终端的音效要求越来越高,而手机中的发声器件便是实现这个高品质音效的必备条件之一。
常见的发声器件包括盆架和固定于盆架的振动系统和磁路系统;振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜和固定于振膜并驱动振膜振动发声的音圈;振膜在振动过程中发生形变易降低音圈与振膜之间的结合强度,降低了音圈的振动稳定性,因此,通常通过音圈骨架将音圈支撑于磁路系统的磁间隙中。而设置音圈骨架会增加发声器件的成本,相关技术的发声器件中,为了降低成本,在去除的音圈骨架的同时又要保证音圈的振动稳定性,通过对振膜上球顶设置凸起与音圈固定,从而起到支撑和固定作用;然而,当球顶上的凸起的高度较高时,会使得球顶在形变拉伸过程中有很高的破裂风险,影响发声器件的可靠性。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低且可靠性高的发声器件。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出一种发声器件,其包括盆架、具有磁间隙的磁路系统和固定于所述盆架的振动系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭的磁钢,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜以及固定于所述振膜并插设于所述磁间隙的音圈,所述振膜包括位于中间位置且呈矩形的球顶以及环绕所述球顶并固定于所述盆架的折环,所述球顶包括朝向所述音圈凹陷形成的第一凸台以及第二凸台,所述第一凸台沿长轴方向延伸,所述第二凸台沿短轴方向延伸,所述音圈固定于所述第一凸台和所述第二凸台,所述球顶还包括设于角部位置的第三凸台,所述第三凸台一端与所述第一凸台连接、另一端与所述第二凸台连接。
优选的,所述第三凸台呈圆弧形。
优选的,所述第三凸台为四个,相邻的所述第一凸台和所述第二凸台之间均设有一个所述第三凸台。
优选的,沿振动方向,所述第三凸台的凹陷深度小于所述第一凸台和所述第二凸台的凹陷深度。
优选的,所述第一凸台、所述第二凸台以及所述第三凸台连接围设呈矩形。
优选的,所述磁钢包括位于中间位置的主磁钢以及设于所述主磁钢周侧并与所述主磁钢间隔形成所述磁间隙的副磁钢。
优选的,所述磁路系统还包括固定于所述主磁钢的主极芯以及固定于所述副磁钢朝向所述振膜一侧的副极芯,所述副极芯与所述盆架固定以将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架。
优选的,所述副磁钢为四个,四个所述副磁钢间隔设置,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的支撑振膜,所述支撑振膜设于相邻两个所述副磁钢之间。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括设于所述支撑振膜朝向所述振膜一侧的FPC,所述FPC包括与所述位于所述音圈外侧的第一固定部、固定于所述盆架的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的中间弹性部。
优选的,所述FPC为四个,两个所述FPC的所述第一固定部上设有与所述音圈电连接的焊盘。

如图1-图5所示,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件100,其包括盆架1、具有磁间隙20的磁路系统2和固定于所述盆架1的振动系统3。
所述磁路系统2包括固定于所述盆架1的磁轭21、固定于所述磁轭21的磁钢22以及固定于所述磁轭21下方的金属件23;具体的,所述磁钢22包括位于中间位置的主磁钢221以及设于所述主磁钢221周侧并与所述主磁钢221间隔形成所述磁间隙20的副磁钢222;所述磁路系统2还包括固定于所述主磁钢221的主极芯24以及固定于所述副磁钢222朝向所述振动系统3的一侧的副极芯25;所述副极芯25与所述盆架1固定以将所述磁路系统2固定于所述盆架1。进一步的,所述副磁钢222为四个,四个所述副磁钢222间隔设置并分设于所述主磁钢221的四周。
所述振动系统3包括固定于所述盆架1的振膜31、固定于所述振膜31并插设于所述磁间隙20的音圈32、固定于所述音圈32远离所述振膜31一端的支撑振膜33以及设于所述支撑振膜33朝向所述振膜31一侧的FPC34;所述支撑振膜33设于相邻两个所述副磁钢222之间。其中,所述FPC34包括位于所述音圈32外侧的第一固定部341、固定于所述盆架1的第二固定部342以及连接所述第一固定部341和所述第二固定部342的中间弹性部343。可以理解的是,所述FPC34为四个,两个所述FPC34的所述第一固定部341上设有与所述音圈32电连接的焊盘、第二固定部342上设有与外部电路电连接的焊盘,以实现对所述音圈32的供电。
具体的,所述振膜31包括位于中间位置且呈矩形的球顶311以及环绕所述球顶311并固定于所述盆架1的折环312,所述球顶311包括朝向所述音圈32凹陷形成的第一凸台3111以及第二凸台3112,所述第一凸台3111沿长轴方向延伸,所述第二凸台3112沿短轴方向延伸,所述音圈32固定于所述第一凸台3111和所述第二凸台3112,所述球顶311还包括设于角部位置的第三凸台3113,所述第三凸台3113一端与所述第一凸台3111连接、另一端与所述第二凸台3112连接。所述第一凸台3111和所述第二凸台3112将所述音圈32支撑于所述磁间隙20内,起到骨架的作用,既降低了发声器件100的成本,有增强了音圈的振动稳定性;且通过在第一凸台3111和第二凸台3112之间设置第三凸台3113,有效降低了球顶311在振动形变过程中破裂的风险,提升了发声器件100的可靠性。
进一步的,所述第三凸台3113呈圆弧形。所述第三凸台3113为四个,相邻的所述第一凸台3111和所述第二凸台3112之间均设有一个所述第三凸台3113。如此,所述第一凸台3111、所述第二凸台3112以及所述第三凸台3113连接围设呈矩形,增强了所述球顶311的强度。
沿振动方向,所述第三凸台3113的凹陷深度小于所述第一凸台3111和所述第二凸台3112的凹陷深度,使得所述第三凸台3113能更好的起到降低所述球顶311破裂风险的作用。

- 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一凸台、所述第二凸台以及所述第三凸台连接围设呈矩形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁钢包括位于中间位置的主磁钢以及设于所述主磁钢周侧并与所述主磁钢间隔形成所述磁间隙的副磁钢。
- 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括固定与所述主磁钢的主极芯以及固定于所述副磁钢朝向所述振膜一侧的副极芯,所述副极芯与所述盆架固定以将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架。
- 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述副磁钢为四个,四个所述副磁钢间隔设置,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的支撑振膜,所述支撑振膜设于相邻两个所述副磁钢之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括设于所述支撑振膜朝向所述振膜一侧的FPC,所述FPC包括与所述位于所述音圈外侧的第一固定部、固定于所述盆架的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的中间弹性部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述FPC为四个,两个所述FPC的所述第一固定部上设有与所述音圈电连接的焊盘。
