Abstract

本申请公开了一种信息处理方法,包括:获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成。响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。由此可见,利用本方案,无需逐一排查在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知,用户触发第一操作之后,即可根据预设区域中展示的与前述标识信息对应的用户信息和通知消息标识,高效的确定在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知。

Description

一种信息处理方法及装置
本申请要求于2023年01月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为202310117286.0、发明名称为“一种信息处理方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,特别是涉及一种信息处理方法及装置。
背景技术
用户在编辑某一文档时,可以在文档中提及用户。例如,用户A在编辑文档时,可以在文档中提及用户B并可以选择向B发送通知或不向B发送通知。
如果用户A在文档中提及的用户过多,可能会忘记哪些用户被通知过,哪些用户未被通知。用户A需要一一进行排查,效率较低。
因此,急需一种方案,能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决或者至少部分解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法及装置。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成;
响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
可选的,所述在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息,包括:
根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示。
可选的,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息之前,所述方法还包括:
确定所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。
可选的,所述根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示,包括:

本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用 户而生成。响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。由此可见,利用本方案,无需逐一排查在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知,用户触发第一操作之后,即可根据预设区域中展示的与前述标识信息对应的用户信息和通知消息标识,高效的确定在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知。

下面结合附图,详细说明本申请的各种非限制性实施方式。
示例性方法
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图。作为一个示例,所述方法可以应用于客户端,该客户端例如可以是目标用户对应的客户端,其中,所述目标用户对应的客户端,可以理解为登录有目标用户对应的账户的客户端。
在本实施例中,所述方法例如可以包括以下步骤:S101-S102。
S101:获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成。
在一个示例中,所述标识信息可以包括提及标识符和提及用户的标识,例如,所述标识信息可以包括提及标识符和提及用户的用户名。本申请实施例不具体限定所述提及标识符,所述提及标识符例如可以是“@”。在一个示例中,可以在所述在线文档中检索提及标识符,从而得到所述标识信息。
S102:响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
在一个示例中,目标用户可以在第一页面上触发第一操作,所述第一页面可以是所述在线文档的显示页面,所述第一操作用于触发展示所述在线文档中提及的用户的用户信息和消息通知标识。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一页面可以是在线文档的显示页面,所述第一页面中的显示内容包括所述在线文档。第一页面可以是网页页面,也可以是非网页页面,例如是某一应用程序所展示的页面,本申请实施例不做具体限定。
本申请实施例中提及的在线文档,可以是文本文档,也可以是表格文档,还可以是其它类型的文档,本申请实施例不做具体限定。另外,本申请实施例中提及的表格文档,可以是普通的表格文档,也可以是多维表格文档/数据库表格文档,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
在本申请实施例中,所述第一页面中除了展示所述在线文档之外,还可以显示有其他控件,例如,展示有第一控件,用户可以针对该第一控件触发所述第一操作。在一个示例中,用户可以针对第一页面上显示的第二控件触发操作,在用户针对第二控件触发操作之后,第一页面上可以显示有所述第一控件,进一步地,用户可以针对所述第一控件触发所述第一操作。本申请实施例不具体限定所述第二控件,所述第二控件例如可以为所述第一页面的工具栏中的其中一个控件。
本申请实施例中提及的在线文档中提及的用户,例如可以是所述在线文档的正文中提及的用户。
客户端接收到所述第一操作之后,可以响应于接收到所述第一操作,在预设区域中展示与所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
本申请实施例中提及的用户信息,例如可以包括用户标识。此处提及的用户标识,可以包括用户名和/或用户头像。
在一个示例中,所述预设区域可以是所述第一页面中的预设区域。作为一个示例,可以在所述预设区域以信息卡片的形式,展示前述用户信息和消息通知标识。
在一个示例中,可以以列表的形式展示所述在线文档中提及的用户和各个用户分别对应的用户信息。例如,一个用户信息对应所述列表中的一个条目。
在又一个示例中,为了便于目标用户确定所述在线文档中提及的用户的通知状态,即:为了便于目标用户确定在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知、哪些尚未被通知,可以根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示。对于这种情况,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息之前,还可以确定所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。在一个示例中,客户端可以向服务端查询所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。在又一个示例中, 客户端可以查询自身的运行数据,从而确定所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。此处提及的所述标识信息对应的用户,可以是在线文档中提及的用户,也可以被称为“被提及用户”。
在本申请实施例中,用户的通知状态,指的是用户是否被通知。用户的通知状态可以包括已通知状态和未通知状态。对于某一用户而言,其通知状态为未通知状态,表示该用户尚未被通知。相应的,其通知状态为已通知状态,表示已经向该用户已经被通知。
在本申请实施例中,用户被通知,可以理解成向用户对应的客户端发送通知消息。本申请实施例中提及的通知消息,为通知用户其在在线文档中被提及的消息。在一个示例中,接收到通知消息的用户可以针对该通知消息触发操作,从而查看在线文档,在查看所述在线文档时,可以自动定位到用户在在线文档中被提及的位置。例如,用户A在在线文档的第3段被提及,则向用户A发送通知消息之后,用户A针对该通知消息触发操作,则用户A查看的在线文档定位在所述在线文档的第3段。
在一个具体的示例中,“根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示”在具体实现时,可以在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息,所述第一用户为未被发送通知消息的用户。作为一个示例,可以以列表的形式展示各个第一用户的用户信息,一个第一用户的用户信息对应列表中的一个条目。其中,所述第一消息通知标识用于针对所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户触发交互操作。
另外,还可以在所述预设区域的第二显示区域中显示第二用户的用户信息和第二消息通知标识,所述第二用户为已经被发送通知消息的被提及用户。作为一个示例,可以以列表的形式展示各个第二用户的用户信息,一个第二用户的用户信息对应列表中的一个条目。其中,所述第二消息通知标识用于针对所述第二用户触发交互操作。
在一个示例中,为了使得目标用户能够优先关注处于未通知状态的用户的用户信息,可以首先在所述第一区域中展示未通知状态选项、第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息。另外,还可以在所述第一区域中展示已通知状态选项,当目标用户针对所述已通知状态选项触发操作之后,在所述第二区域展示已通知状态选项、第二用户的用户信息和第二消息通知标识。
在一个示例中,所述第一消息通知标识用于触发向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息。这样一来,用户可以通过所述第一消息通知标识,触发向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息的操作,从而向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息,从而高效的向所述指示一个第一用户发送通知消息。
在一个示例中,在用户针对所述第一消息通知标识触发操作之后,还可以响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。例如,在用户点击所述第一消息通知标识之后,则可以响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的点击操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
在本申请实施例中,“向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息”在具体实现时,可以有多种实现方式,以下介绍几种可能的实现方式。
作为一个示例,若所述至少一个第一用户均具备所述在线文档的阅读权限,则可以向所述至少一个第一用户中的全部用户发送通知消息。若所述至少一个第一用户中部分用户具备所述在线文档的阅读权限,则可以向该部分具备所述在线文档的阅读权限的第一用户发送通知消息。
作为又一个示例,若所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,则可以向所述至少一个第一用户中的全部用户发送通知消息。对于所述至少一个第一用户中不具备阅读所述在线文档的第一用户而言,可以直接为其开通阅读所述在线文档的权限。采用这种方式, 即使所述至少一个第一用户中存在不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户,也可以直接为这些用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,进而批量向所述至少一个第一用户中的所有用户发送通知消息,从而提升了为用户发送通知消息的效率。
作为另一个示例,若所述目标用户不具备所述在线文档的分享权限,则目标用户无法直接为不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限的用户直接开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,对于这种情况,可以向所述至少一个第一用户中、具备阅读所述在线文档的用户发送通知消息。
在一个示例中,考虑到若针对前述第一消息通知标识的触发操作为误操作,则批量向用户发送通知消息,会对多个用户造成干扰。为了避免对用户造成不必要的干扰,在向所述至少一个第一用户发送通知消息之前,还可以展示提示信息,该提示信息用户提示所述目标用户确定是否向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息。作为一个示例,所述提示信息可以是“是否批量发送通知消息?”。若目标用户针对所述提示信息触发了确认操作,例如,点击了“是”或者“确定”控件,则可以响应于针对所述提示信息的确认操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
如前所述,若所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,则对于所述至少一个第一用户中不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户而言,可以直接为其开通阅读所述在线文档的权限。因此,为了使得目标用户感知前述“直接为其开通阅读所述在线文档的权限”行为,所述提示信息中还可以包括所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户的名单。举例说明:所述提示信息可以是:“用户**不具备阅读在线文档的权限,是否为其开通权限并向其发送通知消息?”;所述提示信息也可以是:“用户**不具备阅读在线文档的权限,是否向其分享在线文档并向其发送通知消息?”。其中,向用户分享在线文档,可以理解成为用户开通了阅读所述在线文档的权限。
在一个示例中,若所述提示信息中包括所述至少一个第一用户 中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户的名单,且所述目标用户针对所述提示信息触发了取消操作,例如,点击了“忽略”控件,则可以向所述至少一个第一用户中、具备阅读所述在线文档的用户发送通知消息,对于所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户,则不发送通知消息。
在一个示例中,在向所述第一用户发送通知消息之后,为了使得目标用户及时确定所述第一用户的通知状态,还可以在所述第一显示区域将所述第一用户的通知状态更新为已通知状态,并展示向所述第一用户发送通知消息的时间。这样一来,目标用户即可确定向第一用户发送了通知消息,并且,还可以确定向第一用户发送该通知消息的具体时间。作为一个示例,可以在所述第一用户的用户信息对应的条目对应的显示区域,显示所述第一用户的已通知状态以及向所述第一用户发送所述通知消息的时间。采用这种方式,虽然向第一用户发送通知消息之后,第一用户的通知状态为已通知状态,但是依然在第一显示区域展示第一用户的已通知状态,采用这种方式,可以避免第一用户的用户信息在所述第一显示区域忽然消失而给用户带来突兀的交互体验。在一个示例中,在用户针对前述信息卡片执行刷新操作之后,例如点击前述提及的已通知状态选项,又如再次执行前述第一操作,第一用户的用户信息则不再展示在所述第一显示区域。
在一个示例中,每个第一用户可以分别对应一个第一消息通知标识,对于这种情况,“在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息”在具体实现时,例如可以是在所述第一显示狳显示每个第一用户的用户信息、以及每个第一用户分别对应的第一消息通知标识。在一个具体的示例中,对于某一第一用户而言,可以在该第一用户的用户信息对应的条目对应的显示区域,显示该第一用户对应的第一消息通知标识。对于这种情况,第一消息通知标识,用户触发向其对应的第一用户单独发送通知消息。对于这种情况,目标用户可以通过第一用户对应的 第一消息通知标识,触发向第一用户发送通知消息的操作,例如,目标用户可以点击所述第一用户对应的第一消息通知标识,从而满足目标用户向第一用户单独发送通知消息的需求。
在一个示例中,在目标用户针对第一用户对应的第一消息通知标识触发操作之后,可以响应于针对所述第一用户对应的第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述第一用户发送通知消息,从而满足目标用户向第一用户单独发送通知消息的需求。
在一个示例中,若所述第一用户具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,则可以响应于针对第一用户的第一消息通知标识的触发操作,直接向所述第一用户发送通知消息。
在又一个示例中,若所述第一用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,但是所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,则可以响应于针对第一用户对应的第一消息通知标识的触发操作,为所述第一用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述第一用户发送通知消息。采用这种方式,在目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限的情况下,可以在目标用户无感知的情况下,为不具备阅读所述在线文档的第一用户直接开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述第一用户发送通知消息,从而提升了向第一用户发送通知消息的效率,也简化了目标用户向第一用户发送通知消息所需执行的交互操作。
在一个示例中,所述第二用户的用户信息,可以包括第二用户的用户标识。另外,为了使得目标用户确定向第二用户发送通知消息的时间,所述第二用户的用户信息,可以包括向所述第二用户发送通知消息的时间。在一个示例中,可以在所述第二用户的用户信息对应的展示区域,展示向所述第二用户发送通知消息的时间。在一个示例中,若向所述第二用户发送了多次通知消息,则所展示的第二用户的用户信息,可以包括最近一次向第二用户发送通知消息的时间。
在一个示例中,考虑到虽然已经向第二用户发送了通知消息,但是目标用户可能具备再次向第二用户发送通知消息的需求。为了 满足目标用户再次向第二用户发送通知消息的需求,在本申请实施例中,目标用户可以针对所述第二消息通知标识触发操作,例如,点击所述第二消息通知标识,从而再次向所述第二用户发送通知消息。
为方便描述,将所述提及的用户中的任意一个用户称为“第三用户”。则考虑到第三用户是否具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,可能会影响到能否成功向所述第三用户发送通知消息。尤其是在第三用户不具备阅读在线文档的权限的情况下,若目标用户不具备在线文档的分享权限,则无法向所述第三用户发送通知消息。因此,在第三用户不具备阅读所述第三文档的权限的情况下,所述第三用户的用户信息,可以包括所述第三用户的权限信息,其中,所述第三用户的权限信息,用于指示所述第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限。对于这种情况,目标用户可以通过所述第三用户的权限信息,确定第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,这样一来,若目标用户本身不具备所述在线文档的分享权限,则目标用户可以不触发向第三用户发送通知消息的操作。例如,当第三用户为前述第一用户时,目标用户不针对第三用户对应的第一消息通知标识触发操作;又如,当第三用户为前述第二用户时,目标用户不针对第三用户对应的第二消息通知标识触发操作,从而减少目标用户执行的无效操作。
如前所述,接收到通知消息的用户可以针对该通知消息触发操作,从而查看在线文档,在查看所述在线文档时,可以自动定位到用户在在线文档中被提及的位置。在本申请实施例中,若某一用户(例如第一用户)在在线文档中被多次提及,则在用户触发向第一用户发送通知消息的操作时,仅向第一用户发送一次通知消息,从而避免向第一用户发送多次通知消息而给第一用户带来干扰。另外,当第一用户针对该通知消息触发操作之后,该在线文档可以直接定位到第一用户在在线文档中首次被提及的位置。例如,用户A在在线文档的第3段、第5段以及第7段分别被提及,则向用户A发送 通知消息之后,用户A针对该通知消息触发操作,则用户A查看的在线文档定位在所述在线文档的第3段。
通过以上描述可知,利用本申请实施例的方案,无需逐一排查在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知,用户触发第一操作之后,即可根据预设区域中展示的与前述标识信息对应的用户信息和通知消息标识,高效的确定在线文档中提及的用户哪些已经被通知,哪些尚未被通知。
以上对本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法进行了介绍,接下来结合附图,对本申请实施例提供的方案进行介绍。
参见图2a,图2a为本申请实施例提供的一种第一页面的示意图。第一页面200中展示有在线文档,在线文档的内容在图2a中以“XXX”表示。第一页面200中除了展示在线文档之外,还展示有控件201,用户针对控件201触发操作之后,第一页面如图2b所示。图2b所示的第一页面中展示多个控件,该多个控件包括控件202,该多个控件中的其它控件在图2b中以“***”表示。
目标用户针对控件202触发操作之后,第一页面中可以展示图2c所示的信息卡片。如图2c所示,信息卡片210中包括未通知状态选项211、已通知状态选项212和未通知状态选项对应的6个第一用户的用户信息。
如图2c所示,该6个用户的用户信息以列表的形式展示在所述信息卡片210中。用户信息包括用户的头像(在图2c中以包括“X”的圆圈表示)和用户名(分别对应用户A1至用户A6)。另外,所述信息卡片210中还展示有该6个用户公共的第一消息通知标识213,以及每个用户分别对应的第一消息通知标识214。在该6个用户中,用户A1没有阅读在线文档的权限,因此,用户A1的用户信息包括其权限信息215。
在一个示例中,目标用户具备在线文档的分享权限,则用户针对第一消息通知标识213触发操作之后,该信息卡片210所显示的内容更新为如图2d所示,如图2d所示,该6个用户的通知状态被 更新,并且,信息卡片中还展示有向该6个用户发送通知消息的时间。
在又一个示例中,目标用户针对用户A2的第一消息通知标识214触发操作之后,该信息卡片210所显示的内容更新为如图2e所示,如图2e所示,用户A2的通知状态被更新,并且,信息卡片中还展示有向用户A1发送通知消息的时间。
在另一个示例中,目标用户针对已通知状态选项212触发操作之后,信息卡片210所显示的内容更新为如图2f所示。如图2f所示,该信息卡片210中显示有未通知状态选项对应的4个第二用户的用户信息。
如图2f所示,该4个用户的用户信息以列表的形式展示在所述信息卡片210中。用户信息包括用户的头像(在图2f中以圆圈表示)和用户名(分别对应用户B1至用户B4)。每个用户信息均包括向该用户发送通知消息的时间。在该4个用户中,用户B2没有阅读在线文档的权限(例如在向用户B2发送通知之后,取消了其阅读在线文档的权限),因此,用户2的信息包括其权限信息216。
在一个示例中,目标用户针对用户B1的信息触发悬停操作之后,该信息卡片210中可以展示有如图2g所示的第二消息通知标识217,目标用户针对第二消息通知标识217触发操作,则可以再次向用户B1发送通知。
需要说明的是,图2a至图2g只是为了方便理解本方案而示出,其并不构成对本申请实施例的限定。
示例性设备
基于以上实施例提供的方法,本申请实施例还提供了一种装置,以下结合附图介绍该装置。
参见图3,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图。如图3所示,所述信息处理装置300包括:获取单元301和第一展示单元302。
获取单元301,用于获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标 识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成;
第一展示单元302,用于响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
可选的,所述第一展示单元302,用于:
根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
确定单元,用于在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息之前,确定所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。
可选的,所述第一展示单元302,用于:
在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息,所述第一用户为未被发送通知消息的被提及用户;和/或,
在所述预设区域的第二显示区域中显示第二用户的用户信息和第二消息通知标识,所述第二用户为已被发送通知消息的被提及用户。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
第一通知单元,用于响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
可选的,所述装置应用于目标用户对应的客户端,所述第一通知单元,用于:
响应于所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,为所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述至少一个第一用户发送通知消息;或者,
响应于所述目标用户不具备所述在线文档的分享权限,向所述至少一个第一用户中、具备阅读所述在线文档的用户发送通知消息。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
第二展示单元,用于在向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者 全部用户发送通知消息之前,展示提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标用户确定是否向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息;
所述第一通知单元,用于:
响应于针对所述提示信息的确认操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
可选的,所述提示信息中还包括所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户的名单。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
状态更新单元,用于在向所述第一用户发送通知消息之后,在所述第一显示区域将所述第一用户的通知状态更新为已通知状态,并展示向所述第一用户发送所述通知消息的时间。
可选的,在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息,包括:
在所述第一显示区域显示每个第一用户的用户信息,以及每个第一用户分别对应的第一消息通知标识;
所述装置还包括:
第二通知单元,用于响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述第一用户发送通知消息。
可选的,所述装置应用于目标用户对应的客户端,所述第一用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,所述第二通知单元,用于:
响应于所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,为所述第一用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述第一用户发送通知消息。
可选的,在所述预设区域的第二显示区域中显示第二用户的用户信息,包括:
在所述第二显示区域中展示向所述第二用户发送通知消息的时间。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
第三通知单元,用于响应于针对所述第二消息通知标识的触发操作,再次向所述第二用户发送通知消息。
可选的,所述标识信息包括与第三用户对应的标识信息,所述第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,所述第一展示单元302,用于:
在所述预设区域中展示所述第三用户的权限信息,所述第三用户的权限信息,用于指示所述第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限。

所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的指令,以使得所述设备执行以上方法实施例提供的方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,包括指令,所述指令指示设备执行以上方法实施例提供的方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行以上方法实施例提供的方法。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成;
    响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息,包括:
    根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述标识信息对应的用户的消息通知状态,在所述预设区域中对所述标识信息对应的用户信息进行分类展示,包括:
    在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息,所述第一用户为未被发送通知消息的被提及用户;和/或,
    在所述预设区域的第二显示区域中显示第二用户的用户信息和第二消息通知标识,所述第二用户为已被发送通知消息的被提及用户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于目标用户对应的客户端,所述向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息,包括:
    响应于所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,为所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述至少一个第一用户发送通知消息;或者,
    响应于所述目标用户不具备所述在线文档的分享权限,向所述至少一个第一用户中、具备阅读所述在线文档的用户发送通知消息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    展示提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标用户确定是否向所述至少一个第一用户批量发送通知消息;
    所述向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息,包括:
    响应于针对所述提示信息的确认操作,向所述至少一个第一用户中的部分或者全部用户发送通知消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示信息中还包括所述至少一个第一用户中、不具备阅读所述在线文档的用户的名单。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述第一用户发送通知消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述第一显示区域将所述第一用户的通知状态更新为已通知状态,并展示向所述第一用户发送所述通知消息的时间。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述预设区域的第一显示区域中显示第一消息通知标识和至少一个第一用户的用户信息,包括:
    在所述第一显示区域显示每个第一用户的用户信息,以及每个第一用户分别对应的第一消息通知标识;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述第一消息通知标识的触发操作,向所述第一用户发送通知消息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于目标用户对应的客户端,所述第一用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,所述向所述第一用户发送通知消息,包括:
    响应于所述目标用户具备所述在线文档的分享权限,为所述第一用户开通阅读所述在线文档的权限,并向所述第一用户发送通知消息。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述预设区域的第二显示区域中显示第二用户的用户信息,包括:
    在所述第二显示区域中展示向所述第二用户发送通知消息的时间。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于针对所述第二消息通知标识的触发操作,再次向所述第二用户发送通知消息。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述标识信息包括与第三用户对应的标识信息,所述第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限,所述在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息,包括:
    在所述预设区域中展示所述第三用户的权限信息,所述第三用户的权限信息,用于指示所述第三用户不具备阅读所述在线文档的权限。
  15. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,用于获取在线文档中已输入的标识信息,所述标识信息通过在所述在线文档中提及用户而生成;
    第一展示单元,用于响应于接收到第一操作,在预设区域中展示与获取的所述标识信息对应的用户信息和消息通知标识。
  16. 一种设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括处理器和存储器;
    所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的指令,以使得所述设备执行如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括指令,所述指 令指示设备执行如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法。
