技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池以及电子设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们对于电子设备长续航的需求越来越高。电子设备的电池一般采用石墨材料,而目前使用的石墨材料的克容量已经接近极限值,即使用石墨材料不能进一步提升电池的容量,因此,不利于提升电子设备长续航的需求。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电池以及电子设备,用于解决现有电池使用的石墨材料不能进一步提升电池的容量,不利于电子设备长续航需求的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供了一种电池,该电池包括依次交替设置的正极极片和负极极片,正极极片与负极极片之间设置有隔膜;负极极片包括负极集流体和设置于负极集流体表面的负极材料层。负极材料层包括第一负极材料层和第二负极材料层,第一负极材料层的材料包括石墨,第二负极材料层的材料包括石墨和硅。设置于正极极片两侧的两个负极极片分别为第一负极极片和第二负极极片,第一负极极片的负极集流体的至少一个表面上设置有第一负极材料层,第二负极极片的负极集流体的至少一个表面上设置有第二负极材料层。
本申请第一方面提供的电池,该电池中的部分负极极片采用石墨掺硅材料,由于硅材料克容量远高于石墨材料,因此,在部分负极极片的石墨材料中掺杂硅材料,能够提升负极极片的容量,进而能够提升电池的容量,以满足电子设备长续航的需求。并且,通过在石墨材料中掺杂硅材料,还能够弥补硅材料导电性较差的缺点,从而在提升电池容量的同时,还能够保证充电速率。
本申请的一些实施例中,第一负极极片包括第一负极集流体,第一负极集流体的两侧表面均设置有第一负极材料层。第二负极极片包括第二负极集流体,第二负极集流体的两侧表面均设置有第二负极材料层。即正极极片的一侧设置为石墨材料制成的负极极片,正极极片的另一侧设置为石墨掺硅材料制成的负极极片,以提升负极极片的容量,从而提升电池整体的容量。
本申请的一些实施例中,正极极片包括正极集流体和设置于正极集流体表面的正极材料层,且正极集流体两侧的正极材料层的单位面积容量相同。在该结构下,设置于正极极片两侧的第一负极极片(石墨材料制成的负极极片)和第二负极极片(石墨掺硅材料制成的负极极片)的容量相同。由于含硅负极极片的容量高,因此,第一负极极片的涂布重量小于第二负极极片的涂布重量,以使第一负极极片的容量与第二负 极极片的容量相同,从而正极集流体两侧的正极材料层的单位面积容量相同,即正极集流体两侧设置的正极材料层对称分布,也即是正极材料层的总容量相同。
本申请的一些实施例中,正极极片包括正极集流体、第一正极材料层以及第二正极材料层,第一正极材料层设置于正极集流体朝向第一负极极片的表面上,第二正极材料层设置于正极集流体朝向第二负极极片的表面上。第一正极材料层的容量小于第二正极材料层的单位面积容量。在该结构下,设置于正极极片两侧的第一负极极片和第二负极极片容量不相同,即第一负极极片的涂布重量可以与第二负极极片的涂布重量相同,因此,第一正极材料层和第二正极材料层的容量设置为不对称分布结构。
本申请的一些实施例中,第一负极极片包括第一负极集流体,第一负极集流体的一侧表面设置有第一负极材料层,第一负极集流体的另一侧表面设置有第二负极材料层。第二负极极片包括第二负极集流体,第二负极集流体的一侧表面设置有第一负极材料层,第二负极集流体的另一侧表面设置有第二负极材料层。在该结构下,负极极片的两侧分别设置石墨材料制成的第一负极材料层和石墨掺硅材料制成的第二负极材料层,即形成复合负极极片,以提升每一个负极极片的容量,从而能够提升电池整体容量。
本申请的一些实施例中,正极极片包括正极集流体和设置于正极集流体表面的正极材料层,且正极集流体两侧的正极材料层的单位面积容量相同。在该结构下,设置于正极极片两侧的第一负极极片(石墨材料制成的负极极片)和第二负极极片(石墨掺硅材料制成的负极极片)的容量相同。由于含硅负极极片的容量高,因此,可以使第一负极极片的涂布重量小于第二负极极片的涂布重量,以使第一负极极片的容量与第二负极极片的容量相同,从而可以使正极集流体两侧的正极材料层的单位面积容量相同,即正极集流体两侧设置的正极材料层对称分布,也即是正极材料层的总容量相同。
本申请的一些实施例中,正极极片包括正极集流体、第一正极材料层以及第二正极材料层,第一正极材料层设置于正极集流体朝向第一负极极片的表面上,第二正极材料层设置于正极集流体朝向第二负极极片的表面上。第一正极材料层的容量大于或小于第二正极材料层的单位面积容量。在该结构下,设置于正极极片两侧的第一负极极片和第二负极极片容量不相同,即第一负极极片的涂布重量可以与第二负极极片的涂布重量相同,因此,第一正极材料层和第二正极材料层的容量设置为不对称分布结构。
本申请的一些实施例中,电池还包括正极极耳和负极极耳,正极极耳与正极极片电连接,负极极耳与负极极片电连接。这样一来,能够通过正极极耳和负极极耳连接用电元件,以使电池能够进行充电或者放电。
本申请的一些实施例中,负极极耳包括第一负极极耳和第二负极极耳,第一负极极片与第一负极极耳电连接,第二负极极片与第二负极极耳电连接。这样一来,能够为石墨材料制成的负极极片和石墨掺硅材料制成的负极极片分别进行充电,有利于提升电池充电过程中的安全性。
本申请的一些实施例中,电池还包括外壳,正极极片和负极极片均设置有多个,且设置于外壳内。正极极耳和负极极耳均设置于外壳的外壁上。这样一来,电池能够 形成一个独立部件,以便于安装或者拆卸。
本申请的一些实施例中,正极极耳和负极极耳分别设置于外壳上不同的侧壁上。在该结构下,可以根据不同的应用场景,将正极极耳和负极极耳设置于不同的位置处。
本申请的一些实施例中,第一负极极耳和第二负极极耳分别设置于外壳上不同的侧壁上。在该结构下,可以根据不同的应用场景,将第一负极极耳和第二负极极耳分别设置于不同的位置处。

以下,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
此外,本申请中,“上”、“下”等方位术语是相对于附图中的部件示意置放的方位 来定义的,应当理解到,这些方向性术语是相对的概念,它们用于相对于的描述和澄清,其可以根据附图中部件所放置的方位的变化而相应地发生变化。

本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备。具体地,该电子设备可以是便携式电子装置或者其他类型的电子装置。例如,电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑(tablet personal computer)、膝上型电脑(laptop computer)、个人数码助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、监控器、照相机、个人计算机、笔记本电脑、可穿戴设备等。以下为了方便说明,均是以电子设备为手机为例进行的举例说明。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为本申请实施例提供的电子设备10的结构图,图2为本申请实施例提供的电子设备10的爆炸图。由上述可知,在本实施例中,该电子设备10为手机,且电子设备10可以呈近似矩形板状结构。该电子设备10可以包括显示模组100、壳体200、电路板以及电池400等。
可以理解的是,图1和图2仅示意性的示出了电子设备10包括的一些部件,这些部件的实际形状、实际大小、实际位置和实际构造不受图1和图2的限制。
上述显示模组100用于显示图像、视频等。显示模组100可以包括透光盖板110和显示屏120(英文名称:panel,也称为显示面板),透光盖板110与显示屏120层叠设置。该透光盖板110的材质包括但不限于玻璃。例如,透光盖板110可以采用普通的透光盖板110,用于保护显示屏120,以避免显示屏120因外力碰撞导致损坏,并且能够起到防尘作用。也可以采用具有触控功能的透光盖板110,以使电子设备10具有触控功能,从而使用户使用更加方便。因此,本申请对于透光盖板110的具体材质不作特殊限定。
此外,显示屏120可以采用柔性显示屏,也可以采用刚性显示屏。例如,显示屏120可以为有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)显示屏,有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,AMOLED)显示屏,迷你发光二极管(mini organic light-emitting diode)显示屏,微型发光二极管(micro organic light-emitting diode)显示屏,微型有机发光二极管(micro organic light-emitting diode)显示屏,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diode,QLED)显示屏,液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD)。
上述壳体200用于保护电子设备10内部的电子元器件。壳体200可以包括后盖210和边框220,后盖210位于显示屏120远离透光盖板110的一侧,并与透光盖板110、显示屏120层叠且间隔设置,边框220位于透光盖板110与后盖210之间。边框220固定于后盖210上,示例性地,边框220可以通过粘接、螺纹连接、焊接、卡接等方式固定连接于后盖210上,边框220也可以与后盖210为一体成型结构,即边框220与后盖210为一个结构件整体。透光盖板110可以通过胶粘固定于边框220上,以使透光盖板110、后盖210以及边框220围成电子设备10的内部容纳空间,上述电子器件,例如,主板300和摄像头模组均设置于该内部容纳空间内。
在一些实施例中,上述壳体200还可以包括中板230,中板230设置于上述内部 容纳空间内,并且中板230位于显示屏120远离透光盖板110的一侧。该中板230与边框220固定连接,形成电子设备10的中框,示例性地,中板230与边框220之间可以通过胶粘、螺纹连接、焊接、卡接等方式固定连接,中板230与边框220也可以为一体成型结构,即二者为一个结构件整体。中板230将上述内部容纳空间分隔为两个相互独立的空间,其中一个空间位于透光盖板110与中板230之间,显示屏120位于该空间内。另一个件位于中板230与后盖210之间,上述主板300设置于该空间内。
上述主板300用于设置电子设备10内部的电子元器件并实现电子元器件之间的电连接。示例性地,电子元器件可以为控制芯片(例如系统级芯片,System on Chip,SOC)、图形控制芯片(graphics processing unit,GPU)、通用存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)、听筒以及闪光灯模组等。
另外,上述主板300可以通过胶粘固定、焊接、卡接或者螺栓连接等方式固定于上述中板230上,因此,本申请对主板300的固定方式不作特殊限定。
上述电池400用于为上述显示模组100、主板300以及主板300上的电子元器件供电。请参阅图3,图3为图2提供的电子设备10中的电池400的结构图,该电池400可以包括外壳410和设置于外壳410内部的正极极片430、负极极片440、隔膜420、电解液(图中未示出)以及设置于外壳410表面的正极极耳450和负极极耳460。
上述正极极片430与负极极片440交替层叠设置,且正极极片430与相邻的负极极片440之间均设置隔膜420,正极极片430、负极极片440以及隔膜420均设置于电解液内。正极极耳450与外壳410内部的正极极片430电连接,负极极耳460与外壳410内部的负极极片440电连接,通过正极极耳450和负极极耳460与外接元件电连接,即可实现电池400的充电与放电。
其中,上述电子设备10中使用的电池400为锂离子电池400,其充放电的过程为锂离子在正负极极片440之间移动的过程。具体地,电池400在充电过程中,正极极片430上的锂原子分解为锂离子和电子,电子通过外电路到达负极极片440,锂离子通过隔膜420到达负极极片440,在负极极片440上锂离子与电子形成锂原子。
相反地,电池400的放电过程与充电过程相反,负极极片440上的锂原子分为锂离子和电子,电子通过外电路到达正极极片430,锂离子通过隔膜420到达正极极片430,在正极极片430上锂离子与电子形成锂原子。
为避免电池400在充电过程中,为避免出现负极不能完全容纳正极移动过来的电子,因此,负极容量需要大于正极容量,从而电池400的容量大小也由负极极片440的容量大小决定。而现阶段对于电子设备10长续航的需求越来越高,因此,需要电池400的质量能量密度和体积能量密度也越来越高,即需要电池400的容量越来越大。而提高电池400正负极的克容量是提升电池400容量的一种重要措施。
目前,负极极片440一般采用石墨材料制成,但是,目前使用的石墨材料的克容量(即每一克石墨材料的容量)已经接近石墨材料的理论极限(即372mAh/g),因此,进一步提升石墨材料的克容量较为困难。
基于此,硅材料是克容量远高于石墨的一种活性物质材料,其理论极限为 4200mAh/g。并且硅材料具有脱嵌锂电位适中、储量丰富、价格便宜、环保无毒、制备工艺成熟等多方面的优势。因此,硅材料是代替石墨材料用在电池400负极活性物质的较为理想的材料。
目前使用硅材料的电池400,是将一定的硅材料与石墨材料混合搅拌,形成石墨掺硅的混合材料制成的负极极片440。这种负极极片440制成的电池400相比于石墨负极制成的电池400容量有所提升。但是,由于硅材料存在巨大的体积效应,在反复脱嵌锂(即充放电)的过程中,其膨胀/收缩造成的体积变化率能够达到400%。因此,造成电池400在充放电的过程中,负极极片440会产生并积累较大的应力,导致电池400性能急剧恶化。例如,电池400变形、加速衰减、膨胀超规格等。此外,由于硅材料的电子导电性、离子导电性均较差,因此,相比于石墨材料制成的负极极片440,在相同配方和相同的涂布重量以及压实密度的情况下,石墨掺硅后,会导致电池400的高倍率快充能力降低,充电速度受到限制。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供了另一种电池400,该电池400应用于上述电子设备10中。该电池400包括上述外壳410、正极极片430、负极极片440、隔膜420以及电解液(图中未示出)。请参阅图4和图5,图4为本申请实施例提供的一种负极极片440的结构图,图5为设置有图4提供的负极极片440的电池400的结构图。
请参阅图4,上述负极极片440包括负极集流体441和涂布于负极集流体441两侧表面的负极材料层442。该负极材料层442包括第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b。第一负极材料层442a的材料包括石墨,即第一负极材料层442a由石墨材料制成。第二负极材料层442b的材料包括石墨和硅,即第二负极材料层442b由石墨材料掺杂硅材料制成。
并且,请参阅图5,设置于正极极片430两侧的两个负极极片440分别为第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b,第一负极极片440a包括第一负极集流体441a,第一负极集流体441a的至少一个表面上涂布有第一负极材料层442a。第二负极极片440b包括第二负极集流体441b,第二负极集流体441b的至少一个表面上涂布有第二负极材料层442b。
这样一来,上述电池400中仅有部分负极极片440的负极材料层442采用上述第二负极材料层442b,即仅有部分负极极片440的负极材料层442中掺杂有硅材料。一方面通过掺杂硅材料提供负极极片440的克容量。另一方面,通过将掺杂硅材料的第二负极材料层442b间隔分布于不同的负极极片440内,从而减轻含有硅材料的负极极片440产生的应力积累,改善循环性能。从而在提升负极极片440容量的同时,还能够保证电池400的不会因积累较大应力,而导致电池400变形、加速衰减、膨胀等情况。即在提升电池400容量的同时,还能够保证电池400的使用寿命。
另外,请继续参阅图5,上述正极极片430可以包括正极集流体431、以及设置于正极集流体431两侧表面的正极材料层432。并且,该正极集流体431和上述负极集流体441均采用导电金属材料制成,例如,正极集流体431可以采用铝箔,负极集流体441可以采用铜箔。因此,本申请对于正极集流体431和负极集流体441的材料不作特殊限定。
此外,为便于上述电池400与外接设备连接,以实现充电或者放电。上述电池 400还包括正极极耳450和负极极耳460,正极极耳450和负极极耳460均固定于外壳410的外壁上,正极极耳450与正极极片430电连接,负极极耳460与负极极片440(包括上述第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b)电连接。从而能够通过连接正极极耳450和负极极耳460实现与电池400电连接。
示例性地,上述电池400的外壳410可以呈近似长方体的结构,正极极耳450和负极极耳460可以设置于外壳410上的同一个表面上。或者,也可以将正极极耳450和负极极耳460分别设置于外壳410上相邻的两个表面上。又或者,还可以将正极极耳450和负极极耳460分别设置于外壳410上相互背离的两个表面上。因此,本申请对于正极极耳450和负极极耳460的设置位置不作特殊限定。
在此基础上,上述电池400的外壳410上还可以设置有三个极耳。例如,一个正极极耳450和两个负极极耳460;或者,两个正极极耳450和一个负极极耳460。其具体设置方式可以根据正极极片430和负极极片440的具体结构形式确定。
以下对上述正极极片430、负极极片440,以及正极极耳450、负极极耳460的多种不同的结构形式进行详细说明。
在一种可能的实施例中,请继续参阅图5,上述第一负极极片440a的第一负极集流体441a的两侧表面均涂布上述第一负极材料层442a。上述第二负极极片440b的第二负极集流体441b的两侧表面均涂布上述第二负极材料层442b。在此情况下,一个正极极片430、一个第一负极极片440a、一个正极极片430和一个第二负极极片440b形成一个极片单元470,在电池400的壳体200内部可以设置有多个极片单元470。
并且,多个极片单元470的两端可以分别设置有一个负极集流体441,该负极集流体441的一侧表面上设置有第一负极材料层442a,且该第一负极材料层442a朝向极片单元470。从而形成电池400内部的正负极极片结构。
其中,上述正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432中的一个与第一负极材料层442a相对设置,正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432中的另一个与第二负极材料层442b相对设置。为使正极集流体431两侧的两个正极材料层432对称涂布,即两个正极材料层432单位面积容量相同,也即是正极材料层432的总容量相同。则需要两侧的第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的单位面积容量相同,由于第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的总面积相同,因此,第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的总容量相同。又由于第二负极材料层442b有石墨和硅材料制成,因此,第二负极材料层442b的克容量较高。
基于此,可以通过降低第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,从而降低第二负极材料层442b的总容量,以使第二负极材料层442b的容量与第一负极材料层442a的总容量相同,进而能够使正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432对称涂布。即正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432的单位面积容量相同,涂布重量相同,因此,正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432的总容量也相同。
具体地,上述第一负极极片440a中,第一负极集流体441a两侧设置的第一负极材料层442a的涂布重量为Wa1,其配方中活性物质(即石墨材料)含量为A1,克容量为Ca1。上述第二负极极片440b中,第二负极集流体441b两侧设置的第二负极材 料层442b的涂布重量为Wa2,其配方中活性物质(即石墨和硅材料)含量为A2,克容量为Ca2。上述正极极片430中,正极集流体431两侧涂布的正极材料层432的涂布重量分别为Wc1(朝向第一负极材料层442a一侧)和Wc2(朝向第二负极材料层442b一侧),其配方中活性物质含量均为B,克容量为Cc。
其中,上述第一负极极片440a与相邻的一个正极极片430之间的NP(阴极/阳极,Negative/Positive)比,即第一负极极片440a与正极极片430之间的容量比为,CB1=(Ca1*Wa1*A1)/(Cc*Wc1*B)。同理地,第二负极极片440b与正极极片430之间的容量比,CB2=(Ca2*Wa2*A2)/(Cc*Wc2*B)。并且,上述CB1和CB2均大于1,即负极容量大于正极容量。
由此可知,当正极极片430的正极集流体431两侧对称涂布时,即Wc1=Wc2。并且,材料层(包括正极材料层432、第一负极材料层442a以及第二负极材料层442b)的配方中的活性物质含量为固定值(即A1、A2、B等),克容量也为固定值(即Ca1、Ca2以及Cc)。因此,可以通过调节第一负极材料层442a的涂布重量Wa1和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量Wa2,即可调整CB1和CB2。例如,当CB1和CB2相等时,即通过调节第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,以使第一负极材料层442a的容量与第二负极材料层442b的容量相同,从而能够使对应的正极极片430的两个正极材料层432的容量相同,即正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432对称分布(即涂布重量相同,且单位面积容量也相同)。
或者,请参阅图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的另一种电池400的结构图。上述正极极片430的正极集流体431两侧也可以不对称分布,即第二负极极片440b的容量与第一负极极片440a的容量不相同。例如,第一负极材料层442a的涂布重量Wa1可以与第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量Wa2相同,由于第二负极材料层442b的克容量Ca2大于第一负极材料层442a的克容量Ca1,且涂布面积均相同,因此,第二负极极片440b的容量大于第一负极极片440a的容量。
此时,正极集流体431两侧的正极材料层432可以包括第一正极材料层432a和第二正极材料层432b,第一正极材料层432a设置于朝向第一负极极片440a的一侧,第二正极材料层432b设置于朝向第二负极极片440b的一侧。并且,第一正极材料层432a的涂布重量Wc1小于第二正极材料层432b的涂布重量Wc2,以使第一正极材料层432a的容量小于第二正极材料层432b的容量,从而分别匹配第一负极极片440a的容量和第二负极极片440b的容量。
可以理解的是,上述CB1和CB2表示负极极片440与正极极片430之间的容量比,由于CB1和CB2均大于1,即负极极片440的容量大于正极极片430的容量。对于该比值可以根据电池400的实际设计和使用需求来定,因此,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
在上述情况下,由于多个正极极片430排布方向不同,但结构均相同。而负极极片440分为第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b。因此,请参阅图7,图7为本申请实施例提供的又一种电池400的结构图。该电池400的外壳410上可以设置有三个极耳,包括一个正极极耳450、两个负极极耳460,两个负极极耳460分别为第一负极极耳460a和第二负极极耳460b。
其中,上述正极极片430的正极集流体431均与正极极耳450电连接,第一负极极片440a的第一负极集流体441a均与第一负极极耳460a电连接,第二负极极片440b的第二负极集流体441b均与第二负极极耳460b电连接。这样一来,则能够通过第一负极极耳460a和第二负极极耳460b分别管理第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b的充电。
此外,由于第一负极极片440a的第一负极材料层442a采用石墨材料制成,第二负极极片440b的第二负极材料层442b采用石墨掺硅材料制成,因此,导致第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b的充电速率不同。又由于正极极片430共用一个正极极耳450,因此,需要保证正极极片430两侧的充电均衡。基于此,可以通过调节第一负极极耳460a和第二负极极耳460b的电流大小,以使正极极片430两侧充电均衡。
具体地,根据等式其中,I1(t)为充电到t时刻第一负极极耳460a的电流大小,I2(t)为充电到t时刻第二负极极耳460b的电流大小,N1为第一负极极片440a的总数(设置两端的半层第一负极极片440a为1个极片),N2为第二负极极片440b的总数,S为负极极片440的面积(第一负极极片440a的面积与第二负极极片440b的面积相等)。
由此可知,需要等式相等,即正极极片430的两侧充电均衡,可以通过调节第一负极极耳460a和第二负极极耳460b的电流大小,即可使等式两边相等,即正极极片430的两侧充电均衡,从而有利于提高电池400的充电效率。
并且,在充电的过程中,第一负极极耳460a与第二负极而460b之间的充电差值超过2%时,则可以控制充电块的一侧暂停充电,由充电慢的一侧单独充电,从而避免充电差值较大。例如,与第一负极极耳460a连接的第一负极极片440a电量达到50%时,与第二负极极耳460b连接的第二负极极片440b的电量仅达到43%。此时,则控制第一负极极耳460a暂停充电,由第二负极极耳460b进行单独充电,当第二负极极片440b的电量达到48%~52%的范围内时,则控制第一负极极耳460a继续充电。这样一来,则能够避免一个对充满电的负极极片440进行过度充电的情况。
此外,上述正极极耳450、第一负极极耳460a以及第二负极极耳460b可以设置于上述外壳410上的同一个表面上,也可以分别设置于不同的表面上。例如,请参阅图8,图8为图7提供的电池400的极耳的另一种分布方式的结构图。将正极极耳450和第一负极极耳460a设置于一个表面上,将第二负极极耳460b设置于相背离的另一个表面,以便于分别连接第一负极极耳460a和第二负极极耳460b。因此,对于正极极耳450、第一负极极耳460a以及第二负极极耳460b的设置位置,可以根据实际设计需求和使用需求来确定,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
在另一种可能的实施例中,请参阅图9,图9为本申请实施例提供的再一种电池400的结构图。在该电池400中,上述第一负极极片440a的第一负极集流体441a的一侧表面可以设置有上述第一负极材料层442a,第一负极集流体441a的另一侧表面可以设置有上述第二负极材料层442b。在上述第二负极极片440b中,第二负极集流体441b的一侧表面可以设置有上述第一负极材料层442a,第二负极集流体441b的 另一侧表面可以设置有上述第二负极材料层442b。
示例性地,以上述一个极片单元470为例,该极片单元470包括一个第一正极极片430a、一个第一负极极片440a、一个第二正极极片430b和一个第二负极极片440b。其中,第一负极极片440a的第一负极材料层442a朝向第一正极极片430a,第一负极极片440a的第二负极材料层442b朝向第二正极极片430b;第二负极极片440b的第二负极材料层442b朝向第二正极极片430b,第二负极极片440b的第一负极材料层442a朝向相邻的另一个极片单元470的第一正极极片430a。
也即是,上述第一负极极片440a的第一负极材料层442a和第二负极极片440b的第一负极材料层442a分别朝向不同的方向。相应地,第一正极极片430a的两侧均朝向第一负极材料层442a,第二正极极片430b的两侧均朝向第二负极材料层442b。
在此情况下,第一负极极片440a与第二负极极片440b为结构相同的负极极片440(仅排布方向不同),因此,第一正极极片430a的容量和第二正极极片430b的容量可以相同,也可以不同,即第一正极极片430a的容量和第二正极极片430b的单位面积容量可以相同,也可以不同。
需要说明的是,由于正极极片430的面积均相同,因此,两个正极极片430的单位面积容量相同,则两个正极极片430的容量相同,即总容量相同。并且,对于前述正极极片430的正极集流体431的两侧对称涂布时,即正极集流体431两侧涂布的正极材料层432的重量相同,即单位面积容量相同,也即是总容量相同。此外,负极极片440与正极极片430为相同原理,因此,不作重复说明。
例如,图9中所示为第一正极极片430a的容量与第二正极极片430b的容量相同的结构,即通过调节第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,以使第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的容量相同,从而能够使第一正极极片430a和第二正极极片430b的容量相同,即第一正极极片430a和第二正极极片430b也为相同结构,有利于降低工艺难度。
并且,此时电池400中设置有一种负极极片440和一种正极极片430,因此,该电池400可以仅设置一个正极极耳450和一个负极极耳460,正极极耳450与正极极片430电连接,负极极耳460与负极极片440电连接。从而通过正极极耳450和负极极耳460能够与外接设备电连接,以实现电池400充电和放电。
请参阅图10,图10为本申请实施例提供的再一种电池400的结构图,当第一正极极片430a的容量与第二正极极片430b的容量不同时,仅需要通过上述方式分别调节第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,使第一负极材料层442a的容量与第二负极材料层442b的容量不同即可,因此,不作重复描述。
并且,第一正极极片430a的容量与第二正极极片430b的容量不同时,该电池400可以设置两个正极极耳450,即第一正极极耳450a和第二正极极耳450b,以及一个负极极耳460。第一正极极耳450a与第一正极极片430a电连接,第二正极极耳450b与第二正极极片430b电连接,负极极耳460与负极极片440电连接。两个正极极耳450和一个负极极耳460的具体设置位置与前述的原理相同,因此,不作重复描述。
在另一些示例中,上述第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b也可以沿相同方 向排布,即第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b的第一负极材料层442a均朝向一个方向。具体地,请参阅图11,图11为本申请实施例提供的再一种电池400的结构图,在该电池400中,上述第一负极极片440a和第二负极极片440b均为相同的负极极片440,该负极极片440包括负极集流体441,负极集流体441的两侧分别设置有第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b。且每一个负极极片440的第一负极材料层442a均朝向第一正极极片430a,每一负极极片440的第二负极材料层442b句南朝向第二正极极片430b。
在此情况下,请继续参阅图11,第一正极极片430a和第二正极极片430b也为相同结构,即第一正极极片430a和第二正极极片430b均为正极极片430,其中,正极极片430的正极集流体431两侧可以对称涂布。例如,通过调节负极集流体441上的第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,使第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的容量相同,从而能够使对应的正极集流体431两侧的第一正极材料层432a和第二正极材料层432b的容量相同,从而能够降低生产难度。
或者,请参阅图12,图12为本申请实施例提供的再一种电池400的结构图,当第一正极材料层432a和第二正极材料层432b的容量不同时,仅需要调节负极极片440的第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的涂布重量,即可使第一负极材料层442a和第二负极材料层442b的容量不相同,从而正极极片430的第一正极材料层432a和第二正极材料层432b的容量不同,即正极极片430的正极集流体431两侧不对称分布,但多个正极极片430均为相同结构。
因此,在上述图11和图12示出情况下,电池400中仅设置有一种负极极片440和一种正极极片430。所以,上述两种电池400可以仅设置一个正极极耳450和一个负极极耳460,正极极耳450与正极极片430电连接,负极极耳460与负极极片440电连接。从而通过正极极耳450和负极极耳460能够与外接设备电连接,以实现电池400充电和放电。综上所述,本申请实施例提供的电池400,通过将多个负极极片440中的部分负极材料层442采用石墨掺硅材料制成,从而提升部分负极极片440的容量。并且,由于仅部分负极材料层442中掺杂有硅材料,因此,能够降低其在脱嵌锂的过程中产生的应力积累,从而能够降低电池400性能恶化的风险。即一方面保证电池400的使用寿命,另一方面提升了电池400的容量,从而提升电子设备10的续航能力。
需要说明的是,上述正极极片430和负极极片440的排布方式并不局限于上述几种示例。例如,石墨掺硅材料制成的第二负极极片440b可以不规则的设置多个第一负极极片440a之间。因此,对于正极极片430和负极极片440的排布方式,本申请不作特殊限定。
并且,上述电池400的外壳410并不局限于长方体结构,上述结构仅为其中一种示例。例如,电池400的外壳410也可以为正方体、圆柱体等。电池400的正极极耳450和负极极耳460均可以根据不同的设计需求和使用需求设置于外壳410上的不同位置处。因此,本申请对此不作特殊限定。
在本说明书的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电池,其特征在于,包括依次交替设置的正极极片和负极极片,所述正极极片与所述负极极片之间设置有隔膜;所述负极极片包括负极集流体和设置于负极集流体表面的负极材料层;
    所述负极材料层包括第一负极材料层和第二负极材料层,所述第一负极材料层的材料包括石墨,所述第二负极材料层的材料包括石墨和硅;
    设置于所述正极极片两侧的两个负极极片分别为第一负极极片和第二负极极片,所述第一负极极片的负极集流体的至少一个表面上设置有所述第一负极材料层,所述第二负极极片的负极集流体的至少一个表面上设置有所述第二负极材料层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一负极极片包括第一负极集流体,所述第一负极集流体的两侧表面均设置有所述第一负极材料层;所述第二负极极片包括第二负极集流体,所述第二负极集流体的两侧表面均设置有所述第二负极材料层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池,其特征在于,所述正极极片包括正极集流体和设置于所述正极集流体表面的正极材料层,且所述正极集流体两侧的所述正极材料层的单位面积容量相同。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池,其特征在于,所述正极极片包括正极集流体、第一正极材料层以及第二正极材料层,所述第一正极材料层设置于所述正极集流体朝向所述第一负极极片的表面上,所述第二正极材料层设置于所述正极集流体朝向所述第二负极极片的表面上;所述第一正极材料层的单位面积容量小于所述第二正极材料层的单位面积容量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一负极极片包括第一负极集流体,所述第一负极集流体的一侧表面设置有所述第一负极材料层,所述第一负极集流体的另一侧表面设置有所述第二负极材料层;
    所述第二负极极片包括第二负极集流体,所述第二负极集流体的一侧表面设置有所述第一负极材料层,所述第二负极集流体的另一侧表面设置有所述第二负极材料层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池,其特征在于,所述正极极片包括正极集流体和设置于所述正极集流体表面的正极材料层,且所述正极集流体两侧的所述正极材料层的单位面积容量相同。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电池,其特征在于,所述正极极片包括正极集流体、第一正极材料以及第二正极材料层,所述第一正极材料层设置于所述正极集流体朝向所述第一负极极片的表面上,所述第二正极材料层设置于所述正极集流体朝向所述第二负极极片的表面上;所述第一正极材料层的单位面积容量大于或小于所述第二正极材料层的单位面积容量。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电池,其特征在于,所述电池还包括正极极耳和负极极耳,所述正极极片与所述正极极耳电连接,所述负极极片与所述负极极耳电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电池,其特征在于,所述负极极耳包括第一负极极耳和第二负极极耳,所述第一负极极片与所述第一负极极耳电连接,所述第二负极极片与所述第二负极极耳电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池,其特征在于,所述电池还包括外壳,所述正极极片和所述负极极片均设置于有多个,且设置于所述外壳内;所述正极极耳和所述负极极耳均设置于所述外壳的外壁上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电池,其特征在于,所述正极极耳和所述负极极耳分别设置于所述外壳上不同的侧壁上。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一负极极耳与所述第二负极极耳分别设置于所述外壳上不同的侧壁上。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    电池,为权利要求1~12任一项所述的电池,所述电池设置于所述壳体内。
