Description

FLUSHING SYSTEM FOR CERAMIC SANITARY WARE WITH AN ELECTRONIC DISCHARGE SYSTEM IN ADDITION TO THE MANUAL DISCHARGE SYSTEM
Subject of the Invention
The invention relates to a system, in which the discharge from a flush tank having a manual discharge system into a ceramic sanitary ware is enabled to be performed also in an electronically controlled manner.
State of the Art
It is necessary to flush the ceramic sanitary ware after the use. Said flushing process is most of the time is achieved upon the discharge of the water accumulated inside a flush tank into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. Different discharge systems are employed for this purpose. The flushing mechanisms frequently used today are the systems, which enable the connection between the flush tank and the ceramic sanitary ware to be closed and enable, when the flushing system is activated, the water inside the flush tank to be discharged into the bowl by opening said connection.
The quantity of water required for flushing may vary according to the type of use. Today, the systems capable of performing the flushing process with two different water volumes have been developed in order to prevent the unnecessary consumption of water. Preferably, said systems are able to perform the flushing with all or half of the water inside the flush tank. However, it is still possible to perform the flushing action only with the predefined quantities of water. Consequently, the problem of unnecessary water consumption has not been able to be eliminated entirely. A system, which may be integrated to the systems without requiring any modification in the existing discharge systems and which may be used according to the preferences and the needs of the users without any predefined water quantity limit, is not available. Object of the Invention
An object of the invention is to develop a system, in which an electronically controlled discharge system is integrated to the manually controlled discharge systems.
Another object of the invention is to develop a system, in which the desired quantity of water may be transferred into the bowl without any predefined volume limit.
Another object of the invention is to develop a system, which may be integrated to the overflow pipe of an existing system, without any modification being necessary in the existing discharge system.

The invention relates to a system, in which the discharge from a flush tank (8) having a manual discharge system into a ceramic sanitary ware is enabled to be performed also in an electronically controlled manner. More particularly, the invention relates to a system, which is integrated to the overflow pipe (61) of an existing discharge system to enable the transfer of water in an electronically controlled manner via said overflow pipe (61) into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware.
The electronically controlled flushing system, which is integrated to the manual discharge system (6) having at least one overflow pipe (61), comprises at least one electronically controlled valve (1), which may be triggered electronically and which, as a result of being triggered, starts or stops the water flow into the overflow pipe (61), and at least one water carrier member (4), which enables the water exiting the electronically controlled valve (1) to be delivered directly into the overflow pipe (61).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronically controlled valve (1) has at least one water inlet (31), via which the water enters, and at least on water outlet (32), via which the water exits in order to be transferred into the overflow pipe (61).
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one manually controlled valve (2), via which the flow of the water to be delivered to the electronically controlled valve (1) is controlled and which is located between the clean water plumbing system and the electronically controlled valve (1). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said manually controlled valve (2) is a manually controlled valve (2), which is located on the flush tank (8). The connection between the manually controlled valve (2) and the electronically controlled valve (1) is provided by means of at least one water carrier member (4). The water carrier member (4) is preferably a hose and/or a pipe. In said embodiment, the manually controlled valve (2) has at least one water inlet (31), via which the water enters, and at least on water outlet (32), via which the water exits in order to be transferred to the electronically controlled valve (1). In the embodiment of the invention where the system is integrated to a flushing system having a manual filling system (7), the manually controlled valve (2) is a manually controlled valve (2), which enables the flow of water transferred to said manual filling system (7) to be controlled also, in addition to the flow of water transferred to the electronically controlled valve (1). In said embodiment, the manually controlled valve (2) has at least one water inlet (31), via which the water enters, at least one water outlet (32), via which the water exits in order to be transferred to the electronically controlled valve (1), and at least one water outlet (32), via which the water exits in order to be transferred to the manual filling system (7).
A preferred embodiment of the invention has at least controller (5), which controls the start and the stop of the water flow by the electronically controlled valve (1). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the controller (5) is a controller (5), which activates the electronically controlled valve (1) in case it is detected that the ceramic sanitary ware is being used and which enables the water to be transferred at a predefined flow rate via the overflow pipe (61) into the bowl for a predefined duration and/or until the use is ended. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the controller (5) is a controller (5), which activates the electronically controlled valve (1) upon a triggering action being applied on at least one trigger and which enables the water to be transferred at a predefined flow rate via the overflow pipe (61) into the bowl for a predefined duration and/or until another triggering action is applied on the trigger. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the controller (5) is a controller (5), which activates the electronically controlled valve (1) at the predefined intervals and which enables the water to be transferred at a predefined flow rate via the overflow pipe (61) into the bowl for a predefined duration.
A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one energy storage unit (9), which is intended to supply the electrical energy needed by the controller (5) and/or the electronically controlled valve (1). The energy storage unit (9) is preferably a battery.
